1Geological Features and Reservoiring Mode of Shale Gas Reservoirs in Longmaxi Formation of the Jiaoshiba Area显示文摘This study is based on the sedimentation conditions, organic geochemistry, storage spaces, physical properties, lithology and gas content of the shale gas reservoirs in Longmaxi Formation of the Jiaoshiba area and the gas accumulation mode is summarized and then compared with that in northern America. The shale gas reservoirs in the Longmaxi Formation in Jiaoshiba have good geological conditions, great thickness of quality shales, high organic content, high gas content, good physical properties, suitable depth, good preservation conditions and good reservoir types. The quality shales at the bottom of the deep shelf are the main target interval for shale gas exploration and development. Shale gas in the Longmaxi Formation has undergone three main reservoiring stages:the early stage of hydrocarbon generation and compaction when shale gas reservoirs were first formed; the middle stage of deep burial and large-scale hydrocarbon generation, which caused the enrichment of reservoirs with shale gas; the late stage of uplift, erosion and fracture development when shale gas reservoirs were finally formed.GUO Xusheng HU Dongfeng LI Yuping LIU Ruobing WANG Qingbo 2014Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2014,88,6:28
2A Day-ahead Economic Dispatch Method Considering Extreme Scenarios Based on Wind Power Uncertainty显示文摘As the intermittency of wind power is a growing concern in the day-ahead economic dispatch,this paper proposes a day-ahead economic dispatch method considering extreme scenarios of wind power by using an uncertainty set.The uncertainty set inspired by robust optimization is used to describe wind power intermittency in this paper.Four extreme scenarios based on the uncertainty set are formulated to represent the worst cases of wind power fluctuation.An economic dispatch method considering the costs of both load shedding and wind curtailment is proposed.The economic dispatch model can be easily solved by a quadratic programming method owing to the introduction of four extreme scenarios and the uncertainty set of wind power.Simulation is done using the IEEE 30-bus system and the results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.Jian Xu Bao Wang Yuanzhang Sun Qi Xu Ji Liu Huiqiu Cao Haiyan Jiang Ruobing Lei Mengjun Shen 2019CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2019,5,2:5
3Ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablationfor small liver cancers adjacent to large vessels:long-term outcomes and strategies显示文摘Objective The aim of the study was to evaluate the long-term efficacy and safety of percutaneous microwave ablation(MWA) for small hepatic cancers adjacent to large vessels and to investigate the treatment strategies.Methods From March 2009 to July 2015,a total of 86 patients with 94 tumors underwent ultrasound(US)-guided percutaneous MWA,with pathologically proven or clinically diagnosed liver cancers measuring ≤ 3 cm in diameter and located ≤ 10 mm from a major vessel(n = 94).Regular follow-up after MWA was performed to assess treatment efficacy and perioperative complications.Results The complete ablation rate at 1 month after MWA was 93.3%(84/90).The 6-,9-,12-,24-,36-,48-,60-,72-,and 84-month local recurrence rates were 2.4%,2.4%,3.7%,6.6%,8.4%,8.4%,8.4%,8.4%,and 8.4%,respectively.There were no major complications.The perioperative special complication rate was 5.32%(5/94),including 3 cases of moderate liver function damage and 2 cases of limited sub-capsular hematoma.Conclusion Percutaneous MWA for small hepatic cancers adjacent to large vessels is feasible,effective,and safe with an acceptable rate of complications.The key point is to strictly follow operative indications and adopt proper treatment strategies.Ruobing Liu Kaiyan Li Hongchang Luo Wei Zhang Tingting Zhang Meng Gao Wenhui Zha Xinwu Cui Youbin Deng 2017Oncology and Translational Medicine2017,3,2:3
4Interfacial bonding enhancement of the RTV recoating with sandwiched contaminant by plasma jet显示文摘Room temperature vulcanised(RTV)silicone rubber is widely used in electrical power system,applied to the glass or porcelain insulator surface to enhance insulation.RTV coatings get contaminated after long-term operation and need to be recoated.Contaminants accumulate and embed into the surface of base RTV coating,forming a hard-to-remove inorganic transition layer.Such sandwiched contaminant layer destroys the adhesion between original and reapplied silicone rubber coating greatly.Authors’study innovatively reports a method to enhance interfacial bond properties of the RTV recoating with sandwiched contaminant layer,by using an atmospheric-pulsed discharge plasma jet(APPJ)for surface treatment.Water boiling test and 180-degree peel test were conducted to evaluate interfacial bond properties macroscopically.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was applied to observe the cross-section of recoating interface,while Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)to detect chemical changes of contaminant layer,giving out microscopic and theoretical explanation.Shanshan Wang Shuang Li Jianjun Li Ruobing Zhang Hui Liu 2019High Voltage2019,4,4:1
5Sememe knowledge computation:a review of recent advances in application and expansion of sememe knowledge bases显示文摘A sememe is defined as the minimum semantic unit of languages in linguistics.Sememe knowledge bases are built by manually annotating sememes for words and phrases.HowNet is the most well-known sememe knowledge base.It has been extensively utilized in many natural language processing tasks in the era of statistical natural language processing and proven to be effective and helpful to understanding and using languages.In the era of deep learning,although data are thought to be of vital importance,there are some studies working on incorporating sememe knowledge bases like HowNet into neural network models to enhance system performance.Some successful attempts have been made in the tasks including word representation learning,language modeling,semantic composition,etc.In addition,considering the high cost of manual annotation and update for sememe knowledge bases,some work has tried to use machine learning methods to automatically predict sememes for words and phrases to expand sememe knowledge bases.Besides,some studies try to extend HowNet to other languages by automatically predicting sememes for words and phrases in a new language.In this paper,we summarize recent studies on application and expansion of sememe knowledge bases and point out some future directions of research on sememes.Fanchao QI Ruobing XIE Yuan ZANG Zhiyuan LIU Maosong SUN 2021Frontiers of Computer Science2021,15,5:1
6Phase-change memory based on matched Ge-Te,Sb-Te,and In-Te octahedrons:Improved electrical performances and robust thermal stability显示文摘Phase-change memory(PCM)has been developed for three-dimensional(3D)data storage devices,posing huge challenges to the thermal stability and reliability of PCM.However,the low thermal stability of Ge2Sb2Te5(GST)limits further application.Here,we demonstrate PCM based on In0.9Ge2Sb2Te5(IGST)alloy,showing 180C 10-years data retention,6 ns set speed,one order of magnitude longer life time,and 75%reduced power consumption compared to GST-based device.The In can occupy the cationic positions and the In-Te octahedrons with good phase-change properties can geometrically match well with the host Ge-Te and Sb-Te octahedrons,acting as nucleation centers to boost the set speed and enhance the endurance of IGST device.Introducing stable matched phase-change octahedrons can be a feasible way to achieve practical PCMs.Ruobing Wang Zhitang Song Wenxiong Song Tianjiao Xin Shilong Lv Sannian Song Jun Liu 2021InfoMat2021,3,9:1

9Gas in place and its controlling factors of deep shale of the Wufeng–Longmaxi Formations in the Dingshan area, Sichuan Basin显示文摘Recently, deeply-buried shale (depth > 3500 m) has become an attractive target for shale gas exploration and development in China. Gas-in-place (GIP) is critical to shale gas evaluation, but the GIP content of deep shale and its controlling factors have rarely been investigated. To clarify this issue, an integrated investigation of deep gas shale (3740–3820 m depth) of the Lower Paleozoic Wufeng–Longmaxi Formations (WF–LMX) in the Dingshan area, Sichuan Basin had been carried out. Our results show that the GIP content of the studied WF–LMX shale in the Dingshan area ranges from 0.85 to 12.7 m^(3)/t, with an average of 3.5 m^(3)/t. Various types of pores, including organic matter (OM) pore and inorganic pore, are widely developed in the deep shale, with total porosity of 2.2 to 7.3% (average = 4.5%). The OM pore and clay-hosted pore are the dominant pore types of siliceous shale and clay-rich shale, respectively. Authigenic quartz plays a critical role in the protection of organic pores in organic-rich shales from compaction. The TOC content controls the porosity of shale samples, which is the major factor controlling the GIP content of the deep shale. Clay minerals generally play a negative role in the GIP content. In the Sichuan Basin, the deep and ultra-deep WF–LMX shales display the relatively high porosity and GIP contents probably due to the widespread of organic pores and better preservation, revealing great potentials of deep and ultra-deep shale gas. From the perspective of rock mechanical properties, deep shale is the favorable exploration target in the Sichuan Basin at present. 10Anti-oxidative effect of zinc in human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells显示文摘Human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells(HUC-MSCs)are pluripotent and functional in many biological processes,by which releasing secretary factors to promote the self-repairing of damaged tissue or developing into functional cell at local organ.However,there is a high risk that oxidative stress would reduce the pluripotency and factor-secretion during the preparation and transplantation.Therefore,reducing oxidative stress is expected to improve the efficacy of HUC-MSCs therapy.Zinc[Zn] is an essential trace element which involves in the resistance of oxidative stress.To investigate Zn-regulated signaling pathways,we have profiled the gene expression at transcriptome level in primary HUC-MSCs treated with zinc sulfate,followed with GO and KEGG gene enrichment analysis.Zn treatment improved signal pathways for mineral absorption,cell growth,and cell death.Zn deficiency was mimicked by TPEN administration,which suppressed cell proliferation and reduced the expression of HUC-MSCs surface stem cell markers CD73,CD90 and CD105 by flow cytometry.Nuclear factor erythrocyte 2 related factor 2(Nrf2)plays an important role in antioxidant biological processes.In vitro treatment of Zn significantly increased Nrf2 and Sirt3 expression at gene level and protein level respectively.Zn supplementation inhibited TPEN-induced failure of cell survival and reversed the reduction of Nrf2 and Sirt3 expression,which further reduced the production of ROS.Zn successfully presented its antioxidation effect by activating Nrf2/Sirt3 signaling pathway in HUC-MSCs.Zn supplementation may improve the efficacy of HUC-MSCs therapy with reduced oxidative stress.Xiaodan Lu Yifan Lin Xiuying Lin Qiang Zhang Zihang Wang Xuguang Mi Ruobing Wang Xiaofang Zhang Xu Luan Yan Liu Bing Li YanTan Yanqiu Fang 2021Biophysics Reports2021,7,2:0
11Potential geographical distribution of Anopheles gambiae worldwide under climate change显示文摘Background:Anopheles gambiae(An.gambiae)is considered the most effective malaria vector worldwide and is widely distributed in Africa.The purpose of this study is to determine the potential impact of climate change on An.gambiae and predict the present and future potential suitable habitat globally.Methods:In this study,environmental variables,global occurrence data of An.gambiae,and the maximum entropy model(MaxEnt)were used to evaluate the contribution of environmental factors and predict the habitat suitability of An.gambiae under the current and future scenarios.Results:Among all environmental variables,isothermality(Bio3,34.5%)contributed the most to An.gambiae distribution.Under current climate conditions,the potential suitable areas for An.gambiae are mainly located near the equator(approximately 30°N-30°S),with a total area of 16.58 million km2,including central and northern South America,a fraction of areas near the equator of North America,central and southern Africa,some tropical regions of southern Asia,and small areas of Oceania.The areas of potential suitable habitats would be reduced to varying degrees in future climate scenarios.Conclusions:Potential suitable habitats for An.gambiae may not be limited to Africa.Necessary surveillance and preventive measures should be undertaken in high-risk regions,including those outside Africa,to monitor and control the spread of An.gambiae.Chao Li Yuan Gao Zhe Zhao Delong Ma Ruobing Zhou Jun Wang Qinfeng Zhang Qiyong Liu 2021Journal of Biosafety and Biosecurity2021,3,2:0

13A novel SSA-CCA framework for muscle artifact removal from ambulatory EEG显示文摘Background Electroencephalography(EEG)has gained popularity in various types of biomedical applications as a signal source that can be easily acquired and conveniently analyzed.However,owing to a complex scalp electrical environment,EEG is often polluted by diverse artifacts,with electromyography artifacts being the most difficult to remove.In particular,for ambulatory EEG devices with a restricted number of channels,dealing with muscle artifacts is a challenge.Methods In this study,we propose a simple but effective novel scheme that combines singular spectrum analysis(SSA)and canonical correlation analysis(CCA)algorithms for single-channel problems and then extend it to a few channel case by adding additional combining and dividing operations to channels.Results We evaluated our proposed framework on both semi-simulated and real-life data and compared it with some state-of-the art methods.The results demonstrate this novel framework's superior performance in both single-channel and few-channel cases.Conclusions This promising approach,based on its effectiveness and low time cost,is suitable for real-world biomedical signal processing applications.Yuheng FENG Qingze LIU Aiping LIU Ruobing QIAN Xun CHEN 2022Virtual Reality & Intelligent Hardware2022,4,1:0
14Novel 2D CaCl crystals with metallicity, room-temperature ferromagnetism, heterojunction, piezoelectricity-like property and monovalent calcium ions显示文摘Under ambient conditions,the only known valence state of calcium ions is+2,and the corresponding crystals with calcium ions are insulating and nonferromagnetic.Here,using cryo-electron microscopy,we report direct observation of two-dimensional(2D)CaCl crystals on reduced graphene oxide(rGO)membranes,in which the calcium ions are only monovalent(i.e.+1).Remarkably,metallic rather than insulating properties are displayed by those CaCl crystals.More interestingly,room-temperature ferromagnetism,graphene-CaCl heterojunction,coexistence of piezoelectricity-like property and metallicity,as well as the distinct hydrogen storage and release capability of the CaCl crystals in rGO membranes are experimentally demonstrated.We note that such CaCl crystals are obtained by simply incubating rGO membranes in salt solutions below the saturated concentration,under ambient conditions.Theoretical studies suggest that the formation of those abnormal crystals is attributed to the strong cation-πinteractions of the Ca cations with the aromatic rings in the graphene surfaces.The findings highlight the realistic potential applications of such abnormal CaCl material with unusual electronic properties in designing novel transistors and magnetic devices,hydrogen storage,catalyzers,high-performance conducting electrodes and sensors,with a size down to atomic scale.Lei Zhang Guosheng Shi Bingquan Peng Pengfei Gao Liang Chen Ni Zhong Liuhua Mu Lijuan Zhang Peng Zhang Lu Gou Yimin Zhao Shanshan Liang Jie Jiang Zejun Zhang Hongtao Ren Xiaoling Lei Ruobing Yi Yinwei Qiu Yufeng Zhang Xing Liu Minghong Wu Long Yan Chungang Duan Shengli Zhang Haiping Fang 2021National Science Review2021,8,7:0
15One-pot synthesis of SrTiO_(3)-SrCO_(3) heterojunction with strong interfacial electronic interaction as a novel photocatalyst for water splitting to generate H_(2)显示文摘Photocatalytic hydrogen evolution from water splitting is a promising strategy for realizing the vision of carbon neutrality.Herein,a novel SrTi O_(3)-SrCO_(3)n-n heterojunction was used for the first time for water splitting to generate H_(2).The heterojunction was synthesized by a soft chemical one-pot hydrothermal method.The Sr TiO_(3)-SrCO_(3)loading with 3 wt%Pt shows the maximum photocatalytic H_(2)evolution rate of3.62 mmol h^(-1)g^(-1)under simulated sunlight irradiation,which is 20.1 times higher than that of pristine SrTiO_(3).The apparent quantum efficiency of Sr TiO_(3)-SrCO_(3)reaches 21.73%at 313 nm,and it shows good stability during cyclic experiment.The formation of compact Sr TiO_(3)-SrCO_(3)heterojunction with strong interfacial electronic interaction promotes the transmission and separation of photo-generated carriers.The results of XPS,PL,PC,EIS and DFT support the mechanism of improving photocatalytic activity based on carrier dynamics.This work provides a facile and effective method to enhance the activity of Sr Ti O_(3)-based heterojunction photocatalysts.Yige Deng Song Shu Ningjie Fang Ruobing Wang Yinghao Chu Zhaobing Liu Wanglai Cen 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,2:0
