1多代理人系统在商业街消费者行为模拟中的应用--以上海南京东路为例显示文摘用模型方法研究消费者行为经历了从集合模型到个体模型的过程。随着计算机技术的进步,近十余年来多代理人技术得到了长足的发展。当前,将消费者个体行为模型和多代理人系统相结合来模拟商业街消费者活动,已经成为相关研究和实践领域的前沿方法。其主要优点在于能够使相关人员以单个消费者为基础,整合复杂的相关因素,预测整体或局部商业空间的动态运行效果,作为规划开发的依据。本文介绍由笔者基于NetLogo开发的一个模拟商业街消费者行为的多代理人模拟平台,包括系统的建构和模拟的流程。该模拟系统的核心由四个基于有限理性原理的消费者决策模型构成:回家决策、方向选择决策、休息决策、商店光顾决策。然后应用这个平台于研究上海南京东路消费者行为的实例。该数据收集于2007年,现场记录了消费者在南京东路的活动过程,并被用于拟合行为模型。将模拟的代理人个体行为集合后,于三方面同观察到的消费者实际行为作比较,包括从事不同活动的消费者数量随时间的变化、在各街道段中活动的消费者数量随时间的变化,以及单个商店中的消费者人次和延时;同时分析了模拟中的问题。结果显示该模拟平台总体上能够较好地预测消费者集合行为。朱玮 王德 Harry TIMMERMANS 2009地理学报2009,64,4:19
2Multi-state supernetworks:recent progress and prospects显示文摘Supernetworks have long been adopted to address multi-dimensional choice problems,which are thorny to solve for classic singular networks.Originated from combining transport mode and route choice into a multi-modal network,supernetworks have been extended into multi-state networks to include activity-travel scheduling,centered around activity-based models of travel demand.A key feature of the network extensions is that multiple choice facets pertaining to conducting a full activity program can be modeled in a consistent and integrative fashion.Thus,interdependencies and constraints between related choice facets can be readily captured.Given this advantage of integrity,the modeling of supernetwork has become an emerging topic in transportation research.This paper summarizes the recent progress in modeling multi-state supernetworks and discusses future prospects.Feixiong Liao Theo Arentze Harry Timmermans 2014Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering(English Edition)2014,1,1:16

6Toll-Like Receptor Expression in the Peripheral Nerve显示文摘Toll样受体(TLRs)是由进化上相对保守的蛋白家族构成的一组识别受体,是固有免疫系统的第一道防线。受到微生物配体刺激后,TLRs通过激活各种信号通路引发机体一系列防御反应。TLRs还能被内源性危险信号激活,因此推断神经退行性变也可能通过TLRs激活免疫反应。近来研究发现中枢神经系统表达各种类型的TLRs,但周围神经系统中TLRs的表达形式尚无定论。本研究结果显示,施万细胞上表达大量TLRs,主要为TLR3和TLR4。感觉神经元和运动神经元上几乎没有TLRs表达。对NF-κB信号通路的检测显示,施万细胞上所有的TLRs都是有功能的,可被细菌脂蛋白(TLR1/TLR2配体)激活,产生强烈反应。静息状态下,坐骨神经上TLRs的表达形式与施万细胞相似,主要为TLR3、TLR4和TLR7,可能在免疫监督中扮演重要角色。通过显微外科方式对坐骨神经造成急性神经退行性变后,诱导TLR1大量表达,其它TLRs的表达水平无变化。综上所述,本研究结果显示,施万细胞可能在周围神经中扮演类似中枢神经系统小胶质细胞的角色。急性神经退行性变诱导TLR表达变化,说明在分布于周围神经的TLRs在静息状态和激活状态下具有不同功能。SOFIE GOETHALS ELKE YDENS VINCENT TIMMERMAN SOPHIE JANSSENS 2010神经损伤与功能重建2010,5,6:6
7Analysis of Metro Station Ridership Considering Spatial Heterogeneity显示文摘This study aims to explore the role of spatial heterogeneity in ridership analysis and examine the relationship between built environment, station attributes and urban rapid transit ridership at the station level.Although spatial heterogeneity has been widely acknowledged in spatial data analysis, it has been rarely considered in travel behavior studies.Four models(three global models-ordinary least squares(OLS), spatial lag model(SLM), spatial error model(SEM) and one local model-geographically weighted regression(GWR) model) are estimated separately to explore the relationship between various independent variables and station ridership, and identify the influence of spatial heterogeneity.Using the data of built environment and station characteristics, the results of diagnostic identify evidence the existence of spatial heterogeneity in station ridership for the metro network in Nanjing, China.Results of comparing the various goodness-of-fit indicators show that, the GWR model yields the best fit of the data, performance followed by the SEM, SLM and OLS model.The results also demonstrate that population, number of lines, number of feeder buses, number of exits, road density and proportion residential area have a significant impact on station ridership.Moreover, the study pays special attention to the spatial variation in the coefficients of the independent variables and their statistical significance.It underlines the importance of taking spatial heterogeneity into account in the station ridership analysis and the decision-making in urban planning.GAN Zuoxian FENG Tao YANG Min Harry TIMMERMANS LUO Jinyu 2019Chinese Geographical Science2019,29,6:2
8超大质量黑洞产生的高能中微子探测及巨型中微子射电探测阵列的选址显示文摘宇宙高能中微子很可能起源于超大质量黑洞与吸积物质的相互作用.这些中微子在传播过程中由于只参与弱相互作用,其轨迹直指起源的特性,使其成为观测宇宙更远的天体的全新窗口.传统的中微子探测方法由于造价高、技术复杂,限制了探测的有效面积和观测时间.巨型中微子射电探测阵列GRAND,由多国共同参与建设,具有造价低、易大面积部署、可全天观测的特点,成为目前最好的选择,通过探测高能中微子寻找超高能宇宙射线的起源.目前在进行GRANDProto300的选址中,我们在内蒙古明安图、新疆巴里坤等地方使用GRANDProto35原型天线进行实地探测.探测结果显示,巴里坤地区具有良好的电磁环境,更加适合该项目的建设.选址探测工作为GRANDProto300的选址及其它射电探测阵列的建设提供了依据.朱春花 翟楠楠 沈冬祥 吕国梁 王兆军 李琳 刘荷蕾 Olivier Martineau-Huynh Charles Timmermans 2019新疆大学学报(自然科学版)2019,36,2:2
9Nociceptin effect on intestinal motility depends on opioidreceptor like-1 receptors and nitric oxide synthase colocalization显示文摘AIM: To study the effect of the opioid-receptor like-1(ORL1) agonist nociceptin on gastrointestinal(GI)myenteric neurotransmission and motility. METHODS: Reverse transcriptase- polymerase chain reaction and immunohistochemistry were used to localize nociceptin and ORL1 in mouse tissues. Intracellular electrophysiological recordings of excitatory and inhibitory junction potentials(EJP, IJP) were made in a chambered organ bath. Intestinal motility was measured in vivo. RESULTS: Nociceptin accelerated whole and upper GI transit, but slowed colonic expulsion in vivo in an ORL1-dependent manner, as shown using [Nphe1]NOC and AS ODN pretreatment. ORL1 and nociceptin immunoreactivity were found on enteric neurons. Nociceptin reduced the EJP and the nitric oxide-sensitive slow IJP in an ORL1-dependent manner, whereas the fast IJP was unchanged. Nociceptin further reduced the spatial spreading of the EJP up to 2 cm. 11猪食管神经支配的神经化学研究——一氧化氮类及肽类成分在平滑肌中的分布(英文)显示文摘采用免疫荧光组织化学技术及迷走神经切断术,探讨猪食管一氧化氮类及肽类神经支配的神经化学特性。在光学显微镜下可观察到肌间神经丛及粘膜下神经丛中有部分神经元呈nNOS、VIP、GAL、NPY、PACAP、L-ENK、SP、5-HT及CB免疫阳性,但未见CGRP及SOM阳性神经元。nNOS及CB免疫阳性产物主要分布于不同的神经元胞体内。将PGP9.5作为神经元胞体的标记物,并采用免疫荧光免疫组织化学双重染色方法,分别观察了PGP9.5与nNOS、VIP、SP的双标情况。结果如下:(1)nNOS免疫阳性神经元约占PGP9.5标记神经元总数的63%,而VIP免疫阳性神经元约占36%,SP免疫阳性神经元约占28%;(2)神经节内神经元的平均数量呈现吻尾方向的递增趋势,且食管腹段神经丛内神经节数量明显高于食管其他部位;(3)食管肌层内VIP/GAL/NPY免疫阳性纤维分布最广,其中部分阳性纤维同时呈nNOS或PACAP免疫阳性;SP和/或L-ENK免疫阳性纤维在粘膜肌层的分布明显多于平滑肌层。CGRP阳性纤维非常少见,这一点不同于对其他动物的观察结果;(4)经一侧迷走神经切断后,肌间神经丛内PACAP及5-HT免疫阳性纤维明显减少,提示这些纤维可能来源于迷走神经;而平滑肌中VIP/GAL/NPY和/或nNOS免疫阳性纤维数量未发现明显变化,可能为内源性来源。吴梅 李玲 张晨 Timmermans J-P 2006神经解剖学杂志2006,22,3:2
