| 2 | 五个月短程化疗及六个月全程间歇方案治疗菌阳肺结核的临床对照研究显示文摘目的考核利福喷丁(L)的疗效;缩短疗程或全程间歇以减少用药次数;观察全程应用吡嗪酰胺(Z)对疗效及毒副反应的影响。方法以利福平(R)为对照,采用5个月疗程方案(Ⅰ组2SHRZ/3R2H2Z2,Ⅱ组2SHRZ/3L1H2Z2)、6个月全间歇方案(Ⅲ组2S3H3R3Z3/4L1H2Z2,Ⅳ组2S3H3R3Z3/4L1H2E2),观察Z的全程应用结果,巩固期以乙胺丁醇(E)为对照。366例初治菌阳肺结核随机分入以上4组。结果(1)339例完成疗程者中329例治疗成功,满疗程时痰菌阴转率Ⅰ~Ⅳ组分别为970%、941%、1000%、972%。X线病灶有效率依序为960%、976%、1000%和944%。5个月组与6个月组空洞关闭率分别为77%及76%。各组相互比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05),未见严重副作用。(2)305例完成3年随访,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组细菌学加X线复发分别为2、3、6和3例。结论本研究结果进一步证明L是长效、高效、安全、便于督导的新药;巩固期用Z无必要;现有基本药物合理联用有可能缩短疗程为5个月,值得进一步研究。 | National Cooperative Group On Clinical Study of Pulmonary Tuberculosis (Report prepared by Chu Naihui , Yan Biya, Zhu Lizhen). | 3 | Hydrothermal Synthesis and Characterization of a Novel Supramolecular Network Compound [Co(IN)_2(H_2O)_4](IN=Isonicotinate)显示文摘A novel supramolecular compound, [Co(IN)2(H2O)4](1), was synthesized by means of the hydrothermal method and its structure was characterized with elemental analysis, FT-IR spectrum, TGA and X-ray diffraction. | 4 | Hydrothermal synthesis and characterization of rare-earth ruthenate pyrochlore compounds R_2Ru_2O_7(R=Pr_(3+),Sm(3+)-Ho(3+))显示文摘A series of pyrochlore oxides, R2Ru2O7 (R=Pr3+, Sm3+–Ho3+) were synthesized under mild hydrothermal conditions. All the samples crystallize in uniform octahedron characteristically. The products were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy-disperse X-ray spectroscopy, and dc susceptibility, and the factors that affected the crystallization were discussed. It was found that the purity of products depends strongly on the raw materials and the amount of alkalinity in the initial reaction mixtures. | 5 | Transition metal coordination polymers with polycarboxylic acid as bridging ligands:Synthesis and structure characterization of[Fe(μ_(4)-bta)_(0.5)(phen)(OH)]_(n)显示文摘A new 2D (two-dimensional) coordination polymer, [Fe(μ4-bta)0.5(phen)(OH)]n (1), has been hydrothermally synthesized with FeCl3·6H2O, Na4bta (H4bta = 1,2,4,5-benzentetra- carboxylic acid), 1,10-phen (1,10-phenanthroline) and H2O as raw materials. The crystals of the compound belong to monoclinic P21/n space group, a = 1.0129(2) nm, b = 0.9265(2) nm, c = 1.5696(3) nm,β = 91.37(3) o, V = 1.4721(5) nm3, Z = 3, final R1 = 0.0292, Wr2 = 0.0798 for 2572 [I > 2σ (I )] observed reflections. The result of structure determination shows that in the compound each bta ligand is connected with four FeIII, forming a new μ4-coordination mode. Four deprotonated carboxylic groups of bta link to FeIII ions alternatively through monodentate and bidentate coordination fashion, constructing 2D layer network. The measurement of variable temperature magnetic susceptibility indicates that there exist antiferromagnetic interactions between FeIII ions in the compound. The TGA spectrum displays relatively fine thermal stability of the compound. | 9 | Equilibrium and kinetic studies on the adsorption of VB_(12) onto CMK-3显示文摘The adsorption of VB12 onto CMK-3 was studied as a function of temperature and initial VB12 concentration. The highest VB12 adsorption capacity was determined as 353.4 mg/g at 40℃. Adsorption data were well described by the Langmuir model, although they could be modelled by the Freundlich equation. The pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second-order kinetic models were applied to test the experimental data.
