| 1 | Dynamics of vehicle-pavement coupled system based on a revised flexible roller contact tire model显示文摘A revised flexible roller contact tire model (RFRC tire model) is proposed, which considers not only the geometric and flexible filtering effect, but also tire damping and pavement displacement. A vehi- cle-pavement coupled system is modeled as a two DOF oscillator moving along a simply supported beam on a linear viscoelastic foundation. By using the Galerkin’s and Direct Integral method, dynamical responses of the vehicle-pavement coupled system are obtained based on the RFRC tire model and the traditional single point contact tire model (SPC tire model). The simulation results are compared with test data and the validity of the proposed RFRC tire model is verified. Differences between the two models are also investigated. It is found that the dynamical behaviors for both models agree with each other quite well when road surface roughness is a long harmonic wave. On the other hand, they are different under short harmonic wave or impulse road excitation. | 2 | Experimental study of effect of post processing on fracture toughness and fatigue crack growth performance of selective laser melting Ti-6Al-4V显示文摘For Ti-6Al-4V,a titanium alloy increasingly used in aerospace structure,selective laser melting(SLM)is an attractive additive manufacturing technology,which is attributed to its complex construction capability with high accuracy and good surface quality.In order to obtain qualified mechanical properties,SLM parameters and post processing should be tailored for diverse service conditions.Fracture toughness and fatigue crack growth(FCG)behavior are critical characteristics for damage tolerance evaluation of such metallic structures,and they are affected by post processing technologies significantly.The objective of this study is to obtain the fracture toughness and fatigue crack growth behavior of Ti-6Al-4V manufactured by SLM,and to evaluate the influence of post-SLM thermomechanical treatment and surface machining.Fracture toughness and FCG tests were performed for SLM Ti-6Al-4V in three types of post processing status:as-built,heat treated and hot isostatically pressed(HIPed),respectively.Specimens with as-built and machined surface were tested.The microstructure and fractography were analyzed as well in order to investigate the relevance among manufacture process,microstructure and mechanical properties.The results demonstrate that as-built SLM Ti-6Al-4V presents poor ductility and FCG behavior due to martensitic microstructure and residual stresses.Both heat treatment and hot isostatic pressing improve the plane-stress fracture toughness and FCG performance considerably,while surface machining shows slight effect. | Haiying ZHANG Dengke DONG Shaopu SU An CHEN | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2019,32,10: | 13 |
| 3 | Research on dynamics of a class of heavy vehicle-tire-road coupling system显示文摘The dynamic tire force of heavy vehicle is a primary reason for road damage. This paper presents a mathematic model to restore the interacting process of vehicle-tire-road system and tries to find out the mechanics of interaction. A nonlinear tri-axle vehicle model with IBS (integral balanced suspension) is firstly proposed based on the detailed analysis of structural features of a heavy vehicle (DFL1250). The results indicate that the nonlinearities in the vehicle suspension contribute to improvement of ride comfort and to the reduction of dynamic tire force. Furthermore, an FRC (flexible rolling contact) tire model with the enveloping characteristics is added into the IBS model. The tire model considers both the tire contact history with rough road profile and the uneven distribution characteristics of vertical load. The FRC model is able to remove medium and high vibration components from uneven road profile due to its filtering feature. | 4 | Free longitudinal vibrations of non-uniform rods显示文摘Free longitudinal vibrations of non-uniform rods are investigated by a proposed method, which results in a series solution. In a special case, with the proposed method an exact solution with a concise form can be obtained, which imply four types of profiles with variation in geometry or material properties. However, the WKB (Wentzel-Kramers-Brillouin) method leads to a series solution, which is a Taylor expansion of the results of the proposed method. | 5 | Influence of vehicle-road coupled vibration on tire adhesion based on nonlinear foundation显示文摘The influence of pavement vibration on tire adhesion is of great significance to the structure design of vehicle and pavement.The adhesion between tire and road is the key to studying vehicle dynamics,and the precise description of tire adhesion affects the accuracy of dynamic vehicle responses.However,in most models,only road roughness is considered,and the pavement vibration caused by vehicle-road interaction is ignored.In this paper,a vehicle is simplified as a spring-mass-damper oscillator,and the vehicle-pavement system is modeled as a vehicle moving along an Euler-Bernoulli beam with finite length on a nonlinear foundation.The road roughness is considered as a sine wave,and the shear stress is ignored on the pavement.According to the contact form between tire and road,the LuGre tire model is established to calculate the tire adhesion force.The Galerkin method is used to simplify the partial differential equations of beam vibration into finite ordinary differential equations.A product-to-sum formula and a Dirac delt function are used to deal with the nonlinear term caused by the nonlinear foundation,which realizes the fast and accurate calculation of super-high dimensional nonlinear ordinary differential equations.In addition,the dynamic responses between the coupled system and the traditional uncoupled system are compared with each other.The obtained results provide an important theoretical basis for research on the influence of vehicle-road coupled vibration on tire adhesion. | Junning ZHANG Shaopu YANG Shaohua LI Yongjie LU Hu DING | 2021 | Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2021,42,5: | 4 |
| 6 | Study on the interaction between diphenhydramine and erythrosin by absorption,fluorescence and resonance Rayleigh scattering spectra显示文摘In pH 4.5 Britton-Robinson(BR)buffer solution,erythrosin(ET)can react with diphenhydramine(DP)to form a 1:1 ion-association complex,which not only results in the change of the absorption spectra,but also results in the great enhancement of resonance Rayleigh scattering(RRS)and the quenching of fluorescence.Furthermore,a new RRS spectrum will appear,and the maximum RRS wavelength was located at about 580 nm.In this work,the spectral characteristics of the absorption,fluorescence and RRS,the optimum conditions of the reaction and the properties of an analytical chemistry were inves- tigated.A sensitive,simple and new method for the determination of DP by using erythrosin as a probe has been developed.The detection limits for DP were 0.0020μg/mL for RRS method,0.088μg/mL for absorption method and 0.094μg/mL for fluorophotometry.There was a linear relationship between the absorbance,RRS and fluorescence intensities and the drug concentration in the range of 0.0067-2.0, 0.29-6.4 and 0.31-3.2μg/mL,respectively.The effects of the interaction of diphenhydramine and erythrosin on the absorption,fluorescence and resonance Rayleigh scattering spectra were discussed. | 8 | Study on the absorption and fluorescence and resonance Rayleigh scattering spectra of Cu (II)-fluoroquinolone chelates with erythrosine and their applications显示文摘In pH 4.2-5.0 Britton-Robinson buffer solution medium, fluoroquinolone antibiotics (FLQs), such as ciprofloxacin (CIP), norfloxacin (NOR), ofloxacin (OF), levofloxacin (LEV), lomefloxacin (LOM), and sparfloxacin (SPA), react with Cu (II) to form chelate cations, which further bind with erythrosine to form the ion association complexes. They can result in the changes of the absorption spectra. Simultane- ously, erythrosine fades obviously and the maximum fading wavelength is located at 526 nm. The fad- ing reactions have high sensitivities. Thus, new spectrophotometries of determination for these drugs are developed. The ion-association reactions result in the quenching of fluorescence, which also have high sensitivities. The detection limits for six antibiotics are in the range of 7.1-12.2 μg·L?1. Furthermore, the reactions can result in the enhancement of resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS). The maximum scattering peaks of six ion-association complexes are located at 566 nm, and there are two small RRS peaks at 333 nm and 287 nm. The detection limits for fluoroquinolone antibiotics are in the range of 1.70 -3.10 μg·L?1 for RRS method. Among the above three methods, the RRS method has the highest sen- sitivity. In this work, we investigated the spectral characteristics of the absorption, fluorescence and RRS, the optimum conditions of the reactions, and the properties of the analytical chemistry. | 9 | Effect of Fast Cooling Rate on the Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Low-Carbon High-Strength Steel Annealed in the Intercritical Region显示文摘The effect of fast cooling rate on the microstructure and mechanical properties of low-carbon high-strength steel annealed in the intercritical region was investigated using a Gleeble 1500 thermomechanical simulator and a continuous annealing thermomechanical simulator. The results showed that the microstructure consisted of ferrite and bainite as the main phases with a small amount of retained austenite and martensite islands at cooling rate of 5 and 50 ℃/s, respectively. Fast cooling after continuous annealing affected all constituents of the microstructure. The mechanical properties were improved considerably. Ultimate tensile strength(UTS) increased and total elongation(TEL) decreased with increasing cooling rate in all specimens. The specimen 1 at a cooling rate of 5 ℃/s exhibited the maximum TEL and UTS×TEL(20% and 27 200 MPa%, respectively) because of the competition between weakening by presence of the retained austenite plus the carbon indigence by carbide precipitation, and strengthening by martensitic islands and precipitation. The maximum UTS and YS(1 450 and 951 MPa, respectively) were obtained for specimen 2 at a cooling rate of 50 ℃/s. The cyclic deformation of the material presents remarkable time-dependence and history memory phenomena. The fractional(fractional-order)derivative is an efficient tool for modeling these phenomena. Therefore, we develop a cyclic fractional-order unified visco-plastic(FVP) constitutive model. Specifically, within the framework of the cyclic elasto-plastic theory, the fractional derivative is used to describe the accumulated plastic strain rate and nonlinear kinematic hardening rule based on the Ohno-Abdel-Karim model. Moreover, a new radial return method for the back stress is developed to describe the unclosed hysteresis loops of the stress-strain properly.The capacity of the FVP model used to predict the cyclic deformation of the SS304 stainless steel is verified through a comparison with the corresponding experimental data found in the literature(KANG, G. | 13 | Special characteristics of fluorescence and resonance Rayleigh scattering for cadmium telluride nanocrystal aqueous solution and its interactions with aminoglycoside antibiotics显示文摘CdTe nanocrystals(CdTe NCs) were achieved by reaction of CdCl2 with KHTe solution and were capped with sodium mercaptoacetate.The product was detected by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),fluorescence spectra,ultraviolet-visible spectra and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The CdTe NCs are of cubic structure and the average size is about 5 nm.The fluorescence quantum yield of CdTe NCs aqueous solution increased from 37% to 97% after 20 d under room light.The maximum λem of fluorescence changed from 543 nm to 510 nm and the blue shift was 33 nm.CdTe NCs aqueous solution can be steady for at least 10 months at 4℃ in a refrigerator.The resonance Rayleigh scattering(RRS) of CdTe NCs in the aqueous solution was investigated.The maximum scattering peak was located at about 554 nm.The interactions of CdTe NCs with amikacin sulfate(AS) and micronomicin sulfate(MS) were investigated respectively.The effects of AS and MS on fluorescence and RRS of CdTe NCs were analyzed.It was found that AS and MS quenched the photoluminescence of CdTe NCs and enhanced RRS of CdTe NCs.Under optimum conditions,there are linear relationships between quenching intensity(F0-F),intensity of RRS(I-I0) and concentration of AS and MS.The detection limits(3б) of AS and MS are respectively 3.4 ng·mL-1 and 2.6 ng·mL-1 by the fluorescence quenching method,and 15.2 ng·mL-1 and 14.0 ng·mL-1 by the RRS method.The methods have high sensitivity,thus CdTe NCs may be used as fluorescence probes and RRS probes for the detection of aminoglycoside antibiotics. | LI TaiShan LIU ShaoPu LIU ZhongFang HU XiaoLi ZHANG LiPing | 2009 | Science China Chemistry2009,52,1: | 2 |
| 14 | Resonance Rayleigh scattering spectrum for the chelate of lanthanum(Ⅲ) with sodium tanshinon ⅡA silate and its analytical application显示文摘In a pH 3.6―5.0 HAc-NaAc buffer solution, when sodium tanshinon ⅡA silate (STSⅡA) reacts with La(Ⅲ) to form a chelate, the resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS) intensity can be en-hanced greatly and a new RRS spectrum will appear. The maximum RRS peak is located at 306 nm and the RRS intensity is proportional to the concentration of STSⅡA in a certain range. The method is very sensitive and the detection limit for STSⅡA (3σ/K) is 82.12 ng·mL?1. The optimum reaction condi-tions and the effect of coexisting substances have been investigated. A new, simple and fast method for the determination of STSⅡA based on RRS method is developed. It can be applied to the deter-mination of STSⅡA in the synthesis samples and Nuoxinkang injection. | 16 | Absorption, fluorescence and resonance Rayleigh scattering spectral characteristics of interaction of gold nanoparticle with safranine T显示文摘The interaction between gold nanoparticle and safranine T (ST) has been studied with resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS) spectra, absorption and fluorescence spectra. In the pH 5 solution, citrate [(H2L)2?] self-assembles on the surface of positively-charged gold nanopar-ticle, which results in the [(Au)n(H2L)m]x? complex. In other words, one of carboxylate oxygens in (H2L)2? moves inward and combines with gold nanoparticle. The other carboxylate oxygens moves outward to form a supermolecular complex anion with x negative charges. Then by virtue of electrostatic attraction, hydrophobic force and charge transfer action, the complex anion binds with ST cation to form a new ion-association complex. Here (H2L)2? acts as a bridge. The forma-tion of the complex results in the significant enhancement of RRS intensity, the appearance of new RRS spectrum, the red shift of plasma absorption band of gold nanoparticle as well as the decrease in the absorbance and fluorescence quenching for safranine T. In this work, the inter-action between gold nanoparticle and ST on the RRS, absorption and fluorescence spectra has been investigated. The reason why RRS intensity increases greatly and the reaction mechanism have been inquired. | 17 | ADOMIAN POLYNOMIALS FOR NONLINEAR RESPONSE OF SUPPORTED TIMOSHENKO BEAMS SUBJECTED TO A MOVING HARMONIC LOAD显示文摘This paper investigates the steady-state responses of a Timoshenko beam of infinite length supported by a nonlinear viscoelastic Pasternak foundation subjected to a moving harmonic load. The nonlinear viscoelastic foundation is assumed to be a Pasternak foundation with linear-plus-cubic stiffness and viscous damping. Based on Timoshenko beam theory, the nonlinear equations of motion are derived by considering the effects of the shear deformable beams and the shear modulus of foundations at the same time. For the first time, the modified Adomian decomposition method(ADM) is used for solving the response of the beam resting on a nonlinear foundation. By employing the standard ADM and the modified ADM, the nonlinear term is decomposed, respectively. Based on the Green's function and the theorem of residues presented,the closed form solutions for those linear iterative equations have been determined via complex Fourier transform. Numerical results indicate that two kinds of ADM predict qualitatively identical tendencies of the dynamic response with variable parameters, but the deflection of beam predicted by the modified ADM is smaller than that by the standard ADM. The influence of the shear modulus of beams and foundation is investigated.
