1代谢产物右旋羟戊二酸抑制FTO/m6A/Myc/CEBPA通路的抗肿瘤作用显示文摘贝克曼研究所陈建军教授、芝加哥大学生化研究所何川教授、浙江大学附属第一医院血液科金洁教授及其研究团队合作发现:异柠檬酸脱氢酶(ISOdehydrogenase,IDH)突变造成的代谢产物右旋羟戊二酸(R-2-hydroxyglutarate,R-2HG)通过抑制FTO/m6A/Myc/CEBPA信号发挥抗白血病的作用。2011年,何川教授实验室证实肥胖相关蛋白(obesity-associated protein,FTO)是m6A去甲基转移酶。m6A是一种广泛存在的RNA修饰,参与RNA的剪接、转位、衰减、翻译等过程,参与维持机体稳态,并与疾病的发生发展密切相关,如肿瘤、炎症相关疾病等。FTO调节肿瘤的具体机制需要进一步被揭示。朱哈 刘娟 Su R Dong L Li C 2018中国肿瘤生物治疗杂志2018,25,2:62
2SHRIMP U-Pb dating for a K-bentonite bed in the Tieling Formation,North China显示文摘A SHRIMP U-Pb zircon age of 1437±21 Ma was obtained for a recently discovered K-bentonite bed in the Tieling Formation,situated northeast of Beijing at the boundary between Liaoning and Hebei provinces,on the northern margin of the North China Craton(NCC).The SHRIMP U-Pb age places Tieling Formation near the end of the Calymmian Period of the early Mesoproterozoic Era.In addition,a SHRIMP U-Pb zircon date of 1372±18 Ma was acquired for K-bentonite beds in the overlying,dark-shale-dominated Xiamaling Formation from the same location northeast of Beijing.This date assigns a similar Mid-Mesoproterozoic(Ectasian Period) age for the Xiamaling Formation,as have previously determined dates from other sections northwest of Beijing.These dates indicate that the Tieling and Xiamaling formations,as well as the related succession in the eastern part of the Yanshan Mountains,represented by the well-known Meso-to Neoproterozoic standard section in Jixian,can be correlated well with sections northwest of Beijing in the western part of the Yanshan Mountains.In other words,the boundary between the Calymmian and Ectasian periods in the northern parts of the NCC is marked by the unconformity between the Tieling and Xiamaling formations in the northern NCC.This boundary was previously ascribed to the 'Qinyu Orogeny' and thought to be of Grenville age.In this regard,the conventional 'Qinyu Orogeny' should now be regarded as a short-lived regional uplift during Early Mesoproterozoic time,rather than a result from the Grenvillian assembly of the NCC to the Rodinia Supercontinent(~1.0 Ga).SU WenBo LI HuaiKun HUFF W D ETTENSOHN F R ZHANG ShiHong ZHOU HongYing WAN YuSheng 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,29:30

7Physico-chemical Characteristics of Wet-milled Ultrafine-granulated Phosphorus Slag as a Supplementary Cementitious Material显示文摘The phosphorus slag(PS) can be used as a supplementary cementitious material due to its potential hydrating activity. However, its usage has been limited by its adverse effects, including prolonged setting and lowered early-stage strength. In this study, we achieved ultrafine granulation of PS using wetmilling(reducing d50 to as low as 2.02 μm) in order to increase its activity, and examined the physico-chemical properties of the resulting materials, including particle-size distribution, slurry pH, zeta potential, and activity index, as well as how their replacement level and granularity affect the setting time and mechanical performance of PS-cement mixture systems. The results suggested that as the granularity increases, there are significant boosts in the uniformity of particle sizes, slurry pH, and activity index, and the effects on cement paste, including setting times, and early-and late-stage strengths, are significantly mitigated. 8Focal autoimmune pancreatitis and chronic sclerosing sialadenitis mimicking pancreatic cancer and neck metastasis显示文摘Type 1 autoimmune pancreatitis(AIP)or chronic sclerosing sialadenitis(Küttner’s tumour)is an uncommon disorder that has recently been confirmed as an Ig G4-related disease.Here,we describe a rare case of a53-year-old male patient who primarily presented with pancreatic body mass,left neck mass and several lumps in his lower lip mimicking pancreatic cancer(PC)and neck metastasis.The patient underwent pancreatic body mass and labial gland lumps resection as well as an ultrasound-guided biopsy of the left neck mass.He was diagnosed with Ig G4-related focal type of AIP(f-AIP)and Küttner’s tumour by immunohistochemistry.The patient responded well to corticosteroid therapy andremains healthy with no signs of recurrence at one year follow-up.The differentiation of f-AIP from PC is very important to avoid unnecessary pancreatic resection.Li Sun Qiang Zhou David R Brigstock Su Yan Ming Xiu Rong-Li Piao Yan-Hang Gao Run-Ping Gao 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,46:3
9Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Calculated β Value of a Tetrahedral Zinc (II) Complex——Zn(2-NH_2py)_2Br_2显示文摘A new zinc(II) complex, Zn(2-NH2py)2Br2 (py=pyridine), has been synthesized, and its molecular structure has been confirmed by IR, elemental analysis and -ray crystal structure analysis. Its space group is P21/n with Mr=413.43 (C10H12Br2N4Zn), a=7.435(2), b=12.865(3), c=14.186(4)? b=94.08(2)? V=1353.5(5) 3, Z=4, Dc=2.029 g/cm3, F(000)=328, ?2.378mm-1, R=0.0283, wR=0.0501. The total observed reflections with I≥2?I) were 5314, of which the independent reflections were 3106. The complex structure contains a distorted tetrahedron formed by four atoms coordinated to zinc atom, namely two bromide atoms and two nitrogen atoms. The two ZnBr bond lengths within one molecule, 2.3763(6) and 2.4002(5)? respectively, are not equal; and so are the two ZnN bond lengths, which are 2.031(2) and 2.044(2)?respectively. The calculation results using PM3 method through MOPAC software package in Chem 3D show that its first molecular hyperpolarizability b value is 5.210-30esu, which is comparable with that of p-nitroaniline.
