1	胃癌防控策略的探索与优化:流行病学、病原微生物及危险因素显示文摘目的总结“四川地区胃癌早期检测和筛查策略研究项目”(Sichuan Gastric Cancer Early Detection and Screening Research Program,SIGES)中关于胃癌防控的流行病学、病原微生物及危险因素方面的研究成果。方法SIGES研究组在过去10年针对我国胃癌防控的现状与策略开展了一系列临床和临床流行病学研究,探索和优化提高胃癌防控成效的供给侧结构性改革的思路和路径。笔者对相关研究成果进行总结。结果SIGES较为体系性地、针对性地研究了胃癌相关病原微生物、危险因素、筛查策略以及三级预防技术要点和体系建设。主要研究结果支持幽门螺旋杆菌与癌前病变萎缩性胃炎和胃癌高度关联;致癌病毒如Epstein-Barr病毒、乙型肝炎病毒、人类巨细胞病毒、人类乳头瘤病毒、John Cunningham病毒与胃癌发病风险存在相关性,是胃癌预防与筛查策略中应进一步关注的病原微生物;民族、居住地、胃癌家族史也与胃癌和胃癌相关因素存在相关性,建议纳入胃癌高危人群个体化判定标准体系中。结论目前我国胃癌控制工作已取得一定的实质性成果,但我国的胃癌疾病负担依然沉重,设计防控策略时仍需要针对关键技术或争议问题进行更深入的科学研究。	陈心足胡建昆 SIGES研究组	2023	中国普外基础与临床杂志2023，30，1：	5
