| 2 | Phytohormones and their metabolic engineering for abiotic stress tolerance in crop plants显示文摘Abiotic stresses including drought,salinity,heat,cold,flooding,and ultraviolet radiation causes crop losses worldwide.In recent times,preventing these crop losses and producing more food and feed to meet the demands of ever-increasing human populations have gained unprecedented importance.However,the proportion of agricultural lands facing multiple abiotic stresses is expected only to rise under a changing global climate fueled by anthropogenic activities.Identifying the mechanisms developed and deployed by plants to counteract abiotic stresses and maintain their growth and survival under harsh conditions thus holds great significance.Recent investigations have shown that phytohormones,including the classical auxins,cytokinins,ethylene,and gibberellins,and newer members including brassinosteroids,jasmonates,and strigolactones may prove to be important metabolic engineering targets for producing abiotic stress-tolerant crop plants.In this review,we summarize and critically assess the roles that phytohormones play in plant growth and development and abiotic stress tolerance,besides their engineering for conferring abiotic stress tolerance in transgenic crops.We also describe recent successes in identifying the roles of phytohormones under stressful conditions.We conclude by describing the recent progress and future prospects including limitations and challenges of phytohormone engineering for inducing abiotic stress tolerance in crop plants. | Shabir H.Wani Vinay Kumar Varsha Shriram Saroj Kumar Sah | 2016 | The Crop Journal2016,4,3: | 25 |
| 3 | Reoperation for early postoperative complications after gastric cancer surgery in a Chinese hospital显示文摘AIM:To investigate the occurrence of postoperative complications of gastric cancer surgery,and analyze the potential causes of reoperation for early postoperative complications. METHODS:A total of 1639 patients who underwent radical or palliative gastrectomies for gastric cancer were included in the study.The study endpoint was the analysis of postoperative complications in inpatients. RESULTS:About 31%of patients had early postoperative complications,and complications of infection occurred most frequently.Intra-abdominal hemorrhage and anastomotic leak were the main causes of reoperation,which accounted for about 2.2%.Mortality was 11.1%in the reoperation group,but was only 0.8%in other patients.The duration of postoperative stay in hospital was significantly longer and the total expenditure was markedly higher in the patients who underwent reoperation(P<0.001).There was no significant association of any available factors in this study with the high rate of reoperation.CONCLUSION:Reoperation significantly increases the mortality rate and raises the burden of the surgical unit.More prospective studies are required to explore the potential risk factors. | Birendra Kumar Sah | 2010 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2010,16,1: | 23 |

| 5 | 淫羊藿苷对MC3T3-E1细胞增殖分化的影响及机制研究显示文摘目的研究淫羊藿苷(ICA)对小鼠颅顶前成骨细胞(MC3T3-E1)增殖、分化的影响,以及骨形态发生蛋白2(BMP-2)/Smads信号通路在成骨细胞增殖、分化中的作用。方法用含不同浓度ICA(0、10、20、40 ng/ml)的完全培养液分别培养MC3T3-E1细胞48、72、96 h。HE染色法观察ICA对MC3T3-E1细胞形态的影响;分别用CCK-8及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)检测试剂盒检测ICA对MC3T3-E1细胞增殖活性和细胞ALP活性的影响;Western blot检测ICA对MC3T3-E1细胞BMP-2、骨形态发生蛋白2受体(BMPR-2)、Smad4和Smad1/5/8蛋白表达水平的影响。向细胞培养液中加入BMP抑制剂头蛋白(Noggin,100 ng/ml)阻断BMP-2/Smads信号通路后,再次检测上述各实验指标的变化。结果 ICA对MC3T3-E1细胞形态无明显影响;ICA(10、20 ng/ml)可增强MC3T3-E1细胞增殖活性( P 均<0.01)。ICA(10、20 ng/ml)可增强MC3T3-E1细胞ALP活性( P 均<0.01)。阻断BMP-2/Smads信号通路后,ICA促细胞增殖作用( P <0.01)及促分化作用( P <0.01)明显下降。ICA(10、20 ng/ml)可提高MC3T3-E1细胞BMP-2、BMPR-2、Smad4和Smad1/5/8蛋白表达水平( P 均<0.01)。当阻断BMP-2/Smads信号通路后,ICA促BMP-2、BMPR-2、Smad4和Smad1/5/8蛋白表达作用均受到抑制。结论 ICA对MC3T3-E1细胞形态无明显影响,ICA可能是通过上调MC3T3-E1前体成骨细胞BMP-2蛋白的表达,激活BMP-2/Smads信号通路,启动下游成骨相关基因的表达,从而促进细胞的增殖、分化。 | 安庆 刘国雄 Bikash Kumar Sah 周霖 庹伟 曹洪 | 2019 | 安徽医科大学学报2019,54,6: | 9 |

| 13 | 米索前列醇与Foley尿管水囊治疗足月引产效果对比的Meta分析显示文摘目的:应用Meta分析的方法对比米索前列醇与Foley尿管水囊治疗足月引产效果,进而指导临床的治疗。方法:计算机检索PubMed,MEDLINE,Cochrane Library Databases and Embase数据库,检索时间从建库到2018年3月止。收集期间公开发表的关于米索前列醇与Foley尿管水囊治疗足月引产效果对比的文献,由两位研究员独立依照纳入和排除标准筛选文献、提取数据和进行文献质量评估后,利用Review Manager 5.3统计软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入13篇文献,涉及4182例患者,其中米索前列醇组2096例,Foley尿管水囊组2186例。分析结果显示米索前列醇组与Foley尿管水囊组相比,剖宫产率减少(OR=0.76,95%CI=0.66~0.88,P=0.0002),阴道分娩率增加(OR=1.32,95%CI=1.14~1.52,P=0.0002)。然而,子宫收缩过频发生率(OR=5.21,95%CI=2.68~10.11,P<0.00001)、子宫过度刺激发生率(OR=3.06,95%CI=1.20~7.75,P=0.02)均高于Foley尿管水囊组;引产至分娩时(MD=-2.00,95%CI=-5.00~1.00,P=0.19),新生儿出生体重MD=-35.68,95%CI=-112.20~40.83,P=0.36),出生1min时Apgar评分小于7分发生率(OR=1.06,95%CI=0.78~1.43,P=0.72),出生5min时Apgar评分小于7分发生率(OR=1.30,95%CI=0.81~2.11,P=0.28),两组均无差异。结论:Meta分析结果表明米索前列醇可能减少剖宫产率,但会引起子宫收缩过频及过度刺激等并发症,仍需高质量研究来指导临床。 | Kabita Sah Swarnkar 易村犍 王夙斐 | 2018 | 长江大学学报(自然科学版)2018,15,12: | 3 |
