1Application of Pb isotopic tracing technique to constraining the source of Pb in the West Lake Longjing tea显示文摘This paper dealt with the Pb contents and Pb isotopic composition of the West Lake Longjing tea. The results showed that in the tea leaves, from young leaf →old leaf →tea limb, the Pb contents tend to increase gradu-ally from 1.63 →4.84 →6.07×10-6, wich revealed that the Pb was accumulated gradually in the tea. After cleaned, the Pb contents of tea leaves were significantly reduced. This indicated that the deposits on the surface of tea leaves made a great contributuion to Pb contents. The survey results for soils in the relevant tea gardens showed that soil from the Longjing tea garden has higher Pb contents, with an average level of 49.6×10-6, two times those of common soils (24×10-6) in China. Results of the systematic analysis for tea, tea garden soil and the samples with the relevant background of the Pb isotopic composition displayed that the Pb isotopic ratio of tea is 206Pb/207Pb=1.164±0.005 (2σ). The ratio of 206Pb/207Pb for the soil gradually decreased from residue phase, soil dilute acid extract phase, and then to urban topsoil, i.e., 1.175 →1.171 →1.170. The 208Pb/(206Pb+207Pb) ratios also show a similar variation trend. 206Pb/207Pb ratios in the samples with the relevant background were: vehicle exhaust, 1.124; coal-combustion, 1.156; atmosphere, 1.168; and water, 1.166. Comparative studies have shown that Pb pollution is popular in the environ-mental media (soil, atmosphere, water) in Hangzhou. With the aggravation of Pb pollution, the Pb isotopic composi-tion gradually changed from the natural background (soil residues) to the direction of automobile exhaust. This phe-nomenon could illustrate that the pollution source was the vehicle exhaust, while the coal-combustion contributed little to environmental pollution in Hangzhou. The Pb of the Longjing tea came mostly from soluble phase Pb in the polluted soil. 2ILF3 is a substrate of SPOP for regulating serine biosynthesis in colorectal cancer显示文摘The Serine-Glycien-One-Carbon(SGOC)pathway is pivotal in multiple anabolic processes.Expression levels of SGOC genes are deregulated under tumoeigenic condltions,suggesting panicipation of oncogenes in deregulating the SGOC biosynthetic pathway.However,the underlying mechanism remains elusive.Here,we identifed that Interleukin enfiarccer-binding factor 3(ILF3)is overexpressed in primary CRC patient specimens and correlates with poor progroosis.ILF3 is critical in regulating the SGOC pathway by directly regulating the mRNA stability of SGOC genes,thereby increasing SGOC genes expression and facilitating tumor growth.Mehhanktic studies showed that the EGF-MIEK-ERK pathway nnediates ILF3 phosphorylation,which hin ders E3 ligase speckle-type POZ protein(SPOP)-mediated poly-ubiquitination and degradation of ILF3.Sign iftca ntly,combination of SGOC inhibitor and the anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody cetuximab can hinder the growth of patient-derived xenografts that sustain high ERK-ILF3 levels.Taken together,deregutation of ILF3 via the EGF-ERK signaling plays an important role in systemic serine metabolic reprogramming and confers a predilection toward CRC development.Our findings indicate that clinical evaluation of SCOC inhibitor is warranted for CRC patients with ILF3 overexpression.Kai Li Jian-lin Wu Baifu Qin Zongmin Fan Qin Tang Weisi Lu Haipeng Zhang Fan Xing Manqi Meng Shaomin Zou Wenxia Wei Honglei Chen Jian Cai Huaiming Wang Hui Zhang Jiayue Cai Ling Fang Xiqing Bian Chuangqi Chen Ping Lan Bart Ghesquiere Lekun Fang Mong-Hong Lee 2020Cell Research2020,30,2:6
3The ultraviolet and blue luminescence properties of ZnO:Zn thin film显示文摘The ultraviolet (UV) and blue luminescence of Zn-rich zinc oxide thin film deposited by electron-beam evaporation have been investigated at room temperature (RT). We observed that the UV and blue electroluminescence (EL) emission band centered around 480 nm which is blue shifted in comparison with that of the ZnO thin film prepared by low pressure metal organic chemical vapor deposition (LP MOCVD). The UV emission is much stronger than blue emission in the photoluminescence (PL) spectra. The field-induced ionization of excited luminescent centers of ZnO:Zn thin film at high electric field and the difference between PL and EL are discussed. 5Organic photodetectors based on transparent electrodes for application in ultraviolet light detection显示文摘A high performance heterojunction organic ultraviolet photodetector based on NPB and Bphen has been fabricated.A transparent conducting polymer PEDOT:PSS coated quartz substrate instead of ITO coated glass substrate as anode is propitious to detect shorter wavelength ultraviolet light.As a result,the device shows a low dark current density,a high responsivity of 502 mA/W and a detectivity of 2.67×10 12 cm Hz 1/2 /W which is illuminated by a 220 nm ultraviolet light with an intensity of 1.6 mW/cm 2.Moreover,the performance of the PEDOT:PSS transparent electrode device is better than the semi-transparent Al electrode device electrode because of the higher transmittance and electrode properties.DAI Qian ZHU Lu SUN Jian ZHANG XiQing WANG YongSheng 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,6:4
6Water discharge changes of the Changjiang River downstream Datong during dry season显示文摘Based on hydrometric data and extensive investigations on water-extracting projects, this paper presents a preliminary study on water discharge changes between Datong and Xuliujing during dry season. The natural hydrological processes and human factors that influence the water discharge are analyzed with the help of GIS method. The investigations indicate that the water-extracting projects downstream from Datong to Xuliujing had amounted to 64 in number by the end of 2000, with a water-extracting capacity up to 4,626 m 3 /s averaged in a tidal cycle. The water extraction from the Changjiang River has become the most important factor influencing the water discharge downstream Datong during dry season. The potential magnitude in water discharge changes are estimated based on historical records of water extraction and a water balance model. The computational results were calibrated with the actual data. The future trend in changes of water discharge into the sea during dry season was discussed by taking into consideration of newly built hydro-engineering projects. The water extraction downstream Datong in dry season before 2000 had a great influence on discharges into the sea in the extremely dry year like 1978-1979. It produced a net decrease of more than 490 m 3 /s in monthly mean discharges from the Changjiang into the sea. 7Sulfonic acid-functionalized core-shell Fe_(3)O_(4)@carbon microspheres as magnetically recyclable solid acid catalysts显示文摘Green and recyclable solid acid catalysts are in urgent demand as a substitute for conventional liquid mineral acids.In this work,a series of novel sulfonic acid-functionalized core-shell Fe_(3)O_(4)@carbon microspheres(Fe_(3)O_(4)@C-SO_(3)H)have been designed and synthesized as an efficient and recyclable heterogeneous acid catalyst.For the synthesis,core-shell Fe_(3)O_(4)@RF(resorcinol-formaldehyde)microspheres with tunable shell thickness were achieved by interfacial polymerization on magnetic Fe_(3)O_(4)microspheres.After high-temperature carbonization,the microspheres were eventually treated by surface sulfonation,re sulting in Fe_(3)O_(4)@C-x-SO_(3)H(x stands for carbonization temperature)microspheres with abundant surface SO_(3)H groups.The obtained microspheres possess uniform core-shell structure,partially-graphitized carbon skeletons,superparamagnetic property,high magnetization saturation value of 10.6 emu/g,and rich SO_(3)H groups.The surface acid amounts can be adju sted in the range of 0.59-1.04 mmol/g via sulfonation treatment of carbon shells with different graphitization degrees.The magnetic Fe_(3)O_(4)@C-x-SO_(3)H microspheres were utilized as a solid acid catalyst for the acetalization reaction between benzaldehyde and ethylene glycol,demonstrating high selectivity(97%)to benzaldehyde ethylene glycol acetal.More importantly,by applying an external magnetic field,the catalysts can be easily separated from the heterogeneous reaction solutions,which later show well preserved catalytic activity even after 9 cycles,revealing good recyclability and high stability.Chenyi Yuan Xiqing Wang Xuanyu Yang Abdulaziz AAlghamdi Fahad AAlharthi Xiaowei Cheng Yonghui Deng 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,6:2
