| 1 | 子宫颈环形电切术在子宫颈上皮内瘤变治疗中的价值显示文摘目的 探讨宫颈环形电切术 (LEEP)治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变 (CIN)的效果以及宫颈标本边缘受累与否与预后的关系。方法 采用阴道镜辅助下的宫颈环形电切术 ,对 135例CIN患者进行治疗并对其疗效进行回顾性分析。结果 本研究中 ,患者中位年龄为 42岁 (18~ 6 7岁 ) ,中位妊娠次数2 2次 (0~ 8次 )。根据宫颈细胞学涂片检查结果 ,诊断为重度鳞状上皮内瘤变 (HGSIL)占 6 5 9% ,阴道镜诊断亦与上述结果类似 (75 6 % )。LEEP术后病理检查结果阴性者 7例 (5 2 % ) ;人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染者 2例 (1 5 % ) ;CINⅠ级 (CINⅠ ) 15例 (11 1% ) ;HGSIL 10 8例 (80 0 % ) ,其中CINⅡ级 (CINⅡ ) 2 0例 (14 8% ) ,CINⅢ级 (CINⅢ ) 88例 (6 5 2 % ) ;宫颈微小浸润癌 3例 (2 2 % )。 78例 (5 7 8% )宫颈标本边缘病理学检查未见CIN病变 ;5 7例 (4 2 2 % )宫颈标本边缘CIN病变检测阳性或不能确定 (指由于电灼对细胞的破坏 ,影响了LEEP术后标本边缘的病理诊断 ) ,其中HGSIL 5 4例 (94 7% )。在 2 1例(15 6 % )宫颈标本边缘CIN病变检测阳性和 36例 (2 6 7% )宫颈标本边缘病理学检查不能确定患者中 ,CIN病变残留患者分别为 1例 (4 8% )和 3例 (8 3% ) ,复发患者分别为 1例 (4 8% )和 2例(5 6 % ) ;而在 78例宫颈? | 樊庆泊 Tay Sun Kuie 沈铿 | 2001 | 中华妇产科杂志2001,36,5: | 470 |

| 3 | Antibacterial activities of selected medicinal plants in traditional treatment of human wounds in Ethiopia显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the activity of selected Ethiopian medicinal plants traditionally used for wound treatment against wound-causing bacteria.Methods:Samples of medicinal plants(Achyranthes aspera,Brucea antidysenteriea,Datura stramonium,Croton macrostachyus,Acokanthera xchimperi.,Phytolacca dodecandra,Milhttia ferruginea,and Solanum incanum)were extracted using absolute methanol and water and tested for their antimicrobial activities against clinical isolates and standard strains of wound-causing bacteria using agar well diffusion and micro titer plate methods.Results:Most of the plant extracts had antibacterial activities,among which Acokanthera schimperi and Brucea antidysenteriea inhibited growth of 100%and 35%of the test organisms,respectively.Methanolic extracts had higher activities compared with their corresponding aqueous extracts.The most susceptible organism to the extracts was Streptococcus pyogens while the most resistant were Escherichia coli and Proteus vulgaris.Conclusions:This finding justifies the use of the plants in wound healing and their potential activity against woundcausing bacteria.Their toxicity level and antimicrobial activity with different extraction solvents should further be studied to use them as sources and templates for the synthesis of drugs to control wound and other disease-causing bacteria. | Biruhalem Taye Mirutse Giday Abebe Animut Jemal Seid | 2011 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine2011,1,5: | 12 |
| 4 | High-resolution Surface Relative Humidity Computation Using MODIS Image in Peninsular Malaysia显示文摘Forest fire is a serious disaster all over the world. The Fire Weather Index (FWI) System can be used in ap- plied forestry as a tool to investigate and manage all types of fire. Relative humidity (RH) is a very important parameter to calculate FWI. However, RH interpolated from meteorological data may not be able to provide precise and confident values for areas between far separated stations. The principal objective of this study is to provide high-resolution RH for FWI using MODIS data. The precipitable water vapor (PW) can be retrieved from MODIS using split window tech- niques. Four-year-time-series (2000-2003) of 8-day mean PW and specific humidity (Q) of Peninsular Malaysia were analyzed and the statistic expression between PW and Q was developed. The root-mean-square-error (RMSE) of Q es- timated by PW is generally less than 0.0004 and the correlation coefficient is 0.90. Based on the experiential formula between PW and Q, surface RH can be computed with combination of auxiliary data such as DEM and air temperature (Ta). The mean absolute errors of the estimated RH in Peninsular Malaysia are less than 5% compared to the measured RH and the correlation coefficient is 0.8219. | 8 | Whole-genome sequencing to detect mutations associated with resistance to insecticides and Bt proteins in Spodoptera frugiperda显示文摘The fall armyworm(FAW),Spodoptera frugiperda,is a major pest native to the Americas that has recently invaded the Old World.Point mutations in the target-site proteins acetylcholinesterase-1(ace-1),voltage-gated sodium channel(VGSC)and ryanodine receptor(RyR)have been identified in S.frugiperda as major resistance mechanisms to organophosphate,pyrethroid and diamide insecticides respectively.Mutations in the adenosine triphosphate-binding cassette transporter C2 gene(ABCC2)have also been identified to confer resistance to Cry IF protein.In this study,we applied a whole-genome sequencing(WGS)approach to identify point mutations in the target-site genes in 150 FAW individuals collected from China,Malawi,Uganda and Brazil.This approach revealed three amino acid substitutions(A201S,G227A and F290V)of S.frugiperda ace-1,which are known to be associated with organophosphate resistance.The Brazilian population had all three ace-1 point mutations and the 227A allele(mean frequency=0.54)was the most common.Populations from China,Malawi and Uganda harbored two of the three ace-1 point mutations(A201S and F290V)with the 290V allele(0.47-0.58)as the dominant allele.Point mutations in VGSC(T929I,L932F and L1014F)and RyR(I4790M and G4946E)were not detected in any of the 150 individuals.A novel 12-bp insertion mutation in exon 15 of the ABCC2 gene was identified in some of the Brazilian individuals but absent in the invasive populations.Our results not only demonstrate robustness of the WGS-based genomic approach for detection of resistance mutations,but also provide insights for improvement of resistance management tactics in S.frugiperda. | Fang Guan Jianpeng Zhang Huiwen Shen Xingliang Wang Amanda Padovan Tom K.Walsh Wee Tek Tay Karl H.J.Gordon William James Cecilia Czepak Michael Hilary Otim Donald Kachigamba Yidong Wu | 2021 | Insect Science2021,28,3: | 6 |

| 11 | Nasal metastases from renal cell carcinoma are associated with Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center poor-prognosis classification显示文摘Unusual sites of metastases are recognized in patients with renal cell carcinoma (RCC). However, the prognostic implications of these sites are not well understood. We used the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) risk classification for metastatic RCC to evaluate 912 consecutive patients with RCC managed at the Singapore General Hospital between 1990 and 2009. Among these patients, 301 had metastases either at diagnosis or during the course of illness. Nasal metastases, all arising from clear cell RCC, were identified histologically in 4 patients (1.3% of those with metastasis). All 4 patients were classified as MSKCC poor prognosis by current risk criteria. Nasal metastases were significantly associated with lung and bone metastases. The frequency of nasal metastases in patients with metastatic RCC is about 1%, occurring predominantly in patients with clear cell RCC. | 15 | 深圳地区幽门螺杆菌临床分离菌株的耐药性分析显示文摘目的探讨深圳地区幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)临床分离菌株的耐药情况,为临床抗生素的合理选用提供实验室依据。方法2017年1月至2019年1月,对深圳市大鹏新区葵涌人民医院消化内科381例13C尿素呼气试验阳性的胃病患者行胃镜检查,采集胃窦及胃体部黏膜进行Hp培养和药物敏感试验,并对培养情况及药物敏感结果进行统计分析。结果381例患者分离培养到Hp 315株,阳性率为82.68%(315/381)。Hp对抗生素的耐药率分别为阿莫西林0(0/231)、利福平2.22%(7/315)、环丙沙星23.81%(75/315)、克拉霉素32.69%(103/315)、甲硝唑83.17%(262/315)。Hp对上述5种抗生素均敏感者有46株,敏感率14.60%(46/315),发生耐药269株,耐药率85.40%(269/315),其中单一耐药率51.43%(162/315),二重耐药率26.35%(83/315),三重耐药率7.62%(24/315)。Hp耐药率与性别、年龄有一定的关系,主要表现为男性人群Hp多重耐药率随年龄增长而增长,且老年男性人群多重耐药率明显高于老年女性人群(P<0.05)。结论深圳地区幽门螺杆菌甲硝唑耐药率极高,不适宜做为一线治疗用药;阿莫西林耐药率极低,若患者对青霉素不过敏,应当作为首选用药;男性特别是老年男性是Hp耐药及多重耐药更为严重的人群,治疗选用药物时须注意过往服药史。 | 张淑贞 李雪宏 黄海燕 陈海婷 王湘雨 Barry Marshall Alfred Tay | 2021 | 新发传染病电子杂志2021,6,2: | 4 |

| 18 | Heterosis in locally adapted sorghum genotypes and potential of hybrids for increased productivity in contrasting environments in Ethiopia显示文摘Increased productivity in sorghum has been achieved in the developed world using hybrids.Despite their yield advantage,introduced hybrids have not been adopted in Ethiopia due to the lack of adaptive traits,their short plant stature and small grain size.This study was conducted to investigate hybrid performance and the magnitude of heterosis of locally adapted genotypes in addition to introduced hybrids in three contrasting environments in Ethiopia.In total,139 hybrids,derived from introduced seed parents crossed with locally adapted genotypes and introduced R lines,were evaluated.Overall,the hybrids matured earlier than the adapted parents,but had higher grain yield,plant height,grain number and grain weight in all environments.The lowland adapted hybrids displayed a mean better parent heterosis(BPH) of19%,equating to 1160 kg ha-1and a 29% mean increase in grain yield,in addition to increased plant height and grain weight,in comparison to the hybrids derived from the introduced R lines.The mean BPH for grain yield for the highland adapted hybrids was 16% in the highland and 52%in the intermediate environment equating to 698 kg ha-1and 2031 kg ha-1,respectively,in addition to increased grain weight.The magnitude of heterosis observed for each hybrid group was related to the genetic distance between the parental lines.The majority of hybrids also showed superiority over the standard check varieties.In general,hybrids from locally adapted genotypes were superior in grain yield,plant height and grain weight compared to the high parents and introduced hybrids indicating the potential for hybrids to increase productivity while addressing farmers' required traits. | Taye T.Mindaye Emma S.Mace Ian D.Godwin David R.Jordan | 2016 | The Crop Journal2016,4,6: | 3 |
