| 1 | 腹腔镜规则性右半肝切除12例临床分析显示文摘目的探讨腹腔镜规则性右半肝切除术的可行性。方法12例腹腔镜右半肝切除术病例中,10例被怀疑为恶性病变。手术按照:1、肝门解剖,2、腔静脉解剖,3、肝实质切除的步骤进行。结果5例在腹腔镜下完成手术,5例腹腔镜辅助下完成手术,2例中转开腹肝切除。4例需要输血。全组有1例出现胆漏,1例切口裂开,无死亡病例。全组平均住院8.3 d,完全在腹腔镜下完成手术的病例平均住院日为4.1 d。被诊断为肝癌的9例,随访中2例死亡,1例为肝癌肝内转移.1例为结肠癌转移灶切除术后的广泛转移。另7例结肠癌肝转移患者随访6-24个月,至今存活。结论腹腔镜下右半肝切除术在选择性病例基础上施行是可行和安全的。 | 吴志明 Les Nathanson Nick O’Rourke | 2006 | 中华普通外科杂志2006，21，1： | 13 |
| 2 | 用桡动脉脉搏波估测硝酸甘油对中心动脉压的影响显示文摘目的:通过测量桡动脉波定量硝酸甘油降低中心动脉反射波增压的效应。方法:19名志愿者,年龄54±7岁,无严重器质性疾病,试验前停用所有心血管药物至少3天,试验当天禁食。先测基础仰卧位肱动脉血压和桡动脉脉搏波,随后随机贴上安慰剂或 5 mg硝酸甘油贴剂,每隔半小时以同样的方式记录血压和脉搏波,共 5个小时后撕去贴膜,再记录 2 小时。动脉脉搏波分析仪实时把桡动脉脉搏波换算为中心动脉脉搏波,显示中心动脉反射波增压(AUG)和中心动脉反射波增压指数(AI)。结果:安慰剂组(9例),用药前后比较,心率(HR),射血时间(ED),肱动脉收缩压(PSP),肱动脉舒张压(PDP)和肱动脉平均压(PMP)及计算的中心动脉波增压、增压指数、中心动脉收缩压等各项参数均无显著变化。 5 mg硝酸甘油贴剂组 ( 10例)用药前后比较,射血时程、中心动脉波增压、增压指数、中心动脉收缩压在用药后半小时即显著下降,至3.5小时达高峰,撕去贴膜后2小时恢复到基础水平,但心率、肱动脉收缩压、肱动脉舒张压和肱动脉平均压无明显变化。结论:通过分析桡动脉脉搏波,可以定量中心动脉反射波增压,阐明硝酸甘油的作用,显示其起效、维持、撤除的动态变化。 | 蒋雄京 晋万强 刘力生 李臣文 台培春 张兴才 张淑珍 刘国仗 Micheal O’Rourke | 2000 | 高血压杂志2000，8，1： | 11 |

| 4 | Carcinogenesis on the background of liver fibrosis: Implications for the management of hepatocellular cancer显示文摘Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is now the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths globally and many patients have incurable disease. HCC predominantly occurs in the setting of liver cirrhosis and is a paradigm for inflammation-induced cancer. The causes of chronic liver disease promote the development of transformed or premalignant hepatocytes and predisposes to the development of HCC. For HCC to grow and progress it is now clear that it requires an immunosuppressive niche within the fibrogenic microenvironment of cirrhosis. The rationale for targeting this immunosuppression is supported by responses seen in recent trials with checkpoint inhibitors. With the impact of immunotherapy, HCC progression may be delayed and long term durable responses may be seen. This makes the management of the underlying liver cirrhosis in HCC even more crucial as studies demonstrate that measures of liver function are a major prognostic factor in HCC. | 12 | Three-dimensional simulation of liquid injection,film formation and transport,in fluidized beds显示文摘Liquid injection,and film formation and transport in dense-phase gas-solids fluidized beds are numerically simulated in three dimensions using a collisional exchange model that is based on the mechanism that collisions cause transfer of liquid mass,momentum,and energy between particles. In the model,each of the particles is represented by a solid core and a liquid film surrounding the core. The model is incorporated in the framework of the commercial code Barracuda? developed by CPFD Software. The commercial software is an advanced CFD-based computational tool where the particles are treated as discrete entities,calculated by the MP-PIC method,and tracked using the Lagrangian method. Details of the collisional liquid transfer model have been previously presented in O'Rourke,Zhao,and Snider (2009); this paper presents new capabilities and proof-testing of the collision model and a new method to better quantify the penetration length. Example calculations of a fluidized bed without liquid injection show the expected effect of collisions on the reduction of granular temperature (fluctuational kinetic energy) of the bed. When applied to liquid injection into a dense-phase fluidized bed under different conditions,the model predicts liquid penetration lengths comparable to the experiments. In addition,the simulation reveals for the first time the dynamic mixing of the liquid droplets with the bed particles and the transient distribution of the droplets inside the bed. | Paul Zhao Peter J.
