3Engineering electrode interfaces for telecom-band photodetection in MoS_(2)/Au heterostructures via sub-band light absorption显示文摘Transition metal dichalcogenide(TMD)layered semiconductors possess immense potential in the design of photonic,electronic,optoelectronic,and sensor devices.However,the sub-bandgap light absorption of TMD in the range from near-infrared(NIR)to short-wavelength infrared(SWIR)is insufficient for applications beyond the bandgap limit.Herein,we report that the sub-bandgap photoresponse of MoS_(2)/Au heterostructures can be robustly modulated by the electrode fabrication method employed.We observed up to 60%sub-bandgap absorption in the MoS_(2)/Au heterostructure,which includes the hybridized interface,where the Au layer was applied via sputter deposition.The greatly enhanced absorption of sub-bandgap light is due to the planar cavity formed by MoS_(2) and Au;as such,the absorption spectrum can be tuned by altering the thickness of the MoS_(2) layer.Photocurrent in the SWIR wavelength range increases due to increased absorption,which means that broad wavelength detection from visible toward SWIR is possible.We also achieved rapid photoresponse(~150μs)and high responsivity(17 mA W^(-1))at an excitation wavelength of 1550nm.Our findings demonstrate a facile method for optical property modulation using metal electrode engineering and for realizing SWIR photodetection in wide-bandgap 2D materials.Chengyun Hong Saejin Oh Vu Khac Dat Sangyeon Pak SeungNam Cha Kyung-Hun Ko Gyung-Min Choi Tony Low Sang-Hyun Oh Ji-Hee Kim 2023Light(Science & Applications)2023,12,12:0
4吉非替尼与多西紫杉醇在化疗后非小细胞肺癌患者中的疗效对比(INTEREST):一项随机Ⅲ期临床试验显示文摘背景两项在既往接受过治疗的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者中进行的Ⅱ期临床试验结果表明,吉非替尼的疗效优于化疗,且毒副作用更小:局部晚期或转移性非小细胞肺癌患者在接受以铂类药物为基础的化疗后,继续使用吉非替尼和多西紫杉醇进行治疗,观察并比较两类药物的疗效:方法2004年3月1日至2006年2月17日,采用开放标记的Ⅲ期临床研究的方法,在全球24个国家的149家中心招募受试者。1466例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者在接受铂类药物化疗后(铂类药物化疗至少1个疗程),经随机分组,分别接受吉非替尼(250mg口服,每日1次;n=733)或多西紫杉醇(75mg/m^2静脉注射,1h注射完毕,每3周1次;n=733)治疗,并保持两组间样本数量的动态平衡。本研究的主要目的是采用协同主要分析法,比较两组间的存活情况,以此评估吉非替尼在总体符合方案人群中的非劣效性,在意向治疗人群高表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)基因拷贝数患者中的优效性。本临床研究在ClinicalTrials.gov上注册,编号为NCT00076388。结果本研究分析了两种治疗方案下的共计1433例患者(吉非替尼组723例,多西紫杉醇组710例)。总体存活情况确认了吉非替尼相对于多西紫杉醇的非劣效性(事件593例Fs576例,HR1.020,96%C10.905~1.150,达到预定非劣效性标准;中位存活时间7.6月 vs8.0月):具有高EGFR基因拷贝数的患者(85例 vs 89例)未显示出吉非替尼治疗的优效性证据(事件72例vs 71例,HR1.09,95%C10.78-1.51,P=0.62;中位存活时间8.4个月Fs7.5个月)?在吉非替尼治疗组中,最常见的不良事件包括皮疹或痤疮[360例(49%)vs 73例(10%)]以及腹泻[255例(35%)vs 177例(25%)];然而,在多西紫杉醇治疗组中,中性粒细胞减少症[35例(5%)vs 514例(74%)]、乏力不适[182例(25%)vs 334例(47%)]以及脱发[23例(3%)vs 254例(36%)1是最常见的不良事件。结论INTEREST研究确立了吉非替尼与多西紫杉醇相比在存活率方面的非劣效性,提示吉非替尼对于既往接受过治疗的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者是一项有效的治疗措施。Edward SKim Vera Hirsh Tony Mok Mark A Socinski Radj Gervais Yi-Long Wu Long-Yun Li Claire L Watkins Mark V Sellers Elizabeth S Lowe Yan Sun Mei-Lin Liao Kell Osterlind Martin Reck Alison A Armour Frances A Shepherd Scott M Lippman lean-Yves Douillard 2009世界临床医学2009,,7:0
