1Association between the levels of prostaglandin E2 in tears and severity of dry eye显示文摘AIM: To investigate the relationship between the levels of prostaglandin E2(PGE2) in tears and dry eye disease severity based on both clinical symptoms and signs.METHODS: Tear samples were collected from 36 non-Sj?gren syndrome dry eye patients(10 males and 26 females, mean age 50.11±11.17 y). All participants completed the Ocular Surface Disease Index(OSDI) questionnaire and underwent a detailed ophthalmic examination including, tear film breakup time(TBUT), ocular surface fluorescein staining, Schirmer I test, and meibomian gland assessment. The level of PGE2 in tears was measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The independent associations between tear PGE2 levels and other variables including demographics, OSDI scores, TBUT, Schirmer scores, ocular surface staining scores, and stage of meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD) were evaluated using linear regression analysis. RESULTS: The mean PGE2 level in tears of dry eye patients was 537.85±234.02 pg/mL. The tear PGE2 levels significantly positively correlated with OSDI scores(R=0.608, P<0.001), however, they did not significantly associate with TBUT(R=0.153, P=0.373), Schirmer scores(R=-0.098, P=0.570), ocular surface staining scores(R=0.282, P=0.095), and stage of MGD(R=-0.107, P=0.535).Male sex was significantly negatively correlated with tear PGE2 levels.CONCLUSION: The levels of PGE2 in tears are positively correlated with dry eye symptoms. 11A comparative in vitro study on the cerumenolytic effect of docusate sodium versus 2.5%sodium bicarbonate using UVevisible absorption spectroscopy显示文摘Objective:To compare cerumenolytic effects of docusate sodium and of 2.5%sodium bicarbonate-In vitro study;observe characteristics of the solution,using ultravioletevisible(UV/Vis)spectroscopy,and measurement of cholesterol levels.Methods:Samples of human cerumen were mixed to form a relatively homogenous paste.Samples of about 500mg were weighed and packed at the bottom of the test tubes.To each tube was added 1.5 ml of either docusate sodium or 2.5%sodium bicarbonate.Tubes were incubated at 36.4C in a water bath for 15,30 or 60 min.Following incubation,the supernatant solution was pipetted into a cuvette.The cerumenolytic efficacy was defined as the absorbance(recorded at 350 nm and 400 nm)of the solutions.Results were the average of three replicates.A cholesterol level of each sample was then determined to confirm the result.Results:Turbidity was much greater in tubes containing 2.5%sodium bicarbonate,indicating dissolution of cerumen.Mean difference of absorbance values measured at 350 nm and 400 nm after 15,30,60 min digestions were 1.93[95%CI 1.49e2.38,p-value<0.001]and 1.81[95%CI 1.21e2.41,p-value<0.001],respectively.Furthermore,levels of cholesterol were greater in tubes containing 2.5%sodium bicarbonate solution after digestion than in tubes containing docusate sodium;11 mg/dl[95%CI 1.47e24.14,pvalue?0.083]Conclusion:Both spectrophotometric and cholesterol level assessments suggest that 2.5%sodium bicarbonate has a higher cerumenolytic effect than docusate sodium.In other words,cerumen can be dissolved in 2.5%sodium bicarbonate much better than docusate sodium in a time-dependent manner.Chompunut Srisukhumchai Pornthep Kasemsiri Teeraporn Rattanaanekchai Somchai Srirompotong Umaporn Yordpratum Chadamas Sakolsinsiri 2020Journal of Otology2020,15,3:0
12慢性病自我护理量表泰语版的跨文化调适及心理测量学分析显示文摘目的本研究旨在翻译和验证泰语版慢性病自我护理量表4.c版(Self-Care of Chronic Ilness Inven-tory version 4.c,SC-CII v4.c)在慢性病患者中应用的信效度。方法对SC-CI v4.c量表进行翻译,并通过横断面研究验证其信效度。采用准备、正向翻译、对比、反向翻译、反向翻译审查、调适、认知报告、认知报告审查、定稿、校对9个步骤将英语版本问卷翻译为泰语,并对翻译的有效性进行了评估。于2022年7一11月在泰国南部的16所初级保健中心选取410名至少有1种慢性疾病患者为研究对象。采用结构效度、聚合效度和区分效度评估量表的效度;应用自我护理自我效能量表(the Self-Care Self-Eficacy Scale,SCSES)和自我感知健康量表来评估量表的同时效度;采用Cronbach'sα系数、项目总相关系数和组合信度(composite relia-bility,CR)指数来评估量表的信度。结果泰语版SC-CI v4.c具有很好的翻译效度(卡帕系数为0.99)。泰语版自我护理维持分量表与原始模型拟合度很好,其中健康促进行为和疾病相关行为维度中的条目有较小差异;自我护理监测和自我护理管理分量表与原始模型存在很好的拟合度。验证性因子分析显示,泰语版SC-CII v4.c具有良好的拟合度。量表的平均方差提取值(average variance extracted,AVE)范围为0.23~0.51,异质-单质比率(heterotrait-monotrait ratios,HTMT)范围为0.37~0.88。泰语版SC-CI v4.c及3个分量表得分与SCSES(r=0.25~0.65)和自我感知健康量表(r=0.09~0.35)均呈正相关。除自我护理维持分量表(Cronbach’sα=0.68)外,所有量表Cronbach'sα系数都较高,CR指数显示3个分量表均具有可靠性(范围为0.80~0.82)。除与睡眠有关的条目外,其他条目与总分的相关系数均较好,范围为0.34~0.71。结论泰语版SC-CI v4.c对于评估非特异性慢性病患者的自我护理是有效和可靠的。建议对特定疾病患者进行进一步测试。Chonchanok Bunsuk Jom Suwanno Nuntaporn Klinjun Wanna Kumanjan Kannika Srisomthrong Chennet Phonphet Chidchanok Mayurapak Chutiporn Dansuwan Juk Suwanno Punnaphat Chramnanpho Umaporn Kamlungdee Wichai Arab Putrada Ninla-aesong Sadee Saithong Hamilton Ladda Thiamwong 2023International Journal of Nursing Sciences2023,10,3:0
13抗土霉素单克隆抗体的制备及其在虾中土霉素残留的检测应用(英文)显示文摘研究目的:抗土霉素单克隆抗体的制备和特性分析,并用于间接竞争酶联免疫吸附测定法(icELISA)分析虾样品中土霉素的残留。创新要点:本研究建立分泌抗土霉素单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞株,筛选出对虾中土霉素残留检测具有较高灵敏度的单克隆抗体2.4F。研究方法:重要结论:用细胞杂交技术使土霉素.牛血清白蛋白偶联物免疫的BALC/c雌性小鼠的脾细胞与骨髓瘤细胞融合,建立三株分泌抗土霉素单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞株(2—4F、7-3G和11-11A),并制备它们的单克隆抗体。通过ieELISA法分析单克隆抗体对土霉素的半抑制质量浓度(IC-50)和交叉反应率,明确其灵敏度和特异性。实验结果发现单克隆抗体2—4F具有最高的灵敏度,对土霉素的IC50为7.01ng/ml,且该单抗特异性强,仅与罗利环素之间有强烈的交叉反应,而与非相关抗生素不发生交叉反应。当利用单克隆抗体2-4F检测虾样品中的土霉素含量时,其批内和批间回收率分别为82%~118%和96%~113%,变异系数分别为3.9%~13.9%和5.5%~14.9%。因此,单克隆抗体2.4F可用于虾产品中土霉素残留分析试剂盒的开发。Tossapon WONGTANGPRASERT Wirongrong NATAKUATHUNG Umaporn PIMPITAK Anumart BUAKEAW Tanapat PALAGA Kittinan KOMOLPIS Nanthika KHONGCHAREONPORN 2014Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2014,15,2:0
