1Design,modeling and experiments of broadband tristable galloping piezoelectric energy harvester显示文摘Galloping based piezoelectric energy harvester is a kind of micro-environmental energy harvesting device based on flowinduced vibrations.A novel tristable galloping-based piezoelectric energy harvester is constructed by introducing a nonlinear magnetic force on the traditional galloping-based piezoelectric energy harvester.Based on Euler-Bernoulli beam theory and Kirchhoff’s law,the corresponding aero-electromechanical model is proposed and validated by a series of wind tunnel experiments.The parametric study is performed to analyse the response of the tristable galloping-based piezoelectric energy harvester.Numerical results show that comparing with the galloping-based piezoelectric energy harvester,the mechanism of the tristable galloping-based piezoelectric energy harvester is more complex.With the increase of a wind speed,the vibration of the bluff body passes through three branches:intra-well oscillations,chaotic oscillations,and inter-well oscillations.The threshold wind speed of the presented harvester for efficiently harvesting energy is 1.0 m/s,which is decreased by 33% compared with the galloping-based piezoelectric energy harvester.The maximum output power of the presented harvester is 0.73 mW at 7.0 m/s wind speed,which is increased by 35.3%.Compared with the traditional galloping-based piezoelectric energy harvester,the presented tristable galloping-based piezoelectric energy harvester has a better energy harvesting performance from flow-induced vibrations.Junlei Wang Linfeng Geng Shengxi Zhou Zhien Zhang Zhihui Lai Daniil Yurchenko 2020Acta Mechanica Sinica2020,36,3:9
2Radiofrequency ablation combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization therapy versus surgical resection for Barcelona-Clinic Liver Cancer(BCLC) A hepatocellular carcinoma: a meta-analysis显示文摘Purpose: The objective of our study was to compare the effectiveness of the combination of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE) and radiofrequency ablation(RFA) with that of surgical resection(SR) in Barcelona-Clinic Liver Cancer(BCLC) A hepatocellular carcinoma. Materials and Methods: PubMed, Medline, Embase, and Cochrane Library were searched for comparisons of the two therapies from January 2006 to December 2017. Overall survival rate(OS), recurrence-free survival rate(RFS), complications, and the average length of hospital stay were compared and analyzed. Review Manager v. 5.2 from the Cochrane Collaboration was used for statistical analyses. Results: Seven case-control studies and one randomized controlled trial were identified, of which 717 were treated with a combination of TACE and RFA and 785 were treated with SR. Meta-analysis data revealed that TACE plus RFA had significantly better effectiveness on 1.0-y OS(OR = 0.50, p =.009). The major complications(ORcomplications = 1.88, p =.02) after the combined therapy were significantly lower than those after SR. There were three studies that reported the average length of hospital stay. The hospital stay for the SR group vs the combined therapy group was 19.8 ± 8.4 d vs 7.4 ± 2.2 d, respectively(p <.0001); 18.7 ± 4.9 d vs 11.5 ± 6.9 d, respectively(p <.0001); and 16.6 ± 6.7 d vs 8.5 ± 4.1 d, respectively(p <.0001). There was no significant difference in 3.0-or 5.0-y OS and 1.0-, 3.0-, or 5.0-y RFS. 5Flexoelectric materials and their related applications: A focused review显示文摘Flexoelectricity refers to the mechanical-electro coupling between strain gradient and electric polarization, and conversely, the electro-mechanical coupling between electric field gradient and mechanical stress. This unique effect shows a promising size effect which is usually large as the material dimension is shrunk down. Moreover, it could break the limitation of centrosymmetry, and has been found in numerous kinds of materials which cover insulators, liquid crystals, biological materials, and semiconductors. In this review, we will give a brief report about the recent discoveries in flexoelectricity, focusing on the flexoelectric materials and their applications. The theoretical developments in this field are also addressed. 6Very-High Color Rendering Index Hybrid White Organic Light-Emitting Diodes with Double Emitting Nanolayers显示文摘A very-high color rendering index white organic light-emitting diode(WOLED) based on a simple structure was successfully fabricated. The optimized device exhibits a maximum total efficiency of 13.1 and 5.4 lm/W at 1,000 cd/m2. A peak color rendering index of 90 and a relatively stable color during a wide range of luminance were obtained. 7Vertical variations and associated ecological function of bacterial communities from Sphagnum to underlying sediments in Dajiuhu Peatland显示文摘To investigate vertical changes of bacterial communities from living plants to the associated sediments and bacterial biogeochemical roles in peatland ecosystem,samples of different part of individual Sphagnum palustre and the different layers of the underlying sediments were collected from Dajiuhu Peatland in central China.All samples were subject to 16S rRNA gene clone libraries and quantitative PCR analysis.Even though bacteria vary in abundance at the same order of magnitude in all samples,they show great profile difference in composition from the top part of S.palustre to the low layer of the sediments.Cyanobacteria and alpha-Proteobacteria dominate at the top part whereas Acidobacteria at the middle part of S.palustre.Alpha-Proteobacteria and Acidobacteria are the dominant phyla at the bottom part of S.palustre and in the surface peat sediment.In contrast,bacterial communities in the subsurface sediments are dominated by Acidobacteria.These profile distributions of different bacterial communities are closely related to their ecological functions in the peatland ecosystem.Specifically,most Cyanobacteria were observed at the top green part of S.palustre,a horizon where the active photosynthesis of the moss occurs,which infers their endosymbiosis.In contrast,Acidobacteria,dominant in the subsurface sediments,are able to decompose the specific compounds on the cell wall of Sphagnum moss and thus might play an important role in the formation of the peatland,including the acidic condition.Methane oxidizing process might have been underestimated in Sphagnum peatland due to the identification of Methylocystaceae in all parts of the moss investigated here.The vertical difference in bacterial composition and bacterial ecological functions presented here sheds light on the understanding of biogeochemical processes,in particular the CH4 flux,in peat ecosystems.XIANG Xing WANG HongMei GONG LinFeng LIU Qiao 2014Science China Earth Sciences2014,57,5:4
8Effectiveness and safety of Suhuang Zhike capsule(苏黄止咳胶囊)as adjuvant treatment for acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease:a systematic review and Meta-analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Suhuang Zhike capsule(苏黄止咳胶囊) in the adjuvant treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).METHODS:The database including PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database,China Science and Technology Journal Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database and Wanfang Data was searched.The retrieval time was from database establishment to May 2021.Randomized controlled trial(RCT) of Suhuang zhike capsule adjuvant treatment for AECOPD was included.The quality of the studies was independently evaluated and cross-checked by two reviewers,and Meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan5.3 software.RESULTS:Thirteen RCT results were included with a total sample number of 1195 cases,including 597 in the experimental group and 598 in the control group.The results showed that Suhuang zhike capsule adjuvant treatment of AECOPD could improve the total clinical effect rate compared with conventional treatment.Suhuang zhike capsule adjuvant treatment could improve forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),FEV1/FVC,peak expiratory flow(PEF) and other pulmonary function indexes;decrease Creactive protein(CRP),white blood cells,neutrophils and other infectious indicators;besides,the 1-year recurrence rate of the disease was decreased(all P < 0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Suhuang Zhike capsule can improve the lung function and clinical efficacy of AECOPD,thus increasing the exercise endurance,and reducing the infection and recurrence rate in AECOPD patients.DAI Linfeng ZHUANG Yan LüHai CHEN Mingqi WANG Xing 2023Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,2:3
9FeCo alloy catalysts promoting polysulfide conversion for advanced lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘Lithium sulfur batteries(LSBs)draw extensive interest because of the ultra-high capacity and low material cost.However,the sluggish lithium polysulfides(LIPSs)conversion processes are detrimental to cycle stability and rate capability,inhibiting the commercial application of LSBs.Here we present the well-designed Fe Co alloy catalysts anchored on porous carbon(FeCo-C)as sulfur host to improve the electrochemical performance by accelerating the conversion reactions.The FeCo alloy demonstrates high catalytic effect and strong adsorption capability of LIPSs,in which potential polarization can be greatly decreased and'shuttle effects'can be largely avoided.As a result,the obtained S/Fe Co-C composites show an initial specific capacity of 791.9 m Ah g^-1 at a large current density of 2 C and maintain 502.5 mAh g^-1 even after 500 cycles.Moreover,720 m Ah g^-1(corresponding to 70%retention)can be achieved after 100 cycles at 0.2 C with a high sulfur content of 80 wt%,enabling high sulfur utilization.This work not only provides a new insight to investigate the conversion kinetics of Li PSs,but also opens up a new avenue for advanced lithium sulfur batteries.Hongyi Li Linfeng Fei Rong Zhang Shenglan Yu Yongyi Zhang Longlong Shu Yong Li Yu Wang 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,10:3
10Internal structures and high-velocity frictional properties of Longmenshan fault zone at Shenxigou activated during the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake显示文摘This paper reports internal structures of a wide fault zone at Shenxigou,Dujiangyan,Sichuan province,China,and high-velocity frictional properties of the fault gouge collected near the coseismic slip zone during the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake.Vertical offset and horizontal displacement at the trench site were 2.8 m(NW side up)and 4.8 m(right-lateral),respectively.The fault zone formed in Triassic sandstone,siltstone,and shale about 500 m away from the Yingxiu-Beichuan fault,a major fault in the Longmenshan fault system.A trench survey across the coseismic fault,and observations of outcrops and drill cores down to a depth of 57 m revealed that the fault zone consists of fault gouge and fault breccia of about0.5 and 250–300 m in widths,respectively,and that the fault strikes N62°E and dips 68° to NW.Quaternary conglomerates were recovered beneath the fault in the drilling,so that the fault moved at least 55 m along the coseismic slip zone,experiencing about 18 events of similar sizes.The fault core is composed of grayish gouge(GG) and blackish gouge(BG) with very complex slip-zone structures.BG contains low-crystalline graphite of about 30 %.High-velocity friction experiments were conducted at normal stresses of 0.6–2.1 MPa and slip rates of 0.1–2.1 m/s.Both GG and BG exhibit dramatic slip weakening at constant high slip rates that can be described as an exponential decay from peak friction coefficient lpto steadystate friction coefficient lssover a slip-weakening distance Dc.Deformation of GG and BG is characterized by overlapped slip-zone structures and development of sharp slickenside surfaces,respectively.Comparison of our data with those reported for other outcrops indicates that the high-velocity frictional properties of the Longmenshan fault zones are quite uniform and the high-velocity weakening must have promoted dynamic rupture propagation during the Wenchuan earthquake.Yu Wang Shengli Ma Toshihiko Shimamoto Lu Yao Jianye Chen Xiaosong Yang Honglin He Jiaxiang Dang Linfeng Hou Tetsuhiro Togo 2014Earthquake Science2014,27,5:3
11Nonlinear analysis of the alcoholic's EEG显示文摘The nonlinear analysis is used to study the EEGs of the alcoholic and the control. Three kinds of expansions are discussed in order to get a more proper delay and then Liangyue Cao algorithm is implemented efficiently. Totally, there are 40 subjects involved in this study and the average values and the sample variances of D2s are computed. The results show that the average value of D2s of the alcoholic is larger than that of the control when the same electrode was used, which means that the brain dynamics of the alcoholic is more complex than that of the control. 13Specialising neural network potentials for accurate properties and application to the mechanical response of titanium显示文摘Large scale atomistic simulations provide direct access to important materials phenomena not easily accessible to experiments or quantum mechanics-based calculation approaches.Accurate and efficient interatomic potentials are the key enabler,but their development remains a challenge for complex materials and/or complex phenomena.Machine learning potentials,such as the Deep Potential(DP)approach,provide robust means to produce general purpose interatomic potentials.Here,we provide a methodology for specialising machine learning potentials for high fidelity simulations of complex phenomena,where general potentials do not suffice.As an example,we specialise a general purpose DP method to describe the mechanical response of two allotropes of titanium(in addition to other defect,thermodynamic and structural properties).The resulting DP correctly captures the structures,energies,elastic constants andγ-lines of Ti in both the HCP and BCC structures,as well as properties such as dislocation core structures,vacancy formation energies,phase transition temperatures,and thermal expansion.The DP thus enables direct atomistic modelling of plastic and fracture behaviour of Ti.The approach to specialising DP interatomic potential,DPspecX,for accurate reproduction of properties of interest“X”,is general and extensible to other systems and properties.Tongqi Wen Rui Wang Lingyu Zhu Linfeng Zhang Han Wang David J.Srolovitz Zhaoxuan Wu 2021npj Computational Materials2021,,1:3
14Highly efficient fluoride removal from water using 2D metal-organic frameworks MIL-53(Al)with rich Al and O adsorptive centers显示文摘In this study,metal-organic framework MIL-53(Al)was synthesized and studied to understand the different mechanisms between normal MIL-53(Al)and 2D metal-organic framework MIL-53(Al)for removing fluoride.Comparatively,the 2D MIL-53(Al)had two-dimensional linear morphology rather than block shape,indicating more expose adsorptive sites than normal MIL-53(Al).The batch adsorption experiments were applied to investigate the performance of 2D MIL-53(Al),including pH,adsorption kinetics,and thermodynamics.The 2D MIL-53(Al)(75.50 mg/g)showed better adsorption capacity than normal MIL-53(Al)(35.63 mg/g).The adsorption process of 2D MIL-53(Al)followed the pseudo-firstorder model and Langmuir model.The adsorption mechanism of this material was further studied by using experimental characterization and density functional theory calculations in detail.The main adsorptive sites were Al and O in the 2D MIL-53(Al),and the relationship between fluoride binding with Al and O was HF^(-)_(2)>HF>F^(-).The species of fluoride were HF2,HF,F at different pH and concentrations.Hence,this study provides a significant way on the application of two-dimensional materials for removing fluoride.Lei Huang Zhihui Yang Sikpaam Issaka Alhassan Zhixuan Luo Baocheng Song Linfeng Jin Yixian Zhao Haiying Wang 2021Environmental Science and Ecotechnology2021,,4:3

16A 1.2 V,3.1%3σ-accuracy thermal sensor analog front-end circuit in 12 nm CMOS process显示文摘This paper presents a 1.2 V high accuracy thermal sensor analog front-end circuit with 7 probes placed around the microprocessor chip.This analog front-end consists of a BGR(bandgap reference),a DEM(dynamic element matching)control,and probes.The BGR generates the voltages linear changed with temperature,which are followed by the data read out circuits.The superior accuracy of the BGR’s output voltage is a key factor for sensors fabricated via the FinFET digital process.Here,a 4-stage folded current bias structure is proposed,to increase DC accuracy and confer immunity against FinFET process variation due to limited device length and low current bias.At the same time,DEM is also adopted,so as to filter out current branch mismatches.Having been fabricated via a 12 nm FinFET CMOS process,200 chips were tested.The measurement results demonstrate that these analog front-end circuits can work steadily below 1.2 V,and a less than 3.1%3σ-accuracy level is achieved.Temperature stability is 0.088 mV/℃across a range from-40 to 130℃.Liqiong Yang Linfeng Wang Junhua Xiao Longbing Zhang Jian Wang 2021Journal of Semiconductors2021,42,3:2
17Designing heterostructured FeP–CoP for oxygen evolution reaction:Interface engineering to enhance electrocatalytic performance显示文摘It is significant to develop highly efficient electrocatalysts for energy conversion systems.Interface engineering is one of the most feasible approaches to effectively enhance the electrocatalytic activity.Herein,the density functional theory(DFT)calculations predict that the potential barriers of Fe sites at the interface of FeP–CoP heterostructures are lower than that of Fe sites in FeP nanoparticles(NPs),Co sites in CoP NPs,or Co sites in heterostructures.Motivated by the DFT calculation results,FeP–CoP heterostructures have been designed and synthesized by a metal–organic frameworks(MOFs)confined-phosphorization method.The FeP–CoP exhibits the lowest overpotential of 230 mV at the current density of 10 mA·cm^(−2)for oxygen evolution reaction(OER),compared with FeP(470 mV)and CoP(340 mV),which outperforms most of transition metal-based catalysts.The Tafel analysis of FeP–CoP heterostructures shows an improved reaction kinetic pathway with the smallest slope of 90.3 mV·dec^(−1),as compared to the Tafel slopes of FeP NPs(137 mV·dec^(−1))and CoP NPs(114 mV·dec^(−1)).And the FeP–CoP shows extraordinary long-term stability over 24 h.The excellent activity and long-term stability of FeP–CoP derive from the synergistic effect between FeP and CoP.Shuang Hou Ansai Zhang Qi Zhou Yingjie Wen Sixie Zhang Linfeng Su Xinjie Huang Tian Wang Kun Rui Cheng Wang Huiling Liu Zhiyi Lu Peilei He 2023Nano Research2023,16,5:2

20Experimental comparison of SiC GTO and ETO for pulse power applications显示文摘Silicon carbide(SiC) emitter turn-off thyristors(ETOs) are very promising high power capacity semiconductor devices for high voltage and high power density power systems and pulse power applications. However,reports on comparison of high voltage SiC GTOs and ETOs in pulse power applications have been rare. In this paper, a comprehensive study on a 6.5 kV SiC GTO and ETO are carried out to demonstrate the superior performance of the SiC ETO over the GTO in pulse power application. A 6.5 kV SiC ETO was designed and tested with a printed circuit board(PCB) integrated gate driver. The forward conduction characteristics of the SiC ETO and GTO in elevated temperatures are measured and compared, showing the excellent temperature coefficient of the SiC ETO's output characteristics. Their turn-off characteristics with resistive load are measured and compared,demonstrating that the SiC ETO has much faster switching speed and smaller turn-off loss.
