| 4 | Genetic and antigenic characterization of recombinant nucleocapsid proteins derived from canine coronavirus and canine respiratory coronavirus in China显示文摘To characterize the antigenicity of nucleocapsid proteins(NP) derived from canine coronavirus(CCo V) and canine respiratory coronavirus(CRCo V) in China, the N genes of CCo V(CCo V-BJ70) and CRCo V(CRCo V-BJ202) were cloned from swabs obtained from diseased pet dogs in Beijing and then sequenced. The recombinant NPs(r NPs) were expressed in Escherichia coli and purified by nickel-affinity column and size exclusion chromatography. Sequencing data indicated that the N genes of CCo V-BJ70 and CRCo V-BJ202 belonging to two distinctly different groups were relatively conserved within each subgroup. Sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE) results showed that r NPs of CCo V and CRCo V were expressed efficiently and isolated with a final purity of over 95%. Western blot analysis revealed the r NP from CRCo V could cross-react with mice antisera against human coronavirus(HCo V-229 E, NL63, OC43, HKU1), while r NP of CCo V had cross-reactivity with only anti-sera against viruses belonging to the same group(HCo V-229 E and NL63). In summary, CCo V and CRCo V r NPs were successfully expressed in E. coli and showed antigenic cross-reactivity with antisera raised against human coronaviruses. | 7 | VPFL:A verifiable privacy-preserving federated learning scheme for edge computing systems显示文摘Federated learning for edge computing is a promising solution in the data booming era,which leverages the computation ability of each edge device to train local models and only shares the model gradients to the central server.However,the frequently transmitted local gradients could also leak the participants’private data.To protect the privacy of local training data,lots of cryptographic-based Privacy-Preserving Federated Learning(PPFL)schemes have been proposed.However,due to the constrained resource nature of mobile devices and complex cryptographic operations,traditional PPFL schemes fail to provide efficient data confidentiality and lightweight integrity verification simultaneously.To tackle this problem,we propose a Verifiable Privacypreserving Federated Learning scheme(VPFL)for edge computing systems to prevent local gradients from leaking over the transmission stage.Firstly,we combine the Distributed Selective Stochastic Gradient Descent(DSSGD)method with Paillier homomorphic cryptosystem to achieve the distributed encryption functionality,so as to reduce the computation cost of the complex cryptosystem.Secondly,we further present an online/offline signature method to realize the lightweight gradients integrity verification,where the offline part can be securely outsourced to the edge server.Comprehensive security analysis demonstrates the proposed VPFL can achieve data confidentiality,authentication,and integrity.At last,we evaluate both communication overhead and computation cost of the proposed VPFL scheme,the experimental results have shown VPFL has low computation costs and communication overheads while maintaining high training accuracy. | Jiale Zhang Yue Liu Di Wu Shuai Lou Bing Chen Shui Yu | 2023 | Digital Communications and Networks2023,9,4: | 1 |

| 14 | IABC: An iteratively automatic machine learning boosted hand-eye calibration method for laser displacement sensor显示文摘An on-machine measuring(OMM)system with a laser displacement sensor(LDS)is designed for measuring free-form surfaces of hypersonic aircraft’s radomes.To improve the measurement accuracy of the OMM system,a novel Iteratively Automatic machine learning Boosted hand-eye Calibration(IABC)method is proposed.Both the hand-eye relationship and LDS measurement errors can be calibrated in one calibration process without any hardware changes via IABC.Firstly,a new objective function is derived,containing analytical parameters of the handeye relationship and LDS errors.Then,a hybrid calibration model composed of two kernels is proposed to solve the objective function.One kernel is the analytical kernel designed for solving analytical parameters.Another kernel is the automatic machine learning(AutoML)kernel designed to model LDS errors.The two kernels are connected with stepwise iterations to find the best calibration results.Compared with traditional methods,hand-eye experiments show that IABC reduces the calibration RMSE by about 50%.Verification experiments show that IABC reduces the measurement deviations by about 25%-50%and RMSEs within 40%.Even when the training data are obviously less than the test data,IABC performs well.Experiments demonstrate that IABC is more accurate than traditional hand-eye methods. | Helin LI Bin LIN Tianyi SUI Liang XU Chen ZHANG Shuai YAN Yang WANG Xinquan HAO Deyu LOU | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,8: | 0 |

| 19 | Analysis of effects of front and back surface dopants on silicon vertical multi-junction solar cell by 2D numerical simulation显示文摘The silicon vertical multi-junction(VMJ)solar cell has a good potential in high concentration,but it requires high quality front and back surface passivation layers to keep its high efficiency.We try to add dopants into the front and back surfaces of the VMJ cell to release this strict requirement in this work.The effects of recombination velocities,doping types and doping profiles of front and back surfaces on the performance of the P-type VMJ cell were calculated under 1 sun and 1000 suns.The 2D numerical simulation tool TCAD software was used.The performance of the VMJ cell without front and back surface dopants was also calculated for comparison.It was found that the requirement of high quality front and back surface passivation layers could be released remarkably by adding either N-type or P+-type front and back surface dopants.For the two types of front surface dopants,the highest efficiencies of the cells were got by light dopant;for the two types of back surface dopants,the doping type and profile affected little on the performance of the cell in our calculation range.It was also found that the series resistance of the VMJ cell with N-type front surface dopant was decreased by the 2D effect of front surface emitter.The VMJ cell with P+-type front surface dopant had the highest efficiency under 1000 suns and the VMJ cell with N-type front surface dopant had the highest efficiency under 1 sun in our calculation range. | XING YuPeng HAN PeiDe WANG Shuai LIANG Peng LOU ShiShu ZHANG YuanBo HU ShaoXu ZHU HuiShi MI YanHong ZHAO ChunHua | 2013 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,11: | 0 |
