2National incidence of joint dislocation in China:a retrospective survey of 512,187 individuals显示文摘Background:Joint dislocations significantly impact public health.However,a comprehensive study on the incidence,distribution,and risk factors for joint dislocations in China is lacking.We conducted the China National Joint Dislocation Study,which is a part of the China National Fracture Study conducted to obtain the national incidence and risk factors for traumatic fractures,and to investigate the incidence and risk factors for joint dislocations.Methods:For this national retrospective epidemiological study,512,187 participants were recruited using stratified random sampling and probability-proportional-to-size method from January 19 to May 16,2015.Participants who sustained joint dislocations of the trunk,arms,or legs(skull,sternum,and ribs being excluded)in 2014 were personally interviewed to obtain data on age,educational background,ethnic origin,occupation,geographic region,and urbanization degree.The joint-dislocation incidence was calculated based on age,sex,body site,and demographic factors.The risk factors for different groups were examined using multiple logistic regression.Results:One hundred and nineteen participants sustained 121 joint dislocations in 2014.The population-weighted incidence rate of joint dislocations of the trunk,arms,or legs was 0.22(95%confidence interval[CI]:0.16,0.27)per 1000 population in 2014(men,0.27[0.20,0.34];women,0.16[0.10,0.23]).For all ages,previous dislocation history(male:OR 42.33,95%confidence interval[CI]:12.03-148.90;female:OR 54.43,95%CI:17.37-170.50)and alcohol consumption(male:OR 3.50,95%CI:1.49-8.22;female:OR 2.65,95%CI:1.08-6.50)were risk factors for joint dislocation.Sleeping less than 7 h/day was a risk factor for men.Compared with children,women aged≥15 years(female 15-64 years:OR 0.16,95%CI:0.04-0.61;female≥65 years:OR 0.06,95%CI:0.01-0.41)were less likely to sustain joint dislocations.Women with more than three children were at higher dislocation risk than women without children(OR 6.92,95%CI:1.18-40.78).Conclusions:The up-to-date data on joint dislocation incidence,distribution,and risk factors can be used as a reference for national healthcare,prevention,and management in China.Specific strategies for decreasing alcohol consumption and encouraging adequate sleeping hours should be developed to prevent or reduce dislocation incidents.Trial Registration:Chinese Clinical Trial Registry,ChiCTR-EPR-15005878.Hongzhi Lv Wei Chen Zhiyong Hou Siming Jia Yanbin Zhu Bo Liu Xiao Chen Guang Yang Lei Liu Tao Zhang Haili Wang Bing Yin Song Liu Jialiang Guo Xiaolin Zhang Yichong Li Yingze Zhang 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,14:0

4Combinatorial screening via high-throughput preparation:Thermoelectric performance optimization for n-type Bi-Te-Se film with high average zT>1显示文摘Thermoelectric materials have drawn extensive interest due to the direct conversion between electricity and heat,however,it is usually a time-consuming process for applying traditional“sequential”meth-ods to grow materials and investigate their properties,especially for thermoelectric films that typically require fine microstructure control.High-throughput experimental approaches can effectively accelerate materials development,but the methods for high-throughput screening of the microstructures require further study.In this work,a combinatorial high-throughput optimization solution of material properties is proposed for the parallel screening and optimizing of composition and microstructure,which involves two distinctive types of high-throughput fabrication approaches for thin films,along with a new portable multiple discrete masks based high-throughput preparation platform.Thus,Bi_(2)Te_(3-x)Se_(x)thin film library with 196 throughputs for locating the optimized composition is obtained in one growth cycle.In addition,another thin film library composed of 31 materials with traceable process parameters is built to further investigate the relationship between microstructure,process,and thermoelectric performance.Through high-throughput screening,the Bi_(2)Te_(2.9)Se_(0.1)film with(00l)orientation is prepared with a peak zT value of 1.303 at 353 K along with a high average zT value of 1.047 in the interval from 313 to 523 K.This method can be also extended to the discovery of other functional thin films with a rapid combinatorial screening of the composition and structure to accelerate material optimization.Guangyu Han Wei Zhu Siming Guo Jie Zhou Yutong Liu Yuan Deng 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,29:0
5Measurements of Air-kerma in Mammography X-Ray Standard Using Free-air Chamber显示文摘Mammography x-rays standard is required to improve the quality of mammary machine and reduce the dose for w omen and staff. The molybdenum target x-rays machine is used as the radiation source and free-air cylindrical chamber is designed for detecting photon. Four standard radiation qualities are established w ith international standard documents as references. The Correction factors including air attenuation,scattered radiation,fluorescence,w all transmission,electron loss are studied in the four radiation quality. The uncertainty in absolute measurement of air-kerma includes air volume measurement of ionization chambers,current measurement,measurement of temperature and pressure,measurement of correction factors,physical constants and orientation of the reference distance. 6Ground motion amplification pattern with TBM tunnels crossing soil-rock interface:Shaking table test显示文摘The current aseismic design has seldom considered the effect caused by underlain tunnels.Previous studies focused on the scenarios of tunnels embedded in homogeneous soil under transverse seismic excitation.This paper aims to investigate the tunnel effect on the surface acceleration response in soil-rock strata by shaking table tests.Three sets of excitations are employed and input along the shaking table in both transverse and longitudinal directions.The soil-rock site is classified as four micro-zones with varying conditions,to mount observation stations of acceleration sensors.Dynamic characteristics of the four zones are identified by the transfer function(TF)method,and the tunnel effect on the ground acceleration response is obtained by comparing the spectral acceleration results between the free-field and ground-tunnel models.The test results indicate that the tunnel effect varies with the site conditions.Distinctively,a significant amplification effect is observed at the A4 zone,located on the soil deposit near the soil-rock interface.Then,it is proved that the scattering waves generated at the interface and the standing waves trapped between the tunnel and upper ground surface account for the amplification,revealed by the discrepancies of the TF results and acceleration details between the free-field and ground-tunnel models.Siming Li Roberto Cudmani Mingqing Xiao Zhiming Guo Yong Yuan 2023Underground Space2023,,5:0
