2Algorithm for Calculating Torque Base in Vehicle Traction Control System显示文摘Existing research on the traction control system(TCS) mainly focuses on control methods, such as the PID control, fuzzy logic control, etc, aiming at achieving an ideal slip rate of the drive wheel over long control periods. The initial output of the TCS (referred to as the torque base in this paper), which has a great impact on the driving performance of the vehicle in early cycles, remains to be investigated. In order to improve the control performance of the TCS in the first several cycles, an algorithm is proposed to determine the torque base. First, torque bases are calculated by two different methods, one based on states judgment and the other based on the vehicle dynamics. The confidence level of the torque base calculated based on the vehicle dynamics is also obtained. The final torque base is then determined based on the two torque bases and the confidence level. Hardware-in-the-loop(HIL) simulation and vehicle tests emulating sudden start on low friction roads have been conducted to verify the proposed algorithm. The control performance of a PID-controlled TCS with and without the proposed torque base algorithm is compared, showing that the proposed algorithm improves the performance of the TCS over the first several cycles and enhances about 5% vehicle speed by contrast. 4Analysis of the Mechanism and Effectiveness of Lignin in Improving the High-Temperature Thermal Stability of Asphalt显示文摘The use of lignin,which is a by-product of the pulp and paper industry,in the development of asphalt binders would contribute to waste reduction,providing environmental,economic,and social benefits.In this study,samples of lignin-modified asphalt binder samples with different content of lignin(3%,6%,9%,12%,and 15%)and unmodified asphalt(control)were tested using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),dynamic shear rheometer(DSR),and thermogravimetry.The mechanism and effectiveness of lignin in improving the thermal stability of asphalt at high temperatures were analyzed.The FTIR analysis shows that no new characteristic absorption peak is seen in the infrared spectral of the lignin-modified asphalt binder samples,and some bands characteristic of lignin-related peaks gradually increased with the increase of lignin content.This suggests that the modification of lignin-modified asphalt binder samples was due to physical blending rather than chemical modification.The increase of lignin content in the lignin-modified asphalt samples increases the complex shear modulus G*of the samples and decreases the phase angles of the samples.Similarly,the anti-rutting performance(G*/sinδ)of the samples improves with the increase in lignin content,but this is not significant after any addition of lignin that exceeds 12%of asphalt mass.Thermal characterizations show that the thermal decomposition rate of lignin is lower,and its residual amount is higher compared to that of asphalt,which is a major reason for the improved stability of lignin-modified asphalt binders at high temperatures.The effect of lignin on the thermal stability of asphalt is dependent on both lignin content and temperature.It has a positive effect on the thermal stability of asphalt at high temperatures within the range of asphalt service temperature(25℃–200℃).Additionally,from the pyrolysis viewpoint,it was explained that excessive lignin addition is not beneficial to the thermal stability of asphalt at high temperatures,which is consistent with the DSR test result conducted high temperatures.Cheng Cheng Weiwei Sun Bo Hu Guixiang Tao Chao Peng Yanjuan Tian Shujuan Wu 2020Journal of Renewable Materials2020,8,10:2

8Lysobacter hymeniacidonis sp. nov., Isolated from a Crude Oil-Contaminated Marine Sponge显示文摘An aerobic, Gram-negative bacterium, strain 2-5~T, was isolated from a crude oil-contaminated marine sponge collected near Dalian Bay, China, and subjected to a polyphasic taxonomic investigation. Cells of strain 2-5~T were non-spore forming, non-motile, rods 0.2–0.3 μm wide and 1.1–1.2μm long. Strain 2-5~T grew well on nutrient agar, ~TSA, R2 A agar and LB agar. Colonies of strain 2-5~T on LB agar were circular, smooth with entire margins, non-transparent and pale yellow after 3 d of incubation at 30℃. Growth of strain 2-5~T occurred in LN medium with 0–6% Na Cl; no growth occurred in the presence of 8.0% NaCl. Strain 2-5~T grew at 15–42℃ and at pH 6.0–8.0. Comparative 16 S r RNA gene sequence analysis showed that strain 2-5~T clustered with the species of the genus Lysobacter. Its closet neighbors were the type strains of Lysobacter concretionis KC^TC 12205~T(97% similarity), Lysobacter arseniciresistens ZS79~T(96%), and Lysobacter defluii APB-9 ~T(96%). ~The value for DNA-DNA relatedness between strain 2-5~~T and L. concretionis KC^TC 12205 ~T was 23%. Branched fatty acids iso-C16: 0, iso-C15: 0, iso-C11: 0 3-OH, iso-C17: 1ω9c and iso-C11: 0 were found to be predominant. ~The major polar lipids were diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylethanolamine and phosphatidylglycerol. Strain 2-5~T had a DNA G+C content of 63.8 mol%. 9Optimization of the in-situ growth conditions based on a novel photo-microcalorimeter for the sustainable cultivation of photosynthetic microorganisms显示文摘Despite the great potential of photosynthetic microbes in the production of renewable fuels,value-adding chemicals,and water treatment,etc.,commercial utilization of them is significantly hindered by the lack of techniques to accurately monitor the thermodynamic and kinetic characteristics of the in-situ growth of microbes under controlled light illumination for optimal cultivation.Herein,we demonstrated that a newly developed highly sensitive photo-microcalorimetric system successfully captured the impacts of the light wavelength and strength on the thermodynamic and kinetic parameters of the in-situ growth of Rhodopseudomonas palustris,a representative photosynthetic microorganism.To our best knowledge,this is the first time that highly precise microcalorimetry is employed to monitor exam the in-situ growth of photosynthetic microorganisms under controllable photo illumination.We envision this technique can help for the optimization of the growth conditions of photosynthetic microorganisms for scale-up applications.YANJUAN LIAO DONGLING YU XIAOFANG QIN JINMEI WU HUI WEI HUI LI XIANGYING MA ZAIYIN HUANG 2020BIOCELL2020,44,4:0
10Ecological Characteristics of Phytoplankton in Qinhuangdao Waters during Red Tide Period显示文摘The spatio-temporal distribution of phytoplankton is influenced by physical and chemical factors such as water temperature,salinity,dissolved oxygen,Ph and nutrients.Nitrogen(N) and phosphorus(P) are essential for the growth of phytoplankton,which play a key role in determining the abundance of phytoplankton.The species composition,community similarity and diversity of phytoplankton affect the structure and function of ocean ecosystems.Marine phytoplankton can be used as a rapid and sensitive indicator reflecting environmental changes.The offshore area of Qinhuangdao is a spawning and feeding ground for fish,shrimp and crabs.However,this region has experienced an increase in frequency of red tides as a result of pollution and marine development.In 2010,red tides began in late May and ended in August.We evaluated the species composition,spatio-temporal distribution,community structure of phytoplankton and the relationship between phytoplankton abundance and environmental factors based on data collected from May to September in 2010.The phytoplankton,belonging to 96 species,46 genera,were identified.The phytoplankton community was primarily composed of Bacillariophyta and Pyrrophyta.The majority were neritic species or eurythermal and euryhaline cosmopolitan species,while the remainders were oceanic warm species or pelagic species.The dominant species included Noctiluca scintillans,Rhizosolenia stolterfothii,Chaetoceros spp.,Coscinodiscus spp.,and Bacteriastrum spp..A total of 48 red tide causative species were observed,accounting for 50%of total phytoplankton species.The average phytoplankton abundance ranged from 6.20 × 10 cells/m^3 to 4 129.53 × 10 cells/m^3.Abundance peaked in September2010 and reached the lowest value in July 2010.The diversity index values were all greater than 1.0,suggested that biodiversity and community structure was healthy.The highest indices of community structure and biodiversity were observed in September,and biodiversity was the lowest in June.The community similarity of phytoplankton was relatively high and the similarity range was 40%-70%from May to September.The community similarity of phytoplankton successively were September > July > August > May > June.The average abundance of phytoplankton had significant negative correlation with salinity(r =-0.734,P < 0.01,N=37) and significant positive correlation with inorganic nitrogen nutrients(r =0.753,P <0.01,N = 37).We concluded that inorganic nitrogen was the primary factor explaining the increase in phytoplankton abundance during the survey period.A canonical correspondence analysis of the relationship between phytoplankton species and environmental factors indicated that N / P,salinity,nitrate,silicate,nitrite and water temperature were the main environmental factors influencing community structure of phytoplankton in Qinhuangdao waters.Mu Jiandong Zheng Xiangrong Zhao Zhenliang Fu Zhong Wu Xinmin Xi Yanjuan Zhao Chunlong 2015Animal Husbandry and Feed Science2015,7,5:0
