| 1 | 不同耕作方式下旱作玉米田土壤呼吸及其影响因素显示文摘为揭示不同耕作方式对旱作玉米田土壤呼吸的影响,对比研究深松耕、免耕、旋耕和翻耕4种耕作方式下土壤呼吸速率的动态变化及其与土壤水分、温度、有机质、全氮、pH值等的关系。结果表明,夏玉米生长季,4种耕作方式下土壤呼吸速率随生育时期均呈先增加后降低的趋势,平均土壤呼吸速率为深松耕>翻耕>旋耕>免耕;播种前至拔节期土壤温度为翻耕>深松耕>旋耕>免耕,抽雄期至成熟收获期为免耕>旋耕>深松耕>翻耕;各耕作方式下0~20cm层土壤有机质、全氮均逐渐增加,与免耕比较,翻耕有机质和全氮均降低;生育前期土壤pH值波动明显,抽雄期后趋于平缓,土壤pH值平均值为翻耕>旋耕>免耕>深松耕。各影响因素与土壤呼吸速率相关分析表明,深松耕和翻耕土壤水分、温度与土壤呼吸速率呈显著或极显著正相关;有机质与土壤呼吸速率呈负相关,且与深松耕措施下土壤呼吸速率呈显著负相关;除免耕外,其他耕作方式下土壤全氮、pH值与土壤呼吸呈负相关。该研究可为补充完善土壤呼吸排放机理、评估区域碳收支平衡及制定科学有效的土壤碳调控管理措施提供依据。 | 张俊丽 Sikander Khan Tanveer 温晓霞 陈月星 高明博 刘杨 廖允成 | 2012 | 农业工程学报2012,28,18: | 71 |
| 2 | 不同耕作措施下旱作麦田CO_2排放速率与土壤水热关系分析显示文摘采用定位试验,系统研究翻耕(T)、翻耕+秸秆还田(TS)、旋耕(RT)、旋耕+秸秆还田(RTS)、免耕(NT)、免耕+秸秆覆盖(NTS)6种不同耕作措施下土壤CO2排放速率的季节变化规律,分析土壤CO2排放速率与土壤水热的相互关系。结果表明,CO2排放速率有明显的季节变化规律,均表现为冬季低夏季高;整个生长季平均排放速率为TS>T>RTS>RT>NTS>NT,并且T、RT、NT 3种耕作措施之间差异均达到极显著水平(P<0.01);TS、RTS、NTS 3种有秸秆耕作措施的CO2排放速率均高于相应的T、RT、NT 3种无秸秆耕作措施,且T与TS之间差异达到极显著水平;土壤温度和CO2排放速率表现为极显著正相关,T、RT和NT分别与15、5、10 cm土层温度相关性最大,相关系数分别为0.899、0.779、0.934;土壤含水量与CO2排放速率未表现出显著相关性。 | 杨玲 廖允成 高茂盛 Sikander Khan Tanveer | 2011 | 西北农业学报2011,20,1: | 14 |
| 3 | 耕作方式对旱作农田土壤水热特性及夏玉米产量的影响显示文摘设置田间定位试验,研究免耕(NT)、深松耕(DT)和旋耕(RT)对旱作玉米田土壤体积质量、土壤水分、土壤温度及夏玉米产量等的影响。2a研究结果表明,采取耕作措施后,各处理土壤体积质量差异主要集中在0~40cm(P<0.05),耕作前后40~60cm土壤体积质量差异不显著(P>0.05)。耕作方式对土壤储水量有明显影响,其中,播种后0~50d,深松耕和免耕处理0~100cm土壤储水量均高于旋耕;播种后70~120d,3种耕作方式下土壤储水量差异不显著(P>0.05)。各耕作措施对土壤温度的影响在作物生育前期(播种后0~30d)表现明显(P<0.05),表现为旋耕玉米田土壤温度高于免耕和深松耕,播种后50~120d各处理间无显著差异(P>0.05)。深松耕和旋耕处理玉米籽粒产量较免耕分别高3.35%和1.91%。结合经济效益分析,免耕和深松耕净收入较旋耕分别高138.48元/hm^2和259.38元/hm^2。因此,深松耕为旱作夏玉米田较适宜的耕作方式。 | 张俊丽 Sikander Khan Tanveer 薛菁 邹宏 董晓梅 李康 拜翊莎 | 2017 | 西北农业学报2017,26,10: | 8 |

| 6 | 保护性耕作对旱作夏玉米光合和水分利用效率日变化的影响显示文摘[目的]探讨保护性耕作对旱作夏玉米(Zea mays L.)光合和水分利用效率日变化的影响,为该地区完善和推广该技术提供理论依据。[方法]以传统翻耕无覆盖(CT)为对照,研究西北旱作地区免耕不覆盖(NT)和免耕秸秆还田(NTS)处理对夏玉米抽雄-吐丝期叶片光合特性和水分利用效率(WUE)日变化的影响。[结果]夏玉米光合速率(Pn)日变化呈'单峰'型曲线,日均Pn为NTS>CT>NT。气孔导度(Gs)早上出现高峰,中午和下午降至低水平小幅波动,日均为NTS>NT>CT。WUE变化趋势与Pn相似,表现出明显的正相关性(R2=0.701*),玉米叶片WUE日均值NTS>CT>NT,NTS处理效果显著,说明免耕秸秆还田处理提高玉米WUE作用较好。胞间CO2浓度(Ci)与Pn变化表现出负相关性,蒸腾速率(Tr)日变化也为'单峰'型曲线,与Pn表现出明显的正相关性(R2=0.895**),日均Tr值为NTS>CT>NT。[结论]免耕秸秆还田措施下玉米Pn、Gs、WUE均高于传统翻耕。因此在西北旱作夏玉米田实施免耕秸秆还田既有利于作物对有限降水的高效利用,也可促进农田系统生产力可持续提高,是较为适宜的一项耕作措施。 | 禄兴丽 Sikander Khan Tanveer | 2013 | 安徽农业科学2013,41,9: | 2 |
| 7 | Metabolic investigations in patients with hepatitis B and C显示文摘AIM:To investigate the similarities and dissimilarities in patients with hepatitis B and hepatitis C,clinically and metabolically. METHODS:Fifty patients with hepatitis B virus and hepatitis C virus infection were included in this study, along with fifty healthy controls for comparison purposes.Intravenous blood(10 mL)samples from patients and healthy subjects were collected and made to clot before serum was separated and immediately levels of the enzymes,alkaline phosphatase(ALK),creatinine phosphokinase(CPK),lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),serum glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase(sGOT)and serum glutamate pyruvate transaminase(sGPT)were determined by a kit method.For total con-tent of each metal the serum samples were analyzed using atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Levels of cholesterol,triglycerides,urea,creatinine and uric acid were determined using a kit method on Microlab 300. RESULTS:Serum magnesium and copper levels remained unchanged,whereas the concentration of zinc decreased and iron increased significantly in both groups of patients.Total antioxidant activity was significantly decreased in both hepatitis B and C.Among the enzymes analyzed,ALK,s-GPT,LDH and s-GOT were all significantly increased in both patients with hepatitis B and C whereas CPK was significantly decreased in patients with hepatitis B and remained unchanged in patients with hepatitis C.
