1搅拌铸造法制备AA2024−TiO2纳米复合材料显示文摘考虑到在非原位铸造法制备复合材料时不使用TiO2纳米颗粒作为AA2024合金的增强相,采用搅拌铸造法制备AA2024−x%TiO2(np)(x=0,0.5%,1%,体积分数)纳米复合材料。利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜研究样品的结构性能,并采用硬度和拉伸试验研究其力学性能。结果表明,添加1%TiO2(体积分数)纳米颗粒后,样品的晶粒尺寸和枝晶臂间距分别减小约66%和31%;硬度、抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别提高约25%、28%、4%和163%。在拉伸试样的断口表面观察到团聚在基体中的纳米颗粒。纳米复合材料结构中纳米颗粒的团聚是其强度在强化机制下减弱的因素。Mehrdad SHAYAN Beitallah EGHBALI Behzad NIROUMAND 2020Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2020,30,11:6
2Weldability of Ferritic Ductile Cast Iron Using Full Factorial Design of Experiment显示文摘The weldability of a ferritic ductile cast iron was investigated as a function of different consumables and welding conditions.A 23 full factorial experimental design was used to analyze the effect of factors and their interactions on ultimate tensile strength of weldments.The shielded metal arc welding(SMAW)process was used with two types of consumables(E7018and ENi-CI)under eight different conditions using as-cast samples.The microstructural evolution and fracture mechanisms were investigated by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),respectively.The hardness,tensile and impact tests were also performed to determine the weld quality.Based on experiment design,preheat,consumable,cooling condition,preheat-cooling and preheat-consumable interactions were significant factors.Preheat is the most effective factor and in the case of E7018,preheat and cooling conditions were the most sensible factors.It was found that buttering was the most appropriate welding method for ferritic ductile cast iron.Mohsen Askari-Paykani Mehrdad Shayan Morteza Shamanian 2014Journal of Iron and Steel Research(International)2014,21,2:5
