1采用PCR-DGGE技术分析蛋鸡肠道细菌种群结构及多样性显示文摘利用基于16S rDNA的PCR-DGGE(变性梯度凝胶电泳)图谱技术结合特异性和共性条带割胶回收DNA进行克隆和测序,对2、4、6和8周龄蛋鸡嗉囊、十二指肠、空肠、回肠和盲肠内容物细菌群落的结构和多样性进行了比较,并鉴定了8周龄蛋鸡部分特异性和共性群落成员,分析蛋鸡年龄和肠段部位对微生物群落结构和多样性的影响。肠道菌群DGGE图谱显示肠道部位对细菌种群结构影响很大,盲肠内微生物的多样性最高,其次是回肠和空肠,嗉囊和十二指肠的微生物多样性比较低。十二指肠内细菌与其它肠段相比差异最大,其次是盲肠与其它肠段细菌组成的差异。随着蛋鸡周龄的增加,消化道微生物经历了由简单(2周)到复杂(4周),再回复简单(6周)到复杂(8周)的变化过程。DGGE图谱中共性条带序列分析表明8周龄蛋鸡消化道前段的优势细菌是三得利乳杆菌(Lactobacillus suntoryeus)、索氏梭菌(Clostridium sordellii)和大肠杆菌,盲肠中的特异性条带主要是各种不可培养的细菌以及超巨巨单胞菌(Megamonas hypermegale)和梭菌属细菌(Clostridiumspp)。该研究结果表明蛋鸡肠道部位决定细菌群落的结构和多样性,蛋鸡的周龄影响肠道细菌多样性。倪学勤 Joshua Gong Hai Yu 曾东 Shayan Sharif 周小秋 2008畜牧兽医学报2008,39,7:56

3PCR-DGGE技术分析蛋鸡MHC基因对肠道细菌种群结构的影响显示文摘【目的】研究蛋鸡MHC(Major Histocompatibility Complex,主要组织相容性复合物)基因对不同周龄和不同部位肠道细菌种群结构的影响。【方法】使用基于16S rDNA的PCR-DGGE技术,结合特异性和共性条带割胶回收DNA进行克隆和测序,对2,4,6和8周龄商品蛋鸡和15I5系蛋鸡嗉囊、十二指肠、空肠、回肠和盲肠内含物细菌群落的结构和多样性进行比较,鉴定8周龄蛋鸡部分特异性和共性群落成员。【结果】商品蛋鸡和15I5系蛋鸡盲肠细菌的多样性最高,其次是回肠和空肠,嗉囊和十二指肠的细菌多样性比较低,且随着蛋鸡周龄增加,各肠段细菌多样性呈上升趋势,MHC基因对细菌多样性无显著影响。DGGE图谱聚类分析表明,蛋鸡MHC基因对4、6周龄肠道细菌的影响最大,对2周龄影响最小;而且MHC基因对消化道前段细菌的影响小于对后段影响。序列分析发现,8周龄商品蛋鸡和15I5系蛋鸡均有大量的三得利乳杆菌(Lactobacillus suntoryeus),是蛋鸡消化道前段的优势细菌;商品蛋鸡空肠、回肠和盲肠中的特异性条带主要是Ochrobactrum spp,索氏梭菌(Clostridium sordellii),超巨巨单胞菌(Megamonas hypermegale)和大量不可培养的细菌;15I5系蛋鸡的特异性条带主要是不可培养的细菌。【结论】蛋鸡MHC基因可影响不同周龄、不同肠段细菌群落的结构。倪学勤 Joshua Gong Hai Yu Shayan Sharif 曾东 2009中国农业科学2009,42,7:13
4搅拌铸造法制备AA2024−TiO2纳米复合材料显示文摘考虑到在非原位铸造法制备复合材料时不使用TiO2纳米颗粒作为AA2024合金的增强相,采用搅拌铸造法制备AA2024−x%TiO2(np)(x=0,0.5%,1%,体积分数)纳米复合材料。利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜研究样品的结构性能,并采用硬度和拉伸试验研究其力学性能。结果表明,添加1%TiO2(体积分数)纳米颗粒后,样品的晶粒尺寸和枝晶臂间距分别减小约66%和31%;硬度、抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别提高约25%、28%、4%和163%。在拉伸试样的断口表面观察到团聚在基体中的纳米颗粒。纳米复合材料结构中纳米颗粒的团聚是其强度在强化机制下减弱的因素。Mehrdad SHAYAN Beitallah EGHBALI Behzad NIROUMAND 2020Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2020,30,11:6
5Weldability of Ferritic Ductile Cast Iron Using Full Factorial Design of Experiment显示文摘The weldability of a ferritic ductile cast iron was investigated as a function of different consumables and welding conditions.A 23 full factorial experimental design was used to analyze the effect of factors and their interactions on ultimate tensile strength of weldments.The shielded metal arc welding(SMAW)process was used with two types of consumables(E7018and ENi-CI)under eight different conditions using as-cast samples.The microstructural evolution and fracture mechanisms were investigated by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),respectively.The hardness,tensile and impact tests were also performed to determine the weld quality.Based on experiment design,preheat,consumable,cooling condition,preheat-cooling and preheat-consumable interactions were significant factors.Preheat is the most effective factor and in the case of E7018,preheat and cooling conditions were the most sensible factors.It was found that buttering was the most appropriate welding method for ferritic ductile cast iron.Mohsen Askari-Paykani Mehrdad Shayan Morteza Shamanian 2014Journal of Iron and Steel Research(International)2014,21,2:5
6What are the current and potential future roles for endoscopic ultrasound in the treatment of pancreatic cancer?显示文摘Pancreatic adenocarcinoma is the fourth leading cause of cancer-related death in the United States. Due to the aggressive tumor biology and late manifestations of the disease, long-term survival is extremely uncommon and the current 5-year survival rate is 7%. Over the last two decades, endoscopic ultrasound(EUS) has evolved from a diagnostic modality to a minimally invasive therapeutic alternative to radiologic procedures and surgery for pancreatic diseases. EUSguided celiac plexus intervention is a useful adjunct to conventional analgesia for patients with pancreatic cancer. EUS-guided biliary drainage has emerged as a viable option in patients who have failed endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography. Recently, the use of lumen-apposing metal stent to create gastrojejunal anastomosis under EUS and fluoroscopic guidance in patients with malignant gastric outlet obstruction has been reported. On the other hand, anti-tumor therapies delivered by EUS, such as the injection of anti-tumor agents, brachytherapy and ablations are still in the experimental stage without clear survival benefit. 7Should we change our approach to resuscitating victims of femoral fracture?A clinical experience in a busy trauma hospital in Shiraz,Iran显示文摘Purpose Traumatic hemorrhagic shock is a life-threatening event worldwide.Severe brain trauma accompanying femoral fractures can trigger inflammatory responses in the body and increase pre-inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α,IL-1.The primary treatment in these cases is hydration with crystalloids,which has both benefits and complications.The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of fluid therapy on the hemodynamics,coagulation profiles,and blood gases in such patients.Methods In this cross-sectional study,patients were divided into two groups:femoral fracture group and non-femoral group.The hemodynamic status,coagulation profile,and blood gases of patients in both groups were evaluated upon arrival at the hospital and again 2 h later.Data were analyzed by t-test and ANOVA with repeated data and paired samples t-test.Results A total of 681 trauma patients(605 men and 76 women)participated in this study,including 69(86.3%)men and 11(13.8%)women in femoral fracture group and 536 men(89.2%)and 65 women(10.8%)in non-femoral group.The laboratory parameters were evaluated in response to the equal amount of crystalloid fluid given upon arrival and 2 h later.Blood gases decreased in the fracture group despite fluid therapy(p<0.003),and the coagulation profile worsened although the change was not statistically significant.Conclusion The treatment of multiple-trauma patients with femoral bone fractures should be more concerned with the need for the infusion of vasopressors such as norepinephrine.If there is evidence of clinical shock,excessive crystalloid infusion(limited to 1 L)should be avoided,and blood and blood products should be started as soon as possible.Shahram Paydar Ali Taheri Akerdi Sadra Nikseresht Hossein Abdolrahimzadeh-Fard Leila Shayan Zahra Ghahramani Shahram Bolandparvaz Hamid Reza Abbasi 2021Chinese Journal of Traumatology2021,24,1:3
8On the evaluation of steam assisted gravity drainage in naturally fractured oil reservoirs显示文摘Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage(SAGD)as a successful enhanced oil recovery(EOR)process has been applied to extract heavy and extra heavy oils.Huge amount of global heavy oil resources exists in carbonate reservoirs which are mostly naturally fractured reservoirs.Unlike clastic reservoirs,few studies were carried out to determine the performance of SAGD in carbonate reservoirs.Even though SAGD is a highly promising technique,several uncertainties and unanswered questions still exist and they should be clarified for expansion of SAGD methods to world wide applications especially in naturally fractured reservoirs.In this communication,the effects of some operational and reservoir parameters on SAGD processes were investigated in a naturally fractured reservoir with oil wet rock using CMG-STARS thermal simulator.The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of fracture properties including fracture orientation,fracture spacing and fracture permeability on the SAGD performance in naturally fractured reservoirs.Moreover,one operational parameter was also studied;one new well configuration,staggered well pair was evaluated.Results indicated that fracture orientation influences steam expansion and oil production from the horizontal well pairs.It was also found that horizontal fractures have unfavorable effects on oil production,while vertical fractures increase the production rate for the horizontal well.Moreover,an increase in fracture spacing results in more oil production,because in higher fracture spacing model,steam will have more time to diffuse into matrices and heat up the entire reservoir.Furthermore,an increase in fracture permeability results in process enhancement and ultimate recovery improvement.Besides,diagonal change in the location of injection wells(staggered model)increases the recovery efficiency in long-term production plan.Seyed Morteza Tohidi Hosseini Shayan Esfahani Mehran Hashemi Doulatabadi Abdolhossein Hemmati Sarapardeh Amir H.Mohammadi 2017Petroleum2017,3,2:2
9Do clinical and paraclinical findings have the power to predict critical conditions of injured patients after traumatic injury resuscitation?Using data mining artificial intelligence显示文摘Purpose The triage and initial care of injured patients and a subsequent right level of care is paramount for an overall outcome after traumatic injury.Early recognition of patients is an important case of such decision-making with risk of worse prognosis.This article is to answer if clinical and paraclinical signs can predict the critical conditions of injured patients after traumatic injury resuscitation.Methods The study included 1107 trauma patients,16 years and older.The patients were trauma victims of Levels I and II triage and admitted to the Rajaee(Emtiaz)Trauma Hospital,Shiraz,in 2014–2015.The cross-industry process for data mining methodology and modeling was used for assessing the best early clinical and paraclinical variables to predict the patients’prognosis.Five modeling methods including the support vector machine,K-nearest neighbor algorithms,Bagging and Adaboost,and the neural network were compared by some evaluation criteria.Results Learning algorithms can predict the deterioration of injured patients by monitoring the Bagging and SVM models with 99%accuracy.The most-fitted variables were Glasgow Coma Scale score,base deficit,and diastolic blood pressure especially after initial resuscitation in the algorithms for overall outcome predictions.Conclusion Data mining could help in triage,initial treatment,and further decision-making for outcome measures in trauma patients.Clinical and paraclinical variables after resuscitation could predict short-term outcomes much better than variables on arrival.With artificial intelligence modeling system,diastolic blood pressure after resuscitation has a greater association with predicting early mortality rather than systolic blood pressure after resuscitation.Artificial intelligence monitoring may have a role in trauma care and should be further investigated.Shahram Paydar Elahe Parva Zahra Ghahramani Saeedeh Pourahmad Leila Shayan Vahid Mohammadkarimi Golnar Sabetian 2021Chinese Journal of Traumatology2021,24,1:2
10Social and geographical disparities in Twitter use during Hurricane Harvey显示文摘Socialmedia such as Twitter is increasingly beingused as an effective platform to observe human behaviors in disastrous events.However,uneven social media use among different groups of population in different regions could lead to biased consequences and affect disaster resilience.This paper studies the Twitter use during 2017 Hurricane Harvey in 76 counties in Texas and Louisiana.We seek to answer a fundamental question:did socialgeographical disparities of Twitter use exist during the three phases of emergency management(preparedness,response,recovery)?We employed a Twitter data mining framework to process the data and calculate two indexes:Ratio and Sentiment.Regression analyses between the Ratio indexes and the social-geographical characteristics of the counties at the three phrases reveal significant social and geographical disparities in Twitter use during Hurricane Harvey.Communities with higher disasterrelated Twitter use in Harvey generally were communities having better social and geographical conditions.These results of Twitter use patterns can be used to compare with future similar studies to see whether the Twitter use disparities have increased or decreased.Future research is also needed to examine the effects of Twitter use disparities on disaster resilience and to test whether Twitter use can predict community resilience.Lei Zou Nina S.N.Lam Shayan Shams Heng Cai Michelle A.Meyer Seungwon Yang Kisung Lee Seung-Jong Park Margaret A.Reams 2019International Journal of Digital Earth2019,12,11:2
