1西南岩溶区粉垄耕作和免耕方式下甘蔗地土壤优先流特征显示文摘以西南岩溶区的典型农地甘蔗地为研究对象,采用野外染色示踪技术,利用形态学解析手段,并结合土壤水分分层评价方法,对粉垄耕作和免耕方式下甘蔗地土壤优先流特征进行研究。结果表明:在相同外部供水条件下,粉垄耕作甘蔗地水分下渗湿润锋迹线较免耕甘蔗地平缓,呈均匀整体形式下渗,平均下渗深度是免耕甘蔗地的0.95倍,其优先流染色形态相对于免耕甘蔗地的枝状分化状态,多以零散团块状分化形式为主;在相同外部条件下,免耕甘蔗地最先发生优先流现象,优先流的发生速度是粉垄耕作甘蔗地的1.45倍,平均优先流比达88.61%,大于粉垄耕作甘蔗地(82.89%),二者之间差异显著(P<0.05);沿土壤深度的增加,优先流在粉垄耕作甘蔗地土壤空间中的发展变化程度表现为'次活跃—活跃—次活跃—相对稳定—次活跃',而免耕甘蔗地表现为'次活跃—活跃—次活跃—相对稳定',免耕甘蔗地的优先流空间发展变化程度较高,主要发生在5—35cm土层范围内,相比粉垄耕作甘蔗地10—30cm土层深。粉垄耕作方式与免耕方式相比,降低了岩溶区甘蔗地土壤优先流的发生与发展,在一定程度上提高了土壤的保肥蓄水能力。陈晓冰 严磊 陈廷速 李振东 甘磊 SAEED Rad 2018水土保持学报2018,32,4:19
2High-fidelity replication of thermoplastic microneedles with open microfluidic channels显示文摘Development of microneedles for unskilled and painless collection of blood or drug delivery addresses the quality of healthcare through early intervention at point-of-care.Microneedles with submicron to millimeter features have been fabricated from materials such as metals,silicon,and polymers by subtractive machining or etching.However,to date,large-scale manufacture of hollow microneedles has been limited by the cost and complexity of microfabrication techniques.This paper reports a novel manufacturing method that may overcome the complexity of hollow microneedle fabrication.Prototype microneedles with open microfluidic channels are fabricated by laser stereolithography.Thermoplastic replicas are manufactured from these templates by soft-embossing with high fidelity at submicron resolution.The manufacturing advantages are(a)direct printing from computeraided design(CAD)drawing without the constraints imposed by subtractive machining or etching processes,(b)high-fidelity replication of prototype geometries with multiple reuses of elastomeric molds,(c)shorter manufacturing time compared to three-dimensional stereolithography,and(d)integration of microneedles with open-channel microfluidics.Future work will address development of open-channel microfluidics for drug delivery,fluid sampling and analysis.Zahra Faraji Rad Robert E.Nordon Carl J.Anthony Lynne Bilston Philip D.Prewett Ji-Youn Arns Christoph H.Arns Liangchi Zhang Graham J.Davies 2017Microsystems & Nanoengineering2017,3,1:9
3耕作方式对岩溶区甘蔗地土壤优先流特征的影响显示文摘岩溶区特殊的岩性地质条件,使土壤优先流现象广泛发生。以广西岩溶区内的典型农地甘蔗地作为研究对象,利用野外染色示踪技术和图像解析方法,分别对传统耕作(CT)和粉垄耕作(SRT)方式下的田间土壤优先流特征进行分析,揭示耕作方式对岩溶区甘蔗地土壤优先流的发生及其空间发展变化的影响。结果表明:①在相同外部供水条件下,传统耕作甘蔗地优先流运动分化程度相对较高,多呈指状形式,且平均湿润锋下渗深度为43.19 cm,显著大于粉垄耕作(P<0.05),而粉垄耕作甘蔗地优先流以横向运动形式为主,表现为团块状湿润锋形式;②粉垄耕作甘蔗地土壤优先流发生时间显著滞后于传统耕作(P<0.05),是其1.67倍;③随土壤深度的增加,两种耕作方式下的甘蔗地土壤优先流发育程度总体呈现先增加后降低的变化趋势,但粉垄耕作甘蔗地优先流比(70.72%)和长度指数(527.12%)均显著小于传统耕作甘蔗地(P<0.05),且在土壤空间中对应的染色形态变异系数(1.19)是传统耕作的1.38倍,优先流发育程度显著低于传统耕作甘蔗地。粉垄耕作与传统耕作方式相比,在一定程度上降低了田间土壤优先流现象,改善了田间土层中的水肥状况。陈晓冰 严磊 李振东 SAEED Rad 陈廷速 甘磊 2019土壤2019,51,4:9
4糖尿病患者血清胱抑素C和急性反应指标与视网膜病变严重程度相关性研究(英文)显示文摘目的:评估糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)严重程度与血清胱抑素C和急性时相反应指标的相关性,包括红细胞沉降率(ESR)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)。方法:研究纳入了1mo内就诊的所有糖尿病视网膜病患者。患者均记录人口统计学数据。行眼科检查,同时检测糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、ESR、hs-CRP和血清胱抑素C水平。结果:研究包括67例糖尿病患者,其中19例(28.3%)无视网膜病变患者,22例(32.8%)非增殖型视网膜病变患者和26例(38.8%)增殖型视网膜病变患者。三组间平均年龄、性别分布、平均糖尿病病程、高血压和血脂异常患病率、吸烟状况以及Hb A1c水平无明显差异。随着视网膜病变发展,平均血清胱抑素C水平显著提高,三组分别为1.1±0.48,1.22±0.38,1.71±0.92(P=0.007)。在多元回归分析中,仅血清胱抑素C与糖尿病视网膜病变严重程度有关(P=0.025)。结论:研究表明,在独立于急性时相反应指标,血清胱抑素C水平随DR加重升高。因此,该结论可作为初级医护人员区分高危患者的标志。Joobin Khadamy Gholamhossein Yaghoobi Abbas Hosseini Rad Mahnaz Najafi Saeed Reza Heydari Pardis Khademi 2018国际眼科杂志2018,18,3:8
5广西甘蔗地不同耕作方式下土壤孔隙特征显示文摘为探究广西地区不同耕作方式对甘蔗地土壤孔隙结构的影响,选取经过3年耕作(CT)与免耕(NT)处理的两种不同耕作方式下的甘蔗地土壤作为研究对象,利用X射线CT扫描技术和ImageJ等软件获得表征土壤孔隙二维分布和三维特征的参数,并对土壤孔隙结构进行三维重构与可视化。结果表明:两种处理下土壤质地组成差异不大,但耕作使得土壤容重降低,改变了有机质的分布,使有机质含量显著增加。耕作主要影响土壤中的大孔隙(>50μm)和中孔隙(0.2~50μm)的分布,使得0—30 cm土层大孔隙减少,中孔隙增加。耕作处理土壤孔隙的面密度和复杂度的波动大于免耕处理。耕作处理的土壤孔隙连通度均值(0.687)显著高于免耕处理(0.465),孔隙弯曲度均值(1.314)显著低于免耕处理(1.348),孔隙度和孔隙数均值(0.526%,8174)显著小于免耕处理(1.181%,16306)。免耕土壤孔隙在三维空间中分布较多且均匀,但孔隙孤立,连通较少,并且孔隙路径较弯曲。耕作土壤孔隙在三维空间中分布虽少,但分布呈网络型,交叉连通孔隙较多,孔隙通道连续且规则。因此,在广西地区甘蔗种植中,相较免耕而言,耕作增加土壤中生物性大孔隙,增加孔隙的连通度,降低孔隙通道的弯曲度,有利于土壤水分与溶质运移通道形成,并且促进作物根系生长和微生物活动,改善土壤的导水透气性,对甘蔗的生长发育具有积极作用。甘磊 李健 李帅 韦灵 Saeed Rad 2020水土保持研究2020,27,6:7
6Polymeric vs hydroxyapatite-based scaffolds on dental pulp stem cell proliferation and differentiation显示文摘AIM: To evaluate adhesion, proliferation and differentiation of human dental pulp stem cells(h DPSCs) on four commercially available scaffold biomaterials. METHODS: hD PSCs were isolated from human dental pulp tissues of extracted wisdom teeth and established in stem cell growth medium. h DPSCs at passage 3-5 were seeded on four commercially available scaffold biomaterials, SureO ss(Allograft), Cerabone(Xenograft), PLLA(Synthetic), and OSTEON Ⅱ Collagen(Composite), for 7 and 14 d in osteogenic medium. Cell adhesion and morphology to the scaffolds were evaluated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). Cell proliferation and differentiation into osteogenic lineage were evaluated using DNA counting and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) activity assay, respectively. RESULTS: All scaffold biomaterials except Sure Oss(Allograft) supported h DPSC adhesion, proliferation and differentiation. hD PSCs seeded on PLLA(Synthetic) scaffold showed the highest cell proliferation and attachment as indicated with both SEM and DNA counting assay. Evaluating the osteogenic differentiation capability of hD PSCs on different scaffold biomaterials with ALP activity assay showed high level of ALP activity on cells cultured on PLLA(Synthetic) and OSTEON ⅡCollagen(Composite) scaffolds. SEM micrographs also showed that in the presence of Cerabone(Xenograft) and OSTEON Ⅱ Collagen(Composite) scaffolds, the h DPSCs demonstrated the fibroblastic phenotype with several cytoplasmic extension, while the cells on PLLA scaffold showed the osteoblastic-like morphology, round-like shape. CONCLUSION: PLLA scaffold supports adhesion, proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of hD PSCs. 7Use of a new retrograde filling material(Biodentine) for endodontic surgery: two case reports显示文摘Mineral trioxide aggregate(MTA) is considered at the present time as the gold standard for root-end filling in endodontic surgery.However, this biocompatible material presents several drawbacks such as a long setting time and handling difficulties. The aim of this article is to present a new commercialized calcium silicate-based material named Biodentine with physical improved properties compared to MTA in a clinical application. Two endodontic microsurgeries were performed by using specific armamentarium(microsurgical instrumentation, ultrasonic tips) under high-power magnification with an operatory microscope. Biodentine was used as a root-end filling in order to seal the root canal system. The two cases were considered completely healed at 1 year and were followed for one more year. 9Alunite processing method selection using the AHP and TOPSIS approaches under fuzzy environment显示文摘Alunite is the most important non bauxite resource for alumina. Various methods have been proposed and patented for processing alunite, but none has been performed at industrial scale and no technical,operational and economic data is available to evaluate methods. In addition, selecting the right approach for alunite beneficiation, requires introducing a wide range of criteria and careful analysis of alternatives.In this research, after studying the existing processes, 13 methods were considered and evaluated by 14 technical, economic and environmental analyzing criteria. Due to multiplicity of processing methods and attributes, in this paper, Multi Attribute Decision Making methods were employed to examine the appropriateness of choices. The Delphi Analytical Hierarchy Process(DAHP) was used for weighting selection criteria and Fuzzy TOPSIS approach was used to determine the most profitable candidates. 12Bovine salmonellosis in Northeast of Iran:Frequency,genetic fingerprinting and antimicrobial resistance patterns of Salmonella spp.显示文摘Objective:To evaluate serovar and antimicrobial resistance patterns of Salmonella spp isolated from healthy,diseased and necropsied cows and calves in this observational study.Methods:Nineteen isolates recovered from feces and tissues of salmonellosis-affected animals of two commercial farms in north-east of Iran.In second part of the study,the two farms were sampled 4 times with an interval of 2 month.The samples included calves'feces,adult cows'feces,feeds,water,milk filters,and milk fed to calves.Five Salmonella were isolated from 332fecal samples collected from calves and peri-parturient cows.No Salmonella was recovered from water,feed,milk filers and milk fed to calves.Results:Salmonella Typhimurium was the most frequently isolate among all sero-groups.S.Dublin was only accounted for 8%(two out of 24)of isolates.Isolated Salmonella strains were used for the ERIC PCR DNA fingerprinting assay.Our results grouped Salmonella isolates into 3 clusters,suggesting that specific genotypes were responsible for each sero-group of Salmonella.The results also revealed diversity among Salmonella isolates in cluster III(sero-group B).Eighteen out of 19 Salmonella spp.were resistant to oxytetracycline.Five isolates out of 19 showed more than one drug resistance.Multi-drug resistance was seen only among Salmonella Typhimurium isolates.Enrofloxacin was the most susceptible antibiotic against all isolates in this study.Conclusion:The emergence of multiple antibiotic-resistant strains of Salmonella Typhimurium should be of great concern to the public.No correlation between ERIC fingerprinting and resistance patterns of Salmonella isolates was found,which indicates resistance to antimicrobial agents was not related to specific genetic background.Hessam A.Halimi Hesam A.Seifi Mehrnaz Rad 2014Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine2014,4,1:2

15Evaluation of preventable trauma death in emergency department of Imam Reza hospital显示文摘BACKGROUND: Trauma is considered as a worldwide problem despite socio-economic development. Motor vehicle accidents(MVAs) are the most important cause of trauma. Trauma related deaths are mostly preventable. This study aimed to investigate the causes and prevention of death in trauma patients.METHODS: This retrospective, descriptive-analytic study assessed 100 trauma patients referred to our emergency department(ED) from January 2013 to Januanry 2015. The included patients were those with trauma died after arrival at our ED. Age, sex, cause of trauma, clinical causes of death, causes of death def ined by autopsy, way of transfer to the ED, time of ambulance arrival at the scene of trauma, and time elapsed to enter the ED from the scene of trauma were studied.RESULTS: In the 100 patients, 21(21%) patients were female and 79(79%) male. Fortythree patients were older than 60 years. Trauma was largely due to pedestrian accidents in 31% of the patients, and 33% had a hypo-volemic shock. About 80% of deaths were due to intra-cranial hemorrhage(ICH) or intra-ventricular hemorrhage(IVH), and spinal injuries were not preventable. Autopsy revealed that 28% of the patients suffered from internal injuries. Autopsy revealed that 19% of the deaths were not preventable and 81% were considered preventable. In our patients, 76 were transferred to the hospital by emergency medicine services(EMS). Analysis of time for ambulance arrival to the scene and frequency of death revealed that 52.2% of the deaths occurred between 11 and 15 minutes. Analysis of time for admission to the ED from the scene of trauma showed that 74.6% deaths occurred between 6 and 10 minutes.CONCLUSIONS: The rate of hospital preventable deaths is about 80%, a high mortality rate, which denotes a lack of proper diagnosis and treatment. 17翼状胬肉患者血清总抗氧化能力的临床研究(英文)显示文摘目的:评估翼状胬肉患者血清总抗氧化能力与对照组的比较结果。方法:病例对照研究。包括2016年Vali-Asr教学医院眼科患有翼状胬肉的所有患者。对照组来源于Vali-Asr教学医院眼科(非翼状胬肉患者),两组年龄、性别和居住地无统计学差异。通过任意抽样选取66例受试者[31(47%)例患者,35(53%)例对照组]。用铁还原抗氧化法(FRAP)检测所有患者静脉血液样本。FRAP是一种10min快速检测手段,通过检测样本使铁(Fe3+)转化为亚铁(Fe2+)的能力以测定样本的抗氧化能力。通过SPSS 21软件收集数据,使用chi-square和Mann-Whitney进行分析(α=0.05)。结果:研究组患者平均抗氧化能力为842.55±161.46μmol/L,对照组为856.77±209.41μmol/L(P=0.8)。基于性别比较正常个体与翼状胬肉患者平均血清抗氧化能力,结果显示对照组男性平均抗氧化能力为894.05±176.82μmol/L,女性为780.01±118.33μmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.008)。病例组与对照组的同性别间对比结果无显著性差异。结论:研究结果显示,翼状胬肉患者血清抗氧化能力的总水平低于对照组的平均值,但未观察到显著差异。本研究结果与氧化应激在翼状胬肉发病机制中的影响基本一致。Heydari Behrooz Yaghoobi Gholamhossein Zarban Asghar Hosseini Rad Abbas Feizinohammadi Akram 2018国际眼科杂志2018,18,1:2
18Effect of capsular tension ring implantation on predicted refractive error after cataract surgery in patients with pseudoexfoliation syndrome显示文摘AIM: To investigate the effect of capsular tension ring(CTR) implantation on predicted refractive error after cataract surgery in patients with pseudoexfoliation(PEX) syndrome.METHODS: This double-blind randomized clinical trial was conducted on 60 patients with PEX syndrome referring to Imam Khomeini Hospital affiliated to Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences, Ahvaz, Iran, for undergoing cataract surgery. The study population was divided into two groups, namely CTR group(n=30) and non-CTR group(control group;n=30). The refractive error and anterior chamber depth(ACD) were measured 1 wk, 1 mo, and 3 mo after phacoemulsification(PE) surgery.RESULTS: The results indicated no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of predicted refractive error(obtained by subtracting preoperative predicted refractive error from actual postoperative refractive error) 1 wk(P=0.47), 1 mo(P=0.30), and 3 mo(P=0.06) after the PE surgery. Regarding the CTR group, the changes of ACD was statistically significant 1 and 3 mo after the PE surgery, compared to those obtained 1 wk post-surgery(P=0.005).CONCLUSION: The CTR implantation in PEX cataractous patients without zonulysis has no statistically significant effect on the predicted refraction and ACD changes after PE. The predicted refraction error has a hyperopic shift in both groups. 19圆锥角膜患者健康同胞的角膜地形图变化(英文)显示文摘目的:描述圆锥角膜(KCN)患者亲属的受累角膜地形图。方法:对75名KCN患者的150名同胞的300只眼睛在角膜诊所进行了研究,经过完整的裂隙灯,屈光检查并由角膜摄影视频图片提供角膜地形图。进行方差分析,Fisher精确测试和卡方检验比较结果。结果:在150个同胞中,女56%,男44%,平均年龄21(15-39)岁。诊断KCN和可疑KCN的分别为12.3%和6.6%。KCN患者中央角膜曲率(CK)为46.50±4.51(D)而可疑KCN患者为45.66±1.52(D)。KCN患者角膜下方与上方平均屈光度差值(I-S)为3.51±2.50(D)而在可疑KCN患者为1.56±1.22(D)。在KCN状态椭圆型为67.6%(25例)而圆型为32.4%(12例)。在可疑KCN分别为90%和10%。KCN屈光不正为-7.50至1.25(-1.25±1.83)D,可疑KCN为0.45至-4.2(-0.68±0.76)D而健康组为2.75至-7.5(-0.6±1.12)D。KCN和可疑KCN中22.7%为轻度散光,18.3%为中度散光。结论:KCN患者健康同胞中KCN情况增加显示出需要筛选检查以早期诊断并在这些个体中谨慎实施屈光性角膜手术或隐形眼镜治疗。Mohammad Reza Besharati Mohammad Reza Shoja Masoud Reza Manaviat Maryam kheirandish Maasome Zare Rad 2010国际眼科杂志2010,10,2:2
20电沉积Co—Ni合金的原子探针场离子显微分析显示文摘用位置敏感原子探针场离子的显微镜(PoSAP)、TEM、SEM等方法研究了电沉积工艺参数对Co-Ni合金微观结构的影响,结果表明,低频脉冲直流电沉积的Co-Ni合金的平均晶粒尺寸为70nm,恒稳直流电沉积的晶粒尺寸为100nm。Co原子在沉积层中呈均匀分布,且Co含量随电解中Co离子浓度增加而显著增加。当电解液中CoSO4含量为17.5g/L时,沉积层由εCo和αCo两相组成。荆天辅 Mac.,RAD 1996材料导报1996,,A00:2
