1印度洋海温年际异常与热带夏季季节内振荡的关系及其数值模拟研究显示文摘利用观测分析资料和SINTEX-F海气耦合长时间(70年)数值模拟结果,分析了印度洋海温年际异常与热带夏季季节内振荡(BSISO)各种传播模态之间关系及其物理过程。结果表明,印度洋海温年际异常与热带BSISO关系密切,当印度洋为正(负)偶极子情况,中东印度洋北传BSISO减弱(加强);当印度洋为正(负)海盆异常(BWA)情况,印度洋西太平洋赤道地区(40°E -180°)东传BSISO加强(减弱)。印度洋海温年际变化通过大气环流背景场和BSISO结构影响热带BSISO不同传播模态强度的年际变化。在负(正)偶极子年夏季,由于对流层大气垂直东风切变加强(减弱),对流扰动北侧的正压涡度、边界层水汽辐合加强更明显(不明显),导致形成BSISO较强(弱)的经向不对称结构,因此北传BSISO偏强(减弱)。印度洋BWA模态通过影响赤道西风背景以及海气界面热力交换,导致赤道东传BSISO强度产生变化。在正BWA年夏季,赤道地区西风较明显,当季节内振荡叠加在这种西风背景下,扰动中心的东侧(西侧)风速减弱(加强)更明显,海面蒸发及蒸发潜热减弱(加强)更明显,导致扰动中心的东侧(西侧)海温升高(降低)幅度更大,从而使边界层产生辐合(辐散)更强、水汽更多(少),因此赤道东传BSISO偏强;而在负BWA年,赤道地区西风背景减弱,以上物理过程受削弱使赤道东传BSISO偏弱。林爱兰 Tim Li 李春晖 谷德军 郑彬 Jing-Jia Luo 2010气象学报2010,68,5:11
2Comparable efficacy of 100 mg aspirin twice daily and rivaroxaban for venous thromboembolism prophylaxis following primary total hip arthroplasty:a randomized controlled trial显示文摘Background:Aspirin has demonstrated safety and efficacy for venous thromboembolism(VTE)prophylaxis following total hip arthroplasty(THA);however,inconsistent dose regimens have been reported in the literature.This study aimed to evaluate and compare the safety and efficacy of 100 mg aspirin twice daily with rivaroxaban in VTE prophylaxis following THA.Methods:Patients undergoing elective unilateral primary THA between January 2019 and January 2020 were prospectively enrolled in the study and randomly allocated to receive 5 weeks of VTE prophylaxis with either oral enteric-coated aspirin(100 mg twice daily)or rivaroxaban(10 mg once daily).Medication safety and efficacy were comprehensively evaluated through symptomatic VTE incidence,deep vein thrombosis(DVT)on Doppler ultrasonography,total blood loss(TBL),laboratory bloodwork,Harris hip score(HHS),post-operative recovery,and the incidence of other complications.Results:We included 70 patients in this study;34 and 36 were allocated to receive aspirin and rivaroxaban prophylaxis,respectively.No cases of symptomatic VTE occurred in this study.The DVT rate on Doppler ultrasonography in the aspirin group was not significantly different from that in the rivaroxaban group(8.8%vs.8.3%,χ^(2)=0.01,P=0.91),confirming the non-inferiority of aspirin for DVT prophylaxis(χ^(2)=2.29,P=0.01).The calculated TBL in the aspirin group(944.9 mL[658.5-1137.8 mL])was similar to that in the rivaroxaban group(978.3 mL[747.4-1740.6mL])(χ^(2)=1.55,P=0.12).However,there were no significant inter-group differences in HHS at post-operative day(POD)30(Aspirin:81.0[78.8-83.0],Rivaroxaban:81.0[79.3-83.0],χ^(2)=0.43,P=0.67)and POD 90(Aspirin:90.0[89.0-92.0],Rivaroxaban:91.5[88.3-92.8],χ^(2)=0.77,P=0.44),the incidence of bleeding events(2.9%vs.8.3%,χ^(2)=0.96,P=0.33),or gastrointestinal complications(2.9%vs.5.6%,χ^(2)=1.13,P=0.29).Conclusion:In terms of safety and efficacy,the prophylactic use of 100 mg aspirin twice daily was not statistically different from that of rivaroxaban in preventing VTE and reducing the risk of blood loss following elective primary THA.This supports the use of aspirin chemoprophylaxis following THA as a less expensive and more widely available option for future THAs.Trial Registration:Chictr.org,ChiCTR18000202894;http://gffzz62a03ee25e6f4a77hfbb9vc6x0kuk606f.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/showproj.aspx?proj=33284.Yi Ren Shi-Liang Cao Zeng Li Tim Luo Bin Feng Xi-Sheng Weng 2021Chinese Medical Journal2021,,2:6
3热带海气相互作用对大气BSISO年际振荡的影响显示文摘利用卫星观测OLR资料以及海气耦合数值模拟试验结果,从每年波-频分析结果提取了各种传播模态的强度指数序列,分析了热带北半球夏季季节内振荡(BSISO)各种传播模态的年际变化谱特征,探讨了热带各海区海气相互作用对其影响。主要结果如下:赤道外西传波和印度洋北传波以准2 a为显著振荡周期,赤道东传波、南海北传波和西太平洋北传波则都包含准2 a和准5 a两种周期,南海北传波是5种指数中惟一以准5 a为最主要周期振荡的模态。热带印度洋、西太平洋、东太平洋各海区海气相互作用对各指数准2 a振荡、准5 a振荡既有加强作用,也有削弱作用。各海区比较而言,对赤道东传波准2 a和准5 a振荡、南海北传波准2 a和准5 a振荡起最大加强作用的是西太平洋海区海气相互作用;对赤道外西传波准2 a振荡、西太平洋北传波准2 a和准5 a振荡起最大加强作用的是印度洋海区海气相互作用。林爱兰 LI Tim 李春晖 梁建茵 LUO Jing-Jia 2011海洋学报2011,33,4:4
4印度洋海气相互作用对热带夏季大气环流气候态的影响显示文摘利用分辨率较高的SINTEX-F(Scale INTeraction EXperiment-FRCGC)海气耦合模式,进行多组长时间积分模拟和理想试验,分析研究热带印度洋海气耦合对夏季大气环流气候态的影响。主要结果有:(1)热带印度洋海气相互作用使热带东印度洋产生明显的东风变化,使热带中西太平洋赤道北部产生气旋性切变变化。(2)印度洋海气相互作用对大气环流气候态的影响绝大部分由于大气对海气相互作用的响应存在年际变化正负距平不对称性造成,这种年际变化不对称性包括正偶极子与负偶极子的不对称、海盆宽度正异常与海盆宽度负异常的不对称。(3)年际和季节内两种时间尺度海气相互作用对印度洋关键区大气环流平均态都有影响,约各占60%、40%;季节内尺度海气相互作用对太平洋近赤道区大气环流平均态有重要影响;年际尺度海气相互作用对太平洋赤道外地区大气环流平均态有重要影响。热带印度洋年际尺度、季节内尺度海气相互作用对大气环流气候态的影响,都存在年际变化以及年际变化正负距平不对称性。这两种尺度海气相互作用主要通过年际变化正负距平不对称性而对大气环流平均态产生影响。林爱兰 Tim LI Xiouhua FU Jing-Jia LUO 2009大气科学2009,33,6:3
5A review of the resistome within the digestive tract of livestock显示文摘Antimicrobials have been widely used to prevent and treat infectious diseases and promote growth in food-production animals.However,the occurrence of antimicrobial resistance poses a huge threat to public and animal health,especial y in less developed countries where food-producing animals often intermingle with humans.To limit the spread of antimicrobial resistance from food-production animals to humans and the environment,it is essential to have a comprehensive knowledge of the role of the resistome in antimicrobial resistance(AMR),The resistome refers to the col ection of al antimicrobial resistance genes associated with microbiota in a given environment.The dense microbiota in the digestive tract is known to harbour one of the most diverse resistomes in nature.Studies of the resistome in the digestive tract of humans and animals are increasing exponential y as a result of advancements in next-generation sequencing and the expansion of bioinformatic resources/tools to identify and describe the resistome.In this review,we outline the various tools/bioinformatic pipelines currently available to characterize and understand the nature of the intestinal resistome of swine,poultry,and ruminants.We then propose future research directions including analysis of resistome using long-read sequencing,investigation in the role of mobile genetic elements in the expression,function and transmission of AMR.This review outlines the current knowledge and approaches to studying the resistome in food-producing animals and sheds light on future strategies to reduce antimicrobial usage and control the spread of AMR both within and from livestock production systems.Tao Ma Tim A.McAllister Le Luo Guan 2022Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2022,13,3:2

8Solar thermotherapy reduces the titer of Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus and enhances canopy growth by altering gene expression profiles in HLB-affected citrus plants显示文摘Huanglongbing(HLB),a systemic and destructive disease of citrus,is associated with‘Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus’(Las)in the United States.Our earlier work has shown that Las bacteria were significantly reduced or eliminated when potted HLB-affected citrus were continuously exposed to high temperatures of 40 to 42°C for a minimum of 48 h.To determine the feasibility and effectiveness of solar thermotherapy in the field,portable plastic enclosures were placed over commercial and residential citrus,exposing trees to high temperatures through solarization.Within 3–6 weeks after treatment,most trees responded with vigorous new growth.Las titer in new growth was greatly reduced for 18–36 months after treatment.Unlike with potted trees,exposure to high heat did not eradicate the Las population under field conditions.This may be attributed to reduced temperatures at night in the field compared to continuous high temperature exposure that can be maintained in growth chambers,and the failure to achieve therapeutic temperatures in the root zone.Despite the presence of Las in heat-treated commercial citrus,many trees produced abundant flush and grew vigorously for 2 to 3 years after treatment.Transcriptome analysis comparing healthy trees to HLB-affected citrus both before and after heat treatment demonstrated that post-treatment transcriptional expression patterns more closely resembled the expression patterns of healthy controls for most differentially expressed genes and that genes involved with plant-bacterium interactions are upregulated after heat treatment.Overall,these results indicate that solar thermotherapy can be an effective component of an integrated control strategy for citrus HLB.Melissa M Doud Yungsheng Wang Michelle T Hoffman Christina L Latza Weiqi Luo Cheryl M Armstrong Tim R Gottwald Liangying Dai Feng Luo Yongping Duan 2017Horticulture Research2017,4,1:1

11Update on the research and development of magnesium-based biodegradable implants and their clinical translation in orthopaedics显示文摘Biodegradable magnesium(Mg)or its alloys are desirable materials for development into new-generation internal fixation devices or implants with high biocompatibility,adequate mechanical modulus,and osteopromotive properties,which may overcome some of the drawbacks of the existing permanent orthopaedic implants with regard to stress-shielding of bone and beam-hardening effects on radiographic images.This review summarises the current research status of Mg-based orthopaedic implants in animals and clinical trials.First,detailed information of animal studies including bone fracture repair and anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with the use of Mg-based orthopaedic devices is introduced.Second,the repair mechanisms of the Mg-based orthopaedic implants are also reviewed.Afterwards,reports of recent clinical cases treated using Mg-based implants in orthopaedics are summarised.Finally,the challenges and the strategies of the use of Mg-based orthopaedic implants are discussed.Taken together,the collected efforts in basic research,translational work,and clinical applications of Mg-based orthopaedic implants over the last decades greatly contribute to the development of a new generation of biodegradable metals used for the design of innovative implants for better treatment of orthopaedic conditions in patients with challenging skeletal disorders or injuries.Ying Luo Jue Wang Michael Tim Yun Ong Patrick Shu-hang Yung Jiali Wang Ling Qin 2021Biomaterials Translational2021,2,3:1
