1基于机器视觉的番茄内部品质预测显示文摘为了实现番茄内部品质的实施快速检测,利用机器视觉技术,从'定性'和'定量'两方面进行了番茄内部品质预测方法的研究。首先设计开发了番茄图像采集机器视觉系统,可分别从3个不同高度:0.5、1、1.5m和6个不同方向:上、下、左、右、前、后采集番茄图像。视觉系统利用4个卤素灯作为光源,内部亮度恒定为600lx。然后收集了68个不同生长阶段的番茄样本,样本根据是颜色从未成熟阶段(绿色)到成熟阶段(红色)被分为了5个等级。在利用开发的机器视觉系统采集了番茄样本的图像之后,通过RGB色彩模型、L*a*b*色彩模型和灰度共生矩阵(GLCM)计算番茄图像特征值,并将其输入BP神经网络,对糖度、酸度、氨基酸含量和水分含量共4种番茄内部品质进行预测。在'定量'预测中,分别建立了每种内部品质的预测模型。结果表明,酸度与图像特征之间的相关系数最高为0.536,定量预测精度还有待进一步提高。在'定性'预测中,利用BP神经网络,通过番茄内部属性含量的不同组合值预测番茄生长阶段,对隐层节点数和训练函数这两个重要的网络参数进行优化。试验中使用40个样本作为训练集建立模型,使用28个样本作为测试集,其中22个样本预测正确,结果表明利用机器视觉方法预测番茄内部品质具有较好应用前景。张亚静 Sakae Shibusawa 李民赞 2010农业工程学报2010,26,S2:10
2Pancreatic injury in patients with septic shock: A literature review显示文摘Sepsis and septic shock are life threatening condition associated with high mortality rate in critically-ill patients. This high mortality is mainly related to the inadequacy between oxygen delivery and cellular demand leading to the onset of multiorgan dysfunction. Whether this multiorgan failure affect the pancreas is not fully investigated. In fact, pancreatic injury may occur because of ischemia, overwhelming inflammatory response, oxidative stress, cellular apoptosis and/or metabolic derangement. Increased serum amylase and/or lipase levels are common in patients with septic shock. However, imaging test rarely reveal significant pancreatic damage. Whether pancreatic dysfunction does affect the prognosis of patients with septic shock or not is still a matter of debate. In fact, only few studies with limited sample size assessed the clinical relevance of the pancreatic injury in this group of patients. In this review, we aimed to describe the epidemiology and the physiopathology of pancreatic injury in septic shock patients, to clarify whether it requires specific management and to assess its prognostic value. Our main finding is that pancreatic injury does not significantly affect the outcome in septic shock patients. 3Dehiscence following successful endoscopic closure of gastric perforation during endoscopic submucosal dissection显示文摘Gastric perforation is one of the most serious complications that can occur during endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD).In terms of the treatment of such perforations,we previously reported that perforations immediately observed and successfully closed with endoclips during endoscopic resection could be managed conservatively.We now report the first case in our medical facility of a gastric perforation during ESD that was ineffectively treated conservatively even after successful endoscopic closure.In December 2006,we performed ESD on a recurrent early gastric cancer in an 81-year-old man with a medical history of laparotomy for cholelithiasis.A perforation occurred during ESD that was immediately observed and successfully closed with endoclips so that ESD could be continued resulting in an en-bloc resection.Intensive conservative management was conducted following ESD,however,an endoscopic examination five days after ESD revealed dehiscence of the perforation requiring an emergency laparotomy.Masau Sekiguchi Haruhisa Suzuki Ichiro Oda Shigetaka Yoshinaga Satoru Nonaka Makoto Saka Hitoshi Katai Hirokazu Taniguchi Ryoji Kushima Yutaka Saito 2012World Journal of Gastroenterology2012,18,31:7
4Regulation of bone destruction in rheumatoid arthritis through RANKL-RANK pathways显示文摘Recent studies have demonstrated that osteoclasts, the primary cells responsible for bone resorption, are mainly involved in bone and joint destruction in rheumatoid arthritis(RA) patients. Recent progress in bone cell biology has revealed the molecular mechanism of osteoclast differentiation and bone resorption by mature osteoclasts. 5Principles of postoperative anterior cruciate ligament rehabilitation显示文摘It is known that anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) reconstruction needs to be combined with detailed postoperative rehabilitation in order for patients to return to their pre-injury activity levels, and that the rehabilitation process is as important as the reconstruction surgery. Literature studies focus on how early in the postoperative ACL rehabilitation period rehabilitation modalities can be initiated. Despite the sheer number of studies on this topic, postoperative ACL rehabilitation protocols have not been standardized yet. Could common, 'ossified' knowledge or modalities really prove themselves in the literature? Could questions such as 'is postoperative brace use really necessary?', 'what are the benefits of early restoration of the range of motion(ROM)?', 'to what extent is neuromuscular electrical stimulation(NMES) effective in the protection from muscular atrophy?', 'how early can proprioception training and open chain exercises begin?', 'should strengthening training start in the immediate postoperative period?' be answered for sure? My aim is to review postoperative brace use, early ROM restoration, NMES, proprioception, open/closed chain exercises and early strengthening, which are common modalities in the very comprehensive theme of postoperative ACLrehabilitation, on the basis of several studies(Level of Evidence 1 and 2) and to present the commonly accepted ways they are presently used. 6Grey-scale sonography and sonoelastography for diagnosing carpal tunnel syndrome显示文摘Carpal tunnel syndrome(CTS) is a common peripheral entrapment neuropathy of the median nerve at wrist level, and is thought to be caused by compression of the median nerve in the carpal tunnel. There is no standard quantitative reference for the diagnosis of CTS. Greyscale sonography and sonoelastography(SEL) have been used as diagnostic tools. The most commonly agreed findings in grey-scale sonography for the diagnosis of CTS is enlargement of the median nerve cross-sectional area(CSA). Several authors have assessed additional parameters. 'Delta CSA' is the difference between the proximal median nerve CSA at the pronator quadratus and the maximal CSA within the carpal tunnel. The 'CSA ratio' is the ratio of CSA in the carpal tunnel to the CSA at the mid forearm. These additional parameters showed better diagnostic accuracy than CSA measurement alone. Recently, a number of studies have investigated the elasticity of the median nerve using SEL, and have shown that this also has diagnostic value, as it was significantly stiffer in CTS patients compared to healthy volunteers. 7Recent progress in supercritical fluid science for biofuel production from woody biomass显示文摘Owing to an environment-friendly utilization of resources, increased attention has been focused on fuels and chemicals from biomass as an alternative to fossil resources. In addition, supercritical fluid technology has been considered to be an environ- mentally-benign treatment. Therefore, its technology was applied for a conversion of biomass to useful fuels and chemicals in order to mitigate environmental loading. For example, supercritical water treatment has demonstrated that lignocellulosics can be hydro- lyzed to become lignin-derived products for useful aromatic chemicals and carbohydrate-derived products, such as polysaccharides, oligosaccharides and monosaccharides of glucose, mannose and xylose used for subsequent ethanol fermentation. If this treatment is prolonged, lignocellulosics were found to be converted to organic acids such as formic, acetic, glycolic and lactic acids which can be converted to methane for biofuel. When alcohols, such as methanol and ethanol, were used instead of water, some other useful prod- ucts were achieved, and its liquefied products were found to have a potential for liquid biofuel. 9CA19-9 level determines therapeutic modality in pancreatic cancer patients with para-aortic lymph node metastasis显示文摘Background: In general, para-aortic lymph node(LN16) metastasis has been considered as a contraindication for pancreatic resection. However, some pancreatic cancer patients with LN16 metastasis have been reported to survive for longer than expected after pancreatectomy. The purpose of this study was to determine whether pancreatic cancer patients with LN16 metastasis might benefit from surgery.Methods: We retrospectively reviewed 201 consecutive patients with invasive pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma who underwent surgery at Osaka National Hospital between April 2003 and December 2012.These patients included 22 patients with LN16 metastasis who underwent an extended lymphadenectomy and 25 patients who underwent a palliative surgical biliary and gastric bypass. The clinicopathological data and outcomes were evaluated using univariate and multivariate analyses.Results: The overall survival of the patients with LN16 metastasis was poorer than that of the LN16-negative patients(P = 0.0014). An overall survival analysis of the LN16-positive patients stratified according to the preoperative CA19-9 level showed a significant difference between patients with a low preoperative CA19-9 level(≤360 U/mL) and those with a high preoperative CA19-9 level(>360 U/mL)(P = 0.0301). No significant difference in overall survival of patients was observed between those with LN16 positivity and those who underwent bypass surgery. 12Precontoured buttress plate vs reconstruction plate for acetabulum posterior wall fractures: A biomechanical study显示文摘BACKGROUND The purpose of open reduction and internal fixation of acetabulum posterior wall fractures is to restore anatomical structure and stability of the hip joint, in order to start weight bearing as soon as possible and prevent hip arthrosis; restoration of the anatomy should preserve function of the joint as well. Although 'special shaped precontoured plates' have been developed in recent years for surgical treatment of this region, studies comparing the traditional plates with the newly designed precontoured plates are lacking.AIM To evaluate the biomechanical properties of precontoured anatomic buttress and conventional curved reconstruction plates(CCRPs) for posterior wall acetabulum fracture treatment.METHODS Twelve pelvis models were created for testing plate treatment of fracture in the posterior wall of the acetabulum. These 12 pelvis models were used to create 24 hemipelvis models(experimental) by cutting from the sagittal plane and passing over the center of gravity, after which the posterior wall acetabular fractures(of similar type and size) were created. In these experimental models, the right acetabulum was fixed with a 5-hole CCRP, while the left was fixed with a precontoured anatomic buttress plate(PABP). Samples were placed through thetest device and were subjected to static load testing, with a constant testing velocity of 2 mm/min until the load reached 2.3 kN or the acetabular fixation failed. Dynamic tests were also performed with sinusoidal wave load, with a maximal load of 2.3 kN and a load ratio of 0.1.RESULTS The average stiffness values were 460.83 ± 95.47 N/mm for the PABP and 291.99± 118.58 N/mm for the 5-hole CCRP. The precontoured anatomic acetabulum buttress plates had significantly higher rigidity than the CCRPs(P = 0.022). There was a statistically significant difference between the unloaded and 2.3 kN-loaded values of AL(posterosuperior fracture line vertical to the ground surface) and CL(posteroinferior fracture line vertical to the ground surface) parameters for both the PABPs and the 5-hole CCRPs(P = 0.036 and P = 0.045, respectively).According to the static tests, the amount of total displacement was significantly less in the PABPs than in the CCRPs. Comparative analysis of the displacement in the BL(posterior wall fracture line horizontal to the ground) parameter yielded no statistically significant differences between the PABP and the 5-hole CCRPs(P= 0.261).CONCLUSION PABP provides more stable fixation in acetabulum posterior wall fractures than5-hole CCRP, allowing for proximal or distal fracture line screw application without reshaping.Güray Altun Gürsel Saka Teyfik Demir Fatma Kübra Erbay Elibol Mehmet Or?un Polat 2019World Journal of Orthopedics2019,10,5:3

15Controllable fabrication of carbon aerogels显示文摘Nano-pore carbon aerogels were prepared by the sol-gel polymerization of resorcinol (1,3-dihydroxybenzene)(C6H4(OH)2) with formaldehyde (HCHO) in a slightly basic aqueous solution, followed by super-critical drying under liquid carbon dioxide as super-critical media and carbonization at 700 ℃ under N2 gas atmosphere. The key of the work is to fabricate carbon aerogels with controllable nano-pore structure, which means extremely high surface area and sharp pore size distribution. Aiming to investigate the effects of preparation conditions on the gelation process, the bulk density, and the physical and chemical structure of the resultant carbon aerogels, the molar ratio of R/C (resorcinol to catalyst) and the amount of distilled water were varied, consequently two different sets of samples, with series of R/C ratio and RF/W (Resorcinol-Formaldehyde to water, or the content of reactant) ratio, were prepared.
