1Adaptive neural control based on HGO for hypersonic flight vehicles显示文摘This paper describes the design of adaptive neural controller for the longitudinal dynamics of a generic hypersonic flight vehicle (HFV) which are decomposed into two functional systems, namely the altitude subsystem and the velocity subsystem. For each subsystem, one adaptive neural controller is investigated based on the normal output-feedback formulation. For the altitude subsystem, the high gain observer (HGO) is taken to estimate the unknown newly defined states. Only one neural network (NN) is employed to approximate the lumped uncertain system nonlinearity during the controller design which is considerably simpler than the ones based on back-stepping scheme with the strict-feedback form. The Lyapunov stability of the NN weights and filtered tracking error are guaranteed in the semiglobal sense. 2Discovery of carbonaceous compressions and their multicellular tissues from the Changzhougou Formation (1 800 Ma) in the Yanshan range, North China显示文摘In 1997 and 1998, hundreds of specimens of megascopic carbonaceous compressions or algal fossils were found from - 1800-million-year old Changzhougou Formation, which is the lowermost unit of the latest Palaeoproterozoic Changcheng Group (~1 600-1 800 Ma) in the Xinglong-Kuancheng areas at the middle Yanshan Range, North China. They are discoid, ellipsoid and sausage-like, namely shaped like Chuaria Shouhsiennia (Ellipsophyta) and Tawuia. By adopting HF acid-resistant maceration coupled with scanning electron microscope and petrologic section, the authors made a preliminary research on the histology for some circular and ellipsoid carbonaceous compressions, namely Chuaria- and Shouhsienia-llke forms, in addition to their morphology. The following three types of multicellular tissues have been found in the fragments of them: colony-like, pseudoparenchyma-like and parenchyma-like. 4Decomposition of almost Poisson structure of non-self-adjoint dynamical systems显示文摘Non-self-adjoint dynamical systems, e.g., nonholonomic systems, can admit an almost Poisson structure, which is formulated by a kind of Poisson bracket satisfying the usual properties except for the Jacobi identity. A general theory of the almost Poisson structure is investigated based on a decompo- sition of the bracket into a sum of a Poisson one and an almost Poisson one. The corresponding rela- tion between Poisson structure and symplectic structure is proved, making use of Jacobiizer and symplecticizer. Based on analysis of pseudo-symplectic structure of constraint submanifold of Chaplygin’s nonholonomic systems, an almost Poisson bracket for the systems is constructed and decomposed into a sum of a canonical Poisson one and an almost Poisson one. Similarly, an almost Poisson structure, which can be decomposed into a sum of canonical one and an almost 'Lie-Poisson' one, is also constructed on an affine space with torsion whose autoparallels are utilized to describe the free motion of some non-self-adjoint systems. 5Discovery of the Jiawengmen Stromatolite Assemblage in the Southern Belt of Eastern Kunlun, NW China and Its Significance显示文摘This paper reports a newly discovered Late Mesoproterozoic–Early Neoproterozoic stromatolite assemblage, named here the “Jiawengmen stromatolite assemblage”, represented by a Conophyton-Baicalia association in the Jiawenmen area in the southern belt of the Eastern Kunlun. This stromatolite assemblage is dominated by large-scale conical stromatolites and related elements, i.e., Conophyton garganicus var. inkeni, C. cf. ressoti Menchikov, Jacutophyton cf., Conicodomenia f., which commonly co-exist with elements of the group of Baicalia. This assemblage can be correlated with that of the middle Jixian-middle Qingbaikou System in North and Northwest China, but is different from that in South China. Correlation can also be made with that in the upper horizon of the Middle Riphean-lower horizon of the Upper Riphean in the South Ural Mountains and Siberia of Russia, in North Africa, and in the Alaskan Peninsula of North America. These facts suggest that the Jiawengmen stromatolite assemblage probably colonized during 1300–850 Ma ago. Accordingly, the stromatolite-bearing carbonate rocks are then proposed to correspond to the middle Jixian System-middle Qingbaikou System or the upper Middle Riphean-lower Upper Riphean. Our stromatolite data further suggest that a Precambrian microblock, named the Xialawen microblock here, occurred in the southern belt of Eastern Kunlun, the western part of the Maqên microblock. Similar stromatolite assemblages in the Maqên microblock and those blocks that occurred in North China, Siberia and North Africa point to similar paleogeographic and paleoenvironmental conditions. These microblock and blocks were probably located at low latitudes and on the continental margins of the Rodinian supercontinent, where warm epicontinental seas were favorable to widespread colonization of stromatolites during the Late Mesoproterozoic-Early Neoproterozoic. However, these stromatolite assemblages are quite different from those of the South China block, which is suggestive of different paleogeographic contexts, and probably also of a different tectonic affinity.BIAN Qiantao ZHU Shixing I. 6Integrated Inspection of QoM, QoP, and QoS for AOI Industries in Metaverses显示文摘With the rapid development of information technologies such as digital twin, extended reality, and blockchain,the hype around 'metaverse' is increasing at astronomical speed. However, much attention has been paid to its entertainment and social functions. Considering the openness and interoperability of metaverses, the market of quality inspection promises explosive growth. In this paper, taking advantage of metaverses, we first propose the concept of Automated Quality Inspection(Auto QI), which performs integrated inspection covering the entire manufacturing process, including Quality of Materials, Quality of Manufacturing(Qo M), Quality of Products, Quality of Processes(Qo P), Quality of Systems, and Quality of Services(Qo S). Based on the scenarios engineering theory, we discuss how to perform interactions between metaverses and the physical world for virtual design instruction and physical validation feedback. Then we introduce a bottomup inspection device development workflow with productivity tools offered by metaverses, making development more effective and efficient than ever. 7Inverse problem for Chaplygin’s nonholonomic systems显示文摘Chaplygin’s nonholonomic systems are familiar mechanical systems subject to unintegrable linear constraints, which can be reduced into holonomic nonconservative systems in a subspace of the original state space. The inverse problem of the calculus of variations or Lagrangian inverse problem for such systems is analyzed by making use of a reduction of the systems into new ones with time reparametrization symmetry and a genotopic transformation related with a conformal transformation. It is evident that the Lagrangian inverse problem does not have a direct universality. By meaning of a reduction of Chaplygin’s nonholonomic systems into holonomic, regular, analytic, nonconservative, first-order systems, the systems admit a Birkhoffian representation in a star-shaped neighborhood of a regular point of their variables, which is universal due to the Cauchy-Kovalevski theorem and the converse of the Poincaré lemma.LIU Chang LIU ShiXing GUO YongXin 2011Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,8:4
8Neural control of hypersonic flight dynamics with actuator fault and constraint显示文摘This paper deals with the control problem of actuator fault and saturation for hypersonic flight vehicles. Different from previous back-stepping design, the scheme is on transforming the dynamics into the'prediction function'. The controller is constructed with high gain observer, while the effect of fault and saturation is compensated by neural networks. For the input saturation, the auxiliary dynamics is included to design the adaptive learning law. The neural weights and filtered tracking error are guaranteed to be bounded via Lyapunov approach. 9Biotic evolution and its relation with geological events in the Proterozoic Yanshan Basin, North China显示文摘The Yanshan Basin,located in northern North China,underwent three primary stages in the Mesoproterozoic,and corresponding biotas have been summarized for each stage in the present study.The three stages are stage A(the lower part of the Changcheng Group which dominated by clastic sediments),stage B(the upper part of the Changcheng Group to the Jixian Group which characterized by carbonate sediments),and stage C(the upper part of the Jixian Group which dominated by clastic sediments).This paper will focus on the evolution of biota during stage B.Microbiota of the stage B exhibits a high level of diversity and abundance.Planktonic microfossils have various forms and complex decorations.Most microfossils are small.In stage B,there was great variation in the biotic abundance and diversity,the average diameter of spherical benthic microfossils,and the maximum diameter of the spherical microfossils.We analyzed these parameters and identified two typical biotic events,and both biotic events were corresponded with geological events.The first event occurred in the third member of the Dahongyu Formation.In this era,the maximum diameter of the silicified microfossils significantly increased,and large,spherical planktonic specimens are abundant.The flourishing of large organisms in the strata is presumably related to volcanic activity.The second event occurred in the third member of the Gaoyuzhuang Formation.During this era,the microfossil assemblage changed significantly.The changes correspond with a decline in stromatolites as well as the transformations of the carbon isotope ratios and the elemental geochemistry.SHI Min FENG QingLai ZHU ShiXing 2014Science China Earth Sciences2014,57,5:4
10Blindness as A Challenging Medical and Social Problem in China显示文摘China, a country with about one fifth of the world' s population, has been gaining a rapideconomic growth since 1980s. This country has around 5 million blind people, accountingfor 18% of the blind in the world. The major causes of blindness include cataract,corneal diseases, trachoma, glaucoma, vitreoretinopathy and a number of factorscontributing to blindness in children. The principal cause of blindness in China was nolonger trachoma but cataracts. Vitamin A deficiency remains a public health problem inthe under-developed areas.Age-related conditions in China, such as vision loss due tocataract and retinal disorders, will increase accordingly if no preventive meaunes aretaken. Glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy appear to be predominant induction of thedevastating blind. In this fast developing country blindness is not only a medical orhealth, but also a social problem. 12Encapsulation of lyophilized platelet-rich fibrin in alginate-hyaluronic acid hydrogel as a novel vascularized substitution for myocardial infarction显示文摘Cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction(MI)are among the major causes of death worldwide.Although intramyocardial injection of hydrogels can effectively enhance the ventricular wall,this approach is limited because of its restriction to the poor vascularization in the infarcted myocardium.Here,we reported a new type of hydrogel composed of alginate(ALG)and hyaluronic acid(HA)with lyophilized platelet-rich fibrin(Ly-PRF)for releasing abundant growth factors to realize their respective functions.The results of in vitro studies demonstrated favorable mechanical property and release ability of ALG-HA with Ly-PRF.When injected into the infarcted myocardium,this composite hydrogel preserved heart function and the Ly-PRF within the hydrogel promoted angiogenesis and increased vascular density in both infarcted and border zone,which rescued the ischemic myocardium.These beneficial effects were also accompanied by macrophage polarization and regulation of myocardial fibrosis.Moreover,the autologous origin of Ly-PRF with ALG-HA hydrogel offers myriad advantages including safety profile,easiness to obtain and cost-effectiveness.Overall,this study demonstrated the versatile therapeutic effects of a novel composite hydrogel ALG-HA with Ly-PRF,which optimizes a promising vascularized substitution strategy for improving cardiac function after MI.Bei Qian Qi Yang Mingliang Wang Shixing Huang Chenyu Jiang Hongpeng Shi Qiang Long Mi Zhou Qiang Zhao Xiaofeng Ye 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,1:2
13Deformation mechanisms in aβ-quenched Ti-5321 alloy:In-situ investigation related to slip activity,orientation evolution and stress induced martensite显示文摘The deformation behavior ofβ-quenched nearβTi-5321(Ti-5Al-3Mo-3V-2Cr-2Zr-1Nb-1Fe)alloy was systematically studied using in-situ tensile test monitored by the scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Besides,the electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)was performed to thoroughly discuss the deformation mechanisms.The results indicated that slip activities,crystal rotation and stress induced martensite transformation were the major deformation mechanisms in theβ-quenched Ti-5321 alloy during in-situ tensile testing.The slip activities were investigated by using the EBSD-trace analysis,which demonstrated that{110}<111>,{112}<111>and{123}<111>slip systems were activated and the{110}<111>slip system dominated.Besides,βgrains rotated about 7.8°to accommodate the increased macrostrain.Notably,the stress induced martensiteα″which was related to the double yielding behavior during tensile process exhibited multiple characteristics.The differentα″variants divided theβmatrix into smallerβblocks with a typical zigzag morphology,in which oneα″variant passed through another one by deflecting its initial growth direction.Moreover,the deformation twinning in martensiteα″and slip bands cutting through martensiteα″effectively accommodated the local strain.These systematically analysis can provide insightful information about the deformation mechanisms in nearβtitanium alloys.Cong Wu Qinyang Zhao Shixing Huang Yongqing Zhao Lei Lei Junqiang Ren Qiaoyan Sun Lian Zhou 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,17:2
