| 1 | Mechanical Properties of C_f/Mg Composites Fabricated by Pressure Infiltration Method显示文摘The carbon fibers and the woven reinforced magnesium matrix composites were fabricated by pressure infiltration method.Effects of fiber species,fiber arrangement,hybrid particles and environment temperature on microstructures and properties of the composite were studied.Results showed that the mechanical properties at ambient temperature were affected by interfacial reaction.The magnesium matrix composites reinforced with graphite fibers showed higher strength and elastic modulus due to less interfacial reaction.During loading,the fibers were pulled out and the load was transferred through the interfaces,then the fiber bundles were fractured,finally the whole specimen failed.The introduction of hybrid SiC particles during fabrication can improve the mechanical properties of the magnesium matrix composites.Moreover,taking orthogonal carbon fiber woven as reinforcement can modify the anisotropy and reliability of materials. | Meihui Songt Gaohui Wu Wenshu Yang Wei Jia Ziyang Xiu Guoqin Chen | 2010 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2010,26,10: | 6 |
| 2 | High-throughput droplet microfluidic synthesis of hierarchical metal-organic framework nanosheet microcapsules显示文摘Using two-dimensional(2D)metal-organic framework(MOF)nanosheets as new building blocks to create more complex architectures at the mesoscopic/macroscopic scale has attracted extensive interest in recent years.Nevertheless,it remains a great challenge to assemble MOF nanosheets into hierarchical hollow structures so far.In this paper,we describe a successful example of hierarchical MOF nanosheet microcapsules,with precisely controlled sizes,produced on large scale within minutes with a continuous droplet microfluidic strategy.Following a reaction/diffusion growth mechanism,the microcapsule shells feature a continuous smooth inner layer and a porous outer layer.Such hierarchical structure enables the encapsulation of magnetite nanoparticles inside and loading of dense gold nanoparticles outside the microcapsules,which exhibit highly efficient heterogeneous catalytic activity and easy recyclability.The present microfluidic assembly method offers a new pathway for preparing hierarchical MOF nanosheet structures,with the potential for extension to the formation of other 2D nanosheets in general. | Songting Wu Zhong Xin Shicheng Zhao Shengtong Sun | 2019 | Nano Research2019,12,11: | 6 |

| 5 | Worst-case tolerance analysis on array antenna based on chaos-genetic algorithm显示文摘This paper studies the effect of amplitude-phase errors on the antenna performance. Via builting on a worst-case error tolerance model, a simple and practical worst error tolerance analysis based on the chaos-genetic algorithm (CGA) is proposed. The proposed method utilizes chaos to optimize initial population for the genetic algorithm (GA) and introduces chaotic disturbance into the genetic mutation, thereby improving the ability of the GA to search for the global optimum. Numerical simulations demonstrate that the accuracy and stability of the worst-case analysis of the proposed approach are superior to the GA. | 10 | Non-conjugated polymers as thickness-insensitive electron transport materials in high-performance inverted organic solar cells显示文摘Two non-conjugated polymers PEIE-DBO and PEIE-DCO, prepared by quaternization of polyethyleneimine ethoxylate by 1,8-dibromooctane and 1,8-dichlorooctane respectively, are developed as electron transport layer(ETL) in high-performance inverted organic solar cells(OSCs), and the effects of halide ions on polymeric photoelectric performance are fully investigated. PEIE-DBO possesses higher electron mobility(3.68×10-4 cm2 V-1s-1), higher conductivity and more efficient exciton dissociation and electron extraction, attributed to its lower work function(3.94 eV) than that of PEIE-DCO, which results in better photovoltaic performance in OSCs. The inverted OSCs with PTB7-Th: PC71BM as photoactive layer and PEIE-DBO as ETL exhibit higher PCE of 10.52%, 9.45% and 9.09% at the thickness of 9, 35 and 50 nm,respectively. To our knowledge, PEIE-DBO possesses the best thickness-insensitive performance in polymeric ETLs of inverted fullerene-based OSCs. | 20 | Effects of spin-coating speed on the morphology and photovoltaic performance of the diketopyrrolopyrrole-based terpolymer显示文摘Polymer solar cells(PSCs) were fabricated by combining a diketopyrrolopyrrole-based terpolymer(PTBT-HTID-DPP) as the electron donor, and [6,6]-phenyl C_(61) butyric acid methyl ester(PC_(61)BM) as the electron acceptor, and the power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 4.31% has been achieved under AM 1.5 G(100 m W cm^(-2)) illumination condition via optimizing the polymer/PC_(61)BM ratio, the variety of solvent and the spin-coating speed. The impact of the spin-coating speed on the photovoltaic performance of the PSCs has been investigated by revealing the effects of the spin-coating speed on the morphology and the absorption spectra of the polymer/PC_(61)BM blend films. When the thickness of the blend films are adjusted by spin-coating a fixed concentration with different spin-coating speeds, the blend film prepared at a lower spin-coating speed shows a stronger absorption per unit thickness, and the correspond device shows higher IPCE value in the longer-wavelength region. Under the conditions of similar thickness, the blend film prepared at a lower spin-coating speed forms a more uniform microphase separation and smaller domain size which leads to a higher absorption intensity per unit thickness of the blend film in long wavenumber band, a larger short-circuit current density(J_(sc)) and a higher power conversion efficiency(PCE) of the PSC device.
