| 1 | New geological evidence of crustal thickening in the Gangdese block prior to the Indo-Asian collision显示文摘Recent mapping in the Gangdese block has revealed many leucogranites that are similar to those in the High Himalaya. These leucogranites formed at ~140 Ma as indicated by monazite Th-Pb ion-microprobe dating and cooled at ~130 Ma as indicated by muscovite 40Ar/39Ar dating. In conjunction with previous structural and paleogeographic studies, the new data indicate that the Gangdese block underwent crustal thickening and associated exhumation during ~140-130 Ma. In this regard, the southern margin of Eurasia continent was comparable to the modern South American Altiplano-Puna plateau, the prime example of active ocean-continent subduction and associated thickened crust. Specifically, the early stages of crustal thickening and uplifting of the Gangdese block may result from subduction of the Neo-Tethyan Ocean. If the Tibetan Plateau would form by accretion of a series of blocks with thickened crust, an elevated topographic plateau similar to the Altiplano- Puna plateau had formed before collision between the Indian and Eurasian plates. Then the Tibetan Plateau would have quickly thickened, uplifted, and begun to extend soon after onset of the collision. | 2 | Constraining the stepwise migration of the eastern Tibetan Plateau margin by apatite fission track thermochronology显示文摘Granites sampled from Garzê-Litang thrust, Longmen Shan thrust, Garzê and Litang strike-slip faults in the eastern Tibetan Plateau have been analyzed with apatite fission track thermochronological method in this study. The measured fission track apparent ages, combined with the simulated annealing mod- eling of the thermal history, have been used to reconstruct the thermal evolutionary histories of the samples and interpret the active history of the thrusts and faults in these areas. Thermal history mod- eling shows that earlier tectonic cooling occurred in the Garzê-Litang thrust in Miocene (~20―16 Ma) whereas the later cooling occurred mainly in the Longmen Shan thrust since ~5 Ma. Our study sug- gests that the margin of eastern Tibetan Plateau was extended by stages: through strike-slip faults deformations and related thrusts, the upper crust formed the Garzê-Litang margin in the Miocene epoch and then moved to the Longmen Shan margin since ~5 Ma. | 4 | Protective effect of Yiguanjian decoction against DNA damage on concanavalin A-induced liver injury mice model显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the inhibitory effect of Yiguanjian decoction(YD) on DNA damage in Concanavalin A(Con A)-induced liver injury mice model and to explain the possible mechanism.METHODS:Totally 120 male BALB/c mice were randomly divided into 6 groups,20 mice each:normal group,model group,Bifendate group,YD low dose group,YD middle dose group and YD high dose group.Except normal group,liver injury model induced by Con A was established.While modeling,each mouse in YD group was given YD(0.4 m L/20 g per day) by intragastric administration(0.13 g YD for YD low dose group;0.26 g for YD middle dose group;0.52 g for YD high dose group).Bifendate group was given Bifendate(0.2 gnd model·kg-1 grou·d-1) by gavage.Normal group ap were fed with same volume of physiological saline daily.After 8 weeks,the serum alanine transaminase(ALT)and aspartate transaminase(AST) were tested.The hematoxylin-eosin staining was used to evaluate the grade of liver inflammation and liver fibrosis stage.Hepatocellular DNA damage was detected by single cell gel electrophoresis technology.The protein expression of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),Bax and Mut T Homolog 1(MTH1) was detected by western blotting and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Bax m RNA and MTH1 m RNA were detected by Real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR).RESULTS:YD can improve the degree of liver inflammation and fibrosis in the liver of chronic hepatitis mice,the dose effect relationship is remarkable(P < 0.05).YD can reduce liver cell DNA damage.The difference between YD middle dose group and model group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).YD middle dose group had decreased the protein expression of TNF-α in the mice liver of immunological liver injury(P < 0.05).YD can increase the protein expression of Bax(P < 0.05).Compared with normal group,the protein expression of MTH1 was decreased(P < 0.05),but there was no statistical significance between YD group and model group(P >0.05).YD can increase the m RNA expression of Bax and MTH1(both P < 0.05).CONCLUSION:YD can effectively inhibit the DNA damage in immunological liver injury mice,the mechanism may be that it can decrease the TNF-αand increase the Bax and MTH1 expression. | Tian Mengxi Liu Wenlan You Hongjie Zhao Qingzhou Ouyang Luodan Gao Biane Zhang Xin Che Niancong | 2016 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2016,36,4: | 7 |

| 6 | Stable isotopes of modern herbivore tooth enamel in the Tibetan Plateau: Implications for paleoelevation reconstructions显示文摘Fossil tooth enamel from herbivores is considered one of the best proxies for paleoclimate and paleoelevation reconstructions, due to its low susceptibility to diagenetic alteration. A synthesis of oxygen and carbon isotope analyses of modern tooth enamel from herbivores such as Tibetan yaks, asses and antelopes is assessed. The average δ 13C(PDB) value of herbivore tooth enamel in the Lhasa and south Qiangtang terrains is-11.3‰± 1.1‰, whereas in the north Qiangtang and Hoh Xil terrains value is-10.2‰± 1.4‰ consistent with the current C3-dominant ecotype in the Tibetan Plateau. In addition, the average δ18O(PDB) values from tooth enamel show a northward systematic increase from-11.8‰± 3.4‰ in the Gyirong Basin, to-11.1‰± 1.1‰ in the Lhasa and southern Qiangtang terrains, and then to-9.0‰± 1.1‰ in the northern Qiangtang and the Hoh Xil areas, similar to those of the local river water and precipitation variation trends. It is suggested that δ 18O(PDB) values of tooth enamel should not be used directly to evaluate the paleo-elevation of the Tibetan Plateau, because oxygen isotopic composition from tooth enamel is a com-bination of drinking water (precipitation-and river-sourced) and diet (plant-sourced). | 7 | Distribution and expression of non-muscle myosin light chain kinase in rabbit livers显示文摘AIM: To study the distribution and expression of non-muscle myosin light chain kinase (nmMLCK) in rabbit livers.METHODS: Human nmMLCK N-terminal cDNA was amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and was inserted into pBKcmv to construct expression vectors. The recombinant plasmid was transformed into XL1-blue. | 8 | Data acquisition,analysis and applications of multi-sensor integration显示文摘This paper presents some key techniques for multi-sensor integration system, which is applied to the intelligent transportation system industry and surveying and mapping industry, e.g. road surface condition detection, digital map making. The techniques are synchronization control of multi-sensor, space-time benchmark for sensor data, and multi-sensor data fusion and mining. Firstly, synchronization control of multi-sensor is achieved through a synchronization control system which is composed of a time synchronization controller and some synchronization sub-controllers. The time synchronization controller can receive GPS time information from GPS satellites, relative distance information from distance measuring instrument and send space-time information to the synchronization sub-controller. The latter can work at three types of synchronization mode, i.e. active synchronization, passive synchronization and time service synchronization. Secondly, space-time benchmark can be established based on GPS time and global reference coordinate system, and can be obtained through position and azimuth determining system and synchronization control system. Thirdly, there are many types of data fusion and mining, e.g. GPS/Gyro/DMI data fusion, data fusion between stereophotogrammetry and PADS, data fusion between laser scanner and PADS, and data fusion between CCD camera and laser scanner. Finally, all these solutions presented in paper have been applied to two areas, i.e. land-borne intelligent road detection and measurement system and 3D measurement system based on unmanned helicopter. | 9 | Loss of heterozygosity on chromosome 10q22-10q23 and 22q 11.2-22q 12.1 and p53gene in primary hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘AIM: To analyze loss of heterozygosity (LOH) and homozygous deletion on p53 gene (exon2-3, 4 and 11), chromosome 10q22-10q23 and 22q11.2 -22q12.1 in human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).METHODS: PCR and PCR-based microsatellite polymorphism analysis techniques were used.RESULTS: LOH was observed at D10S579 (10q22-10q23) in 4 of 20 tumors (20%), at D22S421 (22q11.2-22q12.1) in 3 of 20(15%), at TP53.A (p53gene exon 2-3) in 4 of 20 (20%), at TP53.B (p53gene exon 4) in 6 of 20(30%), and at TP53.G (p53gene exon 11)in 0 of 20(0%). | 13 | Sensitivity optimization of a monolithic high-shock three-axis piezoresistive accelerometer with single sensing element显示文摘There exist several difficulties in the design of monolithic high-shock three-axis accelerometer, such as high g overload, transverse overload and the cross coupling in three dimensions, etc. It is necessary to optimize the sensitivity to improve the performance of the accelerometer. For the monolithic high-shock three-axis accelerometer, the complexity of the sensitivity optimization is that it should consider not only the sensitivity difference between different axes but also the elimination of cross-coupling outputs, together with the natural frequency, structural integrity and high g overload. In this paper, the optimization process for decreasing the difference of the sensitivities between different axes of a monolithic high-shock three-axis piezoresistive accelerometer with single sensing element is established. The optimization is conducted in the condition of 100000 g acceleration by two methods-the method based on the optimization module of ANSYS and the ACO (ant colony optimization) method. The comparison between un-optimized and optimized models proves the efficiency of the optimization methods. In addition, the optimization results show that the ACO method combined with the FEA (finite element analysis) is much more efficient than the method based on the optimization module of ANSYS for the structural optimization problem. | 14 | Development of a Soil Stabilizer for Road Subgrade Based on Original Phosphogypsum显示文摘The research used industrial by-products original phosphogypsum(PG)as the main raw material,slag(SG)and Portland cement(PC)as auxiliary materials,and the optimal additive amount was determined according to the compressive strength value of the sample.Comprehensively evaluate the water resistance and volume stability of the samples,and determine the best formula for new roadbed stabilized materials.The results showed that when the weight ratio of PG,slag and cement was OPG:SG:PC=6:3:1,and mixed with 5%micro silica fume(MSF)and 3‰hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC),the sample’s comprehensive performance was the best,specifically,the sample’s compressive strength in 60 days reached 28.8 MPa,the softening coefficient reached 0.9,and the expansion rate was stable at about−0.2%.In addition,the mechanism of action of enhancers MSF and HPMC was analyzed according to use Vicat device,X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope.The best formula SP3GH3 has the best curing effect on soil.The 28-day unconfined compressive strength(UCS)of the sample reached 2.4 MPa,the expansion rate was less than 0.09%,and the water stability coefficient was above 0.79,which was higher than that of the samples cured by traditional cement and lime during the same period. | Zenghuan Gu Aiguo Fang Sudong Hua Qingzhou Zhao Lidong Sun Fan Xia Liying Qian Xiaojian Ren | 2021 | Journal of Renewable Materials2021,9,2: | 2 |
