1提高地震灾害损失估计精度的几点研究显示文摘地震灾害损失估计方法一般是通过对地震活动性与地震断层参数,地震地面运动,结构的易损性三个方面的估计,然后结合建筑物的特性来系统地集成地震灾害损失的估计。本文基于这样的一个集成系统,分别从地震活动性,地震地面运动,结构易损性和提高采样精度四个方面围绕着如何提高地震灾害损失估计精度开展了相关研究。对地震活动性的研究主要集中于日本2011年海啸地震之后的地震活动性的改变和考虑地震发生时间影响对美国西北太平洋地区的地震活动性的改变。地震地面运动的研究主要是利用日本2011年海啸地震在1000多个地点观测到的地震动记录修正地震地面运动的估计方法。结构易损性的研究是利用日本2011年海啸地震收集到的超50万个损失样本,详细修正结构易损性的估算方法。最后,利用重点采样法提高传统的利用蒙特卡洛方法用于模拟地震发生概率的采样精度。王自法 Sangjoon Park Selina Lee 崔凯 2014地震工程与工程振动2014,34,4:7

10SYNCRIP controls miR-137 and striatal learning in animal models of methamphetamine abstinence显示文摘Abstinence from prolonged psychostimulant use prompts stimulant withdrawal syndrome.Molecular adaptations within the dorsal striatum have been considered the main hallmark of stimulant abstinence. Here we explored striatal miRNA-target interaction and its impact on circulating miRNA marker as well as behavioral dysfunctions in methamphetamine(MA) abstinence. We conducted miRNA sequencing and profiling in the nonhuman primate model of MA abstinence, followed by miRNA qPCR,LC-MS/MS proteomics, immunoassays, and behavior tests in mice. In nonhuman primates, MA abstinence triggered a lasting upregulation of miR-137 in the dorsal striatum but a simultaneous downregulation of circulating miR-137. In mice, aberrant increase in striatal miR-137-dependent inhibition of SYNCRIP essentially mediated the MA abstinence-induced reduction of circulating miR-137. Pathway modeling through experimental deduction illustrated that the MA abstinence-mediated downregulation of circulating miR-137 was caused by reduction of SYNCRIP-dependent miRNA sorting into the exosomes in the dorsal striatum. Furthermore, diminished SYNCRIP in the dorsal striatum was necessary for MA abstinence-induced behavioral bias towards egocentric spatial learning. 16Integrated NLRP3,AIM2,NLRC4,Pyrin inflammasome activation and assembly drive PANoptosis显示文摘Inflammasomes are important sentinels of innate immune defense;they sense pathogens and induce the cell death of infected cells,playing key roles in inflammation,development,and cancer.Several inflammasome sensors detect and respond to specific pathogen-and damage-associated molecular patterns(PAMPs and DAMPs,respectively)by forming a multiprotein complex with the adapters ASC and caspase-1.During disease,cells are exposed to several PAMPs and DAMPs,leading to the concerted activation of multiple inflammasomes.However,the molecular mechanisms that integrate multiple inflammasome sensors to facilitate optimal host defense remain unknown.Here,we discovered that simultaneous inflammasome activation by multiple ligands triggered multiple types of programmed inflammatory cell death,and these effects could not be mimicked by treatment with a pure ligand of any single inflammasome.Furthermore,NLRP3,AIM2,NLRC4,and Pyrin were determined to be members of a large multiprotein complex,along with ASC,caspase-1,caspase-8,and RIPK3,and this complex drove PANoptosis.Furthermore,this multiprotein complex was released into the extracellular space and retained as multiple inflammasomes.Multiple extracellular inflammasome particles could induce inflammation after their engulfment by neighboring macrophages.Collectively,our findings define a previously unknown regulatory connection and molecular interaction between inflammasome sensors,which drives the assembly of a multiprotein complex that includes multiple inflammasome sensors and cell death regulators.The discovery of critical interactions among NLRP3,AIM2,NLRC4,and Pyrin represents a new paradigm in understanding the functions of these molecules in innate immunity and inflammasome biology as well as identifying new therapeutic targets for NLRP3-,AIM2-,NLRC4-and Pyrin-mediated diseases.SuHyeon Oh Jihye Lee Jueun Oh Gyoengju Yu Haesun Ryu Daesik Kim SangJoon Lee 2023Cellular & Molecular Immunology2023,20,12:0
17Method to assess water footprint,a case study for white radishes in Korea显示文摘This study aimed to assess the water footprint of white radishes which is cultivated during four seasons.The methodology is developed in accordance with ISO 14040s and ISO 14046.This study suggested the water depletion and eutrophication results of white radishes as water footprint results.The water de-pletion results are 25.58 m^(3) fres hwater/ton(spring season white radish),20.74 m^(3) freshwater/ton(au-tumn season white radish),26.68 m^(3) freshwater/ton(alpine region white radish),and 2856 m^(3) fresh-water/ton(facility white radish),respectively.And the eutrophication results are 3.23E-11 kg P/ton(spring season white radish),2.66E-11 kg P/ton(autumn season white radish),3.94E-11 kg P/ton(alpine region white radish),and 1.56E-11 kg P/ton(facility white radish),respectively.In conclusion,autumn season white radish is more competitive than other cultivation types in the context of water footprint assessment.As a result,switching from other cultivation types to autumn season white radish is ex-pected to offer a more water-efficient means of white radish cultivation.Henceforth,drawing upon evidence within this report,decision-makers would be wise to cultivate in more effective water use cultivation type and crop species.Kyounghoon Cha Minjung Son Seokjin Hong Sangjoon An Soonchul Part 2017International Soil and Water Conservation Research2017,5,2:0
