1An Efficient Mechanism for Product Data Extraction from E-Commerce Websites显示文摘A large amount of data is present on the web which can be used for useful purposes like a product recommendation, price comparison and demand forecasting for a particular product.Websites are designed for human understanding and not for machines. Therefore,to make data machine-readable,it requires techniques to grab data from web pages.Researchers have addressed the problem using two approaches,i.e.,knowledge engineering and machine learning.State of the art knowledge engineering approaches use the structure of documents, visual cues, clustering of attributes of data records and text processing techniques to identify data records on a web page.Machine learning approaches use annotated pages to learn rules. These rules are used to extract data from unseen web pages. The structure of web documents is continuously evolving. Therefore, new techniques are needed to handle the emerging requirements of web data extraction. In this paper,we have presented a novel, simple and efficient technique to extract data from web pages using visual styles and structure of documents. The proposed technique detects Rich Data Region(RDR)using query and correlative words of the query.RDR is then divided into data records using style similarity.Noisy elements are removed using a Common Tag Sequence(CTS)and formatting entropy. The system is implemented using JAVA and runs on the dataset of real-world working websites. The effectiveness of results is evaluated using precision, recall, and F-measure and compared with five existing systems.A comparison of the proposed technique to existing systems has shown encouraging results.Malik Javed Akhtar Zahur Ahmad Rashid Amin Sultan H.Almotiri Mohammed A.Al Ghamdi Hamza Aldabbas 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,12:0
2Improving Quantitative and Qualitative Characteristics of Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) through Nitrogen Application under Semiarid Conditions显示文摘Nitrogen(N),the building block of plant proteins and enzymes,is an essential macronutrient for plant functions.A field experiment was conducted to investigate the impact of different N application rates(28,57,85,114,142,171,and 200 kg ha^(−1))on the performance of spring wheat(cv.Ujala-2016)during the 2017–2018 and 2018–2019 growing seasons.A control without N application was kept for comparison. Two years mean data showed optimum seed yield(5,461.3 kg ha^(−1))for N-application at 142 kg ha^(−1) whereas application of lower and higher rates of N did not result in significant and economically higher seed yield.A higher seed yield was obtained in the 2017–2018(5,595 kg ha^(−1))than in the 2018–2019(5,328 kg ha^(−1))growing seasons under an N application of 142 kg ha^(−1).It was attributed to the greater number of growing degree days in the first(1,942.35°C days)than in the second year(1,813.75°C).Higher rates of N(171 and 200 kg ha^(−1))than 142 kg ha^(−1) produced more number of tillers(i.e.,948,300 and 666,650 ha^(−1),respectively).However,this increase did not contribute in achieving higher yields.Application of 142,171,and 200 kg ha^(−1) resulted in 14.15%,15.0%and 15.35%grain protein concentrations in comparison to 13.15%with the application of 114 kg ha^(−1).It is concluded that the application of N at 142 kg ha^(−1) could be beneficial for attaining higher grain yields and protein concentrations of wheat cultivar Ujala-2016.Muhammad Rafiq Muhammad Saqib Husnain Jawad Talha Javed Sadam Hussain Muhammad Arif Baber Ali Muhammad Sultan Ali Bazmi Ghulam Abbas Marjan Aziz Mohammad Khalid Al-Sadoon Aneela Gulnaz Sobhi F.Lamlom Muhammad Azeem Sabir Jameel Akhtar 2023Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2023,92,4:0
3Preparation of cerium and yttrium doped ZnO nanoparticles and tracking their structural, optical, and photocatalytic performances显示文摘Yttrium(Y)and cerium(Ce)co-doped ZnO nanoparticles(NPs)were synthesized via the simple sol-gel auto-combustion route. The effect of Ce and Y doping on the structure, morphology, optical,Zeta potential, and photocatalytic activities of ZnO NPs was examined by Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectrometer,X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscope(TEM),UV-vis spectrophotometer, and Zetasizer instrument.XRD data show that the fabricated samples crystallize into a hexagonal wurtzite structure. The dopants Y and Ce affect the crystal structure of ZnO NPs.The crystallite size is reduced with the co-doping effect.TEM results confirm the nano-sized particles of the prepared samples. An increase in optical bandgap values from 3.19 eV for x=0.0 to 3.22,3.24,and 3.25 eV for x=0.01,0.03,and 0.05 samples was confirmed by UV-Vis spectroscopy analysis.Y and Ce co-doped ZnO nanoparticles show significant alteration of zeta potential and photocatalytic properties compared to undoped ZnO NPs.Comparatively, undoped ZnO shows better stability in deionized water as compared to Ce-Y doped ZnO NPs and exhibits high photocatalytic activity(degradation rate,97.92%)for methyl orange(MO)degradation.Essia Hannachi Yassine Slimani Muhammad Nawaz R.Sivakumar Zayneb Trabelsi R.Vignesh Sultan Akhtar Munirah A.Almessiere Abdulhadi Baykal Ghulam Yasin 2023Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,5:0
