1系统综述和荟萃分析优先报告的条目:PRISMA声明显示文摘为了提高系统综述和荟萃分析文章报告的质量,2009年由国际著名专家组成的系统综述和荟萃分析优先报告的条目(Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses,PRISMA)小组在国际重要医学期刊包括《英国医学杂志》、《临床流行病学杂志》、《内科学年鉴》和美国《公共科学图书馆医学杂志》等同步发表了《系统综述与荟萃分析优先报告条目:PRISMA声明》。该标准的制定对于改进和提高系统综述和荟萃分析的报告质量将起到重要作用。该声明较以往制定的《随机对照试验荟萃分析报告质量》(Quality of Reporting of Meta-Analyses),即《QUOROM声明》更加全面、完善。由于近年采国内外对系统综述的高度重视,发表的文章数量也越来越多,因此,有必要规范报告的标准,提高报告的质量。这份声明对系统综述和荟萃分析类文章报告的27个条目及流程图进行了定义和介绍,对相关条目进行了详细的解释和说明。及时向国内读者和临床试验研究人员介绍该声明具有重要的现实意义和学术价值。北京中医药大学循证医学中心刘建平等在第一时间内翻译了该声明,本刊希望通过介绍中文版《系统综述与荟萃分析优先报告的条目:PRISMA声明》,以进一步提高国内系统综述文章撰写和报告的质量,同时也有助于改进研究设计的方法学质量。本文的英文原文'Preferred reporring items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses:the PRISMAstatement'发表于PLoS Med.2009;6(7):e1000097.doi:10.1371/journal.pmed.1000097。该文中文版本由北京中医药大学循证医学中心李迅、曹卉娟翻译,刘建平审校(Tel:010-64286760;E-mail:jianping_l@hotmail.com)。中文译文的翻译出版由国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)项目资助(No.200608504602)。David Moher Alessandro Liberati Jennifer Tetzlaff Douglas G. 2细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤(英文)显示文摘Spinal cord injury can lead to severe motor,sensory and autonomic dysfunction.Currently,there is no effective treatment for the injured spinalcord.The transplantation of Schwann cells,neural stem cells or progenitor cells,olfactory ensheathing cells,oligodendrocyte precursor cells and mesenchymal stem cells has been investigated as potential therapies for spinal cord injury.However,little is known about the mechanisms through which these individual cell types promote repair and functional improvements.The five most commonly proposed mechanisms include neuroprotection,immunomodulation,axon regeneration,neuronal relay formation and myelin regeneration.A better understanding of the mechanisms whereby these cells promote functional improvements,as well as an appreciation of the obstacles in implementing these therapies and effectively modeling spinal cord injury,will be important to make cell transplantation a viable clinical option and may lead to the development of more targeted therapies.Assinck P Duncan GJ Hilton BJ Plemel JR Tetzlaff W 2017中华神经外科疾病研究杂志2017,16,3:54

4含有取向纳米纤维束的神经移植物构建与神经修复应用研究显示文摘为提高纳米纤维神经移植物的接触引导,设计了一种含有取向纳米纤维束的'芯鞘'型神经移植物,它利用静电纺高取向纳米纤维膜,两次卷绕形成'芯'和'鞘',最后通过静电纺丝喷覆而成。利用扫描电镜观察并表征了纤维及其移植物形态,测试了力学性能,将此移植物用于大鼠10mm坐骨神经缺损,术后两月通过体外刺激和组织学观察了修复效果。结果表明:通过调整静电纺收集转辊转速可获得高取向聚乳酸纳米纤维,纳米纤维膜工程应力和伸长率达到(49.32±14.83)MPa和17.71%±0.06%,利用该膜构建的神经移植物缝合强力达到(1.18±0.40)N/针,能支持与保护神经再生,移植两月后,大鼠能够感知热与外力刺激,组织学观察发现,有神经纤维和血旺细胞长入神经移植物,证明了该构建技术的可行性,并有可能为神经修复提供一种新的移植材料。尹桂波 Victor Leung Frank.K.Ko Wolfram Tetzlaff 刘婕 2017现代纺织技术2017,25,6:2
