20饲喂全亚麻籽和瘤胃保护共轭亚油酸丰富的日粮对荷斯坦种公牛脂肪酸的组成显示文摘试验选取48头年轻荷斯坦公牛来评估日粮补充亚麻籽和共轭亚油酸(CLA)对肌内和皮下脂肪的脂肪酸组成的影响。试验分为4个处理,分别饲喂等能等蛋白日粮:对照组(亚麻籽0,CLA 0),亚麻籽组(亚麻籽10%,CLA 0),CLA组(亚麻籽0,CLA 2%),亚麻籽+CLA(亚麻籽10%,CLA 2%)。日粮富含亚麻籽和CLA,增加CLAc-9,t-11,α亚麻酸(ALA)的水平,并减少在n-6/n-3脂肪酸比值。日粮富含亚麻籽和CLA时,肌内和皮下脂肪脂肪酸组成有相似的趋势,CLAc-9、t-11、α亚麻酸(ALA)水平均增加,n-6/n-3脂肪酸比值降低。与对照组相比,日粮补充亚麻籽通过增加n-3和共轭亚油酸的脂肪酸比率,降低n-6/n-3改善了脂肪酸组成。补充亚麻籽可以增加n-3和共轭亚油酸的脂肪酸的比例,降低n-6/n-3比率,与对照组相比改善了的脂肪酸组成。CLA水平的增加与补充亚麻籽取得了相似的组织CLA水平,但与对照组得到了相似的n-3比率。CLA能提高组织CLA水平,以亚麻籽补充的日粮,其含量受n-6/n-3的比例影响。亚麻籽与CLA的联合补充比单独添加能更有效地增加总多不饱和脂肪酸和共轭亚油酸含量。可以得出结论,补充亚麻籽和/或CLA能够增加对人类健康有益的一些脂肪酸的水平。Gómez I Mendizabal J A Sarriés M V Insausti K Albertí P Realini C Pérez-Juan M Oliver M A Purroy A Beriain M J 2015饲料博览2015,0,10:0
