1A Novel System for Proliferation,Maintenance and Plantlet Germinationfrom Somatic Embryo of Soybean显示文摘Somatic embryogenesis was successfully induced with auxin in high concentration from immature cotyledons of 18genotypes of soybean(Glycin emax(L)Merr.)adaptable for planting in Northeast China.The frequency of somatic embryogenesis varied from 0.29%to77.62%among 18genotypes of soybean.The proliferative somatic embryos were obtained from 10genotypes of soybean at rate of 5.2%-22.1%.For the first time.plantlets were obtained even after subcultured and maintained on solid medium for over one year.This system provided a new and efficient receptor for genetic transformation of soybean.WANGPing WANGGang JIJing WUYing 2004Acta Botanica Sinica2004,46,2:8

4混合型人工全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折(英文)显示文摘目的 随访一组经混合型全髋关节置换术的股骨颈骨折老年的患者 ,了解骨水泥型股骨假体和非骨水泥型髋臼假体的组合应用于健康和骨质质量较差的老年患者的情况。方法 4 1名患者得到临床和影像学随访。随访内容包括老年患者的健康状况、手术方法、术后恢复情况以及对于骨形态、骨水泥固定质量和假体稳定性。结果 未出现与骨水泥相关的术中和或术后死亡 ,各类全身性疾病在围手术期无加重表现。Harris评分为 81 1分。股骨近端骨形态A型占 2 0 % ,B型 5 6 % ,C型 2 4 %。骨水泥固定质量分为A级 37% ,B级 4 9% ,C级 4 %。结论 混合型人工关节置换术对老年股骨颈骨折患者较为适用。混合型人工关节的术后即时稳定性有利于老年患者的康复。在手术中必须应用现代骨水泥技术。戴雪松 Wui K.Chung 2004中华急诊医学杂志2004,13,8:5
5Influences of a Kind of Groove-blade on the Flow Field in a Compressor显示文摘This paper presents an experimental investigation of effects of a kind of streamwise-grooved blades on the flowfield in a compressor cascade.The flow field downstream the cascade and the boundary layer on the suctionsurface were measured using a mini 5-hole pressure probe at different incidence angles.The flow field in thegroove cascade was compared with that in the smooth cascade.The measurement results indicate that:(1)thegroove surface can restrain the development of the boundary layer on the suction surface;(2)the grooves canrestrain the radial migration of the low-energy fluids in the boundary layer on the suction surface;(3)the grooveblades can reduce total pressure loss and flow blockage in the cascade at the incidence angles of 0°,5°and 8°;(4)the maximum benefit of 8.6% loss reduction was obtained at the incidence angle of 5° while negative benefit of-3.0% loss reduction occurred at the incidence angle of-5°.Hongwei MA Wuying YAN Qiao TIAN 2006Journal of Thermal Science2006,15,3:5

7Coordination polymer based on (1,2-bis(2-picolinamido) phenyl)copper显示文摘(1,2-bis(2-pyridinecarboxamido)benzene copper Cu(bpb) was synthesized and employed as a building block to construct supramolecular coordination polymer based on intermolecular coordination and hydrogen bonding interactions. X-ray single-crystal diffraction characterization revealed that intermolecular coordination interactions lead to the formation of one-dimensional infinite molecular columns, which array along the same direction in the crystal resulting in the three-dimensional network. The molecular columns are linked together by hydrogen-bonding interactions, which infinitely extend in bc plane. 9Theoretical study of adsorption and dissociation of NH_3 on the Ir{110}(1×2) surface显示文摘The adsorption and dissociation of NH3 on Ir{110}(1×2) have been investigated using the densityfunctional calculations at a coverage of 0.25 ML. The adsorption sites, energy, and geometries were obtained for NH3, NH2, and H adsorptions on the surface. The transition state for NH3 dissociation on Ir{110}(1×2) was also identified. It was found that NH3 is adsorbed preferentially at the ridge atop site, while NH2 and H are adsorbed at the ridge bridge site. The activation barrier of NH3 dissociation is 78.4 kJ/mol, which is very close to the NH3 adsorption energy of 90.0 kJ/mol. 10Recyclable bifunctional aluminum salen catalyst for CO2 fixation:the efficient formation of five-membered heterocyclic compounds显示文摘A variety of unique Al(salen) complexes functionalized by imidazolium-based ionic liquid(IL) moieties with the salen ligand at the two sides of 3,3′-position have been successfully prepared, rather than familiar 5,5′-position reported previously.The catalytic activity obtained by these bifunctional catalysts could be superior to those of the binary type catalysts in the formation of five-membered heterocyclic compounds from the cycloaddition reaction of CO_2 and three-membered heterocyclic compounds(including terminal epoxides and N-substituted aziridines), presumably due to the distinguished intramolecularly synergistic catalysis, which might lead to perform the cycloaddition reaction at ambient conditions and retain excellent yield and unprecedented chemo-or regioselectivity. Moreover, the polyether-based trifunctional Al(salen) catalysts with the best catalytic performance could be regenerated and reused at least eight times without any obvious decreases in catalytic activity. 11Colonization of endophyte Acremonium sp. D212 in Panax notoginseng and rice mediated by auxin and jasmonic acid显示文摘Endophytic fungi can be beneficial to plant growth. However, the molecular mechanisms under-lying colonization of Acremonium spp. remain unclear. In this study, a novel endophytic Acremonium strain was isolated from the buds of Panax notoginseng and named Acremonium sp. D212. The Acremonium sp. D212 could colonize the roots of P. notoginseng, enhance the resistance of P. notoginseng to root rot disease, and promote root growth and saponin bio-synthesis in P. notoginseng. Acremonium sp. D212 could secrete indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) and jasmonic acid (JA), and inoculation with the fungus increased the endogenous levels of IAA and JA in P. noto-ginseng. Colonization of the Acremonium sp. D212 in the roots of the rice line Nipponbare was dependent on the concentration of methyl jasmonate (MeJA) (2–15μmol/L) and 1-naphthalenacetic acid (NAA) (10–20μmol/L). Moreover, the roots of the JA signaling-defective coi1-18 mutant were colonized by Acremonium sp. D212 to a lesser degree than those of the wild-type Nipponbare and miR393b-overexpressing lines, and the colonization was res-cued by MeJA but not by NAA. It suggests that the cross-talk between JA signaling and the auxin biosynthetic pathway plays a crucial role in the colonization of Acremonium sp. 13Modeling dark signal of CMOS image sensors irradiated by reactor neutron using Monte Carlo method显示文摘The dark signal degradation of the CMOS image sensor(CIS) was induced by neutron radiation,and it was modeled by Geant4, which is a three-dimensional Monte Carlo code. The simplified model of the CIS array was established according to the actual pixel geometry, material, and doping concentration. Nuclear elastic interaction and capture interaction were included in the physical processes, and the displacement damage dose in the space charge region of the pixel was calculated. The mean dark signal and dark signal distribution were modeled using Geant4, and the physical mechanisms were analyzed. 14Critical physicochemical attributes of chitosan nanoparticles admixed lactose-PEG 3000 microparticles in pulmonary inhalation显示文摘Chitosan nanoparticles are exhalation prone and agglomerative to pulmonary inhalation.Blending nanoparticles with lactose microparticles(~5 μm) could mutually reduce their agglomeration through surface adsorption phenomenon. The chitosan nanoparticles of varying size, size distribution, zeta potential, crystallinity, shape and surface roughness were prepared by spray drying technique as a function of chitosan, surfactant and processing conditions. Lactose-polyethylene glycol 3000(PEG3000) microparticles were similarly prepared. The chitosan nanoparticles, physically blended with fine lactose-PEG3000 microparticles, exhibited a comparable inhalation performance with the commercial dry powder inhaler products(fine particle fraction between 20% and 30%).
