The linkage maps of Dendrobium species based on RAPD and SRAP markers显示文摘Dendrobium plants are used commonly as tonic herbs and health food in many Asian countries, especially in China. Here we report the genetic map construction of two Dendrobium species with a double pseudo-testcross strategy using random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) and sequence-related amplified polymorphism(SRAP) markers.A F1 mapping population of 90 individuals was developed from a cross between D.officinale and D.hercoglossum.A total of 307 markers, including 209 RAPD and 98 SRAP,were identified and used for genetic linkage group(LG) analysis. The D.officinale linkage map consisted of 11 major linkage groups and 3 doublets, which covered 629.4 cM by a total of 62 markers with an average locus distance of 11.2 cM between two adjacent markers. The D.hercoglossum linkage map contained 112 markers mapped on 15 major and 4 minor linkage groups, spanning a total length of 1,304.6 cM with an average distance of 11.6 cM between two adjacent markers. The maps constructed in this study covered 92.7% and 82.7% of the D.hercoglossum and D.officinale genomes respectively, providing an important basis for the mapping of horticultural and medicinal traits and for the application of marker-assisted selection in Dendrobium breeding program. | Dawei Xue Shangguo Feng Hongyan Zhao Hua Jiang Bo Shen Nongnong Shi Jiangjie Lu Junjun Liu Huizhong Wang | 2010 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2010,37,3: | 26
Synthesis and supercapacitor characteristics of PANI/CNTs composites显示文摘The polyaniline coated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (PANI/CNTs) composites were synthesized by in situ polymerization. The microstructure and component of the composites were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), Fourier transfer infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and N2 adsorption BET. The electrochemical performances of the samples were tested by cyclic voltammogram (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and galvanostatic charge/discharge. The results showed that the thickness of PANI layer on the surface of CNTs was ca. 50 nm. The specific capacitance of the ob- tained composite material was about 305.3 F g-1, which was much better than the specific capacitance of the pure CNTs (31 F g-1). | LI Fang SHI JunJun QIN Xue | 2010 | Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,11: | 6
Synthesis of MgO-Al_2O_3/ZSM-5 by Solid State Reaction for Propane Dehydrogenation显示文摘Solid-state grinding is a simple and effective method to introduce guest species into the channels of microporous materials through filling. The structure and the surface acidity of the materials were obtained from BET isotherms and NH3-TPD,respectively.XRD,UV-vis,UV diffuse-reflectance,and TEM were used to characterize the phases, and the morphology, respectively. The clustered layers of MgO-Al2O3phases were formed in the internal pore surface and were highly dispersed inside the channels of the ZSM-5 host.So the volume of MgO-Al2O3/ZSM-5 composite was larger than the ZSM-5 zeolite itself and some mesoporous channels appeared when Mg/Al species entered the channels.Meanwhile, new acid sites emerged in MgO-Al2O3/ZSM-5 composite and the acid amount of the sample changed. The improved Pt dispersion and the increased acid content would cause the increase of propane conversion and the modification of selectivity during the reaction. | Zhou Shijian ZhouYuming Sheng Xiaoli ZhangYiwei Zhang Zewu Shi Junjun Kong Jie | 2013 | China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2013,15,3: | 2
Radiation-hardened property of single-walled carbon nanotube film-based field-effect transistors under low-energy proton irradiation显示文摘Strong C-C bonds, nanoscale cross-section and low atomic number make single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs)a potential candidate material for integrated circuits(ICs)applied in outer space. However, very little work combines the simulation calculations with the electrical measurements of SWCNT field-effect transistors(FETs),which limits further understanding on the mechanisms of radiation effects. Here,SWCNT film-based FETs were fabricated to explore the total ionizing dose(TID)and displacement damage effect on the electrical performance under low-energy proton irradiation with different fluences up to 1×1015 p/cm2.Large negative shift of the threshold voltage and obvious decrease of the on-state current verified the TID effect caused in the oxide layer. The stability of the subthreshold swing and the off-state current reveals that the displacement damage caused in the CNT layer is not serious, which proves that the CNT film is radiation-hardened.Specially,according to the simulation,we found the displacement damage caused by protons is different in the source/drain contact area and channel area, leading to varying degrees of change for the contact resistance and sheet resistance.Having analyzed the simulation results and electrical measurements,we explained the low-energy proton irradiation mechanism of the CNT FETs,which is essential for the construction of radiation-hardened CNT film-based ICs for aircrafts. | Xiaorui Zhang Huiping Zhu Song’ang Peng Guodong Xiong Chaoyi Zhu Xinnan Huang Shurui Cao Junjun Zhang Yunpeng Yan Yao Yao Dayong Zhang Jingyuan Shi Lei Wang Bo Li Zhi Jin | 2021 | Journal of Semiconductors2021,42,11: | 2
Dynamic changes of postprandial plasma metabolites after intake of corn-soybean meal or casein-starch diets in growing pigs显示文摘Background: Postprandial nutrients utilization and metabolism of a certain diet is a complicated process. The metabolic feature of pigs after intake of corn-soybean meal or casein-starch diets are largely unknown. Therefore, this study was conducted to investigate the dynamic postprandial changes of plasma metabolic profile using growing pigs using metabolomics. Methods: Twenty-four growing pigs with average initial body weight(BW) about 30 kg were placed in metabolic cages and then fitted with precaval vein catheters. Pigs were fed daily 4% of initial body weight. Two experimental diets were included:(i) a starch-casein based purified diet(PD) and(ii) a common corn-soybean meal diet(CD).Plasma was collected before feeding and 0.5 h, 1 h, 2 h, 4 h, 8 h after feeding. Results: In both diets, compared to prior to feeding, the concentrations of glucose, most amino acids, metabolites such as 5-aminopentanoic acid, pipecolic acid, ornithine and 5-hydroxy-L-tryptophan were significantly increased in plasma during the first hour, whereas the concentrations of plasma triglycerides, glutamate, glycine, palmitelaidic acid, 13-HODE and oleic acid were decreased in the first hour. Compared with PD group, concentration of plasma leucine and isoleucine declined at 30 min in CD group. Plasma linoleic acid, sphingosine and many dipeptides were significantly higher in pigs fed CD.Conclusion: Most significant metabolic changes occurred during the first hour after feeding and then became relatively stable after 2 h in both diets. These results show a broad scope picture of postprandial changes in plasma metabolites after intake of PD and CD and could be a reference for further nutrition intervention as well as the design of nutritional studies. | Tiantian Li Shimeng Huang Juntao Li Hu Liu Wei Wang Na Li Meng Shi Shiyu Tao Shuai Zhang Zhen Li Junjun Wang | 2019 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2019,10,4: | 2
ALYREF mediates RNA m^(5)C modification to promote hepatocellular carcinoma progression显示文摘Dear Editor,The incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is increasing in many countries due to hepatic virus infection and unhealthy diet habits, and the unsatisfactory overall survival rate calls for novel treatments with higher efficacy.1 Recent studies have shown that RNA modifications are likely to participate in the progression of HCC,2 suggesting new methods for tumor growth control.Specifically,5-methylcytosine(m5C)is one of the most interesting RNA modification types,as accumulating evidence suggests its role in the promotion of HCC tumorigenesis.3 The RNA methyltransferase Aly/REF export factor(ALYREF)is considered one type of“reader”protein located in the nucleus that recognizes and binds directly with m5C sites in RNA and facilitates the export of RNA from the nucleus to the cytoplasm.4 Notably,ALYREF is considered a promising target for diagnosis and prognosis prediction.5 However, until now,the low number of related studies has limited the understanding of the mechanism of the HCC-promoting effects of ALYREF. | Chen Xue Xinyu Gu Qiuxian Zheng Qingmiao Shi Xin Yuan Yuanshuai Su Junjun Jia Jianwen Jiang Juan Lu Lanjuan Li | 2023 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,4: | 2
UNCONDITIONALLY SUPERCLOSE ANALYSIS OF A NEW MIXED FINITE ELEMENT METHOD FOR NONLINEAR PARABOLIC EQUATIONS显示文摘This paper develops a framework to deal with the unconditional superclose analysis of nonlinear parabolic equation.Taking the finite dement pair Q11/Q01×Q10 as an example, a new mixed finite element method (FEM)is established and the r-independent superclose results of the original variable u in Hi-norm and the flux variable q=-a(u)■u in L^2- norm are deduced (τ is the temporal partition parameter).A key to our analysis is all error splitting technique, with which the time-discrete and the spatial-discrete systems are constructed, respectively. For the first system, tile boundedness of the temporal errors are obtained. For the second system, the spatial superclose results are presented unconditionally.while the previous literature always only obtain the convergent estimates or require certain time step conditions. Finally, some numerical results are provided to confirm the theoretical analysis, and show the efficiency of the proposed method. | Dongyang Shi Fengna Yan Junjun Wang | 2019 | Journal of Computational Mathematics2019,37,1: | 2

Bend family proteins mark chromatin boundaries and synergistically promote early germ cell differentiation显示文摘Understanding the regulatory networks for germ cell fate specification is necessary to developing strategies for improving the efficiency of germ cell production in vitro. In this study,we developed a coupled screening strategy that took advantage of an arrayed bi-molecular fluorescence complementation(BiFC)platform for protein-protein interaction screens and epiblast-like cell(EpiLC)-induction assays using reporter mouse embryonic stem cells(mESCs).Investigation of candidate interaction partners of core human pluripotent factors OCT4,NANOG,KLF4 and SOX2 in EpiLC differentiation assays identified novel primordial germ cell(PGC)-inducing factors including BEN-domain(BEND/Bend)family members.Through RNA-seq,ChIP-seq,and ATAC-seq analyses,we showed that Bend5 worked together with Bend4 and helped mark chromatin boundaries to promote EpiLC induction in vitro. Our findings suggest that BEND/Bend proteins represent a new family of transcriptional modulators and chromatin boundary factors that participate in gene expression regulation during early germline development. | Guang Shi Yaofu Bai Xiya Zhang Junfeng Su Junjie Pang Quanyuan He Pengguihang Zeng Junjun Ding Yuanyan Xiong Jingran Zhang Jingwen Wang Dan Liu Wenbin Ma Junjiu Huang Zhou Songyang | 2022 | Protein & Cell2022,13,10: | 1

Synthesis of Uniform Silver Nanoparticles by a Microwave Method in Polyethylene Glycol with the Assistant of Polyvinylpyrrolidone显示文摘We described a method for the rapid synthesis of uniform silver nanoparticles(NPs) under microwave heating, using poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG) as reducing agent and solvent and poly(vinylpyrrolidinone)(PVP) as capping agent. The transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and UV-Vis extinction spectra were used to characterize the size and uniformity of the silver NPs. At the same reaction temperature, the products with microwave heating were more uniform than that with oil heating. We also investigated the influence of reaction temperature, microwave power, and molar ratio of PVP to AgNO3. In our experiments, uniform silver NPs with mean diameter of 50 nm were synthesized at 140 ℃ under 700 W microwave irradiation with PVP/AgNO3 molar ratio of 5︰1. | ZHU Jie SHI Junjun PAN Yueyue LIU Xiaoli ZHOU Li | 2013 | Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2013,18,6: | 0
One-step facile synthesis of Pd nanoclusters supported on carbon and their electrochemical property显示文摘Well-crystallized Pd nanoclusters supported on Ketjen Black(KB) were successfully fabricated when Pd wires were served as an electrode pair by a solution plasma technique at atmospheric pressure. The synthesis of Pd nanoclusters was almost simultaneous with their dispersion on KB.Pd nanoclusters with the average diameter of about 2 nm were equably distributed on KB, and showed good electrochemical property corresponding to their obvious characteristic peaks. Multi-scan cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry clarified that as-prepared Pd nanoclusters have better electrochemical stability in alkaline solution than that of in acidic solution. Thus as-obtained Pd nanoclusters would become a promising electrocatalyst for fuel cells or Li-air batteries. | Junjun Shi Xiulan Hu Jianbo Zhang Weiping Tang Hongtao Li Xiaodong Shen Nagahiro Saito | 2014 | Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2014,24,6: | 0
Surface charge property governing co-transport of illite colloids and Eu(Ⅲ) in saturated porous media显示文摘The transport of colloids and radionuclides is sophisticated because of the variety of charge properties between colloidal particles and host subsurface media, which causes great difficulty in establishing a reliable model of radionuclides migration by taking the colloid phase into consideration. In this work, the co-transport of illite colloids(IC) and Eu(Ⅲ) in the quartz sand and iron-coated sand porous media was investigated by column experiments to address the predominant mechanism of charge properties on co-transport. Results showed that Eu(Ⅲ) transport was driven by the illite colloids and electrostatic interaction was critical in governing the co-transport patterns. The promotion of Eu(Ⅲ) transport by IC was attenuated in the iron-coated sand systems;more IC-Eu(Ⅲ) complexes were retained uniformly in the column. The pore throat shrinkage caused by electrostatic attachment between aggregated IC and iron oxides exacerbated the physical straining and size exclusion effect of IC-Eu(Ⅲ) complexes. An aggravated irreversible retention of IC-Eu(Ⅲ) was detected in iron-coated sand column due to the electrostatic attraction of IC-Eu(Ⅲ) to host media. The findings are essential for improving the understanding on the potential transport, retention and release risk of colloids associated radionuclides, and imply that the positively charged permeable reactive barrier is an effective strategy to reduce the transport risk of colloid associated radionuclides. | Xiaoyan Wei Duoqiang Pan Qi Tan Xinyi Shi Junjun Hou Qingfeng Tang Zhen Xu Wangsuo Wu Bin Ma | 2023 | Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,11: | 0
Steering of second-harmonic emission by the mode-selective excitation in a hybrid waveguide显示文摘Realization of the efficient steering for photons streams from nano sources is essential for further progress in integrated photonic circuits, especially when involving nonlinear sources. In general, steering for nonlinear sources needs additional optical control elements, limiting their application occasions as photonic devices. Here,we propose a simple and efficient beam steering scheme for the second-harmonic(SH)emission in the hybrid waveguide(consisting of CdSe nanobelts on the Au film)by mode-selective excitation.Adjusting the position of the incident beam illuminating on the tapered waveguide, the excitation types of guided modes can be selected, realizing the directionality control of SH emission.Stable steering of 6.1°for the SH emission is observed when the interference modes change from TE_(00)&TE_(01)to TE_(00)&TE_(02),which is confirmed by SH Fourier imaging and simulations. Our approach gets rid of the complex structural design and provides a new idea for beam steering of nonlinear optical devices with various nonlinear wavefronts. | JUNJUN SHI XIAOBO HE YANG LI HONGXING XU | 2022 | Photonics Research2022,10,12: | 0
