1A vicinal effect for promoting catalysis of Pd1/TiO2:supports of atomically dispersed catalysts play more roles than simply serving as ligands显示文摘Atomically dispersing metal atoms on supports has been emerging as an effective strategy to maximize the atom utilization of metals for catalysis. However, due to the lack of effective tools to characterize the detailed structure of metal-support interface, the chemical functions of supports in atomically dispersed metal catalysts are hardly elucidated at the molecular level. In this work, an atomically dispersed Pd_1/TiO_2 catalyst with Ti(Ⅲ) vicinal to Pd is prepared and used to demonstrate the direct involvement of metal atoms on support in the catalysis of dispersed metal atoms. Systematic studies reveal that the Ti(Ⅲ)-O-Pd interface facilitates the activation of O_2 into superoxide(O_2^-), thus promoting the catalytic oxidation. The catalyst exhibits the highest CO turn-over frequency among ever-reported Pd-based catalysts,and enhanced catalysis in the combustion of harmful volatile organic compound(i.e., toluene) and greenhouse gas(i.e., methane). The demonstrated direct involvement of metal atoms on oxide support suggests that the real active sites of atomically dispersed metal catalysts can be far beyond isolated metal atoms themselves. 2Secure Sensitive Data Sharing on a Big Data Platform显示文摘Users store vast amounts of sensitive data on a big data platform. Sharing sensitive data will help enterprises reduce the cost of providing users with personalized services and provide value-added data services.However, secure data sharing is problematic. This paper proposes a framework for secure sensitive data sharing on a big data platform, including secure data delivery, storage, usage, and destruction on a semi-trusted big data sharing platform. We present a proxy re-encryption algorithm based on heterogeneous ciphertext transformation and a user process protection method based on a virtual machine monitor, which provides support for the realization of system functions. The framework protects the security of users' sensitive data effectively and shares these data safely. 4Triboelectric–Electromagnetic Hybrid Generator for Harvesting Blue Energy显示文摘Progress has been developed in harvesting lowfrequency and irregular blue energy using a triboelectric–electromagnetic hybrid generator in recent years. However,the design of the high-efficiency, mechanically durable hybrid structure is still challenging. In this study, we report a fully packaged triboelectric–electromagnetic hybrid generator(TEHG), in which magnets were utilized as the trigger to drive contact–separation-mode triboelectric nanogenerators(CS-TENGs) and coupled with copper coils to operate rotary freestanding-mode electromagnetic generators(RF-EMGs). The magnet pairs that produce attraction were used to transfer the external mechanical energy to the CS-TENGs, and packaging of the CS-TENGpart was achieved to protect it from the ambient environment. Under a rotatory speed of 100 rpm, the CS-TENGs enabled the TEHG to deliver an output voltage, current,and average power of 315.8 V, 44.6 μA, and ~ 90.7 μW,and the output of the RF-EMGs was 0.59 V, 1.78 m A, and 79.6 μW, respectively. The cylinder-like structure made the TEHG more easily driven by water flow and demonstrated to work as a practical power source to charge commercial capacitors. 5Sentiment analysis using deep learning approaches:an overview显示文摘Nowadays,with the increasing number of Web 2.0 tools,users generate huge amounts of data in an enormous and dynamic way.In this regard,the sentiment analysis appeared to be an important tool that allows the automation of getting insight from the user-generated data.Recently,deep learning approaches have been proposed for different sentiment analysis tasks and have achieved state-of-the-art results.Therefore,in order to help researchers to depict quickly the current progress as well as current issues to be addressed,in this paper,we review deep learning approaches that have been applied to various sentiment analysis tasks and their trends of development.This study also provides the performance analysis of different deep learning models on a particular dataset at the end of each sentiment analysis task.Toward the end,the review highlights current issues and hypothesized solutions to be taken into account in future work.Moreover,based on knowledge learned from previous studies,the future work subsection shows the suggestions that can be incorporated into new deep learning models to yield better performance.Suggestions include the use of bidirectional encoder representations from transformers(BERT),sentiment-specific word embedding models,cognition-based attention models,common sense knowledge,reinforcement learning,and generative adversarial networks.Olivier HABIMANA Yuhua LI Ruixuan LI Xiwu GU Ge YU 2020Science China(Information Sciences)2020,63,1:7
6High-efficiency second-order nonlinear processes in an optical microfibre assisted by few-layer GaSe显示文摘The centrosymmetric nature of silica fibre precludes the realisation of second-order nonlinear processes in optical fibre systems.Recently,the integration of 2D materials with optical fibres has opened up a great opportunity to develop allfibre active devices.Here,we demonstrate high-efficiency second-order nonlinear frequency conversions in an optical microfibre assisted with few-layer gallium selenide(GaSe)nanoflakes.Attributed to the strong evanescent field of the microfibre and ultrahigh second-order nonlinearity of the GaSe nanoflakes,second harmonic generation(SHG)and sum-frequency generation(SFG)are effectively achieved with only sub-milliwatt continuous-wave(CW)lasers in the wavelength range of 1500–1620 nm,covering the C and L telecom bands.The SHG intensity from the microfibre is enhanced by more than four orders of magnitude with the assistance of the GaSe nanoflakes on fibre nonlinear processes.Moreover,in the SFG process,the intensity transfer between different frequencies can be effectively manipulated by changing the wavelengths and powers of two pump lasers.The realised strong second-order nonlinearity in the GaSe-integrated microfibre might expand the applications of all-fibre devices in all-optical signal processing and new light source generation at awkward wavelengths.Biqiang Jiang Zhen Hao Yafei Ji Yueguo Hou Ruixuan Yi Dong Mao Xuetao Gan Jianlin Zhao 2020Light(Science & Applications)2020,9,1:4
7One-Dimensional Magnetic FeCoNi Alloy Toward Low-Frequency Electromagnetic Wave Absorption显示文摘Rational designing of one-dimensional(1D)magnetic alloy to facilitate electromagnetic(EM)wave attenuation capability in low-frequency(2-6 GHz)microwave absorption field is highly desired but remains a significant challenge.In this study,a composite EM wave absorber made of a FeCoNi medium-entropy alloy embedded in a 1D carbon matrix framework is rationally designed through an improved electrospinning method.The 1D-shaped FeCoNi alloy embedded composite demonstrates the high-density and continuous magnetic network using off-axis electronic holography technique,indicating the excellent magnetic loss ability under an external EM field.Then,the in-depth analysis shows that many factors,including 1D anisotropy and intrinsic physical features of the magnetic medium-entropy alloy,primarily contribute to the enhanced EM wave absorption performance.Therefore,the fabricated EM wave absorber shows an increasing effective absorption band of 1.3 GHz in the low-frequency electromagnetic field at an ultrathin thickness of 2 mm.Thus,this study opens up a new method for the design and preparation of high-performance 1D magnetic EM absorbers.Bintong Yang Jiefeng Fang Chunyang Xu Hui Cao Ruixuan Zhang Biao Zhao Mengqiu Huang Xiangyu Wang Hualiang Lv Renchao Che 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,10:4
8Effects of Si Addition on Microstructure,Properties and Serration Behaviors of Lightweight Al-Mg-Zn-Cu Medium-entropy Alloys显示文摘A series of as-cast lightweight multicomponent alloys Al(86-x)Mg10Zn2Cu2Six(x=0,0.3,0.6,0.9,1.2 at.%)were prepared by a vacuum induction furnace with a steel die.With the addition of Si,the reticular white Al-Cu phase deposited were gradually replaced by the gray eutectic Mg-Si phase,while the compressive strength of the alloys increases first and then decreases slowly.It is particularly noteworthy that the compression plasticity also exhibits this trend.When the Si content is 0.9 at.%,the compressive strength reaches its maximum at 779.11 MPa and the compressive plasticity reaches 20.91%.The effect of the addition of Si on the serration behavior of alloy was also studied;we found that the addition of Si introduces a new MgSi phase,and with the change of Si is significantly affects the morphology of the precipitated phase,which affects the serration behavior of the alloys.The comprehensive mechanical properties of the alloy are optimal at the critical point where the serration behavior disappears.In this work,we have provided a method and a composition for the preparation of a low-cost,high-strength,lightweight medium-entropy alloys.Yasong Li Ruixuan Li Yong Zhang 2019Research and Application of Materials Science2019,1,1:3

10IL1RN promotes osteoblastic differentiation via interacting with ITGB3 in osteoporosis显示文摘The occurrence and progress of osteoporosis(OP)are partially caused by impaired osteoblast differentiation.Interleukin-I receptor antagonist(IL1RN)is an immune modulatory molecule that commonly functions by means of competing the binding site of IL-1R with IL-1.Although it was recently reported that IL1RN is involved in osteoblast differentiation,the role of IL1RN in osteogenesis remains unclear.In this work,we first investigated the expression pattern of IL1RN in ovariectomy mice and in vitro osteogenic induction of MC3T3-E1 and C3H10T1/2 cells.To verify the exact role of IL1RN in osteoblast differentiation,we established IL1RN-downregulated/upregulated cell lines.The results indicated that IL1RN was constantly expressed in MC3T3-E1 and C3H10T1/2 cells.Interestingly,an increase of IL1RN expression in osteoblasts occurred when osteoblasts were cultured in osteogenic medium(OM).As expected,silencing of IL1RN attenuated the osteogenic effect of OM,while IL1RN overexpression increased the osteogenic staining and promoted the expression of osteogenic markers,including alkaline phosphatase,osterix,and osteocalcin.In addition to evaluating the function of IL1RN in osteoblasts,we also investigated the molecular mechanism of the role of IL1RN in osteoblasts.We found that IL1RN interacts with integrinβ3 to activateβ-catenin signaling,which finally regulates osteoblast differentiation.Taken together,this study provides the framework that IL1RN,as a novel regulator of osteogenesis,may be a potential therapeutic target for the treatment of OP.Zehua Zou Ruixuan Liu Yiwen Wang Yufei Xing Zuowei Shi Kaifu Wang Daming Dong 2021Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,3:3

12Digital Gene Expression Analysis of Huanglongbing Affected Mandarins(Citrus reticulata Blanco)In Response to Thermotherapy显示文摘Huanglongbing(HLB),which is mainly associated with“Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus”(CLas),is currently threatening citrus production around the world.This destructive century-old disease results in callose deposition in phloem plasmodesmata and starch overaccumulation in leaf chloroplasts.Heat treatment with high humidity has proven to be effective in eliminating the CLas titers in potted citrus trees.This study explored the curative mechanisms and impact of heat treatment(from 32 to 48°C with 75%±5%relative humidity,14h in light and 10h in dark for four days)on mandarin trees(Citrus reticulata Blanco)that were severely infected by CLas using Solexa/Illumina’s digital gene expression(DGE)profiling.A total of 838 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were identified,of which 510 were downregulated.Proteinprotein interaction analysis of the DEGs indicated that the thermotherapy of HLB trees downregulated the circadian clock related genes in chloroplasts and upregulated the RNA-editing process in the mitochondria,characterized by 141 genes encoding pentatricopeptide repeatcontaining proteins(PPR)being all upregulated.Furthermore,the expression of phenylpropanoid and flavonoid biosynthesis genes,and auxininduced genes were suppressed.The defense response pathway of the thermotherapy treated diseased trees was apparently disrupted,as indicated by the downregulation of LRR receptor-like serine/threonine-protein kinase FLS2 gene.This study improves our understanding of the curative mechanisms of heat treatment on HLB trees and CLas biological regulation.Importantly,this provides new insights on the involvement of RNA modification by PPR genes and changes in the circadian clock after the heat stress treatment of CLas-infected citrus.Ruixuan Pan Yanling Chen Xiaoling Deng Meirong Xu 2021Horticultural Plant Journal2021,7,1:2
13A Novel Hybrid Method to Analyze Security Vulnerabilities in Android Applications显示文摘We propose a novel hybrid method to analyze the security vulnerabilities in Android applications.Our method combines static analysis,which consists of metadata and data flow analyses with dynamic analysis,which includes dynamic executable scripts and application program interface hooks.Our hybrid method can effectively analyze nine major categories of important security vulnerabilities in Android applications.We design dynamic executable scripts that record and perform manual operations to customize the execution path of the target application.Our dynamic executable scripts can replace most manual operations,simplify the analysis process,and further verify the corresponding security vulnerabilities.We successfully statically analyze 5547 malwares in Drebin and 10 151real-world applications.The average analysis time of each application in Drebin is 4.52 s,whereas it reaches 92.02 s for real-word applications.Our system can detect all the labeled vulnerabilities among 56 labeled applications.Further dynamic verification shows that our static analysis accuracy approximates 95%for real-world applications.Experiments show that our dynamic analysis can effectively detect the vulnerability named input unverified,which is difficult to be detected by other methods.In addition,our dynamic analysis can be extended to detect more types of vulnerabilities.Junwei Tang Ruixuan Li Kaipeng Wang Xiwu Gu Zhiyong Xu 2020Tsinghua Science and Technology2020,25,5:2
14Octave-spanning microcomb generation in 4H-silicon-carbide-on-insulator photonics platform显示文摘Silicon carbide has recently emerged as a promising photonics material due to its unique properties, including possessing strong second-and third-order nonlinear coefficients and hosting various color centers that can be utilized for a wealth of quantum applications. Here, we report the design and demonstration of octave-spanning microcombs in a 4H-silicon-carbide-on-insulator platform for the first time, to our knowledge. Such broadband operation is enabled by optimized nanofabrication achieving >1 million intrinsic quality factors in a 36-μm-radius microring resonator, and careful dispersion engineering by investigating the dispersion properties of different mode families. For example, for the fundamental transverse-electric mode whose dispersion can be tailored by simply varying the microring waveguide width, we realized a microcomb spectrum covering the wavelength range from 1100 nm to 2400 nm with an on-chip power near 120 mW. While the observed comb state is verified to be chaotic and not soliton, attaining such a large bandwidth is a crucial step towards realizing f-2f self-referencing.In addition, we also observed a coherent soliton-crystal state for the fundamental transverse-magnetic mode,which exhibits stronger dispersion than the fundamental transverse-electric mode and hence a narrower bandwidth.Lutong Cai Jingwei Li Ruixuan Wang Qing Li 2022Photonics Research2022,10,4:2

16Second harmonic generation in a hollow-core fiber filled with GaSe nanosheets显示文摘Frequency conversions using various all-fiber nonlinear devices can benefit many applications,including communications,sensing,microscope,and imaging.In this study,we report in-fiber second harmonic generation(SHG)in an optical hollow-core fiber(HCF)that can be used for frequency conversion.The HCF filled with a dispersion of gallium selenide(GaSe)nanosheets in the ultraviolet-cured optical adhesive supports a well-propagating mode in the fiber core,which enables effective light interaction with dispersed GaSe nanosheets and a strong SHG process.Based on theoretical analysis,the optimal HCF length for maximizing SHG is approximately 0.41 mm.The broadband SHG of the GaSe-filled HCF device is demonstrated by tuning the pump wavelength from 1460 to 1600 nm.Moreover,a time-varied SHG in the device is revealed due to additional second-order susceptibility induced by the polarization of silica.The proposed device with a compact and robust structure has the potential to be connected to existing all-fiber telecom and sensing systems for numerous nonlinear engineering applications.Zhen HAO Yuxin MA Biqiang JIANG Yueguo HOU Ailun LI Ruixuan YI Xuetao GAN Jianlin ZHAO 2022Science China(Information Sciences)2022,65,6:2
17Vortex tuning magnetization configurations in porous Fe_(3)O_(4) nanotube with wide microwave absorption frequency显示文摘The design and optimization of one-dimension(1D)magnetic material are of great importance for the energy conversion,storage and spin electron devices,which remain a huge challenge.Herein,1D porous Fe_(3)O_(4) nanotubes(NTs)have been fabricated via a combined process of electrospinning and calcination.In the electrospinning precursors,by regulating the content ratio between two types of polyvinyl pyrrolidone with different molecular weight,porous Fe_(3)O_(4) NTs with vortex-domain configuration have been fabricated.Based on the unique 1D nanotube structure encapsulated with multi-domains,the composite Fe_(3)O_(4) NTs exhibit high complex permeability(μʹ,μʺ)values,and hold both strong magnetic storage and dissipation capacity.Our Fe_(3)O_(4) NTs exhibit excellent microwave absorption(MA)performance with the maximum reflection loss value of−57.1 dB and the efficient absorption bandwidth of 12.0 GHz.The generated magnetic vortices make the crucial contribution to the spin-wave resonance which improves the MA dissipation under high-frequency.Related magnetic flux line distribution and magnetic domain moment were confirmed by the electron holography and micro-magnetic simulation,respectively,providing the deep insight to the microwave absorption mechanism.Ruixuan Zhang Lei Wang Chunyang Xu Chongyun Liang Xianhu Liu Xuefeng Zhang Renchao Che 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:2
