19菊粉对肉鸡生长性能、肠道大小、矿物保持和胫骨矿化的影响显示文摘试验旨在研究探讨牛磺酸对家兔糖尿病的治疗作用。试验在家兔饮水中添加1%的牛磺酸,试验期为3周。以测定下列指标:(1)血清葡萄糖、尿素氮、肌酐酸和羟基自由基(HFR)水平;(2)氧化型谷胱甘肽;(3)尿中白蛋白浓度;(4)肝和肾中HFR水平、GSH/GSSG比率和过氧化氢酶活性、超氧化物岐化酶、谷胱甘肽代谢酶;(5)肾脏NADPH氧化酶活性;(6)肾脏和肝脏糖原异生比率。同时还测定肾脏的组织学结构。结果表明,糖尿病兔血清葡萄糖水平降低了30%,对肾脏糖原异生作用无显著影响。降低血清尿素氮和肌酐酸浓度,降低了诱发糖尿病兔的GSH/GSSG比率,阻止了羟基自由基在血清、肝脏和肾脏皮层的蓄积。试验结果显示,牛磺酸提高了γ-谷氨酰半胱氨酸合成酶、谷胱甘肽还原酶和过氧化氢酶的活性。而且,牛磺酸刺激了肾脏NADPH的正常活性,减弱了糖尿病兔蛋白尿和肾小球病的发生。由以上结果得出:(1)肾脏糖原异生比率的降低可能由于牛磺酸对低血糖的影响;(2)牛磺酸提高了过氧化氢酶和谷胱甘肽代谢酶的活性是由于牛磺酸具有增强抗氧化的功能;(3)牛磺酸的保护作用可能是源于肾脏NADPH氧化酶活性的减弱。因此,牛磺酸对糖尿病和糖尿病性肾病变具有良好的治疗效果。Ortiz L T Rodr guez M L Alzueta C Rebol A Trevi O J 2009饲料博览2009,19,10:0
