1Effect of moisture regime on the redistribution of heavy metals in paddy soil显示文摘Sequential extraction procedure was applied to assess the dynamics of solid-phase transformation of added Cu,Pb,Cd,and Hg in a typical Chinese paddy soil incubated under three moisture regimes (75% field capacity,wetting-drying cycle,and flooding).The heavy metals spiked in the soil were time-dependently transferred from the easily extractable fraction (the exchangeable fraction) into less labile fractions (Fe-Mn oxide-and organic matter-bound fractions),and thus reduced lability of the metals.No significant changes were found for the carbonate-bound and residual fractions of the heavy metals in the soil during the whole incubation.Change rate of the mobility factor (MF),a proportion of weakly bound fractions (exchangeable and carbonate-bound) in the total metal of soil,reflected the transformation rate of metal speciation from the labile fractions toward stable fractions.It was found that soil moisture regime did not change the direction and pathways of transformation of metal speciation,but it significantly affected the transformation rate.In general,the paddy soil under flooding regime had higher metal reactivity compared with 75% field capacity and wetting-drying cycle regimes,resulting in the more complete movement of metals toward stable fractions.This might be related to the increased pH,precipitation of the metals with sulfides and higher concentration of amorphous Fe oxides under submerged condition.Shunan Zheng Mingkui Zhang 2011Journal of Environmental Sciences2011,23,3:27
2Thermal reliability analysis and optimization of polymer insulating through-silicon-vias(TSVs) for 3D integration显示文摘Polymer insulating through-silicon-vias(TSVs)is an attractive approach for high-performance 3D integration systems.To further demonstrate the polymer insulating TSVs,this paper investigates the thermal stability by measuring the leakage current under bias-temperature condition,studies the thermal stress characteristics with Finite Element Analysis(FEA),and tries to improve the thermal mechanical reliability of high-density TSVs array by optimizing the geometry parameters of pitch,liner and redistribution layer(RDL).The electrical measurements show the polymer insulating TSVs can maintain good insulation capability(less than 2 10 11A)under challenging bias-temperature conditions of 20 V and 200 C,despite the leakage degradation observation.The FEA results show that the thermal stress is significantly reduced at the sidewall,but highly concentrates at the surface,which is the potential location of mechanical failure.And,the analysis results indicate that the polymer insulating TSVs(diameter of 10 m,depth of 50 m)array with a pitch of 20 m,liner thickness of 1 m and RDL radius of 9m has an optimized thermal-mechanical reliability for application.ZHONG ShunAn WANG ShiWei CHEN QianWen DING YingTao 2014Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,1:5
3Effects of Feiwei granules in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis:a randomized and placebo-controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To document the therapeutic effect of Feiwei granules(FGs) for idiopathic pulmonary fi brosis(IPF).METHODS:One hundred cases with IPF were randomized into the treatment group(80) and control group(20).Both groups were given basic treatment with prednisone.The treatment group was given FGs,and the control group was given Jinshuibao capsules(JCs).Treatment lasted for 6 months.The Medical Research Council Dyspnea Scale(MRCDS),the Saint George's Hospital Respiratory Questionnaire(SGHRQ),pulmonary function,the Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Score(TCMSS),6-min walking test(6MWT) and blood gas analyses were recorded before the study as well as3 months and 6 months after treatment.RESULTS:FGs showed greater efficacy than the control in certain parameters between before the study and 6 months,and between 3 months and 6months,in the MRCDS,some indicators in the SGHRQ,and the TCMSS.There were no significant differences between the treatment group and control group in the remainder of the indices evaluated.In the treatment group,there were significant differences in before and after treatment in the MRCDS,SGHRQ,TCMSS and 6MWT.CONCLUSION:FGs were similar to JCs for IPF treatment.Yu Yang Sun Zengtao Shi Liqing Zhang Yanping Zhou Zhaoshan Zhang Shunan Chao Enxiang 2016Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2016,36,4:5
4Guidelines on common cold for Traditional Chinese Medicine based on pattern differentiation显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To establish the guidelines on common cold treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in terms of pattern identification. METHODS: The guidelines were formulated by using the basic patterns of common cold in ChinaPharmacopeia integrated with findings from systematic literature review and the experts' consensus on the issue in question. RESULTS: Common cold was divided into four patterns in the guidelines. The medications were recommended respectively: Ganmaoqingre granule for wind-cold exterior syndrome,Yinqiaojiedu granule for wind-heat exterior syndrome, Huoxiangzhengqi Wan for summer-heat dampness exterior syndrome and Shensu Wan for wind-cold exterior syndrome accompanied with Qi deficiency. CONCLUSION: The guidelines were primarily derived from the practice experience of TCM and the experts' consensus. The process was not strictly evidence-based because of lacking enough clinical studies. 5Bispecific prodrug nanoparticles circumventing multiple immune resistance mechanisms for promoting cancer immunotherapy显示文摘Cancer immunotherapy is impaired by the intrinsic and adaptive immune resistance.Herein,a bispecific prodrug nanoparticle was engineered for circumventing immune evasion of the tumor cells by targeting multiple immune resistance mechanisms.A disulfide bond-linked bispecific prodrug of NLG919 and JQ1(namely NJ) was synthesized and self-assembled into a prodrug nanoparticle,which was subsequently coated with a photosensitizer-modified and tumor acidity-activatable diblock copolymer PHP for tumor-specific delivery of NJ.Upon tumor accumulation via passive tumor targeting,the polymeric shell was detached for facilitating intracellular uptake of the bispecific prodrug.NJ was then activated inside the tumor cells for releasing JQ1 and NLG919 via glutathione-mediated cleavage of the disulfide bond.JQ1 is a bromodomain-containing protein 4 inhibitor for abolishing interferon gamma-triggered expression of programmed death ligand 1.In contrast,NLG919 suppresses indoleamine-2,3-dioxygenase 1-mediated tryptophan consumption in the tumor microenvironment,which thus restores robust antitumor immune responses.Photodynamic therapy(PDT) was performed to elicit antitumor immunogenicity by triggering immunogenic cell death of the tumor cells.The combination of PDT and the bispecific prodrug nanoparticle might represent a novel strategy for blockading multiple immune evasion pathways and improving cancer immunotherapy.Jiayi Ye Bo Hou Fangmin Chen Shunan Zhang Muya Xiong Tianliang Li Yechun Xu Zhiai Xu Haijun Yu 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,6:4
6Function, transport, and regulation of amino acids: What is missing in rice?显示文摘Amino acids are essential plant compounds serving as the building blocks of proteins,the predominant forms of nitrogen(N)distribution,and signaling molecules.Plant amino acids derive from root acquisition,nitrate reduction,and ammonium assimilation.Many amino acid transporters(AATs)mediating transfer processes of amino acids have been functionally characterized in Arabidopsis,whereas the function and regulation of the vast majority of AATs in rice(Oryza sativa L.)and other crops remain unknown.In this review,we summarize the current understanding of amino acids in the rhizosphere and in metabolism.We describe their function as signal molecules and in regulating plant architecture,flowering time,and defense against abiotic stress and pathogen attack.AATs not only function in root acquisition and translocation of amino acids from source to sink organs,regulating N uptake and use efficiency,but also as transporters of non-amino acid substrates or as amino acid sensors.Several AAT genes show natural variations in their promoter and coding regions that are associated with altered uptake rate of amino acids,grain N content,and tiller number.Development of an amino acid transfer model in plants will advance the manipulation of AATs for improving rice architecture,grain yield and quality,and N-use efficiency.Nan Guo Shunan Zhang MingjiGu Guohua Xu 2021The Crop Journal2021,9,3:3
7Analytical study on pyrolyzed products of Desmodesmus sp.cultivated in BG11显示文摘Pyrolysis-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(Py-GC/MS)was adopted to determine the changes in component of BG11-cultivated Desmodesmus sp.(BG11/8-10)pyrolyzed products at different temperatures(300℃-800℃).The results of analysis on a series of total ions chromatogram(TIC)showed that pyrolyzed products of BG11/8-10 at different temperature mainly included aliphatic hydrocarbons,nitrogen compounds,aromatic hydrocarbons,fatty acids,ketones,alcohols,aldehydes and furan compounds.Compared to the bio-oil(42.36%)generated by pyrolysis at 700℃,the relative content of bio-oil generated at 800℃was the highest up to 56.96%.However,higher temperature could easily cause the generation of large quantities of such pollutants as nitrogen compounds and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs).Therefore,based on lower pollutant discharge and higher bio-oil yield,the optimal pyrolysis temperature of BG11/8-10 was around 700℃.Li Gang Ji Fang Xiang Shunan Zhou Yuguang Jiang Mengmeng Huang Zhigang 2017International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,3:3
8Thermal cracking products and bio-oil production from microalgae Desmodesmus sp.显示文摘Qualitative and quantitative analyses of thermal cracking products from Desmodesmus sp.were performed based on pyrolysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(Py-GC/MS)at different temperature regimes(350℃-750℃).After further analysis of a series of total ions chromatogram(TIC)and summarized,thermal cracking products of Desmodesmus sp.at different temperature regimes can be obtained,which mainly comprised of aliphatic hydrocarbons,nitrogen compounds,aromatic hydrocarbons,fatty acids,ketones,alcohols,aldehydes and furan compounds.Compared to bio-oil production at 650℃(32.07%),Desmodesmus sp.pyrolyzed at 750℃could produce the highest bio-oil content of 42.25%.However,higher temperature could lead to the formation of contaminants(nitrogen compounds and PAHs)more easily.Therefore,considering the higher content of bio-oil conversion and less pollutants generation,the optimum temperature for Desmodesmus sp.thermal cracking conversion was about 650℃.Li Gang Xiang Shunan Ji Fang Zhou Yuguang Huang Zhigang 2017International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,4:3
9Distributed vibration control of a large solar power satellite显示文摘To deal with the vibration problem of the solar power satellite(SPS),the distributed vibration control approach is investigated in this paper.Taking the Multi-Rotary joints SPS as the research objective,the control unit(CU)and the location relationship matrix are rstly de ned for distributed controller design according to the con guration of SPS.The dynamic model of each CU is therefore established based on the nite element method.The dynamic model of the whole SPS structure is then developed using the CU models,and is updated along with on-orbit assembly.The distributed cooperative controller,using proportional and di erential feedback and the interaction feedback among adjacent CUs,is proposed to suppress vibration.The close-loop distributed cooperative control system is then achieved by integrating all distributed controllers,and the asymptotic stability is proofed by the Lyapunov's stability theorem.To verify the feasibility of the proposed control system,three numerical cases are nally presented.The results demonstrate that the distributed cooperative controllers can e ectively suppress vibration during on-orbit assembly and operation after assembly,and the closed-loop system has good fault tolerance.Enmei Wang Shunan Wu Yufei Liu Zhigang Wu Xiangdong Liu 2019Astrodynamics2019,3,2:2

15Chronic hypoperfusion due to intracranial large artery stenosis is not associated with cerebralβ-amyloid deposition and brain atrophy显示文摘Background:Insufficient cerebral perfusion is suggested to play a role in the development of Alzheimer disease(AD).However,there is a lack of direct evidence indicating whether hypoperfusion causes or aggravates AD pathology.We investigated the effect of chronic cerebral hypoperfusion on AD-related pathology in humans.Methods:We enrolled a group of cognitively normal patients(median age:64 years)with unilateral chronic cerebral hypoperfusion.Regions of interest with the most pronounced hypoperfusion changes were chosen in the hypoperfused region and were then mirrored in the contralateral hemisphere to create a control region with normal perfusion.11C-Pittsburgh compound-positron emission tomography standard uptake ratios and brain atrophy indices were calculated from the computed tomography images of each patient.Results:The median age of the 10 participants,consisting of 4 males and 6 females,was 64 years(47-76 years).We found that there were no differences in standard uptake ratios of the cortex(volume of interest[VOI]:P=0.721,region of interest[ROI]:P=0.241)and grey/white ratio(VOI:P=0.333,ROI:P=0.445)and brain atrophy indices(Bicaudate,Bifrontal,Evans,Cella,Cella media,and Ventricular index,P>0.05)between the hypoperfused regions and contralateral normally perfused regions in patients with unilateral chronic cerebral hypoperfusion.Conclusion:Our findings suggest that chronic hypoperfusion due to large vessel stenosis may not directly induce cerebralβ-amyloid deposition and neurodegeneration in humans.Dongyu Fan Huiyun Li Dongwan Chen Yang Chen Xu Yi Heng Yang Qianqian Shi Fangyang Jiao Yi Tang Qiming Li Fangyang Wang Shunan Wang Rongbing Jin Fan Zeng Yanjiang Wang 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,5:1
