2雷洛昔芬对绝经后妇女骨密度、骨代谢生化指标和血脂影响的随机对照研究显示文摘目的 确定盐酸雷洛昔芬 (RLX)对中国绝经后妇女骨密度、骨代谢生化指标及血脂的影响。方法 将来自 3所医院的 2 0 4例绝经后妇女 [平均年龄 (6 0± 5 )岁 ,平均体重 (6 3± 9)kg]随机分组 ,进行双盲安慰剂对照的临床研究 ,受试者每天接受RLX 6 0mg(n =10 2 ,RLX组 )或安慰剂 (n =10 2 ,安慰剂组 )治疗 12个月 ,并于服药前及服药 12个月后各进行一次骨密度、骨代谢生化指标及血脂的测定。结果 与安慰剂相比 ,RLX使腰椎和髋部骨密度显著升高 ,RLX组腰椎的骨密度增加2 30 % ,而安慰剂组降低 0 0 8% ,两组比较 ,差异有极显著性 (P <0 0 0 1) ;RLX组髋部骨密度增加2 4 6 % ,安慰剂组增加 1 0 7% ,两组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。RLX组骨代谢生化指标血清骨钙素和血清C端交联肽分别降低 2 7 6 %和 2 4 0 % ,而安慰剂组则分别降低 10 6 %和升高 15 8% ,两组比较 ,差异有极显著性 (P <0 0 0 1)。RLX组总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇分别降低 6 4 %和34 6 % ,而安慰剂组则分别升高 1 4 %和降低 19 1% ,两组比较 ,差异有极显著性 (P <0 0 0 1)。两组间高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和甘油三酯水平未见差异。仅有 5例因不良事件而提前退出研究 (RLX组 3例 ,安慰剂组 2例 )。郑淑蓉 吴宜勇 张忠兰 杨欣 惠英 张颖 陈淑玲 邓文慧 刘慧 Abie Ekangaki Jodie Stocks Kristine Harper 刘建立 2003中华妇产科杂志2003,38,4:10
3HIPIMS技术制备CrN及CrAlN涂层的性能显示文摘用高能脉冲靶和双极脉冲靶共溅射的方式,采用高功率脉冲磁控溅射技术(HIPIMS)在高速钢基片(W18Cr4V)上制备了CrN涂层和CrAlN涂层((H+B)CrN、(H+B)CrAlN);同时采用第四代电弧离子镀技术(ARC evaporators)在高速钢基片上制备了CrN涂层和CrAlN涂层(ARC CrN、ARC CrAlN)。采用划痕试验、X射线衍射、扫描电镜和电化学腐蚀测试等研究了涂层的形貌和性能。结果表明:共溅射制备的涂层膜基结合力更强,临界载荷最高可达到72.2 N,表面晶粒更细小,缺陷少,横截面组织致密;同时该方法制备的CrAlN((H+B)CrAlN)涂层的高温抗氧化性能最佳;共溅射制备的涂层的耐腐蚀性能比电弧离子镀制备的涂层更好。朱宇杰 马景灵 王广欣 秦聪慧 Heinz Rolf Stock 2019材料热处理学报2019,40,4:8

5Thermodynamic Analysis of Desulfurization and Its Connection With Deoxidation and Temperature for SPHC in JISC During LF Refining Process显示文摘The thermodynamic characteristics of desulfurization reaction (CaO)+[S]=(CaS)+[O] is analyzed based on the detailed composition of liquid steel and slag of Steel Plate Hot Commercial (SPHC) in Jiuquan Iron & Steel Corporation(JISC), where the activities of CaO, CaS and Al2O3 in molten slag are calculated by thermodynamic software FactSage for a more accurate result. The critical values of [O%]/[S%] for desulfurization at different temperature is are obtained, typically 0.09 at 1873K, which shows directly that it should deoxidize adequately for obtaining a favorable desulfurization condition. In addition, the thermodynamic analysis indicates that the actual dissolved O is much higher than that of equilibrium calculation which shows Al-O reaction in LF is far away from equilibrium, but it is perfect agreement with the computing results when taking the activity of Al2O3 as 1 that due to the inclusion component in LF is mainly Al2O3. Besides, with the temperature rise, the sulfur partition ratio increases softly meanwhile the reaction between Al and O is limited to a great degree resulting in the increase a dissolved oxygen in liquid steel that decreases the sulfur partition ratio seriously. 7Local-environment dependence of stacking fault energies in concentrated solid-solution alloys显示文摘Concentrated solid-solution alloys(CSAs)based on 3d transition metals have demonstrated extraordinary mechanical properties and radiation resistance associated with their low stacking fault energies(SFEs).Owing to the intrinsic disorder,SFEs in CSAs exhibit distributions depending on local atomic configurations.In this work,the distribution of SFEs in equiatomic CSAs of NiCo,NiFe,and NiCoCr are investigated based on empirical potential and first-principles calculations.We show that the calculated distribution of SFEs in chemically disordered CSAs depends on the stacking fault area using empirical potential calculations.Based on electronic structure calculations,we find that local variations of SFEs in CSAs correlate with the charge density redistribution in the stacking fault region.We further propose a bond breaking and forming model to understand and predict the SFEs in CSAs based on the local structure alone.It is shown that the perturbation induced by a stacking fault is localized in the first-nearest planes for NiCo,but extends up to the third nearest planes for NiFe and NiCoCr because of partially filled d electrons in Fe and Cr.Shijun Zhao Yuri Osetsky G.Malcolm Stocks Yanwen Zhang 2019npj Computational Materials2019,,1:2
