11999-2005年我国婴幼儿人杯状病毒腹泻研究显示文摘人杯状病毒(HuCV)是世界范围内急性腹泻的重要病原。此文收集我国长春、北京、河北卢龙、兰州、昆明等13个地区1999-2005年5岁以下腹泻患儿检测轮状病毒为阴性的粪便标本4426份,用ELISA和RT-PCR方法检测HuCV,结果表明HuCV检测阳性率为19%(8.3%-38.6%)。对其中151株HuCV PCR产物测序进行核苷酸序列比对构建的系统发生树表明,我国流行的HuCV以诺如病毒(NV)为主(146/151,占96.7%),其中绝大多数为GGⅡ/4基因型(99/146),其它依次为GGⅡ/3(22/146)、GGⅡ/5(8/146)、GGⅡ/6(2/146)、GGⅡ/7(2/146)、GGⅡ/8(2/146)和GGⅠ/2(2/146),札如病毒(SV)共5株,均属SGⅡ。此外有9株NV GGⅡ遗传组毒株,尚不能归入现有基因型,可能为我国特有的新基因型,表明我国流行的HuCV毒株存在很高的遗传多样性。我国婴幼儿HuCV腹泻全年都有发生,但秋冬季(10月-次年1月)有一个发病高峰,病例以6-17月龄组最多,至3岁时超过96%的儿童都感染过HuCV。对我国流行的HuCV不同毒株的地区分布,不同年度HuCV检测阳性率的变化趋势进行了讨论。方肇寅 谢华萍 吕红霞 刘娜 章青 段招军 Duncan Steele Baoming Jiang Xi Jiang 2007病毒学报2007,23,1:131

4中国七个地区1998-2005年急性腹泻住院患儿中星状病毒感染研究显示文摘目的研究中国5岁以下腹泻住院患儿中星状病毒感染的流行病学特点,确定流行毒株血清型。方法选择国内7个地区收集5岁以下腹泻住院患儿粪便标本,应用酶联免疫或PCR方法检测星状病毒,对星状病毒阳性标本应用RT-PCR方法分型并经测序确证。结果1998-2005年在7个地区的凋查点共收集1668份急性腹泻粪便标本,检测出星状病毒阳性标本91份,平均检出率为5.5%;病例全年均有发生,发病高峰主要集中在10月份到次年1月份;95%患儿年龄在2岁以下,其中以9-11月龄儿童发病最多,检出率为7.4%,12-17月龄、6-8月龄、0-6月龄儿童的检出率依次为6.1%、5.6%、5.6%。确定型别的49份标本中45份为HAstV-1型,1例为HAstV-3型,2例为HAstV-5型,1例为HAstV-8型。结论星状病毒是中国婴幼儿病毒性腹泻的重要病原之一,流行毒株以1型为主,同时存在多个型别的散在流行。方肇寅 孙亚萍 叶新华 王慧 章青 段招军 Xi Jiang Duncan Steele Roger Glass 2006中华流行病学杂志2006,27,8:46
5中国河北省卢龙县儿童轮状病毒腹泻研究显示文摘轮状病毒是我国儿童重症腹泻的主要病原。按照WHO轮状病毒监测方案,于1999年7月至2003年6月,在河北省卢龙县开展了医院和社区为基础<5岁儿童轮状病毒腹泻的监测。结果表明:卢龙县<5岁儿童腹泻的发病率为1 3次/人/年。4年中全县共有2350名<5岁急性腹泻患儿住院,占所有住院儿童的38%(2350/6213)。住院的腹泻患儿每年有两个高峰,一个是夏季(6~8月),占全年腹泻住院病例的22%;另一个在冬季(12月至次年2月),占58%。住院的轮状病毒腹泻只有一个高峰,是在冬季(12月至次年2月),高峰期的轮状病毒腹泻住院患儿数占全年轮状病毒腹泻患儿住院数的86%。按全年统计,轮状病毒腹泻占住院腹泻患儿的46%,轮状病毒腹泻的住院率为11/1000儿童/年。在门诊腹泻患儿中轮状病毒腹泻患儿占28%,在社区腹泻患儿中轮状病毒腹泻占10%。轮状病毒毒株的分布,G3型(45%)最常见,其次为G1型(35%)、G2型(8%)、G4型(3%)、G9型(0 6%),混合感染较少(1%)。还有8%的毒株未能分出型别。在轮状病毒腹泻患者中,9~11月龄的儿童检出率最高(53%),其次是12~17月龄(51%)、18~23月龄(36%)和6~8月龄(30%)。在4年研究期间共有5~10名1~59月龄儿童可能因为轮状病毒腹泻死亡,其中有1例确诊为P[8]G1型毒株感染。初步估计。方肇寅 张丽杰 唐景裕 章青 胡海宽 谢华萍 郑丽舒 Duncan Steele Paul Kilgore Joseph Bresee Erik Hummelman Xi Jiang Roger Glass 2005病毒学报2005,21,1:38
6中国1998-2004年G9型轮状病毒分子流行病学研究显示文摘目的研究中国流行的轮状病毒(Rotavims,RV)G9型毒株的分子流行病学特征。方法在中国9个地区收集5岁以下腹泻患儿粪便标本,应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法检测RV,对阳性标本用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)分型,选择G9型毒株进行VP7基因全长克隆测序和分子流行病学分析。结果1998~2004年共检测出RV1 268份,其中45份为G9型(3.5%),昆明最多(34/45),其次是兰州(8/45)、长春(2/45)、卢龙(1/45),北京、郑州、杭州、福州、广州未检测到G9型毒株。对35份G9型标本进行P分型鉴定:15份为P[8]型,12份为P[6]型,5份为P[4]型,1份为P[8+4]混合型,2份未能分型。中国1998~2000年以P[8]G9毒株流行为主,而2001年后以P[6]G9毒株为主。22株G9型病毒VP7基因序列比对结果表明,中国流行的G9型毒株彼此同源性高,同属G9第3亚型。结论中国流行的RVG9型株与世界各地的流行株同源性较高,国内传播范围扩大的趋势值得关注。章青 王端可 叶新华 段招军 杜曾庆 金玉 唐景裕 孙利伟 Xi Jiang Duncan Steele Roger Glass 方肇寅 2006中国计划免疫2006,12,6:29

10EFFECT OF CHEMICAL COMPOSITION ON RETAINED AUSTENITE IN TRIP STEEL显示文摘The systematic chemical compositions including common C, Si, Mn, Al, and micro- alloying elements of Ti and Nb were designed for high volume fraction of retained austenite as much as possible. The thermo-cycle experiments were conducted by using Gleeble 2000 thermo-dynamic test machine for finding the appropriate composition. 11上海MSM人群对同志身份认同状况及其相关因素分析显示文摘目的了解上海男男性行为人群(MSM)对同志身份的认同状况并分析相关因素。方法在上海嘉定区、松江区、浦东新区招募MSM,采用统一问卷进行匿名面对面调查,了解身份认同等相关信息,并采用Logistic回归分析相关因素。结果共调查459名MSM,平均年龄(29.7±8.4)岁;大学及以上学历者占68.0%;过去一年月均收入≥3 000元者占62.6%。自认性取向为同性恋者占73.0%(335/459),双性恋者26.4%(121/459),异性恋者0.6%(3/459);认同性取向平均时间(9.1±0.8)年。首次男男性行为平均年龄(22.2±5.0)岁。在同志社会身份认同上,持消极自我认同的占53.2%(244/459),在同志个人身份认同上,持消极自我认同的占48.1%(221/459);同志社会身份积极认同组其相应的个人身份积极认同比例高。年龄长者、收入高者更具同志社会身份积极认同,而在婚者则相反。受教育程度高、自认性取向时间长者更具同志个人身份积极认同,而在婚者、初次同性性行为年龄大者、确知感染艾滋病者则相反。结论 MSM对同志社会身份和个人身份认同均偏低,应改善社会歧视环境,加强对MSM的心理干预,以降低艾滋病的传播风险。石国政 康来仪 陈冬华 张永 殷方兰 查燕芬 毛军 庄琴 Steele SJ Myers T 2012中国艾滋病性病2012,18,11:17
12Hepatitis B virus and micro RNAs:Complex interactions affecting hepatitis B virus replication and hepatitis B virusassociated diseases显示文摘Chronic infection with the hepatitis B virus(HBV) is the leading risk factor for the development of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). With nearly 750000 deaths yearly, hepatocellular carcinoma is the second highest cause of cancer-related death in the world. Unfortunately, the molecular mechanisms that contribute to the development of HBV-associated HCC remain incompletely understood. Recently, micro RNAs(mi RNAs), a family of small non-coding RNAs that play a role primarily in post-transcriptional gene regulation, have been recognized as important regulators of cellular homeostasis, and altered regulation of mi RNA expression has been suggested to play a significant role in virus-associated diseases and the development of many cancers. With this in mind, many groups have begun to investigate the relationship between mi RNAs and HBV replication and HBV-associated disease. Multiple findings suggest that some mi RNAs, such as mi R-122, and mi R-125 and mi R-199 family members, are playing a role in HBV replication and HBV-associated disease, including the development of HBV-associated HCC. In this review, we discuss the current state of our understanding of the relationship between HBV and mi RNAs, including how HBV affects cellular mi RNAs, how these mi RNAs impact HBV replication, and the relationship between HBV-mediated mi RNA regulation and HCC development. 14Endoscopy and polyps-diagnostic and therapeutic advances in management显示文摘Despite multiple efforts aimed at early detection through screening, colon cancer remains the third leading cause of cancer-related deaths in the United States, with an estimated 51000 deaths during 2013 alone. The goal remains to identify and remove benign neoplastic polyps prior to becoming invasive cancers. Polypoid lesions of the colon vary widely from hyperplastic, hamartomatous and inflammatory to neoplastic adenomatous growths. Although these lesions are all benign, they are common, with up to one-quarter of patients over 60 years old will develop pre-malignant adenomatous polyps. Colonoscopy is the most effective screening tool to detect polyps and colon cancer, although several studies have demonstrated missed polyp rates from 6%-29%, largely due to variations in polyp size. This number can be as high as 40%, even with advanced (> 1 cm) adenomas. Other factors including sub-optimal bowel preparation, experience of the endoscopist, and patient anatomical variations all affect the detection rate. Additional challenges in decision-making exist when dealing with more advanced, and typically larger, polyps that have traditionally required formal resection. 15EFFECT OF COPPER AND BORON CONTENT ON STRAIN-INDUCED Nb(C,N) PRECIPITATION IN ULCB STEELS AT HOT DEFORMATION TEMPERATURE显示文摘The stress relaxation curves of Ultra-Low Carbon Bainitic(ULCB) steels with different Cu and B contents were measured by using Gleeble-1500 dynamic thermal-mechanical simulator. The results show that Cu and B added can accelerate the strain-induced precipitation reaction, and the effect of Cu and B is even more obvious with Cu and B combined addition or Cu content increased. The TEM analysis of precipitate engendered at the temperature of 850℃ C indicate that Nb(C,N) precipitate nucleates dominantly on the dislocation line, and grows with holding time extended while the precipitate particle size increases from 5 nm to 17 nm.G.F. 16男男性行为人群同性恋身份自我认同与艾滋病危险因素的相关性显示文摘[目的]探索男男性接触者(MSM)对自己同性恋身份的认同及其与艾滋病相关危险因素的关系。[方法]使用统一设计的调查问卷,对利用'滚雪球'、'网络动员'等途径招募的151名MSM采用匿名面对面询问方式调查其自我认同、性行为、性伴网络、吸毒史和健康相关行为。[结果]消极自我认同的比例为56.29%(85/151)。文化程度与自我认同有关联性(χ2=8.022,P<0.05)。自认性取向为同性恋的积极自我认同比例高于自认性取向为双性恋和异性恋者(χ2=5.108,P<0.05)。不同自我认同和与男性首次性行为年龄、与异性结婚可能性、人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)抗体检测率、过去6个月有异性性伴/固定男性伴/多次男性伴等因素的关联有统计学意义(P值均<0.05),其中积极自我认同的MSM与男性首次性行为更多发生在20岁以前、与异性结婚可能性小、更易接受HIV检测服务、拥有固定男性伴比例高、拥有异性性伴和多次男性伴的比例小。[结论]MSM人群消极自我认同的比例较高,其无保护性交和多性伴较广泛地存在,主动求医进行HIV抗体检测率较低,感染HIV危险性和传播桥梁作用也更大。应广泛开展社会反歧视宣传,促进MSM积极自我认同,增进艾滋病预防服务利用,有效降低艾滋病传播的风险。石国政 殷方兰 张永 宁镇 钟培松 Sarah Jane Steele Ted Myers 2012环境与职业医学2012,29,5:16
17Variation and mechanisms of clastic reservoir quality in the Paleogene Shahejie Formation of the Dongying Sag, Bohai Bay Basin, China显示文摘Reservoir quality varies greatly in the Shahejie Formation in the Dongying Sag. It is essential to analyze the variation and mechanisms of reservoir quality for determining the controlling factors based on cores, porosity measurements and fluid inclusion techniques and so on. The sandstones in the fluvial,(fan) delta-front have the best reservoir quality due to the depositional conditions mechanically controlling the petrology configuration and the primary porosity, and chemically influencing the diagenesis and development of secondary pores. The activity of the boundary faults and the sedimentary facies dominate the variation of reservoir quality in different areas and intervals. The reservoir quality varies with the position of sandstone beds in different vertical models of sandstone and mudstone. This mainly arose from the strong cementation or strong dissolution in the sandstone caused by the diagenesis evolution of adjacent mudstone. With higher oil saturation reservoir quality is better because the hydrocarbon charge favors dissolution and restricts cementation. 18经肛全直肠系膜切除术治疗直肠癌的优点和局限显示文摘在美国,结直肠癌的发病率和死亡率分别位于恶性肿瘤的第4位和第2位,其中直肠癌约占结直肠癌的1/3。对于可切除直肠癌而言,全直肠系膜切除术(total mesorectal excision,TME)仍然是手术的金标准。但骨盆狭窄、新辅助治疗后肿瘤触摸不清、照明及术野显露困难、远切缘确定困难及吻合器无法放置等解剖、技术和患者方面的因素,会使开腹及腹腔镜TME手术困难。在此环境下,"自下而上"的TME手术——经肛全直肠系膜切除手术(taTME)应运而生。taTME手术结合了腹腔镜及机器人手术的微创化、高清内镜平台的可视化及功能化以及经肛经腹直肠癌TME手术的优势。2010—2013年期间,Lacy等研究者陆续系列报道了taTME手术的实施情况,将该术式推向了高潮。 taTME手术采取改良截石位。手术分为腹部手术和会阴手术两个部分。腹部手术具体步骤可由术者偏好调整,但总体包括游离左侧结肠和脾曲、高位结扎肠系膜下血管和标准的TME手术。会阴部手术先在肿瘤远端采用荷包缝合封闭肠腔,在进行直肠冲洗后,放入操作平台,环形切开肠壁,"自下而上"沿直肠系膜无血管层面进行游离,直至与腹部组会合。标本可以经肛或经造口部位取出。可采取手工缝合或吻合器吻合完成消化道重建。taTME手术的优点和局限如下。 1. taTME手术优点:taTME手术采用经肛进入盆腔的入路方式,即使在低位局部进展期直肠癌、肥胖、骨盆狭窄等操作难度大的手术中,依然可以获得满意的视野显露。同时,由于在肿瘤远端荷包缝合肠壁,故对肿瘤远端切缘的判断更加准确。taTME手术相对简便地完成远端直肠系膜的游离切除,可能更有利于确保手术标本切缘的安全性和淋巴清扫的彻底性,并能得到更高质量的TME手术切除标本,使直肠癌患者的生存获益。国际登记机构的结果显示,taTME术后系膜完整率为96%,环周切缘和远端切缘阳性率分别为2.4%和0.3%。与腹腔镜手术相比,taTME手术时间更短,术后并发症发生率更低。taTME术后吻合口漏发生率和病死率分别为6.7%和2.6%。 2. taTME手术局限:尽管taTME手术有上述优点,现有研究也提示,taTME术后短期肿瘤学安全性满意,但这毕竟是一种新术式,尚缺乏长期随访结果,需要更大样本的对照试验来探究其临床、肿瘤学和功能学结果。此外,对于一个新术式,在实践中会遇见一些新的并发症。特别是"自下而上"的路径,要求外科医生从不同的视角重新认识原来的解剖结构,如直肠后间隙的游离、血管神经束的保护等。此外,也需要重视和预防术中输尿管损伤、盆壁自主神经损伤、骶前静脉损伤和术后盆腔脓肿的发生。上述损伤尤其容易发生在系膜或前列腺层面上,因此,对于有肿瘤史、盆腔放疗史、前列腺切除史或前列腺肥大的患者尤其需要谨慎。必须指出的是,梗阻性直肠肿瘤、急诊手术和T4期肿瘤是taTME的禁忌证。 综上所述,taTME有利于骨盆狭窄的"高难度"低位直肠癌患者的手术切除和标本质量,但作为一种全新的术式,还需要进一步研究其临床、肿瘤学和功能学结果。Deborah S Keller Scott R Steele 楼征 张卫 2018中华胃肠外科杂志2018,21,3:16
19Jurassic sedimentary evolution of southern Junggar Basin:Implication for palaeoclimate changes in northern Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,China显示文摘Junggar Basin,located in northern Xinjiang,presents continuous and multikilometer-thick strata of the Jurassic deposits.The Jurassic was entirely terrestrial fluvial and lacustrine deltaic sedimentation.Eight outcrop sections across the Jurassic strata were measured at a resolution of meters in southern Junggar Basin.Controlling factors of sedimentary evolution and palaeoclimate changes in Junggar Basin during the Jurassic were discussed based on lithology,fossils and tectonic setting.In the Early to Middle Jurassic,the warm and wide Tethys Sea generated a strong monsoonal circulation over the central Asian continent,and provided adequate moisture for Junggar Basin.Coal-bearing strata of the Badaowan,Sangonghe,and Xishanyao Formations were developed under warm and humid palaeoclimate in Junggar Basin.In the late Middle Jurassic,Junggar Basin was in a semi-humid and semi-arid environment due to global warming event.Stratigraphy in the upper part of the Middle Jurassic with less plant fossils became multicolor or reddish from dark color sediments.During the Late Jurassic,collision of Lhasa and Qiangtang Block obstructed monsoon from the Tethys Sea.A major change in climate from semi-humid and semi-arid to arid conditions took place,and reddish strata of the Upper Jurassic were developed across Junggar Basin.Shun-Li Li Xing-He Yu Cheng-Peng Tan Ronald Steel 2014Journal of Palaeogeography2014,3,2:15
