2Simple Fabrication of Hierarchical Micro/Nanostructure Superhydrophobic Surface with Stable and Superior Anticorrosion Silicon Steel via Laser Marking Treatment显示文摘To improve the weak corrosion resistance of silicon steel to acid solution and alkaline solution with high temperature,a stable hierarchical micro/nanostructure superhydrophobic surface with myriad irregular micro-scale hump and sheet-like nanostructure was successfully prepared on silicon steel by a simple,efficient and facile operation in large-area laser marking treatment.The morphology,composition,wettability of the as-prepared surface were studied.The superhydrophobic performance of the surface was investigated as well.Additionally,the corrosion resistance of the superhydrophobic surface to acidic solutions at room temperature and alkaline solutions at high temperature (80 ℃) was carefully explored.The corrosion resistance mechanism was clarified.Moreover,considering the practical application of the surface in the future,the hardness of the hierarchical micro/nanostructure superhydrophobic surface was studied.The experimental results indicate that the hierarchical micro/nanostructure surface with texture spacing of 100 μm treated at laser scanning speed of 100 mms/ presents superior superhydrophobicity after decreasing surface energy.The contact angle can be as high as 156.6°.Additionally,the superhydrophobic surface provide superior and stable anticorrosive protection for silicon steel in various corrosive environments.More importantly,the prepared structure of the surface shows high hardness,which ensures that the surface of the superhydrophobic surface cannot be destroyed easily.The surface is able to maintain great superhydrophobic performance when it suffers from slight impacting and abrasion.FU Jing TANG Mingkai ZHANG Qiaoxin 2020Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2020,35,2:2
3表达APP—C100和SOD1基因突变子的转基因小鼠血管反应性变化的研究显示文摘目的研究转单基因和转双基因小鼠外周微血管反应性改变的作用机制.方法在未转基因、转单基因和转双基因小鼠的后足爪垫皮肤暴露微血管网,灌注血管扩张剂乙酰胆碱和硝普钠,多普勒检测血液流量变化,应用Western blot检测小鼠外周血β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)水平.结果与未转基因和转单基因(表达SOD1基因突变子G93A)小鼠相比,2-3月龄转单基因(表达APP -C100、TgC100)和转双基因(APP-C100和SOD1基因突变子G93A基因共表达)小鼠外周血液流量下降28%,8-9月龄TgC100小鼠外周血液流量减少34%,TgC100和转双基因小鼠外周血A β水平较未转基因小鼠明显升高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01).结论 TgC100和转双基因小鼠外周血管反应性的改变很可能由循环性可溶性Aβ引起,Aβ血管活性涉及内皮和非内皮机制.薛寿儒 Qiaoxin Li Zeinab Khalil 2002Chinese Medical Journal2002,,5:2

5Global well-posedness of the fractional Klein-Gordon-Schr¨odinger system with rough initial data显示文摘We investigate the low regularity local and global well-posedness of the Cauchy problem for the coupled Klein-Gordon-Schr¨odinger system with fractional Laplacian in the Schr¨odinger equation in R^(1+1). We use Bourgain space method to study this problem and prove that this system is locally well-posed for Schr¨odinger data in H^(s_1) and wave data in H^(s_2) × H^(s_2-1)for 3/4- α < s_1≤0 and-1/2 < s_2 < 3/2, where α is the fractional power of Laplacian which satisfies 3/4 < α≤1. 7The Effects of Different Post-Heat Treatments on Rolling Contact Fatigue Behaviors of Direct Laser Cladding Inconel 625 Coatings显示文摘In this paper,the microstructures and rolling contact fatigue behaviors of laser cladding Inconel 625 coatings with or without post-heat treatments were analyzed.The results revealed that the fatigue resistance of the laser cladding coating after any post-heat treatment was worse than that of the as-deposited coating.First,through the finite element analysis,the distribution of stress along the thickness direction of the coating was obtained,and it was concluded that the bonding interface between the coating and the matrix had little effect on the fatigue properties of the coating.Then X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectrometry(EDS)were used to analyze the microstructure and failure morphology.The results revealed that the subsurface failure morphology of the coatings showed a consistent correlation with rolling fatigue property after different heat treatments.The TCP phase and carbides have been shown in the laser cladding coating.The coating after stress relieved annealing exhibited chain-shaped granular carbides on the grain boundaries which could accelerate crack propagation.The aging heat treatment made small amounts of Laves phase dissolved in the coating,while the dispersed phase was precipitated which could result in the formation of pores.And the solution treatment made large amounts of Laves phase dissolved,while the rod-shape brittle phases were generated which was easy to fracture and contribute to crack initiation and spalling.Qiaoxin Zhang Rui Chen Ding Jin Chen Zhou Xuewu Li 2021Journal of Renewable Materials2021,9,1:1

19Polydopamine/polyethyleneimine co-crosslinked graphene oxide for the enhanced tribological performance of epoxy resin coatings显示文摘To enhance the wear resistance of graphene oxide(GO)nano-filled epoxy resin(EP)coatings with ex-cellent dispersion,GO were modified using a co-crosslinking strategy between polydopamine(PDA)and polyethyleneimine(PEI)through an environmentally friendly,simple and low-cost process.High-density amino-branched PEI and highly adhesive PDA formed covalent bond cross-links with GO(PDA/PEI-GO)through the Michael addition and Schiffbase reactions.With the introduction of amino active sites,the PDA self-polymerization reaction time was significantly shorted from 24 to 6 h.The covalently cross-linked network increased the lamellar spacing of GO and enhanced the interfacial bonds between the PDA/PEI-GO lamellae and EP matrix.Due to the improved dispersion and surface activity of GO,the PDA/PEI-GO nano-filled EP coating exhibited excellent wear resistance.Reciprocating friction with GCr15 stainless steel ball,the average friction coefficient and wear rate of the coating were reduced by 31.9%and 62.7%,respectively,compared to the pure EP coating.In addition,the wear mechanism of the PDA/PEI-GO/EP coating changed from adhesive and fatigue wear to abrasive wear,and it maintained good wear resistance by forming a GO lubrication transfer film on the counterpart surface.Therefore,this study may provide a new strategy for improving the dispersion of graphene in wear-resistant polymer materials for practical applications.Shaofeng Zhou Jin Yan Jialin Chen Huimin Yan Yin Zhang Jin Huang Guizhe Zhao Qiaoxin Zhang Yaqing Liu 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,5:1
20Tribological Properties of TiAl-Ti_3SiC_2 Composites显示文摘The tribological properties of TiAl-Ti3SiC2 composites(TMC) against Si3N4 ceramic ball pair at room temperature were investigated through the determination of friction coefficients and wear rates, and the morphologies and compositions of wear debris, worn surfaces of TMC and Si3N4 ceramic ball were analyzed. The experimental results showed that TMC with 15wt% Ti3SiC2 exhibited relatively excellent tribological properties.
