| 1 | 新型口服抗凝药对我国非瓣膜性心房颤动患者治疗效果与安全性的Meta分析显示文摘背景非瓣膜性心房颤动(NVAF)是临床常见的心律失常,常引起栓塞事件发生,故抗凝治疗在NVAF治疗中尤为重要。华法林已被证实为有效的传统口服抗凝药,但出血风险高等缺点限制了其临床应用。近年来出现的新型口服抗凝药(NOACs)弥补了华法林的缺陷而备受临床关注。目的评价NOACs对国内NVAF患者治疗的效果与安全性。方法 2015年9月——2016年8月,计算机检索Cochrane Library、Pub Med、Web of Science、EMBase、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普网和万方数据知识服务平台,筛选关于NOACs与华法林对NVAF患者治疗比较的随机对照试验(RCT)。提取纳入文献相关信息,并评价纳入文献质量。结果纳入15篇文献,共2 246例患者,文献质量评分为4~5分。Meta分析显示,与华法林比较,NOACs可降低NVAF患者脑卒中发生率〔OR=0.65,95%CI(0.43,0.97),P=0.04〕、非严重性出血发生率〔OR=0.44,95%CI(0.31,0.61),P<0.001〕及严重性出血发生率〔OR=0.45,95%CI(0.22,0.91),P=0.03〕;而非神经系统性血栓栓塞发生率比较,差异无统计学意义〔OR=0.72,95%CI(0.46,1.14),P=0.16〕。结论采用NOACs治疗NVAF患者脑卒中、非严重性出血及严重性出血发生率低于华法林,非神经系统性血栓栓塞发生率与华法林无差异,NOACs用于治疗国内NVAF患者具有良好的效果和安全性。 | 颜建龙 赛音夫 LAM HOANG TRUC 邵文明 谭国强 张爱东 | 2017 | 中国全科医学2017,20,11: | 21 |
| 2 | Inactivation effect of pressurized carbon dioxide on bacteriophage Qβ and ΦX174 as a novel disinfectant for water treatment显示文摘The inactivation effects of pressurized CO2 against bacteriophage Qβ and ΦX174 were investigated under the pressure of 0.3–0.9 MPa, initial concentration of 107–109PFU/mL, and temperature of17.8°C–27.2°C. The optimum conditions were found to be 0.7 MPa and an exposure time of 25 min. Under identical treatment conditions, a greater than 3.3-log reduction in bacteriophage Qβ was achieved by CO2, while a nearly 3.0 log reduction was observed for phage ΦX174. The viricidal effects of N2O(an inactivation gas with similar characteristics to CO2), normal acid(HCl), and CO2 treatment with phosphate buffered saline affirmed the chemical nature of CO2 treatment. The pumping cycle, depressurization rate, and release of intracellular substances caused by CO2 were its viricidal mechanisms. | 19 | 4D biofabrication via instantly generated graded hydrogel scaffolds显示文摘Formation of graded biomaterials to render shape-morphing scaffolds for 4D biofabrication holds great promise in fabrication of complex structures and the recapitulation of critical dynamics for tissue/organ regeneration.Here we describe a facile generation of an adjustable and robust gradient using a single-or multi-material one-step fabrication strategy for 4D biofabrication.By simply photocrosslinking a mixed solution of a photocrosslinkable polymer macromer,photoinitiator(PI),UV absorber and live cells,a cell-laden gradient hydrogel with pre-programmable deformation can be generated.Gradient formation was demonstrated in various polymers including poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG),alginate,and gelatin derivatives using various UV absorbers that present overlap in UV spectrum with that of the PI UV absorbance spectrum.Moreover,this simple and effective method was used as a universal platform to integrate with other hydrogel-engineering techniques such as photomask-aided microfabrication,photo-patterning,ion-transfer printing,and 3D bioprinting to fabricate more advanced cell-laden scaffold structures.Lastly,proof-of-concept 4D tissue engineering was demonstrated in a study of 4D bone-like tissue formation.The strategy’s simplicity along with its versatility paves a new way in solving the hurdle of achieving temporal shape changes in cell-laden single-component hydrogel scaffolds and may expedite the development of 4D biofabricated constructs for biological applications. | Aixiang Ding Sang Jin Lee Sriramya Ayyagari Rui Tang Cong Truc Huynh Eben Alsberg | 2022 | Bioactive Materials2022,7,1: | 1 |
