| 2 | Altered spontaneous contractions of the ileum by anesthetic agents in rats exposed to peritonitis显示文摘AIM:To investigate in vitro effects of propofol,midazolam and dexmedetomidine,which are commonly used anaesthesic or sedatives,on spontaneous contractions of the ileum both in normal rats and those exposed to hyperdynamic peritonitis.METHODS:Spontaneous contractions of isolated ileum muscle segments from sham operated rats and those exposed to peritonitis,were studied in vitro.The amplitude and the frequency of spontaneous contractions of ileum muscle segments were studied after adding dexmetetomidine,propofol,and midazolam to the organ bath in a cumulative manner.RESULTS:Both amplitude(85.2±6.6 vs 47.4±7.1)and frequency(32.8±4.6 vs 20.2±3.9)of spontaneous contractions in ileum smooth muscle segments were decreased significantly in the peritonitis group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Dexmedetomidine significantly increased the amplitude of spontaneous contractions(85.2±6.6 vs 152.0±5.4,P<0.05)whereas,propofol(85.2±6.6 vs 49.6±4.8,P<0.05)and midazolam(85.2±6.6 vs 39.2±4.5,P<0.05)decreased it in both control and peritonitis groups.The frequency of spontaneous contractions were significantly decreased by propofol in both control(32.8±4.6 vs 18.2±3.4,P<0.05)and peritonitis groups 20.2±3.9 vs 11.6±3.2,P<0.05).Dexmedetomidine and midazolam did not cause significant changes in the number of spontaneous contractions in both control and the peritonitis groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:Propofol,midazolam and dexmedetomidine have various in vitro effects on spontaneous contractions of the rat ileum.While dexmedetomidine augments the spontaneous contraction of the rat ileum,propofol attenuates it.However,the effects of these compounds were parallel in both control and peritonitis groups. | Cengiz Aydin Ihsan Bagcivan Sinan Gursoy Ahmet Altun Omer Topcu Ayhan Koyuncu | 2009 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2009，15，13： | 6 |

| 4 | Phase control of ellipsometric interferometer for nanometric positioning system显示文摘Development in industry is asking for improved resolution and higher accuracy in dimensional metrology. In this paper,we proposed a control displacement method based on a polarization ellipsometirc interferometer and phase-locked loop technique. The proposed principle was set up. The experimental results of step and step displacements with a step value of 5 nm were presented. We also analyzed the resolution,the potential minimal displacement of the established system. The results show that the position error induced by the ellipticty deviation of the light beam becomes negligible thanks to our signal processing circuit with high-order filter. | 6 | 玻璃体腔抗VEGF治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿的疗效分析(英文)显示文摘目的:评估玻璃体腔内抗VEGF治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿(DME)24mo后的现实生活剖析和视觉效果。方法:本研究包括了2012-06/2016-12接受玻璃体腔内注射的视网膜内和/或视网膜下液体和基线中心黄斑厚度(CMT)超过300μm的DME患者。在基线处3,6,12,18和24mo评估视力(VA)和CMT的变化,以及患者就诊和玻璃体腔内注射总数。结果:研究包含40例患者(54眼)。基线处3mo LogMAR视力从0.67±0.47提高到0.59±0.43并在12mo内保持3.5±2.19次注射。12mo和24mo时平均就诊次数分别为9±2.39和15.48±4.84。基线处平均CMT为450±153μm,12mo和24mo时分别降至385±141μm和305±111μm(P<0.001)。结论:PRN方法在治疗DME中可以保持视力稳定并改善黄斑水肿,但在主动疗法中,较低的就诊负担可能会获得类似的或更好的治疗效果。 | Cemal ?avdarli Firat Selen Pinar Topcu Yilmaz Mehmet Numan Alp | 2019 | 国际眼科杂志2019，19，8： | 2 |
