1金属氧化物@金属有机骨架复合材料研究进展显示文摘金属有机骨架(Metal-Organic Framework,MOF)复合材料是一种新型功能性材料,其中金属氧化物@MOF复合材料因结合了金属氧化物和MOFs的许多特性而受到人们的广泛关注,成为近年来MOFs材料研究的一个重要方向。本文综述了金属氧化物@MOF复合材料制备方法的研究进展,主要包括外延生长法、气相沉积法、模板法等,并分析了它们各自的优缺点;概述了金属氧化物@MOF复合材料在催化、传感、生物医药、吸附与分离方面的具体应用性能,以及在电化学研究领域的潜在应用;并提出今后金属氧化物@MOF复合材料研究的主要方向是开发简单高效的制备方法、选取新功能性金属氧化物以及探索复合材料的其它新型结构,以拓展其在工业上的应用。张攀 周奎 HAEMCHUEN Somboon 陈宬 VERPOORT Francis 2018应用化学2018,35,4:10

3Antioxidant activity,total phenolic,and resveratrol content in five cultivars of peanut sprouts显示文摘Objective: To investigate the change in total phenolic compounds, antioxidant activity,and resveratrol content of five different germinated peanut cultivars.Methods: The germinated sprouts of five peanut cultivars(Kalasin1, Kalasin2, Konkaen,Konkaen4, and Tainan9) were extracted with 80% ethanol and collected as crude extract.The antioxidant capacities were determined with 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl and ferric ion reducing antioxidant power method.The total phenolic compound was measured using the Folin–Ciocalteau assay.The qualification and quantification of resveratrol was performed by high performance liquid chromatography method.Results: Among the five cultivars, a three-day germination of Kalasin1 showed the highest phenolic content [(40.67 ± 2.62) mg gallic acid/g dry weight], expressed the highest 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl antioxidant value [(80.51 ± 1.47) mmol/L Trolox/g dry weight], and ferric ion reducing antioxidant power antioxidant value [(171.33 ± 8.59)mmol/L ascorbic acid/g dry weight].However, the high performance liquid chromatography result of Kalasin2 significantly increased to the highest resveratrol content of(6.44 ± 1.26) mg/g dry weight on the second day of germination.Conclusions: The variation of phytochemical content in the peanut sprout is due to the effect of the peanut cultivar and the germination period.Apinun Limmongkon Prachya Janhom Ampika Amthong Muenfan Kawpanuk Patcharaporn Nopprang Jirarat Poohadsuan Thapakorn Somboon Suwaree Saijeen Damratsamon Surangkul Metawee Srikummool Tantip Boonsong 2017Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine2017,7,4:10
4Establishment and characterization of a cholangiocarcinoma cell line (RMCCA-1) from a Thai patient显示文摘AIM: To establish and characterize a new cell line derived from peripheral cholangiocarcinoma of a Thai patient.METHODS: The peripheral cholangiocarcinoma specimen surgically obtained from the patient was aseptically processed by washing and mincing before culturing in Ham’s F12 medium containing 10% fetal bovine serum. After 3 mo, when the cell line has become homogeneous and stabilized, several features were investigated, including growth characteristics, immunofluorescence staining for cytokeratins, expression of tumor markers, chromosomal analysis by G-banding and multicolour fluorescence in situ hybridization (mFISH), in vitro migration and invasion characteristics. RESULTS: The RMCCA-1 cell line has been established. These cells proliferated as a monolayer with a population doubling time of 48 h. Immunofluorescence staining showed positive staining for human cytokeratin 7 and 19 verifying the biliary epithelial origin. RMCCA-1 secreted carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA19-9), but insignificant levels of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and α-fetoprotein (AFP). Chromosome analysis identified aneuploidy karyotypes with a modal chromosome number of 59. RMCCA-1 exhibited a low level of in vitro invasiveness, but a high degree of motility. The cell line exhibited a significant number of chromosomal aberrations as shown by mFISH and G-banding methods.CONCLUSION: A new cell line derived from peripheral cholangiocarcinoma of a Thai patient has been established. This cell line shows a low level of in vitro invasiveness, but a high degree of motility. 5Role of ciprofloxacin in patients with cholestasis after endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography显示文摘AIM: To determine the role of ciprofloxacin in reducing cholangitis in cholestatic patients with adequate biliary drainage after endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). METHODS: A randomized, controlled trial was performed in 48 cholestatic patients at Rajavithi Hospital (Tertiary Referral Center for ERCP: 600 cases per year). All the 48 patients received 200 mg ciprofloxacin intravenous injection for 30 min before starting any procedures, and then were randomly divided in two groups. Twenty-two patients in study group continually received ciprofloxacin until 48 h after ERCP. Causes of biliary obstruction, bacteriology of bile and blood (in cholangitis) and clinical cholangitis were recorded. RESULTS: Forty-eight patients were enrolled and divided into continuous ciprofloxacin treatment group (n = 22) and discontinuous ciprofloxacin treatment group (n = 26). During ERCP, stones were found in 22 patients, malignant diseases in 24 patients and other pathologic lesions in 5 patients. One (4.5%) of the 22 patients who received ciprofloxacin and 2 (6.3%) of the 26 patients who discontinued ciprofloxacin after ERCP developed cholangitis (relative risk = 0.71; 95% CI = 0.14-3.65; P = 0.88). Bacterobilia was found in 27 (56.3%) out of 48 patients. E. coli and Streptococcus viridans were the most common organisms. 6Prognostic relevance of circulating CK19 mRNA in advanced malignant biliary tract diseases显示文摘AIM: To determine the role of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) in prediction of the overall survival of patients with advanced malignant biliary tract obstruction. METHODS: We investigated the prognostic value of CTCs by examining two markers, cytokeratin (CK) 19 and human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) mRNA, in 40 patients diagnosed with advanced malig- nant biliary tract diseases. Quantitative real-time re- verse transcription polymerase chain reaction was used to detect CK19 and hTERT mRNA in the peripheral blood of these patients. Overall survival was analyzed using the Kaplan-Meier method and Cox regression modeling.RESULTS: Positive CK19 and hTERT mRNA expression was detected in 45% and 60%, respectively, of the 40 patients. Univariable analysis indicated that positive CK19 mRNA expression was significantly associated with worse overall survival (P = 0.009). Multivariable analysis determined that positive CK19 mRNA expres- sion, patient's age and serum bilirubin were each inde- pendently associated with overall survival. 7Evaluation of corporal fibrosis in cadaveric pericardium and vein grafts for tunica albuginea substitution in rats显示文摘Aim: To evaluate the degree of corporal fibrosis in rats with cadaveric pericardium or vein as grafting materials for tunica albuginea substitution. Materials and methods: Thirty male Sprague-Dawley rats (300g~325g) were divided at random into 3 groups of 10 animals each: group 1 was the sham-operated controls and groups 2 and 3 underwent wedge excision of tunica albuginea and replacement with cadaveric pericardium and vein grafts,respectively. Four months later, rats were sacrificed and the penis removed to assess the degree of fibrosis using RTPCR technique for TGF-β1 mRNA expression. The tissues were fixed in 10% formalin, paraffin-embedded and stained with Masson's trichrome and Verhoff's van Giesen for collagen and elastic fibers. Results: Four monthsafter grafting, there was minimal fibrosis surrounding the patch in the vein graft rats and moderate fibrosis in the pericardial graft rats. The degree of penile fibrosis in the pericardial graft rats was significantly higher than that in the controls (P<0.01), but in the vein graft rats it was not significantly different from that of the controls (P>0.05).Conclusion: The degree of penile fibrosis of cadaveric pericardial graft was significantly higher than that of the control group, while in the vein graft group it was comparable to the latter. 8A new species of genus Fejervarya (Anura:Dicroglossidae) from northern Thailand显示文摘We describe a new species of frog in the dicroglossid genus Fejervarya from Ban Monjong,Omkoi District,Chiang Mai Province,northern Thailand.Analysis of DNA sequence data from the mitochondrial gene 16 S,advertisement calls,and morphological distinctiveness support recognition of the new species.Matrilineal genealogy suggests that the new population from Chiang Mai is a sister taxon to the South Asian clade that includes F.syhadrensis,F.granosa,and F.pierrei.The new species,Fejervarya chiangmaiensis sp.nov.,differs morphologically from its congeners by its relatively small body size and proportions and the presence of dorsal warts and dermal ridges.Discovery of this new species indicates that the biodiversity of amphibians in this region remains underestimated.Chatmongkon SUWANNAPOOM Zhi-Yong YUAN Nikolay A.POYARKOV Jr. Fang YAN Somboon KAMTAEJA Robert W.MURPHY Jing CHE 2016Zoological Research2016,37,6:2
