| 1 | 草篱对坡耕地水土流失的影响显示文摘在华北地区采用人工模拟降雨的方法研究了狼尾草和野古草两种人工草篱在不同雨强(22,36,63mm/h)和不同坡度(5%,10%,15%,20%)条件下对坡耕地水土流失的影响。结果表明:野古草草篱可减少7%~37%的地表径流和49%~63%土壤侵蚀,狼尾草草篱可减少30%~72%的地表径流和69%~89%的土壤侵蚀,数据显示两种草篱均能减少坡耕地地表径流和土壤侵蚀,且狼尾草草篱的水土保持作用明显好于野古草草篱;多元回归分析结果表明,地表径流量和土壤侵蚀量与草篱、坡度和降雨强度均呈显著相关,其中草篱带是影响坡耕地水土流失的主要因子。 | 黄传伟 牛德奎 黄顶 武菊英 V. | 2 | Rhabdomyolysis after midazolam administration in a cirrhotic patient treated with atorvastatin显示文摘The administration of statins in patients with liver disease is not an absolute contraindication. Hepatotoxicity is a rare and often dose-related event and in the literature there are only a few described cases of fatal rhab-domyolysis in patients with chronic liver disease after statin administration. During treatment with 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-coenzyme A reductase inhibitors,the factors responsible for myopathy may either be related to the patient,or due to interactions with other medications that are metabolic substrates of the same isozymes and therefore able to increase blood statin concentration. The most important side effects consist of increased transaminase levels,abdominal pain or muscle weakness,increased serum levels of creatine kinase and rhabdomyolysis. In this article we report a case of fatal rhabdomyolysis with acute renal failure after gastric endoscopy,where midazolam was used as a sedation agent in a patient with chronic liver disease treated with a high dose of atorvastatin.
