1低影响发展的雨洪资源调控措施研究现状与展望显示文摘低影响发展(Low Impact Development,LID)作为新兴的雨洪资源调控设计策略,对城市雨水资源化利用及生态环境保护具有重要的作用。系统论述了LID的定义、产生背景、设计目标及理念;分析了LID在主要技术措施、设计方法、效果监测、模型模拟等方面的研究进展,归纳总结了LID的优点及局限性;在此基础上,分析了LID的推广及应用前景,指出实地监测、介质试验、模型模拟及其与区域可持续发展的融合研究是目前LID研究的关键问题。国外LID的雨洪资源调控技术和方法对中国城市雨水资源化利用和生态环境保护具有借鉴意义。孙艳伟 魏晓妹 POMEROY C A 2011水科学进展2011,22,2:73
2城市化生态水文效应显示文摘研究城市化的生态水文效应对于指导河流的保护与生态修复实践具有重要意义。基于河流径流情势在维持河道生态系统完整性方面的重要性,在分析现有生态水文指标体系的特征及可操作性的基础上,建立了以径流历时曲线、洪峰流量频率超出曲线和T0.5(区域径流超出天然状态下重现期为0.5年的降水所产生的洪峰流量的时间占区域有径流总时间的比例)为代表的生态水文指标体系。利用SWMM(Storm Water Management Model)来模拟不同城市化程度下的降雨径流过程,并利用所建立的生态水文指标体系模拟其生态水文效应。结果表明:城市化程度越高,其时段流量幅度及历时越大,洪峰流量及发生的频率越大,T0.5越小。城市化通过改变径流的大小、历时及频率,改变了水域生态系统完整性与多样性,进而对河道生态系统产生了负面影响。孙艳伟 王文川 魏晓妹 POMEROY C A 王富强 2012水科学进展2012,23,4:20
3基于不同重现期降水的LID措施水文调控性能研究显示文摘作为最典型的土地利用变化过程之一,城市化进程通过改变该地区的下垫面条件,改变了天然状态下的水文机制,并进而产生一系列水环境问题。低影响开发(LID)的雨洪调控措施通过在源头上消纳径流,被视为解决城市雨洪问题的新方法。通过SWMM(Storm water management model)软件建立模型,对不同重现期降水的典型LID措施截流池、入渗带、透水性路面和生物滞留池进行了模拟。模拟结果表明,各LID措施的调控性能随着降水重现期的不同而产生明显的变化;随着降水量的增大,各措施的洪峰流量消减率及入渗补给率(截流池除外)均有不同程度的下降,但洪峰流量消减量随着降水量的增大而增大,入渗量基本保持不变(截流池除外);当采用相同的表面面积设计时,滞留池的洪峰流量消减性能最好,入渗带的入渗补给性能最好;决定其调控性能最主要的因素本质上为其'有效容积',即各措施所能容纳的水量。孙艳伟 Pomeroy C A 吕素冰 徐存东 2016农业机械学报2016,47,6:9
4Global analysis of sensitivity of bioretention cell design elements to hydrologic performance显示文摘Analysis of sensitivity of bioretention cell design elements to their hydrologic performances is meaningful in offering theoretical guidelines for proper design. Hydrologic performance of bioretention cells was facilitated with consideration of four metrics: the overflow ratio, groundwater recharge ratio, ponding time, and runoff coefficients. The storm water management model (SWMM) and the bioretention infiltration model RECARGA were applied to generating runoff and outflow time series for calculation of hydrologic performance metrics. Using a parking lot to build a bioretention cell, as an example, the Morris method was used to conduct global sensitivity analysis for two groups of bioretention samples, one without underdrain and the other with underdrain. Results show that the surface area is the most sensitive element to most of the hydrologic metrics, while the gravel depth is the least sensitive element whether bioretention cells are installed with underdrain or not. The saturated infiltration rate of planting soil and the saturated infiltration rate of native soil are the other two most sensitive elements for bioretention cells without underdrain, while the saturated infiltration rate of native soil and underdrain size are the two most sensitive design elements for bioretention cells with underdrain.Yan-wei SUN Xiao-mei WEI Christine A. 5人精子活力试验在IVF实验室质量控制中的应用显示文摘目的:评价人精子活力试验作为体外授精-胚胎移植(IVF)实验室质量控制方法的敏感性及应用价值。方法:实验1实验组HTF培养液中加入0.25%、0.75%的甲醛,对照组不加甲醛;所有HTF培养液均加入0.3%牛血清白蛋白、矿物油或者两者都有,了解人精子活力在这些培养条件下的变化。实验2采用人精子活力试验检测3种组织培养管的胚胎毒性。在HTF培养液中加入牛血清白蛋白、矿物油或两者都加,对照组不加任何附加物,了解这些附加物对精子有无保护作用。结果:实验1人精子在含0.25%甲醛的HTF培养液中培养24 h,活力指数为0.594±0.331,高于含0.75%甲醛培养液的0.450±0.284,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在含0.25%和0.75%甲醛的胚胎培养液中加入0.3%牛血清蛋白、矿物油,精子活力指数分别为0.683±0.334、0.527±0.345,高于不含牛血清白蛋白及矿物油的0.394±0.311、0.424±0.311,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验2同样的培养时间与培养条件,丹麦Nunc lom公司7 m l组织培养管中的精子活力指数为0.677±0.335,高于美国Falcon公司的14 m l培养管的0.596±0.327和美国Corn ing公司15 m l组织培养管的0.551±0.317,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在培养液中加入0.3%牛血清白蛋白、矿物油,精子活力指数为0.821±0.259、0.645±0.335,高于不含牛血清白蛋白及矿物油的0.571±0.321与0.395±0.245,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:精子对培养环境中的微量毒性成分十分敏感,其活力在短时间内明显下降。人精子活力生物试验是一种敏感的生物测试方法;丹麦Nunc lom公司7 m l组织培养管对精子活力影响最小,适合于人胚胎的培养;培养液中加入牛血清白蛋白及矿物油可以减少培养环境中的毒素影响,对精子及其活力有保护作用。蔡霞 Kimball O Pomeroy John H Mattox 2006中华男科学杂志2006,12,7:4
