| 1 | Situation Awareness of Active Distribution Network:Roadmap,Technologies,and Bottlenecks显示文摘With the rapid development of local generation and demand response,the active distribution network(ADN),which aggregates and manages miscellaneous distributed resources,has moved from theory to practice.Secure and optimal operations now require an advanced situation awareness(SA)system so that operators are aware of operation states and potential risks.Current solutions in distribution supervisory control and data acquisition(DSCADA)as well as the distribution automation system(DAS)generally are not able to meet the technology requirements of SA.In this paper,the authors’participation in the project of developing an SA system as the basic component of a practical active distribution management system(ADMS)deployed in Beijing,China,is presented.This paper reviews the ADN’s development roadmap by illustrating the changes that are made in elements,topology,structure,and control scheme.Taking into consideration these hardware changes,a systematic framework is proposed for the main components and the functional hierarchy of an SA system for the ADN.The SA system’s implementation bottlenecks are also presented,including,but not limited to issues in big data platform,distribution forecasting,and security evaluation.Potential technology solutions are also provided. | Jin Lin Can Wan Yonghua Song Renle Huang Xiaoshuang Chen Wanfang Guo Yi Zong You Shi | 2016 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2016,2,3: | 13 |

| 3 | TGIF2 promotes the progression of lung adenocarcinoma by bridging EGFR/RAS/ERK signaling to cancer cell stemness显示文摘TGF-β-induced factor homeobox 2(TGIF2)is a transcription regulator that plays essential roles in the regulation of development and cell fate decisions.Aberrant expression of TGIF family proteins has been observed in several cancers,including ovarian,esophageal,and colorectal cancers.Here,we report that TGIF2 mediates the EGFR–RAS–ERK signaling pathway to enhance the stemness of lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD)cells and,therefore,promote the progression and metastasis of LUAD.We found that high TGIF2 expression was closely correlated with tumor growth,lymph node metastasis,and survival of patients with LUAD.Mice bearing TGIF2-silenced H1299 xenografts developed smaller tumors and fewer lung metastases.Importantly,silencing TGIF2 decreased the cancer stem cell(CSC)-like properties in A549 and H1299 cells.Furthermore,we identified that TGIF2 binding to the OCT4 promoter promotes its expression.In both LUAD cells and in vivo LUAD mouse models,we revealed that EGFR–RAS–ERK signaling phosphorylated TGIF2 and increased its stability,which was important for TGIF2-promoted LUAD stemness since phosphorylation-deficient TGIF2 mutants lost these functions.Thus,our study revealed that an important factor,TGIF2,bridges EGFR signaling to the CSC characteristics of LUAD cells,which can be utilized as an effective target for LUAD therapy. | Renle Du Wenzhi Shen Yi Liu Wenjuan Gao Wei Zhou Jun Li Shuangtao Zhao Chong Chen Yanan Chen Yanhua Liu Peiqing Sun Rong Xiang Yi Shi Yunping Luo | 2019 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2019,4,1: | 7 |

| 13 | Acetoacetate promotes muscle cell proliferation via the miR-133b/SRF axis through the Mek-Erk-MEF2 pathway显示文摘Acetoacetate(AA)is an important ketone body that is used as an oxidative fuel to supply energy for the cellular activities of various tissues,including the brain and skeletal muscle.We recently revealed a new signaling role for AA by showing that it promotes muscle cell proliferation in vitro,enhances muscle regeneration in vivo,and ameliorates the dystrophic muscle phenotype of Mdx mice.In this study,we provide new molecular insight into this function of AA.We show that AA promotes C2C12 cell proliferation by transcriptionally upregulating the expression of muscle-specific miR-133b,which in turn stimulates muscle cell proliferation by targeting serum response factor.Furthermore,we show that the AA-induced upregulation of miR-133b is transcriptionally mediated by MEF2 via the Mek-Erk1/2 signaling pathway.Mechanistically,our findings provide further convincing evidence that AA acts as signaling metabolite to actively regulate various cellular activities in mammalian cells. | Ran Zhong Renling Miaot Jiao Meng Rimao Wu Yong Zhang Dahai Zhu | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,8: | 1 |
