20氧化震颤素慢性给药对小鼠空间鉴别学习及耐药性的影响显示文摘C57BL小鼠慢性皮下滴入氧化震颤素,使皮层、海马、丘脑及下丘脑对~3H-QNB结合减少;行为耐受性发展在毒草碱受体恢复正常前迅速消失。存在耐药性时训练动物,空间学习受到损害;而耐药性消失后训练则没有空间学习缺陷。这些结果支持了皮层及海马胆碱能功能对获得性空间学习是重要的。但胆碱能受体数量与长期给氧化震颤素的行为效应之间可能有些脱节现象。Wehner JM 连玉树 1990国外医学(药学分册)1990,17,3:0
