1一种带有旋动流引导器的新型小口径人造血管流场的数值模拟显示文摘大尺寸人造血管的临床应用已取得很大成功,但用于冠状动脉等旁路搭桥的小口径人造血管的急性血栓堵塞问题,至今仍未解决.因此,本文设计了一种可装于小口径人造血管前的旋流导引器,以期使进入人造血管内的血流产生旋动.对带有旋流导引器的人造血管内的血流流场进行了计算机数值模拟分析,并与常规人造血管内的血流流场进行了比较.数值模拟分析揭示,这种旋流导引器的确能使人造血管内的血流产生旋动,从而改变人造血管内的血流流场和流速分布,使近壁面血液的流速和壁面剪切应力得到极大提高.本研究认为,血液在人造血管壁面的流速和壁面剪切应力的提高,可抑制小口径人造血管内急性血栓的形成,从而达到提高小口径人造血管的通畅率的目的.张治国 樊瑜波 邓小燕 王贵学 张鹤 Guidoin Robert 2008中国科学(C辑)2008,38,9:6
2腔内隔绝术用支架的织物覆膜体外弯折疲劳的研究显示文摘腹主动脉瘤等血管疾病严重影响着人们的生活,威胁人们的生命。针对此疾病研制的腔内隔绝术用覆膜支架(Stent-graft,SG)能够有效地降低风险,减小患者的痛苦,但是不同品牌的支架产品存在一些问题。针对影响T品牌腔内隔绝术用覆膜支架疲劳老化性能因素的假设,根据模拟人体血管系统及腹主动脉处SG弯折运动方式的原理,成功设计搭建了具有弯折功能的SG体外模拟疲劳老化装置。实现了对SG进行弯折摩擦的体外模拟实验,初步验证了SG的疲劳老化机理,为进一步研究腔内隔绝术用支架的织物覆膜的疲劳老化性能提供了一定的理论与实验依据。林婧 沈高天 王璐 GUIDOIN Robert 2011中国生物医学工程学报2011,30,4:4
3经编疝修复补片的力学性能表征与临床意义显示文摘对具有三针开口经缎组织的疝修复补片进行抗张强度、延伸性和刚度的测试与评价,提出临床应用的建议.在强度与延伸性方面,由顶破测试结果表明,该结构补片的强度远大于腹壁的生理要求,但伸长率不能满足腹壁弹性要求.单向拉伸测试表明,密度对比系数K影响该结构补片力学各向异性,K值较高时更符合腹壁的各向异性特点.缝合牵拉和纵向撕裂性能符合腹壁的力学要求,但当横向线圈被破坏时,横向撕裂强力显著降低.该结构补片的弯曲刚度有正反面差异,临床学者应重视材料的正反面刚度与纵横向的力学差异,在进行剪裁时应避免破坏横向线圈.苗琳莉 徐睿 NOOR Sanbhal 王璐 GUIDOIN Robert 2016东华大学学报(自然科学版)2016,42,6:3

54种腔内隔绝术用覆膜支架老化特性的比较研究显示文摘针对4种不同品牌的腔内隔绝术用覆膜支架(SG),在临床使用后表现出的不同程度和不同类型等老化现象,从组成SG的织物覆膜、金属支架及其缝合线等3个方面,以及织物覆膜的表观性能、纺织结构性能和力学性能等3个层次,分析比较了4种SG各自的结构特点和性能优势。研究表明,较低的纬向紧度(55.09%)易引起经纱滑移,而较高的织物紧度(114.55%)可保证织物组织结构的稳定性。同时金属支架和织物覆膜的缝合方式也在一定程度上影响了SG整体稳定性。通过比较4种SG老化特性,得出了SG优化结构,建议织物覆膜采用复丝纱线,纬向单纤维拉伸性能较好的纱线会提升SG力学稳定性;金属支架采用'Z'形环状支架较菱形网状支架更有利于发挥支撑作用。研究结果提示了建立预测SG老化性能的体外疲劳模拟系统的必要性。刘冰 王璐 林婧 Guidoin Robert 2012中国生物医学工程学报2012,31,4:3
6聚丙烯纤维基/硅树脂复合腹壁疝修复补片移出物的研究显示文摘该文以一种腹壁疝修复补片移出物植入前后的理化性能变化,结合组织病理学分析,探究补片与人体间的相互作用与疝复发的可能原因。研究表明,人体组织大部分长在聚丙烯纤维面,硅树脂面引流孔处有组织长入,产生部分粘连。长入人体组织的补片皱缩率达49.89%。当人体组织去除后,通过SEM观察可知,聚丙烯纤维表面出现较多不规则横向裂缝,硅树脂面表面完整。DSC和TGA测试结果显示聚丙烯纤维热稳定性能降低。ATR-FTIR测试结果中没有出现代表聚丙烯纤维被氧化的羰基峰,硅树脂化学稳定性较好。组织病理学分析显示聚丙烯纤维周围有部分炎性细胞存在,但整体炎症反应不大。综上所述,聚丙烯纤维降解、硅树脂面引流孔处的粘连,补片结构的明显皱缩,都可能是引起疝复发的主要原因。该文还为补片结构的设计提供了新思路,即要适当增大纤维间孔隙和减少引流孔分布和其孔径。武亚琼 李绍杰 毛迎 乔燕莎 李彦 Guidoin Robert 劳继红 唐健雄 王璐 2018生物医学工程学进展2018,39,1:2
7具有局部耐久结构覆膜支架织物覆膜的成型与性能研究显示文摘覆膜支架织物覆膜的失效主要是由Z形金属支架尖端对周围织物覆膜的反复磨损所引起。拟设计并制备一种具有局部耐久结构的覆膜支架织物覆膜,并从结构(织物密度、壁厚和水渗透性)、力学性能(管状织物径向拉伸和顶破)及体外加速疲劳模拟实验三方面研究组织结构和纬向密度对织物覆膜结构与性能的影响。结果表明,具有局部耐久结构的织物壁厚低于0.15 mm,水渗透性低于15 mL/min/cm^2,显著低于商用样及对照样;织物纬密较高,尤其是试样A,纬密在7~8根/mm之间。径向拉伸断裂强度平均12.3 N/mm,与商用样接近;顶破强度平均27.3 N/mm^2,显著优于商用样,表明基本满足覆膜支架织物覆膜的结构与力学性能要求;具有局部耐久结构的织物覆膜出现零破损,表明局部耐久结构的联合组织可有效遏制织物覆膜的磨损,但长期耐久性能仍需进一步研究。杜佳 林婧 Guidoin Robert 张景怿 卢俊 张福虎 劳继红 王璐 2017中国生物医学工程学报2017,36,2:2
8两种机织覆膜结构的腔内隔绝术用人工血管疲劳性能的比较显示文摘腔内隔绝术用人工血管(stent-graft,SG)长期植入人体后会出现不同程度疲劳损坏而导致内漏.针对这一问题设计制备了两种不同机织覆膜组织结构的SG试样,采用体外扭转弯折疲劳模拟装置对其进行体外仿真疲劳模拟,并对疲劳后试样进行非破坏性(总体观察)和破坏性(织物结构、物理特性)测试研究.结果表明:随着实验时间的延长,SG疲劳现象加剧;覆膜、支架及缝合线都出现了不同程度的老化破损;覆膜结晶度下降;覆膜组织结构为平纹的SG比3/1斜纹的SG更容易产生疲劳破损,但其结构更加稳定.管晓宁 林婧 王璐 GUIDOIN Robert 2014东华大学学报(自然科学版)2014,40,6:2

10Donkey pericardium as a select sourcing to manufacture percutaneous heart valves:Decellularization has not yet demonstrated any clear cut advantage to glutaraldehyde treatment显示文摘Background:The donkey pericardium is considered a good candidate to manufacture percutaneous heart valves based upon its thinness,low cellularity and undulating collagen bundles and laminates.Decellularization represents an avenue worth exploring,should its superiority to glutaraldehyde-treated pericardium be demonstrated.Materials and methods:Donkey pericardium was divided into two groups:regular glutaraldehyde fixation and mild decellularization.The treated pericardia were observed using scanning electron microscopy,histology and transmission electron microscopy.Tensile tests were performed along the axial and perpendicular directions,with the data fitted into both the Gasser–Ogden–Holzapfel(GOH)material model and the Fung’s anisotropic one.Results:The microstructures of the pericardia processed by the two protocols were similar,showing collagen bundles and laminates free of flaws.The decellularization eliminated most of the cells,however leaving the structure somehow compressed.The collagen filaments in bundles were slightly blurry.The anisotropy rates of the non-decellularized specimens were almost identical to the decellularized ones.The decellularized pericardium appeared stiffer.Conclusion:The decellularization proved to be effective.However,it makes the tissue stiffer,which may lead to higher shear concentration during cardiac cycles and reduce its wavy microstructure.Therefore,it appears premature to select decellularized donkey pericardium to manufacture heart valves.Aisa Rassoli Yiming Li Xianhao Bao Fabien Kawecki Xinzhe Zhao Daniel Chappard Gaetan Le-Bel Jiaxuan Feng Benedikt Weber Nasser Fatouraee Ze Zhang Zaiping Jing Lucie Germain Lu Wang Robert Guidoin 2019Medicine in Novel Technology and Devices2019,,4:1

12Customized and in situ fenestrated stent-grafts:A reinforced poly-ε-caprolactone branch cuff designed to prevent type III endoleaks and enhance hemodynamics显示文摘Superior long-term anchorage of the bridging stent-grafts from the fenestrated main body endograft could be achieved with the addition of a flared cuff,capable of preventing the previously observed fabric fraying around the fenestration as a result of the balloon angioplasty of the seal zone.This novel stent cuff design will also facilitate more complete biointegration of the devices,eliminate the hemodynamic variation as well as significantly reduce the possibility of a Type III endoleak.The feasibility of this concept is demonstrated by observations made from in-situ tests performed in a Beta endograft design.Flared cuffs made of poly(ε-caprolactone)supported with a weft-knitted polyester structure can be manufactured with various configurations to optimize the transition from the main body of the endograft,thus preventing the currently marketed designs’hemodynamic perturbation while also promoting endograft biointegration.This concept represents an evolution in branch graft design,which may enhance the long-term durability of customized fenestrations and open new applications for in-vivo graft fenestration in the near future.Further ongoing investigation to optimize its structure,X-ray opacity,fixation to the flared stent,and material biocompatibility are still required to build upon this concept’s proof.Fujun Wang Chaojing Li Robert Guidoin Abedalwafa Mohammed Graeham Douglas Fan Zhao Guy Dionne Ze Zhang Haripriya Ramesh Lu Wang Mark Nutley 2021Medicine in Novel Technology and Devices2021,,1:1

14Simulation of blood flow in a small-diameter vascular graft model with a swirl (spiral) flow guider显示文摘Small-diameter vascular grafts are in large demand for coronary and peripheral bypass procedures, but present products still fail in long-term clinical application. In the present communication, a new type of small-diameter graft with a swirl flow guider was proposed to improve graft patency rate. Flow pattern in the graft was simulated numerically and compared with that in a conventional graft. The numerical results revealed that the swirl flow guider could indeed make the blood flow rotate in the new graft. The swirling flow distal to the flow guider significantly altered the flow pattern in the new graft and the ve- locity profiles were re-distributed. Due to the swirling flow, the blood velocity near the vessel wall and wall shear rate were greatly enhanced. We believe that the increased blood velocity near the wall and the wall shear rate can impede the occurrence of acute thrombus formation and intimal hyperplasia, hence can improve the graft patency rate for long-term clinical use.Robert GUIDOIN 2008Science China(Life Sciences)2008,51,10:1

16Fatigue Performance of Fabrics of Stent-Grafts Supported with Z-Stents vs. Ringed Stents显示文摘Stent-grafts were commercialized rapidly and gained a broad clinical acceptance over the past two decades. However,relatively more recent recognition of particular stent-graft design shortcomings have been identified which need to be addressed. It appears that various stent-graft designs may be more or less resistant to metal fatigue and /or fabric abrasions which can lead to type III and type IV endoleaks over the long term. Therefore,it is necessary to investigate the fatigue performance of the most common stentgraft designs: Z-stents and ringed stents,in a long-term in vitro fatigue simulation environment. This paper aimed to analyze nondestructively( gross observations) and destructively( fabric characteristics,mechanical and chemical properties) in order to put forward suggestions to improve the fabric and stent characteristics that may prevent type III and IV endoleaks. The fabric supported with ringed stent-grafts remained nearly completely intact after 168h. However, the fabric supported with Z-stents demonstrated significant damage. Fabric characteristics and tensile strength of the fibers did not present a significant difference between the control and fatigue simulated specimens. The crystallinity declined for both specimens. The fatigue performance of fabrics supported with ringed stents appears to be superior to that supported with Z-stents.
