| 2 | A multi-agent based intelligent configuration method for aircraft fleet maintenance personnel显示文摘A multi-agent based fleet maintenance personnel configuration method is proposed to solve the mission oriented aircraft fleet maintenance personnel configuration problem. The maintenance process of an aircraft fleet is analyzed first. In the process each aircraft contains multiple parts, and different parts are repaired by personnel with different majors and levels. The factors and their relationship involved in the process of maintenance are analyzed and discussed. Then the whole maintenance process is described as a 3-layer multi-agent system(MAS) model. A communication and reasoning strategy among the agents is put forward. A fleet maintenance personnel configuration algorithm is proposed based on contract net protocol(CNP). Finally, a fleet of 10 aircraft is studied for verification purposes. A mission type with 3 waves of continuous dispatch is imaged. | 3 | Hybrid-Traffic-Detour Based Load Balancing for Onboard Routing in LEO Satellite Networks显示文摘To deal with the dynamic and imbalanced traffic requirements in Low Earth Orbit satellite networks, several distributed load balancing routing schemes have been proposed. However, because of the lack of global view, these schemes may lead to cascading congestion in regions with high volume of traffic. To solve this problem, a Hybrid-Traffic-Detour based Load Balancing Routing(HLBR) scheme is proposed, where a Long-Distance Traffic Detour(LTD) method is devised and coordinates with distributed traffic detour method to perform self-adaptive load balancing. The forwarding path of LTD is acquired by the Circuitous Multipath Calculation(CMC) based on prior geographical information, and activated by the LTDShift-Trigger(LST) through real-time congestion perception. | 4 | Hypoxia inducible factor-1alpha mediates protection of DL-3-n-butylphthalide in brain microvascular endothelial cells against oxygen glucose deprivation-induced injury显示文摘Studies have demonstrated that DL-3-n-butylphthalide can significantly alleviate oxygen glucose deprivation-induced injury of human umbilical vein endothelial cells at least partly associated with its enhancement on oxygen glucose deprivation-induced hypoxia inducible factor-1α expression.In this study,we hypothesized that DL-3-n-butylphthalide can protect against oxygen glucose deprivation-induced injury of newborn rat brain microvascular endothelial cells by means of upregulating hypoxia inducible factor-1α expression.MTT assay and Hoechst staining results showed that DL-3-n-butylphthalide protected brain microvascular endothelial cells against oxygen glucose deprivation-induced injury in a dose-dependent manner.Western blot and immunofluorescent staining results further confirmed that the protective effect was related to upregulation of hypoxia inducible factor-1α.Real-time RT-PCR reaction results showed that DL-3-n-butylphthalide reduced apoptosis by inhibiting downregulation of pro-apoptotic gene caspase-3 mRNA expression and upregulation of apoptosis-executive protease bcl-2 mRNA expression;however,DL-3-n-butylphthalide had no protective effects on brain microvascular endothelial cells after knockdown of hypoxia inducible factor-1α by small interfering RNA.These findings suggest that DL-3-n-butylphthalide can protect brain microvascular endothelial cells against oxygen glucose deprivation-induced injury by upregulating bcl-2 expression and downregulating caspase-3 expression though hypoxia inducible factor-1α pathway. | Weihong Yang Ling Li Ruxun Huang Zhong Pei Songjie Liao Jinsheng Zeng | 2012 | Neural Regeneration Research2012,7,12: | 6 |

| 7 | Effects of Acanthopanax senticosus on learning and memory in a mouse model of Alzheimer's disease and protection against free radical injury to brain tissue显示文摘BACKGROUND: Acanthopanax senticosus,a plant of the Araliaceae family,is used in traditional Chinese medicine. It can be used to replenish Qi,strengthen the spleen,tonify the kidney,and relieve mental strain. OBJECTIVE: To observe effects of Acanthopanax senticosus on learning and memory in a mouse model of Alzheimer's disease and abnormal biochemical changes in the brain tissue. DESIGN: A completely randomized grouping,controlled animal experiment. SETTING: Department of Preventive Medicine,School of Basic Medical Sciences,Yanbian University. MATERIALS: A total of 50 Kunming mice,aged 1-1.5 months,equal numbers of males and females,were provided by the Laboratory Animal Center,Yanbian University Medical College. The study was performed in accordance with ethical guidelines for the use and care of animals. Acanthopanax was provided by Yanbian Chengda Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. Acanthopanax senticosus (0.5 kg) was soaked in water for 1 hour and transferred to 1.5 kg distilled water for extraction. It was boiled for 1 hour and extracted after 1 hour of boiling. The procedure was repeated 3 times. The extract was condensed to 500 mL and then adjusted to 500 and 1 000 g/L with water. Piracetam tablets were produced by Shandong Luoxin Pharmaceutical Corporation,China. Malonaldehyde (MDA),superoxide dismutase (SOD),and acetylcholinesterase (AChE) kits were purchased from Nanjing Jiancheng Bioengineering Co.,Ltd.,China. METHODS: This study was performed at the Department of Preventive Medicine,School of Basic Medical Sciences,Yanbian University from January to June 2007. All mice were randomly divided into 5 groups with 10 mice in each: control group,model group,low-,and high-dose Acanthopanax senticosus-treated groups,and piracetam-treated group. All groups were administered 0.1 mL/10 g. In the control and model groups,mice were intragastrically administered saline each morning for 5 days prior to experimentation. Five days later,they were intraperitoneally perfused with saline and aluminum trichloride (100 mg/kg),respectively,every other afternoon. In the low-and high-dose Acanthopanax senticosus-treated groups,as well as the piracetam-treated groups,mice were intragastrically administered 500 and 1 000 g/L Acanthopanax senticosus and 23 g/L piracetam suspension,respectively,every morning. Five days later,they were intraperitoneally perfused with aluminum trichloride (100 mg/kg) every other afternoon,20 successive times. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: On days 20,23,26,and 29 after treatment,time-to-platform,number of errors,and accuracy were measured by water maze. After anesthesia,mice were euthanized and whole brain tissues were immediately resected and homogenized. MDA levels,and SOD and AChE activities,were measured using the corresponding kits. RESULTS: Fifty mice were included in the final analysis. In the model group,accuracy increased,and time-to-platform was prolonged,compared to control group (P < 0.05-0.01). In the model group,MDA levels significantly increased (P < 0.05),while SOD activity significantly decreased (P < 0.01),compared to control group. MDA levels were significantly lower and SOD activity was significantly higher in the low-and high-dose Acanthopanax senticosus-treated groups,compared to the model group (P < 0.05-0.01). In the model group,AChE activity significantly increased,compared to the control group (P < 0.05). AChE activity was significantly lower in the high-dose Acanthopanax senticosus-treated and the piracetam-treated groups than in the model group (P < 0.05). | 8 | Generation of isogenic single and multiplex gene knockout mice by base editing-induced STOP显示文摘Although CRISPR/Cas9 has been widely used to generate knockout mice, two major limitations remain:the founders usually carry a mixture of genotypes, and mosaicism harboring multiple genotypes.Therefore, it takes a long time to get homozygous mutants. Recently developed base editing(BE) system,which introduces C-to-T conversion without double strand DNA cleavage, has been used to introduce artificial stop codons(i-STOP) to prematurely terminate translation, providing a cleaner strategy for genome engineering. Using this strategy, we generated CD160 KO and VISTA/CD160 double KO mice by microinjection of a single sg RNA targeting CD160 and a mixture of sg RNAs targeting VISTA and CD160,respectively. The BE system induced STOP efficiently in mouse embryos and consequently in founder mice without detectable off-target. Most interestingly, the majority of the mutants harbor same genetic modifications, indicating we generated isogenic single and multiplex gene mutant mice by BE-induced STOP. | 9 | Origin and Tectonic Implications of Post-Orogenic Lamprophyres in the Sulu Belt of China显示文摘Lamprophyre dykes that crosscut different types of ultrahigh pressure(UHP)metamorphic rocks are widely distributed in the Triassic Sulu UHP orogenic belt.Although abundant studies have been performed on these dykes,their origin and petrogenesis remain topics of controversy.This study presents the results of a detailed field-based study of petrology,whole-rock geochemistry and zircon U-Pb and Lu-Hf isotopes on lamprophyre dykes exposed in the central Sulu UHP zone,aiming at shedding lights on their petrogenesis and providing clues on the geological evolution of eastern continental China during the Cretaceous.The lamprophyres are typically porphyritic,with phenocrysts dominantly composed of amphibole and clinopyroxene set in a lamprophyric matrix.The dykes have moderate Si O2(47.70 wt.%–60.44 wt.%),variably high Mg O(2.58 wt.%–8.28 wt.%)and Fe2 O3 T(4.88 wt.%–9.26 wt.%)contents with high Mg#of 49–66.Geochemically,they have enriched light rare earth element(REE)and flat heavy REE patterns((La/Gd)N=5.14–10.56;(Dy/Yb)N=1.43–1.54)with negligible Eu anomalies(Eu/Eu*=0.83–1.10),and they show enrichment in large ion lithophile elements(e.g.,Ba and K)but depletion in high-field strength elements(e.g.,Nb,Ti and P).In-situ zircon U-Pb geochronology reveals that the lamprophyres have concordant ages of 120–115 Ma,demonstrating that the dykes emplaced in the Early Cretaceous.These zircons have?Hf(t)values ranging from-26.0 to-11.0.Inherited zircons that occur in the dykes are dated to be Neoproterozoic,in line with the protolith ages of their host(i.e.,the UHP rocks).An integration of these data allows us to propose that the lamprophyres were generated during the Cretaceous,by melting of subcontinental lithospheric mantle-derived metasomatite with enriched chemical compositions underneath the North China Craton.The metasomatite was formed mainly by peridotite-fluid/melt reactions,with the fluids/melts mainly liberated from subducted Yangtze continental crust during the Triassic.Regional extension,lithospheric thinning and mantle upwelling caused by rollback of the subducted paleoPacific plate is considered to account for the generation of the lamprophyres as well as the extensive arc-like magmatic rocks in eastern continental China during the Early Cretaceous. | Songjie Wang Lu Wang Yue Ding Zhuocheng Wang | 2020 | Journal of Earth Science2020,31,6: | 2 |
