| 1 | Alkaline Intrusives at the East Foot of the Taihang-Da Hinggan Mountains:Chronology,Sr,Nd and Pb Isotopic Characteristics and Their Implications显示文摘Based on the Rb-Sr isochron dating results, this paper suggests that the alkaline intrusive belt at the east foot of the Taihang-Da Hinggan Mountains were formed between 135 and 122 Ma. And the alkaline intrusives in the north and south sections of this belt have entirely different Sr, Nd and Pb isotopic characteristics, i.e., all the rocks in the south section have positive εSr(t) and negative εNd(t) values and all those in the north have the opposite values. On the εSr(t) versus εNd(t) correlation diagram, the samples from the south are concentrated along the enriched mantle evolution trend lines and nearby, while those from the north fall along the depleted mantle trend lines and nearby. On the Pb isotope composition diagram, most of the samples from the south section fall on the mantle Pb evolution line and nearby, while those from the north lie between the Pb evolution lines of the mantle and the erogenic belt. | 3 | Glycyrrhetinic acid-triggered cytoprotective autophagy via inositolrequiring enzyme 1α-c-Jun N-terminal kinase cascade in non-small cell lung cancer cells显示文摘OBJECTIVE Glycyrrhetinic acid(GA),one of the main bioactive constituents of the famous Chinese medicinal herb Glycyrrhizauralensis Fisch,presents potent cytotoxicity to various cancer cells both in vitro and in vivo.Herein,we′d like to determine whether GA triggers autophagy in non-small cell lung cancer cells and the mechanisms involved.METHODS Cell proliferation was determined by MTT assay and colony formation.AnnexinⅤ/PI staining,Hoechst33342 staining,and Western blotting were used to detect GA-induced apoptosis.GA-induced autophagy was measured by expression of the lipid modification of light chain-3(LC3)and transfected with GFP-LC3 or GFP-RFP-LC3 plasmid.Pharmacological regulators,siRNA,and plasmid transfection were used to study the mechanisms of GA-triggered autophagy.RESULTS GA inhibited cell proliferation and induced apoptosis in a concentrationdependent manner in non-small cell lung cancer A549 cells.GA induced autophagyas evidenced by up-regulation of LC3-Ⅱexpression when combined treatment with chloroquine and induction of the red punta after GFP-RFP-LC3 plasmid transfection.Knockdown of autophagy related proteins(ATG)7,ATG 5,or beclin 1by siRNA,the expression of LC3-Ⅱand GFP-LC3 punt atriggered by GA were decreased.Furthermore,the c-Jun N-terminal kinase(JNK)pathways were activated after treatment with GA,and pretreatment with JNK inhibitor SP600125 or silence of JNK pathway by siRNA of JNK or c-jun obviously reduced GA-induced LC3-Ⅱexpression and GFP-LC3 punta formation.GA also stimulate dendoplasmic reticulum stress response by triggering inositol-requiring enzyme 1α(IRE1α)pathway,and knockdown of IRE1αinhibited the activation of JNK pathway and autophagy induced by GA.In addition,GA-induced cell proliferative inhibition and apoptosis were both enhanced when silence of autophagy as well as JNK pathway.CONCLUSION Our study demonstrated,for the first time,that GA induced a cytoprotective autophagy in non-small cell lung cancer cells by activating the IRE1α-JNK pathway,which might decreased the anti-cancer effects of GA. | Zheng-haiTANG Le-leZHANG TingLI Jia-hongLU Chung-hangLEUNG Xiu-pingCHEN Yi-taoWANG Jin-jianLU | 2015 | 中国药理学与毒理学杂志2015,29,S1: | 9 |
| 4 | 2D nanoplate assembled nitrogen doped hollow carbon sphere decorated with Fe3O4 as an efficient electrocatalyst for oxygen reduction reaction and Zn-air batteries显示文摘Designing a highly efficient non-precious based oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)electrocatalyst is critical for the commercialization of various sustainable energy storage and conversion devices such as metal-air batteries and fuel cells.Herein,we report a convenient strategy to synthesis Fe3O4 embedded in N doped hollow carbon sphere(NHCS)for ORR.What's interesting is that the carbon microsphere is composed of two-dimensional(2D)nanoplate that could provide more exposed active sites.The usage of solid ZnO nanowires as zinc source is crucial to obtain this structure.The Fe3O4@NHCS-2 exhibits better catalytic activity and durability than the commercial PtC catalyst.Moreover,it further displays high-performance of Zn-air batteries as a cathode electrocatalyst with a high-power density of 133 mW·cm^-2 and high specific capacity of 701 mA·h·g^-1.The special hollow structure composed 2D nanoplate,high surface area,as well as synergistic effect between the high active Fe3O4 nanoparticles and N-doped matrix endows this outstanding catalytic activity.The work presented here can be easily extended to prepare metal compounds decorated carbon nanomaterials with special structure for a broad range of energy storage and conversion devices. | Yanqiang Li Huiyong Huang Siru Chen Xin Yu Chao Wang Tingli Ma | 2019 | Nano Research2019,12,11: | 9 |
| 5 | Type Synthesis of 1T2R Parallel Mechanisms Using Structure Coupling-Reducing Method显示文摘Direct kinematics with analytic solutions is critical to the real-time control of parallel mechanisms.Therefore,the type synthesis of a mechanism having explicit form of forward kinematics has become a topic of interest.Based on this purpose,this paper deals with the type synthesis of 1T2R parallel mechanisms by investigating the topological structure coupling-reducing of the 3UPS&UP parallel mechanism.With the aid of the theory of mechanism topology,the analysis of the topological characteristics of the 3UPS&UP parallel mechanism is presented,which shows that there are highly coupled motions and constraints amongst the limbs of the mechanism.Three methods for structure coupling-reducing of the 3UPS&UP parallel mechanism are proposed,resulting in eight new types of 1T2R parallel mechanisms with one or zero coupling degree.One obtained parallel mechanism is taken as an example to demonstrate that a mechanism with zero coupling degree has an explicit form for forward kinematics.The process of type synthesis is in the order of permutation and combination;therefore,there are no omissions.This method is also appli cable to other configurations,and novel topological structures having simple forward kinematics can be obtained from an original mechanism via this method. | Haitao Liu Ke Xu Huiping Shen Xianlei Shan Tingli Yang | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2019,32,5: | 9 |
| 6 | Characteristics of gas geochemistry in Yangbajing geothermal field, Tibet显示文摘CO 2 is a main component of gases in the Yangbajing geothermal field, usually higher than 85 in volume; others are N 2, H 2S, H 2, CH 4, etc. Helium R/R a ratios, ranging from 0.14 to 0.46, indicate a crustal component to be dominant in the gases. δ 13C-CO 2 values and δ 34S-H 2S values are in the range -7.72‰--11.33‰ and 0.2‰-8.3‰, respectively. The gases are inferred to mostly derive from the partial melting of the Nyainqentanglha core complex. The gases of shallow and deep reservoirs are distinctive in chemical compositions and δ 34S-H 2S values, which shows their different flowing paths and physical-chemical processes. Sulphur does not approach isotopic equilibrium between H 2S and SO 2- 4 species in both reservoirs. | 7 | Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Four-diagnostic auxilia-ry apparatus in evaluation of health status and clinical treatment显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the application of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) Four-diagnostic Auxiliary Apparatus in disease diagnosis.METHODS: The liver cancer patients and healthy controls were recruited from Shanghai Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital and Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, respectively. Then, the included subjects were diagnosed by the Four-diagnostic auxiliary apparatus.RESULTS: Thirty liver cancer patients and 30 paired healthy controls were enrolled in this study. Based on the apparatus, the pulse wave velocity was significantly higher in patients compared with controls(P < 0.05). The number of patients with purple tongue and ecchymosis were more than controls(P < 0.05). The number of patients(10%) with yellow tongue coating were higher than the controls(0%). Patients were inclined to be with water type and fire type constitution.CONCLUSION: TCM Four-diagnostic auxiliary apparatus can be applied in clinical diagnosis of body constitution and health status of subjects. | 8 | All-solid-state flexible asymmetric supercapacitors with high energy and power densities based on NiCo_2S_4@MnS and active carbon显示文摘Electrode material based on a novel core–shell structure consisting of NiCo_2S_4(NCS) solid fiber core and Mn S(MS) sheet shell(NCS@MS) in situ grown on carbon cloth(CC) has been successfully prepared by a simple sulfurization-assisted hydrothermal method for high performance supercapacitor. The synthesized NiCo_2S_4@Mn S/CC electrode shows high capacitance of 1908.3 F g^(-1) at a current density of 0.5 A g^(-1) which is higher than those of NiCo_2S_4 and Mn S at the same current density. A flexible all-solid-state asymmetric supercapacitor(ASC) is constructed by using NiCo_2S_4@Mn S/CC as positive electrode, active carbon/CC as negative electrode and KOH/poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA) as electrolyte. The optimized ASC shows a maximum energy density of 23.3 Wh kg^(-1) at 1 A g^(-1), a maximum power density of about7.5 kw kg^(-1) at 10 A g^(-1) and remarkable cycling stability. After 9000 cycles, the ASC still exhibited67.8% retention rate and largely unchanged charge/discharge curves. The excellent electrochemical properties are resulted from the novel core–shell structure of the NiCo_2S_4@Mn S/CC electrode, which possesses both high surface area for Faraday redox reaction and superior kinetics of charge transport. | 9 | Tribological behavior of black phosphorus nanosheets as water-based lubrication additives显示文摘Black phosphorus(BP)with a layered structure has been used gradually as a lubrication additive in the tribological area.In this study,BP powders are produced via an easy method of high-energy ball milling using red phosphorus as a raw material.Subsequently,BP nanosheets are prepared via liquid exfoliation in N-methyl pyrolidone solvent.The tribological behavior of BP nanosheets as water-based lubrication additives(BP-WL)is evaluated under Ti6Al4V(TC4)/GCr15 contact.The results suggest that the 70 mg/L BP-WL sample exhibits excellent lubrication performance,whose coefficient of friction(COF)and ball wear rate reduced by 32.4%and 61.1%,respectively,compared with those of pure water.However,as the load increased,the tribological properties of BP-WL reduced gradually because of the agglomeration of BP nanosheets.Based on tribological experiments and worn surface analysis,boundary lubrication mechanisms are proposed.The friction reduced,which is primarily attributed to the low interlaminar shear and adsorption of BP nanosheets.In addition,a tribochemical reaction film comprising TiO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),and Fe_(2)O_(3)effectively protects the surface of titanium alloy/steel from wear.This new water-based lubrication additive can be used to process titanium alloys. | Qingjuan WANG Tingli HOU Wei WANG Guoliang ZHANG Yuan GAO Kuaishe WANG | 2022 | Friction2022,10,3: | 3 |

| 11 | Model updating for real time dynamic substructures based on UKF algorithm显示文摘Combining the advantages of numerical simulation with experimental testing,real-time dynamic substructure(RTDS)testing provides a new experimental method for the investigation of engineered structures.However,not all unmodeled parts can be physically tested,as testing is often limited by the capacity of the test facility.Model updating is a good option to improve the modeling accuracy for numerical substructures in RTDS.In this study,a model updating method is introduced,which has great performance in describing this nonlinearity.In order to determine the optimal parameters in this model,an Unscented Kalman Filter(UKF)-based algorithm was applied to extract the knowledge contained in the sensors data.All the parameters that need to be identified are listed as the extended state variables,and the identification was achieved via the step-by-step state prediction and state update process.Effectiveness of the proposed method was verified through a group of experimental data,and results showed good agreement.Furthermore,the proposed method was compared with the Extended Kalman Filter(EKF)-based method,and better accuracy was easily found.The proposed parameter identification method has great applicability for structural objects with nonlinear behaviors and could be extended to research in other engineering fields. | Su Tingli Tang Zhenyun Peng Lingyun Bai Yuting Jin Xuebo Kong Jianlei | 2020 | Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2020,19,2: | 2 |

| 16 | Ganjiang granule regulates cecal microflora and serum biochemical components in a rat model of constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome显示文摘Objective:To investigate the effects of Ganjiang granule(GG)on cecal microflora and serum biochemical components in rats with constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBSeC).Methods:Twenty-four SpragueeDawley rats were randomly divided into four groups:control,model,GG,and probiotics.Rats in the model,GG,and probiotics groups received 3℃ tap water intragastrically;rats in the GG group were treated with GG;rats in the probiotics group were treated with probiotics.For all rats,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and colorimetry were used to assess serum biochemical components related to gastrointestinal function;16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing was used to analyze the cecal microflora.Results:The serum level of 5-hydroxytryptamine(HT)was higher in the model group than in the control group(Z=-2.082,P=.037).The model group exhibited changes in cecal microflora:the relative abundances of Lactobacillus decreased(Z=-2.882,P=.004)and Dorea increased(t=-3.030,P=.023),compared with the control group.The GG and probiotics groups exhibited normal serum levels of 5-HT.The GG and probiotics groups exhibited improved serum levels of gastrin;the probiotics group exhibited an improved serum level of vasoactive intestinal peptide.Compared with the model group,The GG group exhibited greater relative abundance of Ruminococcus(Z=-2.402,P=.016);the probiotics group exhibited greater relative abundance of SMB53(Z=-2.823,P=.005)and lower relative abundances of Desulfovibrio(Z=-2.823,P=.005)and Facklamia(Z=-2.608,P=.009).Conclusion:The effects of GG on IBS-C may be related to regulation of the serum level of 5-HT,as well as elevated relative abundance of beneficial bacteria in cecal microflora. | Lujiao Gao Xin Niu Tingli Niu Xuan Wang Xiaoyan Lu Jiewei Hong Qianjin Feng Xuezhi Yang Roberto Gonzalez | 2020 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2020,7,2: | 1 |
