| 1 | 高效率中点钳位型光伏逆变器拓扑比较显示文摘光伏逆变器是太阳能光伏发电系统的核心部件之一。为了提高太阳辐射能的利用效率,降低光伏发电的成本,高效率的光伏逆变器拓扑已成为近年来的研究热点。中点钳位型(NPC)三电平电路拓扑由于具有开关损耗小、电磁干扰(EMI)小、光伏阵列对地杂散电容上无共模漏电流、所需滤波电感小等优点,非常适用于单相光伏逆变器。本文对三种典型的三电平NPC拓扑(二极管NPC、有源NPC(ANPC)和Conergy NPC)进行了全面深入的比较分析,包括调制原理、功率损耗分布、器件成本和性能特点,并通过实验测试了三种拓扑的效率。研究结果表明:①Conergy NPC的效率在三种拓扑中最高,且所用器件数最少;②有源NPC的功率损耗分布可以灵活调节,有利于大功率应用场合的散热设计,但其控制比较复杂,且器件成本在三种拓扑中最高;③二极管NPC拓扑的功率损耗分布不易调节,不利于大功率应用场合的散热设计。 | 马琳 孙凯 Remus Teodorescu 金新民 | 2011 | 电工技术学报2011,26,2: | 54 |
| 2 | Multipurpose use of the over-the-scope-clip system(“Bear claw”) in the gastrointestinal tract:Swiss experience in a tertiary center显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the outcome of over-the-scope-clip system(OTSC)for endoscopic treatment of various indications in daily clinical practice in Switzerland.METHODS:This prospective,consecutive case series was conducted at a tertiary care hospital from September 2010 to January 2014.Indications for OTSC application were fistulae,anastomotic leakage,perforation,unroofed submucosal lesion for biopsy,refractory bleeding,and stent fixation in the gastrointestinal(GI)tract.Primary technical success was defined as the adequate deployment of the OTSC on the target lesion.Clinical success was defined as resolution of the problem;for instance,no requirement for surgery or further endoscopic intervention.In cases of recurrence,retreatment of a lesion with a second intervention was possible.Complications were classified into those related to sedation,endoscopy,or deployment of the clip.RESULTS:A total of 28 OTSC system applications werecarried out in 21 patients[median age 64 years(range42-85),33%females].The main indications were fistulae(52%),mostly after percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy tube removal,and anastomotic leakage after GI surgery(29%).Further indications were unroofed submucosal lesions after biopsy,upper gastrointestinal bleeding,or esophageal stent fixation.The OTSC treatments were applied either in the upper(48%)or lower(52%)GI tract.The mean lesion size was 8 mm(range:2-20 mm).Primary technical success and clinical success rates were 85%and 67%,respectively.In53%of cases,the suction method was used without accessories(e.g.,twin grasper or tissue anchor).No endoscopy-related or OTSC-related complications were observed.CONCLUSION:OTSC is a useful tool for endoscopic closure of various GI lesions,including fistulae and leakages.Future randomized prospective multicenter trials are warranted. | Michael Christian Sulz Reto Bertolini Remus Frei Gian-Marco Semadeni Jan Borovicka Christa Meyenberger | 2014 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,43: | 17 |
| 3 | Herb-induced liver injury: Systematic review and meta-analysis显示文摘BACKGROUND The use of herbal supplements and alternative medicines has been increasing in the last decades.Despite popular belief that the consumption of natural products is harmless,herbs might cause injury to various organs,particularly to the liver,which is responsible for their metabolism in the form of herb-induced liver injury(HILI).AIM To identify herbal products associated with HILI and describe the type of lesion associated with each product.METHODS Studies were retrieved using Medical Subject Headings Descriptors combined with Boolean operators.Searches were run on the electronic databases Scopus,Web of Science,MEDLINE,BIREME,LILACS,Cochrane Library for Systematic Reviews,SciELO,Embase,and Opengray.eu.Languages were restricted to English,Spanish,and Portuguese.There was no date of publication restrictions.The reference lists of the studies retrieved were searched manually.To access causality,the Maria and Victorino System of Causality Assessment in Drug Induced Liver Injury was used.Simple descriptive analysis were used to summarize the results.RESULTS The search strategy retrieved 5918 references.In the final analysis,446 references were included,with a total of 936 cases reported.We found 79 types of herbs or herbal compounds related to HILI.He-Shou-Wu,Green tea extract,Herbalife,kava kava,Greater celandine,multiple herbs,germander,hydroxycut,skullcap,kratom,Gynura segetum,garcinia cambogia,ma huang,chaparral,senna,and aloe vera were the most common supplements with HILI reported.Most of these patients had complete clinical recovery(82.8%).However,liver transplantation was necessary for 6.6%of these cases.Also,chronic liver disease and death were observed in 1.5%and 10.4%of the cases,respectively.CONCLUSION HILI is normally associated with a good prognosis,once the implied product is withdrawn.Nevertheless,it is paramount to raise awareness in the medical and non-medical community of the risks of the indiscriminate use of herbal products. | Vinícius Remus Ballotin Lucas Goldmann Bigarella Ajacio Bandeira de Mello Brandão Raul Angelo Balbinot Silvana Sartori Balbinot Jonathan Soldera | 2021 | World Journal of Clinical Cases2021,9,20: | 4 |

| 12 | On brain activity mapping: Insights and lessons from Brain Decoding Project to map memory patterns in the hippocampus显示文摘The BRAIN project recently announced by the president Obama is the reflection of unrelenting human quest for cracking the brain code, the patterns of neuronal activity that define who we are and what we are. While the Brain Activity Mapping proposal has rightly emphasized on the need to develop new technologies for measuring every spike from every neuron, it might be helpful to consider both the theoretical and experimental aspects that would accelerate our search for the organizing principles of the brain code. Here we share several insights and lessons from the similar proposal, namely, Brain Decoding Project that we initiated since 2007. We provide a specific example in our initial mapping of real-time memory traces from one part of the memory circuit, namely, the CA1 region of the mouse hippocampus. We show how innovative behavioral tasks and appropriate mathematical analyses of large datasets can play equally, if not more, important roles in uncovering the specific-to-general feature-coding cell assembly mechanism by which episodic memory, semantic knowledge, and imagination are generated and organized. Our own experiences suggest that the bottleneck of the Brain Project is not only at merely developing additional new technologies, but also the lack of efficient avenues to disseminate cutting edge platforms and decoding expertise to neuroscience community. Therefore, we propose that in order to harness unique insights and extensive knowledge from various investigators working in diverse neuroscience subfields, ranging from perception and emotion to memory and social behaviors, the BRAIN project should create a set of International and National Brain Decoding Centers at which cutting-edge recording technologies and expertise on analyzing large datasets analyses can be made readily available to the entire community of neuroscientists who can apply and schedule to perform cutting-edge research. | TSIEN Joe Z.
