| 1 | Single Nucleotide Polymorphism of FSHβ Gene Associated with Reproductive Traits in Japanese Flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus)显示文摘Follicle stimulating hormone β (FSHβ) of Japanese flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) plays a key role in the regulation of gonadal development.This study aimed to investigate molecular genetic characteristics of the FSHβ gene and elucidate the effects of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of FSHβ on reproductive traits in Japanese flounder.We used polymerase chain reaction single-strand conformation polymorphism (PCR-SSCP) and sequencing of the FSHβ gene in 60 individuals.We identified only an SNP (T/C) in the coding region of exon3 of FSHβ.The SNP (T/C) did not lead to amino acid changes at the position 340 bp of FSHβ gene.Statistical analysis showed that the SNP was significantly associated with testosterone (T) level and gonadosomatic index (GSI) (P<0.05).Individuals with genotype TC of the SNP had significantly higher serum T levels and GSI (P<0.05) than that of genotype CC.Therefore, FSHβ gene could be a useful molecular marker in selection for prominent reproductive trait in Japanese Flounder. | HE Feng WEN Haishen YU Dahui LI Jifang SHI Bao CHEN Caifang ZHANG Jiaren JIN Guoxiong CHEN Xiaoyan Shi Dan Yang Yanping | 2010 | Journal of Ocean University of China2010,9,4: | 4 |
| 2 | Neurological function following intra-neural injection of fluorescent neuronal tracers in rats显示文摘Fluorescent neuronal tracers should not be toxic to the nervous system when used in long-term labeling.Previous studies have addressed tracer toxicity,but whether tracers injected into an intact nerve result in functional impairment remains to be elucidated.In the present study,we examined the functions of motor,sensory and autonomic nerves following the application of 5% Fluoro-Gold,4% True Blue and 10% Fluoro-Ruby (5μL) to rat tibial nerves via pressure injection.A set of evaluation methods including walking track analysis,plantar test and laser Doppler perfusion imaging was used to determine the action of the fluorescent neuronal tracers.Additionally,nerve pathology and ratio of muscle wet weight were also observed.Results showed that injection of Fluoro-Gold significantly resulted in loss of motor nerve function,lower plantar sensibility,increasing blood flow volume and higher neurogenic vasodilatation.Myelinated nerve fiber degeneration,unclear boundaries in nerve fibers and high retrograde labeling efficacy were observed in the Fluoro-Gold group.The True Blue group also showed obvious neurogenic vasodilatation,but less severe loss of motor function and degeneration,and fewer labeled motor neurons were found compared with the Fluoro-Gold group.No anomalies of motor and sensory nerve function and no myelinated nerve fiber degeneration were observed in the Fluoro-Ruby group.Experimental findings indicate that Fluoro-Gold tracing could lead to significant functional impairment of motor,sensory and autonomic nerves,while functional impairment was less severe following True Blue tracing.Fluoro-Ruby injection appears to have no effect on neurological function. | Wen Hu Dan Liu Yanping Zhang Zhongyi Shen Tianwen Gu Xiaosong Gu Jianhui Gu | 2013 | Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,14: | 3 |
| 3 | Synthesis,characterization and cell imaging properties of rare earth compounds based on hydroxamate ligand显示文摘Six binuclear rare earth compounds were synthesized through the ligand of 4-Bromo-N-hydroxy-Nmethyl-benzamide(sH_2 bha). Compounds 1-3 are isomorphous, and compound 1 is crystallized in the monoclinic system with the P2_1/c space group. Compounds 4 and 5 are isomorphous, and compound 4 is crystallized in the triclinic system with the P-1 space group. Compound 6 is crystallized in the triclinic system with the P-1 space group. The compounds were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and IR spectroscopy. The fluorescence spectrum in the visible area shows characteristic peaks of Eu, Tb, and Dy compounds. The efficiency of Eu compound on the viability of PC3 cells was assessed using CCK8 assays. From the CCK8 results, ionic concentration may have a great effect on PC3 cells' proliferation. Eu compound shows red fluorescence in the cytoplasm of PC3 cell. | 4 | Surface Roughness and Roundness of Bearing Raceway Machined by Floating Abrasive Polishing and Their Effects on Bearing's Running Noise显示文摘As the two most important indexes of bearing raceway,surface roughness and roundness have significant influence on bearing noise.Some researchers have carried out studies in this field,however,reason and extent of the influence of raceway surface geometric characteristics on bearing running noise are not perfectly clear up to now.In this paper,the raceway of 6309 type bearing’s inner and outer ring is machined by floating abrasive polishing adopting soft abrasive pad.Surface roughness parameters,arithmetical mean deviation of the profile Ra,the point height of irregularities Rz,maximum height of the profile Rmax and roundness f of raceways,are measured before and after machining,and the change rules of the measured results are studied.The study results show that the floating abrasive polishing can reduce the surface geometric errors of bearing raceway evidently.The roundness error is reduced by 25%,Rmax value is reduced by 35.5%,Rz value is reduced by 22%and Ra value is reduced by 5%.By analyzing the change of the geometrical parameters and the shape difference of the raceway before and after machining,it is found that the floating abrasive polishing method can affect the roundness error mainly by modifying the local deviation of the raceway’s surface profile.Bearings with different raceway surface geometrical parameter value are assembled and the running noise is tested.The test results show that Ra has a little,Rmax and Rz have a measurable,and the roundness error has a significant influence on the running noise.From the viewpoint of controlling bearings’running noise,raceway roundness error should be strictly controlled,and for the surface roughness parameters,Rmax and Rz should be mainly controlled.This paper proposes an effective method to obtain the low noise bearing by machining the raceway with floating abrasive polishing after super finishing. | PANG Guibing QI Xuezhi MA Qinyi ZHAO Xiujun WEN Chunsheng XU Wenji PENG Yanping | 2014 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2014,27,3: | 3 |

| 6 | A durable 4-1BB-based CD19 CAR-T cell for treatment of relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma显示文摘Objective:Previous studies reported that 4-1BB-based CD19 chimeric antigen receptor(CAR)-T cells were more beneficial for the clinical outcomes than CD28-based CAR-T cells,especially the lower incidence rate of severe adverse events.However,the median progression-free survival(mPFS)of 4-1BB-based product Kymriah was shorter than that of CD28-based Yescarta(2.9 months vs.5.9 months),suggesting that Kymriah was limited in the long-term efficacy.Thus,a safe and durable 4-1BB-based CD19 CAR-T needs to be developed.Methods:We designed a CD19-targeted CAR-T(named as IM19)which consisted of an FMC63 scFv,4-1BB and CD3ζintracellular domain and was manufactured into a memory T-enriched formulation.A phase I/II clinical trial was launched to evaluate the clinical outcomes of IM19 in relapsed or refractory(r/r)B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma(B-NHL).Dose-escalation investigation(at a dose of 5×10^(5)/kg,1×10^(6)/kg and 3×106/kg)was performed in 22 r/r B-NHL patients.All patients received a single infusion of IM19 after 3-day conditional regimen.Results:At month 3,the overall response rate(ORR)was 59.1%,the complete response rate(CRR)was 50.0%.The mPFS was 6 months and the 1-year overall survival rate was 77.8%.Cytokine release syndrome(CRS)occurred in 13 patients(59.1%),with 54.5%of grade 1−2 CRS.Only one patient(4.5%)experienced grade 3 CRS and grade 3 neurotoxicity.Conclusions:These results demonstrated the safety and durable efficacy of a 4-1BB-based CD19 CAR-T,IM19,which is promising for further development and clinical investigation. | Zhitao Ying Ting He Shanzhao Jin Xiaopei Wang Wen Zheng Ningjing Lin Meifeng Tu Yan Xie Lingyan Ping Weiping Liu Lijuan Deng Yanping Ding Xuelian Hu Bing Bu Xin’an Lu Yuqin Song Jun Zhu | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2022,34,1: | 2 |

In addition, convergence acceleration methods in computational mathematics are introduced to accelerate the convergence of the image series expansion, so as to make the algorithm more efficient.
