| 5 | 抗病促生复合芽孢杆菌水分散粒剂的研制与应用显示文摘【背景】乳油、可湿性粉剂和粉剂等生物制剂含有苯类有机溶剂及粉尘,会对环境造成污染,而水分散粒剂具有环境友好性、附加值高、市场潜力大等优点,被认为是最具发展前景的剂型之一,然而关于复合芽孢杆菌水分散颗粒的研究却很少。【目的】利用解淀粉芽孢杆菌BZ6-1和短小芽孢杆菌SC-12研制成一种复合芽孢杆菌水分散粒剂。【方法】通过生物相容性实验,研究不同载体和助剂对两种芽孢杆菌孢子的影响,以筛选出最佳载体和添加剂。通过质量检测实验,研究不同筛孔直径、干燥温度、干燥时间对水分散性颗粒质量的影响,以优化制粒条件。在辣椒定植后,使用不同剂量的水分散粒剂进行田间辣椒试验。【结果】复合芽孢杆菌水分散粒剂最佳配方:润湿剂4%十二烷基硫酸钠,分散剂6%羧甲基纤维素钠,崩解剂4%硫酸铵,粘结剂4%聚乙二醇,载体82%硅藻土;最佳造粒条件为:筛孔粒径0.8 mm,烘干温度40°C,烘干时间45 min。研制出的复合芽孢杆菌水分散粒剂含菌量为2.52×108CFU/g,悬浮率为79.3%,pH6.8,水分含量为4.5%,湿润时间为19.6 s,崩解时间为86.4 s,颗粒强度适中,符合水分散粒剂国家标准。【结论】研制出的复合芽孢杆菌水分散粒剂能够有效防治辣椒青枯病,并提高辣椒的产量和品质,推荐复合芽孢杆菌水分散粒剂最适用量为3.0 kg/hm2。 | 王小兵 钱娜 汪晓丽 成立 张正杨 钱海明 王海潮 Saima Parveen Memon | 2020 | 微生物学通报2020,47,12: | 4 |
| 6 | 不同钝化剂对镉污染黄壤和棕壤的钝化效果显示文摘为了解钝化剂对不同性质镉污染土壤的钝化效果,分别选取模拟镉污染的广西黄壤和江苏棕壤为研究对象。利用盆栽试验研究碳酸钙、硅酸钙、磷酸二氢钙和硫化钠4种常见钝化剂对2种土壤pH值、可交换态镉含量、小麦地上部生物量、籽粒产量和籽粒中镉含量的影响。结果表明,在2种土壤中添加碳酸钙、硅酸钙、硫化钠均可以使土壤pH值上升,而添加磷酸二氢钙的土壤pH值降低。从土壤镉的化学形态看,随着钝化剂添加比例增高,2种土壤可交换态镉均呈下降趋势。当4种钝化剂添加比例为2.0%时,对广西黄壤的钝化效果由大到小为硫化钠、硅酸钙、磷酸二氢钙、碳酸钙,钝化率分别为29.54%、28.11%、24.56%、17.79%,对江苏棕壤的钝化效果由大到小为硫化钠、磷酸二氢钙、硅酸钙、碳酸钙,钝化率分别为28.21%、27.56%、22.76%、13.46%。在广西黄壤中,钝化剂添加量分别为0.5%、1.0%、2.0%时,硅酸钙处理的小麦地上部生物量、籽粒产量均大于磷酸二氢钙和碳酸钙的处理,且籽粒中镉含量更低,硅酸钙添加比例为2.0%处理后小麦籽粒中镉含量为0.06mg/kg,低于GB2762—2017《食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量》中小麦含镉量的限量(0.1mg/kg);在江苏棕壤中,在钝化剂添加量分别为0.5%、1.0%、2.0%时,磷酸二氢钙处理的小麦地上部生物量、籽粒产量均大于硅酸钙和碳酸钙的处理,且籽粒中镉含量更低,磷酸二氢钙添加比例为2.0%处理后小麦籽粒中镉含量为0.08mg/kg。由于硫化钠对小麦的生长表现出毒害作用,一般情况下不宜采用。在盆栽条件下,综合考虑钝化剂对土壤镉的钝化率影响,以硅酸钙作为镉污染广西黄壤的钝化剂,以磷酸二氢钙作为镉污染江苏棕壤的钝化剂较好。 | 苏金成 王小兵 汪晓丽 董君能 王海潮 Saima Parveen Memon 冯郴 | 2021 | 江苏农业科学2021,49,3: | 4 |

| 9 | Flow injection spectrophotometric determination of vitamin E in pharmaceuticals,milk powder and blood serum using potassium ferricyanide-Fe(Ⅲ) detection system显示文摘A simple and sensitive flow injection spectrophotometric method is reported for the determination of vitamin E using potassium ferricyanide-Fe(Ⅲ detection system. In the presence of vitamin E, Fe(Ⅲ/ferricyanide reduces. The in situ reduced ions are then reacted with unreduced portion of ferricyanide/Fe(Ⅲ to make soluble Prussian blue, which is monitored at absorption wavelength of 735 nm. Linear calibration graph was obtained in the concentration range of 0.1-40 μg mL-1. The relative standard deviations (n = 4) were in the range of 1.1-3.6%, with limits of detection (3 s blank) of 0.04 μg mL-1. The proposed method allowed 12 injections h-1. The method is applied to determine vitamin E in Pharmaceuticals, infant milk and blood serum samples using hexane extraction with the recoveries in the range of 93 ± 3 to 97.5 ± 4%. | 10 | Antifertility Activity of Hydroalcoholic Extract of Ocimum Basilicum Linn. Leaves on Female Wistar Rats显示文摘Objective To determine the effect of hydroalcoholic extract of Ocimum basilicum Linn. leaves on ovulation, implantation and maintenance of pregnancy in adult female cyclic Wistar rats. Methods Ocimum basilicum leaves extract (364 mg/kg and 624 mg/kg) was screened for its antiovulatory, antiimplantation and abortifacient activities. Vaginal smear of each rat was monitored daily during the 15-day treatment of the first experiment. Estimation of cholesterol in ovarian tissue and its histology was carried out to confirm its antiovulatory activity. In the second and third experiments, animals received treatment from 1st to 7th and 8th to 16th day of pregnancy, respectively. The number of implantations and litter size were determined through laparotomy on 10th and 20th day of pregnancy, respectively in two tests. The treated groups were compared with pain control. Results A significant increase in duration of estrus cycle and diestrus phase was observed (P<0.001). A significant decrease in ovarian weight and notable increase in ovarian tissue cholesterol level was also observed (P<0.001). Weight of uterus in treated group was found to be decreased. Histological report showed presence of large corpora lutea in ovarian parenchyma. Neither antiimplantation nor abortifacient effect was observed in rats treated with both the doses of extract. | 12 | Competitive role of nitrogen functionalities of N doped GO and sensitizing effect of Bi_(2)O_(3)QDs on TiO_(2)for water remediation显示文摘The promising solar irradiated photocatalyst by pairing of bismuth oxide quantum dots(BQDs)doped TiO_(2)with nitrogen doped graphene oxide(NGO)nanocomposite(NGO/BQDs-TiO_(2))was fabricated.It was used for degradation of organic pollutants like 2,4-dichlorophenol(2,4-DCP)and stable dyes,i.e.Rhodamine B and Congo Red.X-ray diffraction(XRD)profile of NGO showed reduction in oxygenic functional groups and restoring of graphitic crystal structure.The characteristic diffraction peaks of TiO_(2)and its composites showed crystalline anatase TiO_(2).Morphological images represent spherical shaped TiO_(2)evenly covered with BQDs spread on NGO sheet.The surface linkages of NO-O-Ti,C-O-Ti,Bi-O-Ti and vibrational modes are observed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and Raman studies.BQDs and NGO modified TiO_(2)results into red shifting in visible region as studied in diffused reflectance spectroscopy(DRS).NGO and BQDs in TiO_(2)are linked with defect centers which reduced the recombination of free charge carriers by quenching of photoluminescence(PL)intensities.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)shows that no peak related to C-O in NGO/BQDs-TiO_(2)is observed.This indicated that doping of nitrogen into GO has reduced some oxygen functional groups.Nitrogen functionalities in NGO and photosensitizing effect of BQDs in ternary composite have improved photocatalytic activity against organic pollutants.Intermediate byproducts during photo degradation process of 2,4-DCP were studied through high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Study of radical scavengers indicated that O_(2)^(·-) has significant role for degradation of 2,4-DCP.Our investigations propose that fabricated nanohybrid architecture has potential for degradation of environmental pollutions. | Saima Noor Shamaila Sajjad Sajjad Ahmed Khan Leghari Cristina Flox Saeed Ahmad | 2021 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,10: | 2 |
| 13 | GC/GCMS analysis of the petroleum ether and dichloromethane extracts of Moringa oleifera roots显示文摘Objective:To explore the phytochemical constituents from petroleum ether and diehloromethane extracts of Moringa oleifera(M.oleufera)roots using GC/GC—MS.Methods:A total of 5.11 kg fresh and undried crashed root of M.oleifera were cut into small pieces and extracted with petroleum ether and diehloromethane(20 L.each) at room temperature for 2 d.The concentrated extracts were subjected to their GC—MS analysis.Results:The GC-MS analysis of the petroleum ether and diehloromethane extracts of M.oleifern roots,which showed promising biological activities,has resulted in the identification 102 compounds.These constituents belong to 15 classes of compounds including hydrocarbons,fatty acids,esters,alcohols,isolhioeyanate.thiocyanale,pyrazine,aromalics.alkamides.cyanides,steroids,halocompounds.urea and N-hydroxyimine derivatives,unsaturated alkenamides.alkyne and indole.GC/GC-MS studies on petroleum ether extraet of the roots revealed that it contained 39 compounds,belonging to nine classes.Cyclooctasulfur S8 has been isolated as a pure compound from the extract.The major compounds identified from petroleum ether extract were trans-13-clocosene(37.9%).nonacosane(32.6%).cycloartenol(28.6%) nonadecanoic acid(13.9%) and cyclooctasulfur S8(13.9%).Dichloromethane extract of the roots was composed of 63 compounds of which nasimizinol(58.8%) along with oleic acid(46.5%),N—benzyl-N-(7—cyanato heptanamide(38.3%),N—benzyl-N—(1—chlorononyl) amide(30.3%),bis[3—benzyl prop-2-ene]-1-one(19.5%) and N.N-dibeuzyl—2-ene pent 1.5—diamide(11.6%) were the main constituents.Conclusions:This study helps to predict the formula and structure of active molecules which can be used as drugs.This result also enhances the traditional usage of M.oleifera which possesses a number of bioactive compounds. | Shaheen Faizi saima sumbul Muhammed Ali Versiani Rubeena Saleem Aisha Sana Hira Siddiqui | 2014 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine2014,4,8: | 2 |
| 14 | Biochars reduce irrigation water sodium adsorption ratio显示文摘Irrigation water quality plays a vital role in sustaining crop productivity and feeding a growing world population.In many countries,continued agricultural water reuse can lead to greater water-soluble salt concentrations,and in particular Na;finding means by which irrigation water Na,and thus sodium adsorption ratios(SAR),can be reduced would reduce the rate at which soil sodification occurs.Four biochars,containing a variety of organic functional groups and electrochemistries,were examined for their potential to sorb and remove Na from simulated irrigation water,and subsequently reduce water SAR.Two batch experiments examined the role that wheat straw biochar,lodgepole pine biochar,Kentucky bluegrass biochar,and hemp biochar played in terms of sorbing sodium over time or application rate.Of the four biochars examined,hemp biochar had the lowest oxidation-reduction potential(ORP;~0-100 mV),sorbed the greatest Na amount(up to 923 mg kg^(−1)),and released Ca and Mg(up to 115 and 63 mg kg^(−1),respectively)into solution,all of which led to a significant reduction in water SAR(from 8.8 to 7.3;17% decrease).Sodium sorption onto hemp biochar better fit a Langmuir versus a Freundlich isotherm,yet followed a pseudo-second-order model better than a pseudo-first-order kinetic model.The data suggest that Na ions formed a monolayer on the hemp biochar surface,influenced by associations withπelectrons,but given time the Na ions may diffuse into biochar pores or more slowly interact with biochar-borneπelectrons.Hemp biochar shows promise in reducing the SAR of Na-impacted waters.Future investigations should focus on additional laboratory,greenhouse,and field trials with hemp biochar and other biochars designed to have similar or superior properties for sorbing excess irrigation water Na and improving crop growth. | Saima Awan James A.Ippolito J.L.Ullman Kamran Ansari Liqiang Cui A.A.Siyal | 2021 | Biochar2021,3,1: | 2 |

| 16 | Interactions of ferro-nanoparticles(hematite and magnetite) with reservoir sandstone: implications for surface adsorption and interfacial tension reduction显示文摘There are a few studies on the use of ferro-nanofluids for enhanced oil recovery,despite their magnetic properties;hence,it is needed to study the adsorption of iron oxide(Fe2 O3 and Fe3 O4) nanoparticles(NPs) on rock surfaces.This is important as the colloidal transport of NPs through the reservoir is subject to particle adsorption on the rock surface.Molecular dynamics simulation was used to determine the interfacial energy(strength) and adsorption of Fe2 O3 and Fe3 O4 nanofluids infused in reservoir sandstones.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photon spectroscopy(XPS) were used to monitor interaction of silicate species with Fe2 O3 and Fe3 O4.The spectral changes show the variation of dominating silicate anions in the solution.Also,the XPS peaks for Si,C and Fe at 190,285 and 700 eV,respectively,are less distinct in the spectra of sandstone aged in the Fe3 O4 nanofluid,suggesting the intense adsorption of the Fe3 O4 with the crude oil.The measured IFT for brine/oil,Fe2 O3/oil and Fe3 O4/oil are 40,36.17 and 31 mN/m,respectively.Fe3 O4 infused with reservoir sandstone exhibits a higher silicate sorption capacity than Fe2 O3,due to their larger number of active surface sites and saturation magnetization,which accounts for the effectiveness of Fe3 O4 in reducing IFT. | Abdullah Musa Ali Noorhana Yahya Saima Qureshi | 2020 | Petroleum Science2020,17,4: | 2 |
| 17 | Population Variation and Food Habits of Ranid Frogs in the Rice-Based Cropping System in Gujranwala Region,Pakistan显示文摘The current study aims to investigate the population variation and food habits of ranid frogs in the rice-based cropping system in District Gujranwala,Pakistan.The population in the study area was estimated using capture,mark and release method whereas food habits of the species were studied by analysis of stomach contents.The results showed the highest average population was found during August 2009(93.10±18.64/ha) while the lowest from December 2008 to February 2009.Maximum seasonal populations existed in summer 2009,whereas winter 2008 sizes were at a minimum.Stomach content analysis of the species revealed percent frequency(% F) of occurrence of insects(80.3),earthworms(28.5),whole frogs(15.8),bone pieces(22.5),rodents(1.66),vegetation(5.0),soil particles(13.3) and some unidentified material(7.5) in all the stomach samples.Most frequently consumed prey items were insects(30% by volume),although frogs also preyed upon conspecifics and rodents.Insects recovered from the stomach contents were identified as belonging to Orthoptera,Lepidoptera,Coleoptera,Diptera,Odonata and Homoptera as well as the class Archnida.Insects recovered from the stomach contents were compared to those captured from the study area. | Saima Yousaf Tariq Mahmood Muhammad Rais Irfan Zia Qureshi | 2010 | Asian Herpetological Research2010,1,2: | 2 |
